From the start Alex had great communication with us, answering questions fast. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ with DJ Gilberto for our wedding. He did an amazing job. With a slight hiccup in our timeline from other factors, DJ Gilberto quickly made an adjustment to keep our timeline running smoothly. He rolled with the change and did such a great job moving other things around to help this. He kept the dance floor packed and translated directions for our bi-lingual crowd. He did a great job balancing the Spanish and English songs. The dance floor was packed all night, we were really blown away.

Prom - DJ Preston
We had an AMAZING experience with DJ Preston at our high school prom! From the moment students walked in to the very last song of the night, the dance floor was packed. He created such a fun, upbeat atmosphere that kept everyone engaged — students were literally dancing until the final minutes!
DJ Preston did a great job reading the crowd, mixing a variety of songs that appealed to everyone, and keeping the energy high all night long. The transitions were smooth, the sound quality was excellent, and his announcements were clear and perfectly timed.
Overall, it was a fantastic night from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to help make prom so memorable. Highly recommend!

Megan is the best!
DJ Megan was outstanding!!!!! We could not have asked for a better DJ/coordinator/music bingo host/MC/all around rockstar to have had making sure our special day ran as smoothly as possible. She was wonderful to communicate with throughout the planning process and answered all of my questions quickly. She was also very attentive on the day-of and made sure to check in with us throughout the day/night to make sure that the timing of everything was spot-on. She even created a custom music bingo game with songs that my husband and I selected, and hosted the game for us and our guests to play during cocktail hour, which was a huge hit!!! We could not have done it without her- THANK YOU MEGAN!!!!

Fantastic DJ Company!
We don't have enough words to say how amazing DJ Stan with DJ Felix Entertainment was. The experience he created at our wedding was truly phenomenal because he completely picked up on and got what we wanted to do at each stage of our wedding - from the cocktail hour, to dinner, to the dancing, and his execution was perfect. My husband and I were on the dance floor for the entire night, with the exception of maybe one or two songs when we had to use the restroom. Of my top concerns for our wedding was people not dancing, but DJ Stan had people on the dance floor the whole night. Literally banger after banger. In addition to the playlist, DJ Stan did so much when it came to the lighting. He incorporated so many lighting effects and synched them with the music perfectly. It felt like we were at a concert. Of importance, we were running behind in our dinner schedule (due to a totally separate issue NOT involving DJ Stan). Were it not for DJ Stan, we would have lost an hour of dancing time, but he got us back on track, and we are incredibly grateful for it. The other thing I will note is that the platform DJ Felix uses for booking/timelines/song requests/services is very easy to use. It's like you're online shopping - just add the service to the cart and checkout. It made selecting exactly what we wanted for our wedding so easy. We highly recommend DJ Felix!

Mob with bob!
Fantastic service all around! Our DJ, Bob Hoff, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He reached out the week before our wedding to go over our song selection, any songs that had to be played or should absolutely not be played, went for a general artist feel of what we enjoyed, and balanced everything out for the evening. OUR DANCE FLOOR NEVER DIED, and Bob was witty and fun as an MC throughout the evening too. At one point, someone spilled a drink, and Bob seamlessly transitioned the song to "Wipe It Down" as my brother in law cleaned up. Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend working with Bob! As a final note, I got to witness my wife take over the DJ booth for a remix of All Star by Smash Mouth-- this is a new core memory. Nothing but the highest praise!

Amazing experience!
Our experience with the DJFelix company & DJ Bryan Lerche, in particular, was amazing from start to finish! The communication leading up to the wedding was seamless. They made everything so easy with the online portal where we could build our own playlists and even allow guest requests ahead of time. On the big day, Bryan kept the dance floor packed from the first song to the very last! He read the crowd perfectly, played everyone’s requests, and balanced our must-plays with great energy and flow.
He was kind, professional, and exactly as interactive as we wanted him to be - engaging without ever taking away from the moment. So many of our guests commented on how fun the night was and how great the music felt start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ & company and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a packed dance floor and an unforgettable night!

Overall, DJ Felix as a company was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding DJ service. Their website was relatively easy to use for planning, they have a neat portal where guests can request songs, and they did a good job of updating us on where we should be in our planning without absolutely blowing up our email/text inboxes.
Our DJ was Preston, and we couldn't be happier with the job he did from start to finish. From the moment he arrived at the venue, he was prepared to offer any help and guidance we needed. We ended up running a little behind schedule the entire night but he handled it with great professionalism. The ceremony music was seamless, and the music for cocktail hour/dinner curated the exact vibe we were looking for. We were especially impressed with his work during the dance floor part of the reception, as he mixed in requests, classics, and songs that were out of the blue but fit right in and kept the crowd dancing. We had multiple guests comment unprompted that they loved our DJ and wished they had him for their wedding. We couldn't recommend Preston enough!

Fabulous teammate for a wedding
From the first time we met DJ Tim at a bridal expo, we knew we wanted him to work our wedding. It felt like joking around with a friend and that’s what we thought was a perfect feel for our wedding day. He worked with us when we had alittle problem with final payment to make sure we got him the payment on time and was extremely reassuring that this is what they do and that they are here for us and will help however needed. And they did. Tim was fabulous on wedding day. He checked in with us to make sure we stayed on schedule while making sure we kept the night moving. It was like hanging out with a friend which was perfect. It was so great that he got into our wedding day and was able to pull off the Star Wars surprises we had planned without any issue. I will recommend DJ Tim to anyone and everyone!

I will first start by saying WOW. My Husband and I used DJ Felix for our wedding 11/01/2024! Alex’s response time and dedication to us was beyond anything we could have imagined. This whole process was seamless, the website for worksheets and music selection was SO easy to navigate and overall we have no notes! DJ Bob was also very responsive, helped with suggestions on our timeline, and even recorded our vows for us so we had those as a memory! Tim was the absolute best! We are thrilled with our choice to have DJ Felix Entertainment part of our special day. We hired Dj Felix for our wedding this past weekend and it was top notch. Stan was our dj and he was so helpful with my wife and I leading up to the event and on the day of he had everything under control and incredibly professional. We did not have a planner for our wedding and Stan stepped up without being asked and made sure everything flowed well and made the necessary announcements to keep the night going. My sister as well as my sister in law hired dj felx for their weddings in the past so I knew it was going to be amazing but we cannot thank them enough for a perfect music ambiance on our special day

We were referred DJ Felix from the hotel coordinator and we were so glad we booked him! He had quick responses, clear pricing, and experience with our venue to help guide us and make decisions. We provided a short list of "must play" songs and not only did he play those but added great selections to make the night SO MUCH FUN! We used DJ Felix Entertainment for our wedding this past weekend at the Grand Geneva. DJ Bob was absolutely amazing! He worked with us ahead of our big day to make sure he knew the day of timeline, what our must play and do not play songs were, and what vibe we wanted. He was extremely friendly, timely, always smiling and you could tell he loves his job! So many of our guests have told us how great our DJ was and how it was an unforgettable night. We even had guests asking for his information for their own parties. I'm not sure what our next need will be for a DJ, but it will definitely include DJ Bob. He killed it!

Dj truly takes the time to get to know YOU & Your wedding. Dj Felix is the way to go!!! From prep to planning to execution — Megan had us covered! Our wedding was the perfect mix of detailed planning and flexibility. Megan had ideas, suggestions, and tips during our planning phone call. I felt Megan had our best interests in mind and was extremely considerate of any and all preferences we had. She took the time to get to know us before the wedding and make sure we were comfortable. During the wedding, she helped us stay on schedule and keep the night moving without making us feel rushed in the slightest.
The Music was selection was SO GREAT that my (now) husband danced so hard he sprained his ankle… AND KEPT DANCING FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT. While I hope that isn’t the case for you, it take a special type of DJ to keep the energy that high for that long. I WILL be recommending DJ to Felix to anyone who will listen.

I worked with DJ Megan Grassel for my wedding in June 2023 and truly could not have had a better experience. Megan is an absolute expert. She is great at interacting with the crowd, predicting what songs will work best, and encouraging the guests to let loose and have a great time. In addition to music, she did a fantastic job keeping guests informed about what other activities were happening at the reception like signing the guest book, shouting out the photo booth, and calling guests for group photos. The best part though, is that Megan is just a genuinely kind, cool person. She took photos of the finished reception venue and send them to me the day after the wedding, she took videos of my husband and I dancing at the end of the night, and even offered to play music at the cocktail hour for us at no additional cost. She made the pre-wedding planning so easy, had great suggestions, and was able to accomodate a bunch of unique details we threw at her. I feel so lucky to have had Megan be a part of my wedding day, and can't recommend her enough! 💗

DJ Megan was terrific - friendly, very cool, and a total pro! The mix was great and the dance floor was full - not an easy task given that we had partygoers ranging from their 20's and up. She gave the pretty basic space a fun, nightclub vibe with her lighting gear. My partner and I had never planned such a big party before and had some hiccups due to our lack of experience. Megan handled our difficulties in such a smooth, capable, reassuring fashion. Booking was very easy and we felt well-taken care of - solid advice, a great array of options and good follow-through. Best DJ Ever!
Chris was amazing. We had an actual tornado at our wedding and had to move the basement. He was able to adapt and grab a speaker from his car and bring it downstairs to keep the party going. He was super attentive and continued to ask us how we were doing and if we needed anything. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Definitely greatly exceeded our expectations.

Best Wedding DJ!
My husband and I booked DJ Megan through DJ Felix Entertainment and we were absolutely blown away by our experiences with her and the company. They were incredibly responsive and upfront about costs, services, and availability, and they helped us plan our day out perfectly. DJ Megan was the perfect DJ for us the day of because she clearly understood the types of music my partner and our friends and family would like and she responded to that rather than playing a set list of songs. The entire night the dance floor was full and almost 100% of our guests stayed up until the very last song. I would highly recommend DJ Felix Entertainment and DJ Megan!

excellent and complete DJ needs
From the start DJ Felix company was easy to work with. They helped to plan out what a couple would want songs during different parts and in the order that you would like. They sent useful tips. Bill paying was easy. Communication was fast. We had Steven Zsori as our DJ. He was easy to work with and called the week before to go over the game plan for the big night. We did not have a lot of structure but he went with the flow and gave us cues for the parts we wanted more scripted. He kept the good music coming. Read the crowd well knowing the likes and not as popular songs with the group. He knew when to add in a slower song to give breaks and encourage others to dance. We had lots of compliments from others about our DJ.

We absolutely loved working with DJ Tim! He was super flexible with all our changes and made sure all of our requests were played. There was never a lull on the dance floor, and that was clearly all because of him! Also, working with the company as a whole was so easy, and their website was very user friendly. Wow. Just amazing. DJ Felix - specifically Alex Johnson - was superb: he was responsive before our event and, maybe more importantly, a killer DJ for our wedding. He understood the 'vibe' we were going for and 100% delivered. There was a 30-second lull where a song was "off-vibe" and, without prompting, he identified and rectified the situation, moving on to yet another banger!! As I continue to hear horror stories and average reviews about friends' wedding music/DJs, I cannot be more thankful for our experience w/ DJ Alex of DJ Felix Entertainment!!

School Dance DJ
Marty Bolbat was our DJ for a high school homecoming dance. He ensured students had a blast! There was dancing for 3 straight hours and he was accommodating to song choices and announcements throughout the night. We look forward to having him back for future events. Great night!

Our DJ Tim Synold was amazing! Working with him was very easy- they have a great website for submitting forms, payment, and song requests that was by far the best process we found. The owner Alex was awesome from the start, helpful, and fun to work with. He was available to answer any and all of our questions, even non DJ related ones, whenever we had them. DJ Bob did our wedding and he was 10/10! Fun to work with, honest about what he could do and could not do, and all around got us so excited and hyped leading up to our day. The day of our wedding, DJ Bob arrived early to set up and was a joy the whole time. He made sure us and our guests dance until the venue kicked us out. Great company, awesome DJs, totally recommend.

DJ Megan was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help our group line up for ceremony and the grand march. On top of that checked in with us multiple times during the night to ensure we stayed on time and to make sure we were doing okay. She truly was one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. Alex and Kyle were the best wedding decision we made!
We first reached out to Alex who was so kind to call and answer our questions about finding a DJ. After hearing how passionate he was about his work, we knew it was a no brainer to go with DJ Felix Entertainment for our wedding day. We ended up working with Kyle Woods for the big day and WOW did he take a weight off our shoulders. There's a great online database to enter any must-have songs and detail how you would like your ceremony to sound. Kyle is clearly passionate about his work and it absolutely showed. He played our ceremony seamlessly and had people dancing the entire night. Not to mention, he was so adaptable as we were changing plans last minute due to rain. Without my asking, Kyle had wonderful music for guests while we waited for rain to pass, and had our ceremony set up seamlessly despite the rain. It was so wonderful to not have to worry about anything related to his work -- all of this greatness on top of Kyle just being a generally wonderful human to chat with!
My biggest advice for wedding planning is to find vendors who make you feel good, and working with DJ Felix Entertainment was easily one of the best decisions we made for the big day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

DJ Felix Entertainment (specifically DJ Steven Z.) were everything we hoped for from our DJ. From their responsiveness to emails, working with us on custom entrance requests, to keeping the dance floor packed all night, we could not have asked for more. Crazy night, great music and friendly DJ
Shane was great to work with. Ended up having a blast with his new fangle garter and boquet games. He even joined in with our best man for some spontaneous karaoke. Alex was our DJ through this vendor and was absolutely the best. Most professional, courteous, respectful person we could have asked for. No hiccups at all and if my lovely bride needed something changed it took him less than a few minutes to do it. Flexible with the timeline so he stayed an extra hour after he was supposed to and worked with us for more time spent with family. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our DJ and party generator. Our wedding was a mix and match of various generations of friends and family. At Chris’ direction we created a playlist for consideration. Chris was complimentary and provided significant input during an efficient phone conference. Chris texted prior arrival, ensured he met us early in the day for a final review of ceremony music. Chris coordinated well with our photographer and our event planner from the venue. Part of the success of the wedding celebration was that we listened to Chris’s input and placed our trust in Chris’s experience. It was apparent Chris has a passion for what he does. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our DJ and party generator. Our wedding was a mix and match of various generations of friends and family. At Chris’ direction, we created a playlist for consideration. Chris was complimentary and provided significant input during an efficient phone conference. Wonderful DJ to work with!
Alex made the trip all the way from Lake Geneva to Galena, IL without charging for mileage. He was so organized and was ready to have a good time. He was also very involved in moving things along and getting everything in order. Communication was excellent! Could not have asked for a better DJ or experience.

We had a wonderful experience!
Alex did an amazing job with our wedding on October 9th, 2021. Not only was he super easy to work with, he was super organized, and you could tell he loves what he does. He accommodated us adding on live singers during our ceremony, and even accommodated a live performance that the Brides parents surprised the couple with. We also hired a mariachi band to perform during our dinner and Alex accommodated that as well. He kept everyone on the dance floor and our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding. We couldn’t have been more thankful and lucky to have a DJ who truly cares about making our wedding exactly what we wanted from a musics standpoint! 10/10 would hire him for your wedding/events.

Flexible, relaxed and fun DJ
DJ Sponge was the perfect fit for our day. He was relaxed but professional and worked to make the day exactly what we wanted. His flexibility and ability to think on his feet led to some of our favorite wedding moments. As far as music and intuition for what to play, he was spot on all night. DJ Stan & Our Wedding
While we had a couple hiccups on our wedding day (None from DJ Felix Entertainment) Our DJ, Stan, actually helped us walk through those problems. He was so nice and understanding and willing to make any last minute changes. He kept the dance floor packed even though our families aren't very big dancers. It was an honor to have him at our wedding and I hope he enjoyed the night just as much as we did. Thank you DJ Stan!

Alex provided exceptional entertainment for our wedding at an extremely reasonable price. A last minute issue, within a few days of our wedding, left us without music for our ceremony. Alex, on short notice, stepped up to the plate to provide the ceremony music. During our reception Alex kept our guests entertained and dancing all night long. Alex was amazing throughout the entire planning process. With Covid, we had to postpone and he was so flexible and able to accommodate all of our needs.
