Outstanding Wedding DJ! Greg Exceeded Every Expectation!

Everyone knows that one of the most important parts of a wedding is the dancing, and my wife and I were nervous about this one variable we couldn't control and had to delegate to someone else.

We were hosting a multicultural, multigenerational wedding. While it was a Mexican wedding, we also had an incredibly diverse guest group, all with their own musical preferences. We needed classic Mexican music, English 80s hits, 80s Spanish music, slow romantic songs, current pop music, and even some EDM to keep everyone happy. So there were alot of expectations from our guests.

Greg absolutely delivered and then some! The dance floor was never empty, not once! Every single one of our 180 guests, young and old alike, had their moment to shine on the dance floor. Every genre was played flawlessly, and the energy remained electric throughout the entire reception.
We could not have asked for a better turnout.

What impressed us most was how intentional Greg was with our music needs. He was incredibly flexible and willing to work with us down to the smallest details. He scheduled multiple check-ins with us before the big day to ensure everything would be perfect, and his preparation really showed.

Even weeks after our wedding, our guests are still raving about how amazing the music was! We've had several guests tell us, "My wife didn't even dance at our own wedding, but she never stopped dancing at yours!" These are truly the greatest compliments you could hope to hear about your wedding. The incredible energy our guests experienced would not have been possible without Greg's talent and expertise; he knew exactly what he was doing.

We couldn't have asked for a more amazing time dancing and laughing with our family and friends, and it all happened because of Greg's exceptional work.

The only downside? The night had to end! We all wanted to keep dancing until sunrise, but that's a good problem to have! We would happily work with Greg again without question.

Highly recommend Greg for any couple looking for a DJ who truly understands how to read a crowd and keep the party going all night long!

Best DJ out there. Greg is professional DJ who will cater to your needs and still find a way to cater to the wedding crowd. Best in the business. Highly reccomended!

We are so glad Greg was able to DJ our wedding! Greg was extremely helpful through the whole planning process. He's super easy to communicate with, and he does everything to make sure the night goes how you'd like it to. I especially appreciated how Greg goes above and beyond to be helpful-- I didn't even ask him to play music during our cocktail hour, but Greg made it happen! He's also incredibly talented at "feeling the crowd" and playing what everyone will enjoy. He's the best!

Greg was truly amazing to work with. He helped with the day of timeline too because we didn’t have a day of coordinator. He had great suggestions for ceremony music and got everyone on the dance floor during the reception. Very responsive and goes off of the music you like and will keep the party going! Overall, Greg was a huge part of making our wedding perfect and run smoothly. Thank you again.

Greg DJ'd our wedding this past weekend 8/26/17. He was absolutely phenomenal! The dance floor was full the entire night! We did a phone meeting with him early on and discussed our organization then sent him ideas of music styles we liked, we never had a moment of needing to request different music. My husband is from Mexico and we wanted a mix of Spanish and English music and he was amazing! We had so many guests race about how wonderful Greg was and I am so happy with our decision to hire him for our wedding. We had a couple of delays throughout the night as well and he really made sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

DJ Greg was amazing. I am not one to usually do these ratings but he was outstanding. I found Greg through a co-worker of mine. Greg was very professional and organized. We had a meeting and phone conversation to make sure things were in line prior to our wedding. On our wedding day Greg was great to keep things moving and in order. Once all the speeches and dances were done, the music and fun began. I am not exaggerating when I say our dance floor was packed all night long. People of all ages were dancing and having a great time. The atmosphere and song choices were perfect for our crowd of people. People of all ages are still talking about the DJ, how full the dance floor was and how much they had. To top things off, Greg stayed for an extra half hour, which was amazing. I would highly recommend DJ Greg for your wedding. He will not disappoint.

DJ Greg was amazing!! He was able to put together a playlist that kept the dance floor packed all night long!! Many said it was the most fun wedding they had been to, and a lot of credit for that goes to DJ Greg. He was always timely and professional in responding to any questions or concerns we had during the process and went out of his way to make sure our day was just as we wanted. Thank you DJ Greg! We highly recommend you use him for your wedding/big event!

From planning to the actual day, Greg was fabulous to work with. He was quickly responsive, communicative and open during the planning stage. All this translated perfectly into our wedding day where Greg gave us the perfect soundtrack to our wedding. He could read the audience and his song choices were perfect to keep the crowd dancing! I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Greg was great at picking out the music for my husbands surprise birthday party. While our quest were eating he lowered the music so people could talk and helped us out in any way he could. Thanks Greg

Exceptional! With Greg as a DJ I was not worried about a thing. He followed my suggestions and gave the Zeeland students an amazing prom! I heard from so many people that this was the best dance of their high school career. NOT ONE STUDENT COMPLAINED...and that is remarkable. Hire Greg for your school dances. He plays what the kids like but at the same time keeps it appropriate for school. Great energy. Professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Greg was AWESOME - he did a spectacular job at our wedding!! He kept people on the dance floor all night by playing music that everyone enjoyed. During and after our wedding we had multiple guests mention to us how amazing they thought our DJ was. You can't ask for anything better than that! Greg was so easy-going and did a great job making sure our wedding reception flowed smoothly! His calmness made us feel at ease - we knew we were in great hands. Greg did an awesome job feeling out the crowd and keeping the party going. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about him both in his talent and also for his fun personality and professionalism. We would definitely recommend him!

Greg was phenomenal to work with. There were only a few details we requested for both our ceremony and reception and then we left the rest up to Greg. He was very professional and quick to respond with answer questions.

I was very concerned before we booked a DJ with the size of our venue and different locations people could mingle and how the sound quality would be. Greg had the right equipment for the job and showed up hours before our event to set up and make sure everything was to our liking.

Final thing that impressed us was how well he worked with the other vendors (Photographer, Bar, and Catering) we had at our event to make sure everything was announced properly.

Highly recommend Greg and his experience with DJ'ing for wedding ceremony's and receptions!

Our wedding was absolutely flawless! And Greg Rios helped make that happen. Everything went smoothly from mic introductions to the end of the night send off. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had dancing the night away...I quote "Your DJ was so great...the combination of old and new songs had everyone dancing!" :D Thanks again Greg!!!

We could not have made a better choice in a DJ than Greg! He was fantastic to work with; flexible, patient, and experienced! He answered all of our questions and helped us plan for the best day ever! We just got married in the beginning of June. Greg did an amazing job at both our wedding and reception! He kept all of my guests and I excited, entertained, and dancing all night! He is very open to requests and checked in to make sure everything is on track! I could not have picked a better DJ.

Greg did a phenomenal job at Bra's for a Cause! He was prepared and ready to go when the event started and was able to handle the curve balls that we threw at him. He was so in-tuned to his job that he realized that his mic's would possibly sound better and louder than the facilities and found me right away so that we could switch them out. I would highly recommend him for any event that needs a DJ! Thank you Greg!

Greg was a great guy to meet with and easy to get along with. We explained we wanted to have a fun atmosphere at our reception and to have a variety of music playing. He did just that! We had many guests commenting oh how well they liked the music and that they did have a great time. I am so glad we went with Greg!

Dj Greg Rios is the man!!!
He was our daughters dj for her Quinceanera and every single one of our guest just loved him. That music he played had us all on the dance floor non-stop. I'm telling you all. He's the best around and I am so happy we had him. We even asked him if he could do the service for us that day and he was great about it. Thanks Greg for everything. I will for sure recommend you to anyone looking for a dj.

Phenomenal job! We didn't give Greg a list of songs to play or not play, as he said that he's pretty good at reading the crowd. He was right. The music was great and everyone made comment of how great the music was. He was super easy to work with and very friendly and professional. If I am ever in need of a DJ, he's the man.

Greg was wonderful throughout the whole process. He was very helpful by giving ideas for special dances and was really concerned that we had the music exactly how we wanted it. He also did our ceremony music which was amazing!!! It turned out so well! I have gotten many compliments and wouldn't have changed a thing :).

We were nothing but impressed with DJ Greg Rios. He was incredibly thorough as he led us through planning the reception process. It was evident Greg is knowledgeable as a D.J., as he posed us questions to help us think through how we wanted our evening's schedule/vibe to run. He also went the extra mile to help make my dance with my dad EXTRA special by compiling a mix of various songs for us to create a choreographed dance for our wedding guests. We have received countless compliments in regards to the energy on the dance floor at our reception and we owe it all to D.J. Greg Rios! Such a fun night!

Greg was a fantastic DJ. He honored our music requests, played my husband's favorite music during dinner, and worked with us on a somewhat unusual first dance song. He was responsive when I emailed him with questions and very professional. We would recommend him to others who want a low-key DJ who plays a good mix of music.

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Everyone at the wedding, kids to grandparents, were out on the dance floor having a blast! Played a wide variety of music and really felt out the crowd to see what was more popular! I would truly highly recommend his to anyone and everyone! He did way more than we asked and couldn't be happier to have had him DJ our big day!

The thing we appreciated most about Greg Rios was that he talked through the entire event with us during a face-to-face meeting. We were able to plan much better due to his experience and the questions he asked. Several of our wedding guests even commented on what a great job he did and how friendly he was throughout the evening. His fee was also very reasonable and included all the bells & whistles (microphones for the ceremony, dance floor lighting, etc.). We would highly recommend Greg Rios for any event.

Overall we were very happy with Greg, he said what he needed to without drawing too much attention to himself. The night had a great flow and Greg had great song selections. The dance floor was full the whole night!

We were so glad to have had Greg as the DJ for our wedding--he was not only affordable, professional, and easy to work with, but he had our guests out dancing ALL night long! I didn't have many details until the week of and he just went with it and filled in the blanks. DJ's can be a big part of the reception and it was so reassuring to know Greg was going to make the evening run smooth. I would recommend Greg to any bride and groom in the area!

As a DJ myself, I would have trusted no one other than Greg to DJ my wedding. I knew our styles were similar so it was the perfect choice. He's low maintenance and will be as involved or uninvolved as you would like.

Greg was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job and really kept everything moving. He made sure we stuck to the schedule but was flexible. Everyone danced. He had great taste in music and listened to what we wanted and delivered.

Greg was the DJ for our wedding and trust me when I say, he was absolutely awesome! There was never a moment when the dance floor wasn't packed- he kept the music consistently playing and avoided those awkward lulls between songs. It was so nice to have one less thing to worry about when asking him to do our wedding! He was attentive, did everything we asked on time and was super responsive. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a fun party where the dancing and mingling doesn't stop!

Greg Rios DJ'ed for our fundraising event, the Bras for a Cause, in Holland, MI. I emailed him with the music we needeed the day before the event and he responded within hours. He was extremely detail oriented (which was imperative for this event), and very flexible - to the point where he was able to take a song that he got on a CD about a half an hour before the start of the show and make it work! He did an amazing job and we hope to have him back again next year!

I was very satisfied with the DJ service Greg provided for our wedding reception. He was our emcee as well, and handled everything very professionally. The only complaint I have is he played the wrong song as we were entering the reception. But other than that, everything went smoothly and he was great!

Greg was a great dj. He did a very good job at doing 2 completely different cultures and making it come togather very nicely. He was quick with responding to any questions i had. Only thing that I didn't 100% like was the dance floor lighting however everything else was awesome. Definetely recommend

Greg Rios did a wonderful job! He was at the venue and set up and playing our favorite songs before the decoration committee arrived, this was great and one less thing for us to worry about. He took all of our feedback and played all of our favorite songs. His DJing skills were commented on by many attendees as he kept the crowd moving and grooving until the end. I would HIGHLY recommend his services. I have used this vendor for several occasions including an office party, a holiday party, a sweet sixteen and a class reunion. His diverse musical background can serve any occasion!

Greg was such a wonderful part of our wedding. Some rainy weather turned an outdoor ceremony into an indoor ceremony. Greg was extremely helpful and flexible with the change and with all the unique touches we added. He kept people dancing the whole night. We couldn’t imagine our special day with any other DJ.

We had Greg provide the music for our 20 year high school reunion. He did a great job providing music from back in the day as well as current. He was very professional and punctual. He also checked in multiple times ahead of the event to make sure the day of went smoothly. I would highly recommend him!
