Best DJ! Amazing professional

We loved DJ Dayna! We have been to a few weddings since ours, and all we can think about is how great Dayna was! She listened to us and delivered on all our requests. She was professional, kind, and really knew how to keep a dance floor moving. You will not find a better DJ!

Flexible, creative and overall THE BEST!

We met DJ Dayna back in 2019 while we were planning for our 2020 wedding. Obviously May 2020 wedding didn't work because of COVID. We postponed an entire year, but COVID was still affecting our full wedding vision. We decided to change venues and created a backyard wedding in an entirely different city. DJ Dayna was able to travel with us and made it work.

She is so creative. She is a progressive DJ who is able to read the crowd and get people moving. We've all been to weddings where one song is played for a little too long, or one song is just a dud and no one is dancing. She knows how to prevent the awkwardness of guests just sitting around and staring at each other. She knows how to truly DJ and keep the music flowing. She was very professional. She listened to us and didn't play silly requests. She creating an awesome atmosphere for us and turned the night into a big party! She is reasonable, knowledgeable and really knows how to do her job!

I know sometimes people want to cut corners and save money while planning their wedding. I get that! However, I suggest NOT cutting corners with a DJ. They create the atmosphere for your wedding and could potentially create a horrible memory. DJ Dayna made our entire night. She is worth every penny and I'm so glad we spent the money on her. I would suggest her to anyone who asks!

Awesome choice

Dj Dayna was our choice for our daughters wedding reception and we were very pleased with everything she provided and added to our daughters reception. The music was great and the pacing and volume was perfect! An added bonus was the pyrotechnics and drummer!
I highly recommend both! The drummer brought an added piece to the music that everyone loved!
She is very professional in all she does and so easy to work with. We didn't want the night to end and she was a large part of everything going perfectly!

The best dj

DJ Dayna was hands down one of the BEST vendors that we selected for our wedding. She was professional, energetic, and full of amazing suggestions for our wedding reception! Our guests were blown away with her ability to keep the dance floor constantly filled and her flawless music transitions. We provided her with a few must-have songs and then she created such a fantastic playlist for us. She was an absolute joy to work with and we would book her again in a heartbeat!

Amazing!

Dayna was amazing from day 1! From the moment I contacted her to inquire about her services to the day of my wedding, she was extremely kind, energetic, outgoing, and easy to work with! We had a few FaceTime meetings to discuss what I was looking for, and she delivered above my standards!! She was the perfect MC and DJ for my wedding! She played everything we had discussed and even took requests from my guests! Lastly, I had briefly mentioned that I wanted a violinist for my ceremony but wasn’t sure where to look, and she instantly gave me a referral (who we ended up booking)! They even did a collaboration together for my cocktail hour! All my guests thought it was AMAZING and very unique! I highly recommend booking DJ Dayna for your event!

Ideal Wedding DJ

When we originally started planning our wedding I knew that entertainment was one of our top priorities. Being a music lover and always envisioning a specific "wedding day vibe", I was really looking for a DJ who would cater to our music preferences while making it their own. DJ Dayna did just that. She truly elevated our small but lively wedding. She strongly took into consideration our preferences and curated a perfect evening of music while balancing what the crowd wanted. If music entertainment is important to you on your big day I would highly recommend Dayna - she is incredibly professional and will no doubt add a positive light to your day!

absolutely wonderful to work with!

DJ Dayna was THE BEST. Easily the easiest vendor to work with out of everyone. She managed our sound system for our outdoor ceremony (where we had live music) and I never even had to talk to her about it; she took care of everything with my planner. Dayna had us fill out a form that covered everything from the song being played while we cut the cake to how our wedding party was announced. We also had a Zoom call (Covid) to chat with her pre-wedding. She is the absolute sweetest (and coolest) and everyone LOVED her at the wedding. A venue staff member even commented how it was the best party he had ever seen, and it was in large part thanks to Dayna. I could sing her praises forever!

Helpful, fun, and a great experience.

Dayna with us multiple times to make sure that our needs were met. We had a very easy time coordinating with Dayna and everything went smoothly with her during the wedding and the reception. She was flexible during the reception and took requests and made the entire set flow very well. She also made suggestions to help with our lighting decisions and we were extremely happy with the result. We highly recommend her services and were extremely satisfied. All of our guests had a great time and multiple people were asking for the set list.

Not only is Dayna so sweet and fun to be around, she’s an amazing dj who really knows music.
I was kind of terrified of having a cliche wedding dj who played a generic playlist of wedding “hits”, so I was thrilled to find Dayna. She was very responsive (even though she had a busy travel schedule!) and we had a great initial conversation. From there she took time to be sure she really knew what songs were important to us and what songs were not on the guest list.
Dayna understood the vibe and kept everyone on the dance floor! She left that night with lots of new fans!
I would work with Dayna again for sure! (Currently looking for excuses to throw a huge party...)

Dayna was really great! We got several compliments about her from our family and friends and even our photographer, who has obviously attended many weddings. She cared about our personal style and was very accommodating. She also incorporated her own expertise so we did not have to pick everything or know everything. She checked in throughout the planning process and I never had to wonder where things stood. As far as DJ services, I was totally confident and didn't worry about a thing on the wedding day, which is priceless! Highly recommend! Thanks, Dayna!

We loved every minute of it! The jams DJ Dayna put out were awesome. I believe someone said , “I’ve never seen the dance floor that packed the entire time at a wedding before!” I’d say that is a success!

We are excited to be a Mr and Mrs and our picture perfect wedding would not have been possible without DJ Dayna! We will be sure to recommend her to our friends and family who will also be getting married soon as well!

I got married in August and had the pleasure of working with DJ Dayna. So many things set her apart from other DJs. A few things that really stood out was that she took the time to still chat with me and ask me questions while she was on a cruise ship! Another is
at the wedding if she felt like the guest weren’t vibeing with a certain genre of music she would switch it up. I have been to a lot of weddings where DJs will only play what they like or know and won’t switch it up. Also, she mixes her own songs. She is the classic DJ not just a DJ that only plays today’s music and doesn’t add their own person touch to a song. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Dayna and I know our guest felt the same way. Our guest were dancing until we had to be out of the venue at midnight! She knows how to get people up and moving our guest were dancing so much they had to take their shirts off because they were busting too many moves. DJ Dayna is awesome and it would be a huge mistake not to hire her for your special day!

I loved my experience working with DJDana at my wedding! I've heard horror stories about wedding DJs, in general, but DJDana was a referral from an event planner friend, who had worked with her on numerous occasions! She was reasonably priced and she met with me in person to go over music selections and was super prepared, helping plan timing of events and song specifics! During the reception, she controlled the flow of events and double checked on delays. Everything was perfect on my perfect day with no hiccups! I definitely recommend DJDana for any occasion!

We loved having Dayna at our Wedding. We got to meet with her twice before our special day and go over everything with her. She was a great resource for idea sharing and formulating the timeline. Dayna was our only vendor that we were not friends with, however I feel like we are friends now. She was personable, responsive and so much fun.

Dayna was just what we needed in a DJ and MC. With the experience she brings to the table she had a perfect song for every moment. When we started planning our wedding everyone told us to pick a few things that were most important to us and focus on those...and we did. Music was one of those things for us. We were so excited when Dayna blew away our (high) expectations and kept the party going all night. She worked with all of our song requests, and was awesome at interacting with the guests, taking their requests into consideration while keeping to our Do Not Play list. I can't imagine going back and having anyone else DJ our wedding...she was perfect! If you are on the hunt a DJ that has the whole package—professional, energetic, fun, flawless mixes, ability to MC, and great at reading the crowd, this is your girl! We can't say enough good things about her!!!

Dayna was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. We had some responsiveness issues with the DJ we had previously booked but Dayna swooped in to save the day ! She was helpful, responsive and reliable and went out of her way to accommodate our requests to the letter. My husband and I booked DJ Dayna for our November wedding! We had an initial meeting with Dayna before booking and we knew right away that we wanted to book with her! She is SO sweet, professional, and has great style!! We booked Dayna for our ceremony music, cocktail hour music, and our reception!!! This required Dayna to be in three different spaces in the Art Insitute where our weeding was held! She made each transition flawlessly, and our guest loved the music she selected for each space!! I really loved the detailed questioner Dayna asked us to fill out prior to the wedding, this really helped us share our vision for the evening & musical style with her!! She was spot on with her picks! She was also SO helpful when I asked for music suggestions!! If your searching for an amazing DJ...you must book DJ Dayna!!!

Dj Dayna was absolutely amazing!!!! SO many of our guests came up to my husband and I saying how incredible she was at keeping the party going, and how awesome the music selection was. Dayna was incredible during the entire process. DJ Day-na was a perfect fit for our wedding! We got married on the 6th of September with our reception at the Phoenix (downtown Cincy). Within minutes of meeting Dayna I knew she was exactly what I wanted- without even knowing what I wanted!! Not to overbearing, fun, energetic, knowledgable, and laid back (but very professional)! She had great equipment and the sound was perfect for our large reception. Great cost and very flexible and willing to work with you! Everyone had such a blast at our wedding and no one got off the dance floor! Thanks Dayna!!

Dayna was one of the best DJ's I have ever heard and I couldn't have picked better for our wedding. She was easy to work with and accommodated last minute changes in the reception order just minutes before our grand entrance. She played every song I had requested for the various pieces of the wedding. She got rave reviews from the guests and the bride & groom couldn't have been more pleased. We have already contacted her to do my new husbands high school reunion this summer. Can't wait to hear her again in a few months.

From the first day we met Dayna, I knew we had made the right choice for our wedding DJ. She met with us in person to get to know us and get a feel for our music styles. Closer to the wedding day, she was in close contact with us and with our venue to ensure that she knew all of the details of our reception timeline and playlist. Dayna was especially helpful when we couldn't decide on songs for certain parts of our reception. Her expertise and overall ability to understand our musical tastes was superb! On the day of our wedding, Dayna had everything running smoothly from start to finish, and she made sure our guests had an amazing time. We received so many compliments on the music choices, and our guests were up out of their seats almost all night. DJ Day-na is fantastic! I booked her for my wife's birthday party. There were guests at the party of all ages. DJ Day-na was able to play music that satisfied all of my guests music tastes. Her timing was impeccable. She played the rights songs at the right time and that made the party exciting and kept the fun flowing all night. I would recommend DJ Day-na's services to anyone for any occasion. Her ability to anticipate what the crowd wants to hear is uncanny and I have no doubt that she will make the event as successful as she made mine!

I recently attended my little sisters wedding back in Dayton, Ohio and Dj-Day-na was the Djay for the reception and she was outstanding! She MCed the event and played all the music and she did a great job!! My little sister and her new husband said they both really enjoyed working with her, and said they have referred a few friends to her for future business. Day-na was dressed very professionally and spoke with myself and the best man to coordiante our toasts, and other events during the reception. She is very upbeat and outgoing and clearly knows her stuff. She even helped my mom make a timeline for the wedding day!!

DJ Dayna is Dynamite!!!! Dayna was the DJ for my daughter's wedding and she did an amazing awesome job. It was a beautiful wedding and a big part was due to DJ Dayna's talents. To pull off a perfefct wedding--one needs an amazing DJ that is very knowledge, diverse in music generes , can read the crowd as well as emcee. WE knew we needed somone who would cater to our tastes and make the day memorable. Dayana was extrememly detailed in our consultation and covered every little thing from logistsics to the flow of the day. She always respondeed in a timely manner during the planning process with our many questions and concerns. During the reception Dayna kept everyone on track and on time and was very flexible and was able to react quickily and effiecintly. Dayna went above and beyond and ran the day with the utmost professionalism plus she was a pleasure to work with and so much FUN!

DJ Dayna did a fabulous job dj'ing our wedding! She met up with me to go over the contract, music selections, etc. She also kept tabs on us through email and was prompt at responding to emails. She was very flexible with last minute changes we had. She showed up on time and was well prepared! Was very pleased with her, and she played all of the music we hoped for! <3 I would definitely recommend her for any event and will definitely keep her in mind when I need her for future events!

I loved working with DJ Dayna. I'm not familiar with names of songs, or artists, so she helped me by emailing wedding songs for all events. She said she was willing to pick songs for our wedding, but always stressed that she wants the wedding to be our own, so I worked on doing that. Dayna was very flexible and did last minute changes that I requested. There was also a version of a song that a guest wanted that she didn't have. We used my IPod. Everyone at the wedding loved how Dayna kept the party going, MC'd, and just made it plan fun!! I would definitely recommend her.

DJ Dayna was great. She is not the typical 'take center stage' DJ that I have seen at other weddings...she made sure we were in the spot light instead of her! She mixes her music and keeps the party going. She came recommended to us from a friend and it was the best recommendation ever. Dayna put a lot of time into our wedding in the weeks prior (lots of time researching requests and songs to fit our taste). The music was flawless. Our 'do not play' list was respected and a few fun unexpected twists were added. DJ Dayna was part of why our special day was perfect!

Dayna was absolutely great! She was the perfect DJ for our wedding at The Dayton Art Institute. Her energy and sincerity was a welcome addition to the planning process, and she brought numerous ideas and suggestions from her experience to the table. At our request, she even created a custom music sample to be played during our reception introduction. We would not hesitate to hire her again, for any event where music and a great smile is welcome!

DJ Dayna took such good care of my husband and I during our wedding preparations! She understood that we not only wanted good/fun music, but we also wanted someone to help guide the activities of the night. After speaking with her over the phone the first time, I knew she would take great care of us and really wanted the best for us on our big day! One of the things I thought was so much fun and unexpected was a Grease mash-up that got all the wedding guests out on the dance floor. I will cherish that memory of dancing with our whole extended family! How fun! I felt completely secure that my reception would go off without a hitch with Dayna in charge, she talked to me about all the details and really took the time to understand what my husband and I wanted. Highly recommend Dayna if you need a DJ for your wedding or event!
