DJ Jodi was an absolute highlight of our wedding weekend! From our first interaction, she was a joy to work with. Her approach was incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and caring, which made the entire process feel effortless and relaxed. She kept the entire weekend running smoothly, and we couldn't have been happier with her professionalism and amazing energy.
Without our knowledge, DJ Jodi even recorded all of all the toasts and speeches. That was our one regret and a few days after DJ Jodi surprised us with these recordings! She truly went above and beyond on the planning and prepping everyone for their toasts so they were confident and comfortable.
With immense gratitude, we would glowingly recommend DJ Jodi to anyone and everyone we know getting married in Maine. She is truly amazing at what she does. -

We hired DJ Jodi and DJ Hennah for our wedding and reception in Rye, NH, and we are so happy we did. Jodi was so thorough and helpful in planning and walking us through all the music and audio decisions for our event. Hennah did a wonderful job at the wedding keep the dance floor moving, and was flexible with a last minute surprise from one of our guests that required a special musical cue. Several of our guests said how much they loved the musical vibes. Thanks Jodi and Hennah!! -

Jodi was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding.
Initially when we were choosing a DJ, we talked to several different people, but what really set Jodi apart was her thoughtful approach to the entire wedding experience. During our first meeting, it became immediately clear she was more than just a DJ - she was a wedding whisperer. Personable, experienced, and incredibly intuitive, she's someone who instantly puts you at ease while also demonstrating a deep understanding of how to make a wedding flow perfectly.
Leading up to the wedding, Jodi was proactive and supportive at every turn. She didn't just help us pick our music - she helped us navigate the entire planning process. When we were feeling overwhelmed, she knew exactly what to say. When we needed guidance on timeline decisions, she had the perfect suggestions. She even went above and beyond in helping us coordinate with both my father-in-law for the ceremony and a live band we wanted to incorporate - challenges that could have been stressful but became seamless under her guidance.
Going into the wedding day, we were naturally nervous about everything coming together. Would the ceremony music work? Would the first dances happen smoothly? Would our guests dance all night?? We should never have worried. Jodi had everything under control. She was our anchor throughout the entire day, all the while radiating an incredibly calm energy. She coordinated every musical moment perfectly, from the ceremony to the last song. And the best part… the dance floor was PACKED all night. Everyone was on it. The dance floor was completely full and didn’t empty until the busses had to leave. Our friends are still talking about how much fun they had at our wedding.

We can’t say enough great things about DJ Jodi and the incredible job she did at our wedding! From the moment we first spoke with Jodi, we knew we were in good hands. She took the time to really understand the vibe we wanted for our wedding—everything from the ceremony music to the reception playlist—and made sure it was exactly what we envisioned. She asked great questions to get to know us more, and had so many helpful tips and tricks for ensuring the music would be a success. I felt so calm knowing how much experience she has in this industry, and how thoughtful and knowledgeable she was throughout the entire process.
Jodi kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! She read the crowd perfectly, knowing exactly when to play the perfect song to get everyone up and dancing. We had so many guests come up to us after the wedding, telling us how much fun they had dancing to the music (and still tell us that to this day!). The music and dancing was really important to us, and it was truly everything we had dreamed about.
One of the best things about working with Jodi was how organized and professional she was. She helped us put together a timeline for the night and made sure everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony to the last song. We really appreciated how she communicated with our other vendors, ensuring that everything was perfectly coordinated. It made our day feel stress-free and seamless!
The sound and lighting setup was top-notch, too. The speakers were clear and the lighting added the perfect touch of ambiance to our dance floor. Jodi was also great about making announcements when needed, but never overshadowed the party or took away from the fun. Her ability to mix genres and keep everyone engaged was amazing—our guests ranged in age from young to old, and everyone had a blast!
We are so grateful to Jodi for making our wedding day even more unforgettable. DJ Jodi was a must have for our special day! She is extremely responsive, timely, and led us through the whole process. She takes as little or as much direction on your needs as you want to make your day the perfect day! We first saw her magic at a friend's wedding in 2016. Since then we have recommended her to other friends (weddings we attended) and had her at our daughter's wedding this past September (2023). When asked what was my must have for our wedding it was hands down DJ Jodi! We have 3 more daughters that are not married yet and we know that their first request will be for DJ Jodi when they start their plans. She is one of the family now for us! Could not recommend enough!!! -

DJ Jodi went above and beyond for our wedding. After our first Zoom meeting, I felt incredibly reassured that we were in good hands with Jodi. Not only did she keep the dance floor packed all night long with an amazing mix of music, but she also had this incredible ability to read the crowd and keep everyone engaged. Thank you, DJ Jodi, for making our wedding unforgettable in more ways than one! We got so many compliments about how incredible our DJ was. The transitions between music and karaoke were seamless. I even had a few people say “I want the soundtrack for this evening - from the ceremony music all the way through to the last song of the night. The tunes have been so great and have captured the two of you perfectly!”
What truly set Jodi apart was her uncanny knack in reading people and her sharp and thoughtful attention to detail. She had a keen sense as to when nerves were running high during the planning process and even helped calm some jitters in laying out a timeline of our day. Her presence was like having a trusted friend guiding us through the day.

I cannot express how much I adored Jodi. From the very beginning she was so involved with our wedding and making sure every detail was perfect. I was even insecure about a few things (like dancing at noon) and she made me feel do supported and was so positive about literally every decision we made. She had several meetings with us and it truly felt like she was a PART of our wedding. I love Jodi, anyone would be lucky to have her DJ their wedding. -

As one of our guests said after the wedding: “DJ Jodi slapped, no cap.” WE LOVE DJ JODI! Working together was an absolute breeze and incredibly enjoyable. We met 3-4 times in the months leading up to our wedding, and Jodi helped keep us on track, making the decisions that we needed to make on time and also telling us which decisions could be kept a bit more fluid and could be decided the day of. She worked with us to get the perfect music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception: from the music for our ring bearer & flower girl, my walking down the aisle music, the music we left to, and just the vibes we wanted for each moment. All of the songs that we wanted her to play (and didn’t want played) at the reception she listened to and did (and did not!) play them. The playlist was incredible and everyone was dancing the whole time. She even coordinated with us to get a giant round of Thunderstruck played towards the end of our reception! She also DJ’d our welcome dinner Friday night which added the perfect ambiance. She sent us recorded copies of all of our speeches and our vows. DJ Jodi is truly the best and we could not recommend her more! -

We are so grateful we worked with DJ Jodi for our recent wedding at Tops'l Farm! From the very beginning, DJ Jodi showcased her professionalism, kindness, acceptance, organization, and genuine dedication to bringing our wedding vision to life. Jodi went the extra mile to get to know us as a couple and explore our hopes for the day. She encouraged us to curate music that would be a reflection of us for our ceremony and cocktail hour, which was so important to us. She helped us build a fantastic dance party soundtrack, and through her experience as a club DJ, she incorporated awesome custom mixes and really catered to our crowd. Many of our guests did not leave the dance floor and it resulted in such an epic dance party! We are still hearing rave reviews from our guests how much fun they had out on the dance floor!
In addition to her exceptional DJ skills, DJ Jodi seamlessly integrated a level of wedding planning into her services that felt truly unique and invaluable. We began the planning process through filling out a shared survey that let us really explore and explain our vision for the day. We had multiple Zoom calls to discuss all of the details and thoroughly go through the wedding day timeline. She even took the initiative to connect with our officiant and day-of coordinator well in advance, ensuring everyone was on the same page.
DJ Jodi has an attention for detail and professionalism that made us feel like we were in the bests of hands throughout the entire process. It was evident that she was really wanted the ceremony and reception to feel like a reflection of us, while alleviating the pressure of doing things because they are more "traditional." She had so many helpful suggestions throughout the process to help us really host a day that felt like us. Even though we ended up needing to follow our rain plan and change a few things in terms of location and timeline on the wedding day, DJ Jodi was attentive, flexible, reassuring, and executed everything flawlessly. We felt confident on the day of the wedding with DJ Jodi there, which allowed us to really enjoy the day alongside our guests. Even our other vendors remarked to us how much they enjoyed working with her - so you know she is on her game!
We cannot express enough gratitude for DJ Jodi and the incredible impact she had on our wedding day. In our experience, it was not easy to find a DJ in the wedding industry that is so thoughtful and open-minded, as well as truly passionate and skillful at what she does. Jodi is the reason our wedding reception was both an incredible amount of fun and flowed so smoothly. We were planning our wedding from out of state, but Jodi was so communicative and responsive it was like we were there! She walked through the entire flow of the reception multiple times, ensured we thought about all the little details, and communicated with our other vendors and involved friends/family on our behalf. Jodi is a fantastic DJ who kept the party going from beginning to end at mine and my husband's wedding! Working with her was a great and stress-free experience. I loved talking about music with her in our pre-wedding meetings. Music is very important to me and my husband, so we knew we wanted a DJ who would incorporate our style and add some of her own. Jodi did all of that and more - after I sent her a much bigger than planned song list, we collaborated together on what ended up becoming a pumped-up, fun wedding playlist. We never saw the dance floor empty for too long!
Jodi also took some time with me during the wedding to share when she would play some of mine and my husband's favorite tracks, taking the temperature of the room to maximize the moment. She is truly methodical and careful about her work - I couldn't have trusted our wedding party in better hands. Immense thanks to Jodi - I will never think of my husband's favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles song in the same way again. -

Jodi was our DJ but also the organizer of all the events at our wedding. She coordinated so well with our photographer. She met with me multiple times, which was super helpful! My husband and I hired DJ Jodi Entertainment for our wedding day (5/16/20). Due to COVID19 we ended up having to postpone and then cancel our wedding. However, Jodi was amazing to work with. We started planning our wedding two years ago and throughout those two years she was nothing short of kind, responsive, patient and professional! Since she was a few hours away from us we were able to have phone meetings with her to discuss everything and she was incredibly easy to talk to. She was also really great at providing detailed emails and documents that helped with the planning process. She provided great ideas and feedback, and never made us feel judged for our ideas as well. She was great to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for DJ! -

So much fun & so supportive!
We hired Jodi for our wedding in Maine in September 2019. We were immediately impressed with her level of detail and event planning. She gave us an incredibly helpful timeline and list of questions to get to know us and made sure she was fully aware of our do's/don'ts for the wedding music. We could tell immediately that Jodi was very skilled and a reliable resource for us. Jodi was proactive during our planning process, offering insights and tips from her years of experience in the industry. She made us feel comfortable and confident on the day-of and was always willing to help us achieve our overall vision for the wedding. Music and food were the most important factors for our wedding and Jodi was absolutely the right choice to make sure our music dreams were realized. We had a very particular list of music we wanted and she incorporated them perfectly along with her suggestions to make sure the dance floor was full and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Overall it was such a wonderful experience that I recommended her to my sister getting married this year and she is now booked for her wedding! We really can't stress enough how great our experience with Jodi was - highly, highly recommend! -

Jodi was absolutely amazing at our wedding. During our pre-meeting she was well prepared, shared her thoughts on what has worked best for her, and was also just really easy to talk to and get along with. We told her that we love dancing and told her that the floor would be packed the entire night...and it was! She read the crowd perfectly and kept the dancing going. Out of this world!
We hired DJ Jodi Entertainment for our big day, and are so SO happy that we did. Jodi remained in constant contact from the moment we booked her up until our special day. She has every moment planned out to make sure that we don't have to worry about anything on the day of. She was receptive and responsive to our wishes and made sure to really understand the vibe we were going for! Having a large family with many different generations, we wanted music that encompassed that so everyone had something they could dance to and enjoy. DJ Hennah was our DJ the day of, and catered to our every need. She was able to easily read the vibe of the room and cater a killer playlist that met the level of energy on the dance floor. She was open to any song requests and was able to be flexible to fit our needs the day of. We find ourselves reminiscing about our wedding day because it was the most magical day ever. Everyone was raving about how great the music was, 90 percent of guests were always dancing. If you want a DJ that knows her stuff and then some, get DJ Jodi she will ease so much stress that wedding planning brings.
