Thanks again Jeremy for an incredible performance at our early April wedding! We hired Jeremy on the recommendation of our planner and were literally blown away by how great he was - we had a lot of opinions and specificity about our ceremony/cocktail hour playlist but were a bit burned out and provided very high-level guidance for our reception. With a short written description of "the vibe" and a quick intro call, Jeremy somehow pulled out the reception experience of our dreams. Bonus points for creative mixing and song transitions -

We just had our wedding this weekend and DJ Jeremy and Jeannine were AMAZING!!! From the start of the planning process to the end of the night, everything was seamless and easy. Communication was quick and clear and everything on the day of the wedding went smoothly. We had a brief planning meeting where we outlined what music we liked and didn’t like and DJ Jeremy did everything from there. The music for our wedding was absolutely perfect! I had multiple guests and even a staff member from our venue tell me how awesome the music was! Absolutely 1000% recommend! -

We so thank for DJ Jeremy and his wife, Jeannine. We appreciate good audio at an event, and we even doubly appreciate good music as well as the execution of playing/mixing that music for the dance floor. After seeing a few horrible quality mic fiascos at other weddings, and seeing some DJs that were not capable of reading the room, it was important that we found a DJ who could do it all. DJ Jeremy had both high-quality equipment for the ceremony/reception, and a great intuition for reading our crowd during the party. There was never a lull on the dance floor. He also was able to do some pretty consistently amazing transitions between a variety of dance songs that kept the vibe alive, which we greatly appreciated. Beyond the technical and skill side of things, we really loved how communicative both Jeremy and Jeannine were. They were a great dynamic duo to have on board while planning our event. We were worried that we were being too overbearing with our highly curated list of songs that we supplied them with for the event, but they were ultra accommodating and happy to play the songs we wanted to make an appearance. Jeannine was also a fantastic MC who helped our wedding run smoothly. Thank you to both of you for making the most important component of the night work flawlessly! We cannot recommend you both enough.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding than Jeremy. Music and dancing was the #1 most important thing for our wedding so we took finding our perfect wedding DJ very seriously. My husband and I (and all of our friends) have spent so much time going to concerts and music festivals so we knew we needed a special DJ who could blend our love of EDM while also playing appropriate wedding/dance music to keep all our wedding guests dancing. My husband has also spent time DJing and he hit it off immediately with Jeremey, spending the majority of our phone call talking about the best audio equipment to get the perfect sound quality. By the end of the conversation my husband said, this guy is legit. Jeremy is not the kind of wedding DJ that will spend too much time on the mic making corny jokes, or trying to get everyone dancing to the macarena (thank god). He is a legit DJ with plenty of experience and the ability to read the crowd so he can keep the dance floor energy high. The dance floor was packed the entire night! He perfectly mixed throwbacks with house music, we even received compliments on the music he played during dinner, and who remembers that music! We were able to give him examples of songs that fit our vibe and trusted he knew what to do which took so much stress off of us. One of my favorite memories from my wedding day is being surrounded by everyone I loved, dancing and singing. If you want a professional DJ that you wont need to worry about, hire DJ Jeremy! -

We worked with DJ Jeremy Productions for our wedding in September in Oakland. Jeremy and Jeannine were very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding by a year. They were clear and easy to communicate with in the months leading up to our event. DJ Aaron was our event DJ, and he did an amazing job. The whole event ran smoothly and had such a fun and upbeat vibe thanks to him. The dance floor music was super important to us, and he completely nailed it. We had such a blast and the dance floor was packed throughout the night. We would highly recommend DJ Jeremy Productions and DJ Aaron! -

DJ Jeremy & Jeannine were great partners to work with. They were extremely professional and friendly. We worked with them on DJ and Photobooth services. They kept the entire night running smoothly and on time. Their experience in the industry was really helpful to make sure we were on schedule. There was not one sound issue or gitch. The quality of sound was perfect and the music was amazing - no one left the dance floor all night. We also got silent disco rentals and they were really great at helping us set them up and get them going without a hitch. And lastly, the photobooth quality was really great. We were able to create a custom design and go for the black-and-white look we had always wanted. Our guests could not stop raving about the photostrips and the music! -

We just got married on 7/31 after having to postpone for nearly a year due to COVID. DJ Jeremy, Jeannine, and his whole team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our long planning process. Music is VERY important to us and DJ Jeremy and his team ensured that our vision came to life for every aspect of our wedding. I cannot recommend them more! They are so focused on the client experience and all of our guests had such a great time on the dancefloor because of their attention to detail and ability to read the room/vibe. DJ Jeremy and his team were also great at ensuring our ceremony and all emceeing ran smoothly. You will love working with DJ Jeremy and his team! -

We absolutely LOVED everything about Jeremy and Jeannine. They both truly made our special day unforgettable.
From beginning to end, they have been super informative, organized, and on top of everything. I booked DJ Jeremy many months in advance, and he and Jeannine have been in constant contact with me all the way up to our wedding day. We booked DJ services, inside uplighting, outdoor string lighting, and a photobooth service with them. I sent them a list of songs organized by the wedding day timeline, and they executed everything perfectly.
Can I just stop to say... that outdoor string lighting made our venue even more magical, especially at night!
I also can't thank Jeannine enough for being a wonderful Emcee--helping us stay on our timeline, and cueing us during the ceremony, big entrance, and speeches.
We received SO many compliments from our guests on how good the music was. DJ Jeremy did a fantastic job mixing our favorite songs during the dance party. Antoine attended the photobooth and our guests had a blast taking pics. The backdrop we chose turned out so beautiful!!
I highly recommend DJ Jeremy Productions and would love to work with them again in the future. -

My philosophy for my wedding was hire people who know what they are doing and let them do it well. DJ Jeremy Productions was a great fit for that philosophy. Both Jeremy and Jeannine are very good at what they do. They were very professional and helpful when I had questions leading up to the wedding and walked through the day of schedule moment by moment with me prior to the wedding day to make sure we were all on the same page.
I picked ceremony songs and just a few must play songs for our reception but left everything else up to Jeremy and I was beyond impressed with his song selections. He really watches his audience carefully. There were people on the dance floor all night and we had a hard time finding a moment to take a break because every song was so good that we just wanted to stay and dance!
After the wedding Jeremy even sent me a recording from the ceremony, toasts, and speeches which was very much appreciated since we chose not to have a videographer at our wedding. I cannot recommend DJ Jeremy Productions enough. Thank you both for everything! -

DJ Collin Peacock did an amazing job!
Several months prior to our wedding, we connected our day-of coordinator with Collin to iron out all the logistics of having an off-list vendor. Our coordinator ended up not charging us a fee for booking off-list since she was impressed with Collin’s professionalism and tenured work history.
Two weeks prior to our wedding, we shared our agenda with Collin including all the audio and announcements we required. Within a day Collin quickly edited together our requested two songs for our first dance song. Although we eventually decided to just use a single song, we appreciated his quick turn around and chill adaptability. For our guest arrival, cocktail hour, meal time and dance party parts of wedding we simply gave Collin short playlists of 3-5 songs to use as inspiration for what vibe to create and he was able to match very well.
Collin showed up on time and quickly got setup for both the ceremony and reception locations. He mic’ed up our officiant with a lapel mic and also gave him a wireless mic to hold for us during our vows. While we were waiting for the ceremony processional to start, Collin noticed a piano nearby and even played us a song.
During the ceremony, Collin was super incognito, in a good way. A few guests later commented that they didn’t notice the audio equipment, that it must’ve blended in well with the outdoor venue. Collin announced our toasters and played our requested bouquet and garter belt toss songs. During the dance party, he played music that got our guests up and cutting a rug. He even included some fun dance lighting that our guests really enjoyed.
The Monday after the wedding, Collin emailed us a congratulations and attached direct audio recordings of the ceremony and toasts, and also sent them to our videographer.
Thanks for everything Collin! We highly recommend DJ Jeremy Productions and specifically DJ Collin Peacock!

I cannot thank this team enough for all they did to make my wedding so upbeat and fun! From first contact, Jeremy & Jeannine were quick and helpful. I ended up hopping on a call with Jeremy to learn about the services and immediately felt comfortable. We ending up having Aaron as our DJ on wedding day -- and he was SO GOOD.
We provided Aaron with some must play songs (he played all of them) and of course the songs for first dance, processional, etc. Aaron is a natural - he mixed the songs so well and created such an upbeat event. My wedding had guests of all ages, from 3 years old to 85 years old, but Aaron was able to create an eclectic mix of songs to please everyone. The dancefloor was busy all night!
We also hired Colleen to facilitate our photobooth with a pretty gold backdrop. Our guests loved it, as it was an alternative to dancing..and also made for a great souvenir.
Look no further for a great DJ for your next event! I have already been spreading the word :) -

My husband and I were recently married at Sweet Lane Gardens in May 2019, and we have not stopped hearing how amazing DJ A-Run (Aaron Jacobson) and DJ Jeremy Productions were at our wedding! And we absolutely agree -- this team is simply put: AMAZING! They literally have 350+ 5-star reviews on Yelp! And for a reason...
To anyone planning a wedding, you'll quickly learn that every book, magazine, blog, etc. will tell you to "pick 3 things that are the most important to your wedding." For us that was:
1. Food
2. Music/Dancing
3. And finding a venue that would let us dance into the wee hours of the night!!
Haha, so clearly dancing and good music was VERY important to us. We quickly learned that the music industry is very flaky! It seemed we would have great interview after great interview with DJs recommended to us highly by friends...and then we'd just never hear from them again! It was a nightmare -- what was going on?! I was freaking out! Then entered Jeremy and Jeannine, like our knights in shining armor.
PLANNING
We found Jeremy via Yelp. We sent him a quick request for a quote and were instantly responded to with a request for our email to send along some supporting docs and the DJs available for our wedding date and a link to their mixes.
While Jeremy was not available for our date, after a call to discuss our vision -- he quickly narrowed his recommendation down to Aaron. Then helped us immediately schedule a call with Aaron to see if we were a good fit.
Aaron is magic! All we knew was that we were tired of going to weddings where the DJs didn't know how to get a crowd moving and never accepted requests. He was responsive, reachable and completely helpful throughout the entire planning process. Including day of requests regarding custom mixes for our processional song. He was completely prepared and even gave suggestions.
And Jeannine supplied us with incredibly helpful docs to outline the day in a musical sense and helped us with all payments and contractual questions. This team has it down. Flawless from start to finish!
PRICING
We were looking for up to 7hours of coverage, from the ceremony - reception. And out of 100s of quotes, their pricing is incredibly reasonable + includes a lot of things that other DJs will charge you extra for...like dance floor lighting, or wireless mic setups, etc.
DAY OF...
Clay + I, straight-up, never even met Aaron face-to-face til after we were married, a few cocktails in and seated for dinner! Ahahah! We had gone through our entire ceremony (perfect music/sound), cocktail hour, he even introduced the bridal party...LIKE A CRAZY AMT OF STUFF WENT BY! PERFECTLY! And at dinner, Aaron walks up to our table to hand mics for toasts + introduce himself...all the while, we're like, "Who is this guy?" Ha! We're fully convinced DJ A-run could have gone through our entire wedding, never having introduced himself and we would've never once been worried. That's how amazing and truly on top of everything he was!
And Aaron was extremely polite, professional and accommodating to all of our guest's requests. People danced the entire night -- young and old! He didn't make weird, corny announcements all night...people have legit been asking us for his info and even his wedding playlist since we've gotten married! He's fantastic!

We hired DJ Jeremy Productions for our wedding and it was one of our best decisions! Jeremy and Jeanine were great throughout the entire planning process. They were always professional and are very experienced in weddings. I was an overwhelmed bride and didn’t know the first thing about planning a wedding—they were always available if I had a question and made everything simple, walking me through things step-by-step. On the day of, they provided sound equipment for the entire event, and Jeanine was MC for the reception while Jeremy did the music. The day couldn’t have gone more smoothly… and the dance party was THE BEST!!! The dancing is always my favorite part of a wedding, so it was important to me that we got this part right. And we DEFINITELY did. Guests are still raving about how fun it was! I can't recommend DJ Jeremy Productions enough!! -

We spoke many times throughout the process to go through playlists, the feeling we wanted, songs we love songs we dislike - everything! DJ John understood the feeling we wanted to get across that night and boy did he nail it. Everyone was telling us that this was the BEST DJ they have ever seen. He was fun and lively and read the room and even when I would ask him to put a song on he would transition there on the spot and transition off if it wasn't working! It was flawless. The only thing I wish is that it could have gone on longer. If you are considering using DJ Jeremy Productions and John is available - do NOT hesitate!!! Book NOW!! We also LOVED our photobooth and working with the entire team was a spectacular experience. Thank you DJ Jeremy Productions! You made our day!

Nikki Sent on 07/18/2016This review is a long time coming, but DJ Jeremy and Jeannine were one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. They are true professionals who know what they are doing, and they were amazing to work with. My husband and I had an issue where, long story short, we had to change our wedding venue and date several months before the wedding, and Jeremy and Jeannine were very helpful in making our situation work. The music and microphone audio for our wedding ceremony went off without a hitch, and everyone could hear our officiant and vows. Same goes for the toasts. And our reception dance set was BANGIN'. So good. We had a mix of salsa and Latin dance music mixed with some chart toppers, and Jeremy expertly blended these styles. The dance floor was hoppin' all night. My husband asked if we could get an mp3 of our dance set, and Jeremy graciously sent us one, which we now listen to on roadtrips together. It just helps us relive those moments. My husband I could not recommend them more. Thank you so much, DJ Jeremy and Jeannine! -

The ceremony music was perfectly timed and they kept my wedding on schedule as requested! Everyone was complimenting the DJ and they kept the dance floor packed all night! Jeremy even helped my dad videotape the ceremony. Best of all... They are just truly nice people- I am glad to have had them as a part of my wedding. -

I contacted DJ Jeremy Productions in January, 2020 for a DJ at my wedding reception (originally planned for October, 2020). The wedding ceremony would be held at a church, so the DJ was only needed for the reception at a different venue in Oakland, CA. By February, I signed the contact and I mailed a check for the first half to reserve our October date. Final payment is due shortly before the event. On May 12th, I reached out to DJ Jeremy because my venue had been closed since mid-March due to the growing pandemic and I wanted to discuss the possibility of rescheduling to a different date. I do not receive a response until a month later June 17th. I decide to reschedule the reception to October, 2021, hoping the pandemic will subside by then. DJ Jeremy says I will be charged a $295 rescheduling fee, but will be refunded if Alameda County does not allow my reception to take place. By this point in the year, Alameda County was operating on a month by month closure basis. I would have no way of knowing what the next month holds and I have guests who would need to be notified of any changes a few months in advance since they are traveling from out of the area. Since I’ve already paid DJ Jeremy $1,000 I reluctantly agree to his terms and wait to hear that the county still has restrictions in place.
By August, the county had begun lifting restrictions so I contact DJ Jeremy again to change the date to May 2021 (instead of October 2021). By this point, he is quite upset with all of the date changes and says that before he will make another date change, I need to pay the contract in full. He will send me a new contract to sign and request for the final payment. I agree and it takes him 2 weeks to email me an updated contract. The only change made to this new version is the date.
In March, 2021 my venue closes permanently due to the pandemic and their inability to reopen since the pandemic began in March of 2020. I contact DJ Jeremy again to give him an update and request a refund. He explains that I have had 3 different dates reserved and that, “Alameda County isn't closed for business - we are handling a wedding out in Pleasanton this weekend at another venue, and it is possible to host an event in the county right now, and it was possible to host an event with modifications last October as well.” Thanks for the update, but my venue has been closed consistently since March of 2020. Knowing what other businesses are doing does nothing for me. He says, “Since the venue is closing down completely and it's beyond your control, I'd be willing (as a pure courtesy, and not as a legal obligation) to refund your full payment minus the $200 contract cancellation fee noted in the contract and void the contract.” The contract says that if my contracted DJ is not able to provide the service and DJ Jeremy cannot provide a replacement, then I will receive a refund. With the venue closed permanently, you cannot provide the service. It IS a legal obligation to refund my money, not a courtesy. This is the most disrespectful attempt to play nice after our interactions were anything but nice. I am glad to be done with DJ Jeremy and will tell everyone I know to avoid his business.
