DJ Bri helped create our favorite day ever!

DJ Bri was recommended by our wedding venue and we're so glad we reached out to him! He was so friendly and easy to work with - we set up a meeting to talk about our big day and then he sent over a form where we outlined music choices, and other wedding day details closer to the wedding. Best. Night. Ever.

Perfect DJ

Amazing DJ!

We had a great experience with DJ Bri! He was a professional for start to end. He was very helpful as we planned what we wanted our wedding to sound like. DJ Bri was the best!

DJ Bri was the absolute best! He stuck with us through 2 covid postponements & was patient & flexible throughout the process. He made the effort to really listen to our vision for the night. Bri played our must-play songs, requested genres, etc but also really paid attention to the crowd and what music was keeping them on the dance floor. We had SO much fun, & our guests couldn’t stop telling us how much fun they had too. They complimented the music & said their feet hurt because they just didn’t want to sit down. Trust me, you are in good hands with DJ Bri!

Phenomenal DJ!

DJ Bri was a phenomenal choice for our wedding! He was the DJ for my sister's wedding in 2016 and she had nothing but great things to say, so my husband and I decided to hire him for our Fall 2021 wedding. DJ was really incredible! He listened to what we wanted for our wedding and was so knowledgable about music. We mentioned bands we liked and he knew exactly the style we were going for with our music. He also kept the party going on the dance floor all night long! I couldn't recommend DJ Bri more!

Where do I even begin?!

I don't even know where to begin with DJ Bri. My husband and I hired him back in 2019, I believe, when our wedding was schedule for 2020. However, we ended up rescheduling to Fall of 2021 due to COVID.

Bri was so professional and so personable throughout our entire process and journey to our wedding day. He was always available to ask questions and he was always eager to help us make decision we may have been stuck on.

When the time finally came to complete his (much appreciated) homework packet and get all of our thoughts in order I was thrilled to find that he had covered every possible detail that I could think of! I didn't have a thing to worry about that night!!

From start to finish, Bri was so fun and so interactive. My husband and I even had a choreographed dance piece and Bri actually left us a little note on our sweetheart table that said "You two did great! - DJ Bri" ! This little token of kindness - something he went out of his way to do - really stuck out to me.

He took song requests and became as much a part of our night as the guests. I couldn't be happier with how it all went and I wish we could do it all over again!!!

A Professional In Every Sense Of The Word

DJ Bri was extremely professional in helping us properly plan everything for our big day. His planing form helped to ensure the right music was played at the right time. Bri did an excellent job of understanding the type of music we wanted spinning!

Outside of the music, Bri was very easy to contact, was pro-active in giving us some great advice regarding the order of events, and made sure we were well equipped for the ceremony. He is very knowledgable, and is very easy to communicate with.

DJ Bri is the absolute best - amazing!!!

The music for our big day was arguably the most important aspect of our big day, and my husband and I did not take our search lightly. We talked to a number of different DJs and DJ Bri stood out immediately. We booked him without hesitation and we are SO glad we did!! We were one of the many COVID couples and Bri was communicative and supportive through all of the constant updates, changes, and rescheduling that we had to do. He was calm and positive throughout the whole process, which was a huge help given how stressful the overall planning experience was. Our big day finally arrived this August, and Bri was so organized and helpful when finalizing all of our requests for the day of. He listened to all of our requests, remembered every detail, and we didn't have to worry once. He played all of the music we wanted and loved and our biggest ask was to keep the dance floor as packed as possible all night - and he did just that. He gave us recommendations on how to get everyone excited and up and dancing right away, and his suggestions worked out perfectly. We had almost everyone at our wedding dancing the night away, singing, and having so much fun. Bri got out there on the dance floor for some of the more interactive songs and the guests LOVED it! Everyone is still talking about how great the music and our DJ was weeks later. My husband and I were literally dripping sweat by the end of the night. We also booked our photo booth through Bri and it was a HUGE hit! He listened to all of our requests with that as well and set it up exactly as requested. His attendant was super helpful and patient with all of our drinking guests, and getting to walk away with a book full of the photo strips as memories to look back on is just priceless. I truly cannot recommend Bri and his offerings enough. If you are looking for a stellar, professional, organized, fun, and overall wonderful DJ - look no further - book with DJ Bri!!!

Flawless execution

I found out about DJ Bri through my venue (Lippincott Manor) and used reviews like this to make my final decision. His organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility are some major qualities of his that stood out! I am NOT a big "music" person, nor did I know how the flow of a wedding is supposed to go, so his planning sheet and song lists were extremely helpful! He even helped me figure out ceremony music when I had NO idea where to even start. During the reception, he did a perfect job managing the timeline, playing "must play" songs, and taking many song suggestions form guests as well - all without being too overbearing (as some DJs tend to make it about themselves). His level of presence was just right, and made sure to consult with us about details (like who first for toasts) if needed. This was a wedding with many guests in their 20's who love to party, and everyone had a BLAST thanks to DJ Bri!!!

The most amazing DJ!

From the moment we met Bri, we knew we wanted him to DJ our big day. He has the most awesome personality and truly cares about making you happy and comfortable on your day. Bri was so easy to work with, walked us through the whole process and LISTENED to exactly what we wanted. We had a 50 person micro wedding and the best decision we made was continuing to book Bri as our DJ. He somehow made a “no dancing allowed” wedding so much fun. No one was bored and all of our guests had a great time. He was responsive to all my emails and questions and truly felt like a friend throughout the entire planning process. DJ Bri is the best!

DJ Bri is the best! We hired him for our August 31st, 2019 wedding. Another vendor had said that the DJ is the voice of the wedding – DJ Bri not only has a great voice he also brings great energy. He listened to all of our requests and made great suggestions. He kept the dance floor full nearly the entire night. DJ Bri also provided a helpful organizer that made sure we remembered to include any songs, special moments, etc in to our special day. We purchased his extra uplighting which really enhanced our venue’s lighting. We also opted for DJ Bri’s photo booth – guests had a lot of fun doing it and we even got copies of everyone’s pictures! DJ Bri offers a lot which helps use fewer vendors. We received so many compliments about the music and dancing at our wedding, so we highly recommend DJ Bri!

Best night of our lives!

DJ Bri was and is awesome. Everyone at our wedding said it was the most fun they have ever had (including my 91 year old grandma who was on the dance floor the whole night). There was no point in time where there wasn't anyone on the dance floor. Our dads even tried to pay him to keep going we were having so much fun! Bri is so easy to work with and incredibly professional. It's crazy - when you needed him to announce or do anything, he made his presence known but when it was about you and your guests, it was ALL about you and your guests, he just provided the perfect soundtrack for the moment. We made a lot of great decisions for our wedding but choosing DJ Bri as our music/entertainment was bar far one of the best. Thank you Bri!

Impeccable

Words could never express how amazing DJ Bri was! From the original inquiry email, to the FaceTime meet and greet, he was always nothing but professional and friendly! Due to us living far away from him he offered to do our initial conversation over face time and it was amazing! I never would have thought about that! He wanted to get to know my husband and I on a personal level and not just a business level. He ensured us that HE would be the one to do our entertainment, and not another guy like some companies have done. He was in constant contact for over 6 months and sent out a very detailed planner to help us choose our music choices.

The night of the wedding was impeccable because of him! DJ Bri provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Every single thing was PERFECT. Our guests raved and complimented him the whole entire night and for weeks after. He kept the vibe going all night and read the room so appropriately.

Not only did he provide the most fabulous music but he provided the uplighting, Gobo design with our names on the dance floor, and his partners came with the photo booth. If you are debating whether or not to do a photo booth, DO IT! This made the night and DJ Bri and his staff provided high levels of enthusiasm and charisma that made such a lasting impression on everyone.

Best DJ ever!

The moment we met DJ Bri it was obvious that he would be the perfect fit for our wedding! We booked DJ Bri 2 years out and for the two years leading up to the wedding he couldn't have been more amazing. Communication was effortless and very timely. No matter what questions we had (and we had many) he answered every one. When we would contact him and felt worried about something he quickly took the worries away and assured us the wedding would be perfect, and it was! He was so helpful with creating our playlist and make a spot for every song we requested and he always handled the guests request very well. The Amazing Bri!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with DJ Bri Swatek throughout the entire wedding process. He was kind, responsive, organized, and knowledgeable. DJ Bri offered incredibly helpful suggestions (e.g. how much uplighting was needed for our venue, when to announce certain events, etc...) that made our day extra special. I can't recommend DJ Bri enough!

This is a very long overdue review! We had DJ Bri at our wedding in April of 2018 and he was AMAZING. He listened to all our our requests, made us feel very comfortable, and had a great feel of the room throughout the evening - he even added an chorus to the end of Africa by Toto because my friend, who loves the song, missed it while in the bathroom.

To add to my appreciation of how great DJ Bri was for our wedding I only had to attend several other weddings throughout the past year. While I had great times at all of them, I noticed that none of the DJs were as good as DJ Bri! It really takes a few only good DJs to make you realize how great DJ Bri is at what he does.

In case it didn't come across above - I can't recommend DJ Bri enough!

Phenomenal DJ

DJ Bri is clearly an expert! He knew how to mix in songs (slow vs. dance songs, current music vs. older music) and the dance floor was packed all night! I didn't realize at first, but the DJ you hire really controls the flow of your event so they can either make or break your day! Bri was amazing and I received numerous positive comments about him on my wedding day and in the weeks since. My guests just can't stop raving about him! Bri was one of the first vendors we hired so he was able to provide us with many recommendations for vendors in other fields. Bri also provided a photo booth with many props which was a huge hit. Hiring DJ Bri for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made!

DJ Bri made our wedding perfect.

Wow! Since my wedding, we have had several guests excited to tell us that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have been to. We were glad to hear that many guests felt our DJ played a major role in their enjoyment of our wedding. DJ Bri had far exceeded our expectations and stood out from other DJs both in his performance at the wedding as well as his preparation beforehand.
Before the wedding, DJ Bri makes a point of getting to know his clients. He isn’t going to be the same at each wedding he DJs – That’s because he asks purposeful questions and tries to build an understanding of the couple for whom he’s performing. In addition to your initial meeting with him, DJ Bri sends out a questionnaire (about 5 pages) that covers everything from your parent dances to the level of involvement you would like from the DJ.
When the day of the wedding finally came, DJ Bri was extremely prepared. We hired him for both the reception and the ceremony and both portions of the wedding were executed flawlessly.
Even when we were going back and forth between first dance and ceremony music, DJ Bri was very responsive and would offer help with song decisions.
DJ Bri didn’t just come to do a job, he came to make a wedding awesome and he succeeded. He is an expert in what he does and we were extremely lucky to have him as our DJ. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend you arrange a meeting with DJ Bri Swatek.

Incredible Experience

We could not be more pleased with our choice in DJ Bri for our wedding day! He honored our wishes, do not play lists, and genre of music we asked for but at the same time, read our crowds to make sure people were dancing the whole evening! The music was so good; my husband and I could hardly leave the dance floor to take photos and such! It was selfishly amazing! Our guests of all ages were very satisfied with the range of music! He was professional, timely and engaging. He was even thrown a curve ball when at last minute, a family member wanted to sing a song for us. No problem, he made it happen of course. The photo booth was a nice addition. Our guests were soaking it up! He even purchased New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguin props knowing we were big hockey fans and those were our preferred teams. It’s the little things! Do not go elsewhere for your DJ services, trust us!

Kept the party going!

The Perfect DJ

We chose DJ Bri Swatek as our DJ for our wedding, and he was
fantastic! Us along with our families thought he did an amazing job. He had people up and dancing the whole night and really read the crowd! We knew we wanted to work with him since we first met him. He helped us organize timing, finding songs we really wanted, editing parts together, and answering any questions we had leading up to our wedding to make it such a success! The communication through the whole process was easy and we absolutely recommend DJ Bri in a heartbeat.

Bri's attention to details and passion made our wedding truly memorable

We would highly recommend DJ Bri to anyone looking for a DJ. From our very first encounter with Bri, he is upbeat and has such a welcoming and outgoing personality. He answered our all our questions in detail, and assured us that our wedding would have the perfect entertainment. Bri had excellent communication skills, he was quick with responding to all of our emails and his attention to details within a wedding made us feel assured that we were in great hands. Our top priority when planning our wedding was getting our two families, with different cultures to blend together as one, and the music from Bri was the ultimate factor. Bri was able to play a wide variety of music from todays hits, to 80s rock, 90s throwbacks, to Caribbean and dancehall music, and there was never a moment where people were not on the dance floor. Looking back, the best memories I have are watching my aunt dance with my husbands aunt and dancing around from group to group on the dance floor! We also used Bri for a photo booth. It was a huge hit, looking back on our guestbook and the files he gave us of the night are amazing! My biggest regret, is that I didn’t get a picture with just my husband in the photo booth! Everything went so seamless, Thank you Bri, we truly appreciate you!

Unforgettable Memories

DJ Bri knocked it out of the PARK. We had such a great freaking time!! He was the first (and only) DJ we looked at and knew he got our personalities and would do a fantastic job, and he sure did!!! Thank you so much Bri, you gave us memories that will last a lifetime and more.

My husband and I honestly could not have been more happy with our decision in choosing DJ Bri Swatek as our wedding DJ. We must admit, we (mostly me) were a little apprehensive at first on whether Bri would be able to handle our eclectic taste in music (EDM, dancehall, hip-hop, 90s, oh my!), but we had such a good feeling about him as a person after our initial meeting we decided to just go for it. Bri is incredibly personable, genuine, and just a great person in general. He responded quickly to all of our questions, helped us curate an amazing mash-up and was open to all of the fun ideas we had to make our wedding the best. We had SO many compliments of how great of a dance party we had and it could not have happened without Bri, his expertise, and his fun-loving personality. We are SO incredibly grateful and would recommend him to anyone wanting to throw the best party of their lives!

DJ Bri is so organized and professional. He is a great DJ. Everything sounded amazing. He played all the songs I requested and was great at getting people on the dance floor. Everyone loved him and he was such a pleasure to work with. He provided a lot of song lists to give us ideas of songs to pick and a planner to keep us organized. I would highly recommend him!

Dj Bri was amazing! He totally gets what you want and tailors the night to you! Our wedding music from beginning to end was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Several guests complimented on it as well! Highly recommend! He also coordinated our photo booth which was also a big hit of the night! (Included in price). Choosing Dj bri was the best decision!

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing DJ Bri. From start to finish Brian went above and beyond all of our expectations. He met with us several times, was incredibly quick and responsive to all inquiries and was super flexible with our last minute additions. He took our music suggestions which covered a wide range of themes and genres and blended them together seamlessly. His MC work was outstanding and his patience and attention to detail are second to none. The best thing compliment we can really give is that he made our wedding flow perfectly and still feel unique. Our wedding came out fantastic and that is in large part due to Dj Bri’s expertise, we can not thank him or recommend him enough!

DJ Bri just freakin' gets it. I gave him a few songs and genres, and nothing he played disappointed. He was kind, courteous, and accommodating. He had everyone on the dance floor all night. Bri was an amazing DJ. He took the time to get to know us and got a good idea of our music interests. We were in communication the months leading up to the wedding so he knew everything that was going on during the planning period and was able to adjust music and introductions to match our needs. He customized some of the music so that the groom waked out during a certain beat drop in the song and shortened or lengthened songs for the specialty dances. We had guests raving during the wedding about Brian and the music!! I highly recommecnd him to Dj any event, I already know people that have booked him!!

Bri was my absolute favorite vendor to work with when planning our wedding! He was and is very professional, organized, detail-oriented, passionate, and full of energy. With him, the sky is the limit! Bri was quick to respond, easy to work with, and he helped to make the planning process as stress free as possible from the planning organizer to the services he offers. In addition to ceremony and reception music, we added TVs for the multiple slideshows I had made plus rainbow uplighting. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe a lot of it to Bri. I highly recommend him and will absolutely reach out to him for future events!

I cannot recommend DJ Bri enough for your wedding day. He was incredibly responsive from the get-go, always answering any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We planned from a distance, and he was flexible with that, scheduling video calls so that we were still able to have that "in-person" feeling. His attention to detail is fantastic, and he picks up on a lot of small things that many others wouldn't. Our major priority was our ceremony, which was outside, and making sure that all of our guests could hear everything being said. The sound was crystal clear, no feedback, and the equipment top-notch.

We gave Bri a handful of examples of songs we liked, and let him take it from there for the cocktail hour and reception. He picked up on our tastes perfectly, and we got so many compliments on the music. I felt like there was a perfect balance of popular hits and unique songs that you don't hear at every wedding. He nailed it. As for our processional/recessional music, family dances and entrance songs, everything was perfect, right down to the minute by minute cues.

I want to especially note that this was a brand new venue for DJ Bri, and not only that, but one that required several transitions and moves from room to room. He and his assistant handled it all seamlessly, and Bri rolled with a few different punches with grace and humor.

So, so glad we went with DJ Bri for our wedding day!

Bri was absolutely the right choice for our big day! He was very thorough, and put in an honest effort to get to know us, and how he could represent us on our wedding day. From start to finish Bri gave us everything we asked for in a DJ, and more! We loved the questionnaire he had us fill out, and we felt like he was really looking to make sure every single detail was covered. On the big day, he worked our "Must Play" list into the night, while making great selections of his own. AND, he definitely stuck to our "No Play" list! Thanks Bri!!!

DJ Bri was fantastic. Leading up to our wedding, he was a pleasure to work with. He was always available with answers to our questions and made the planning process very easy (especially important since music is the most important thing to us and we had a lot of requests). During our wedding, he did a great job as well. He’s charismatic, has a very positive energy and a very deep knowledge of music in general. He played some very obscure songs that we had requested, which helped make our wedding extra special, and during the portions of the night we didn’t script out, he threw in some fantastic songs we didn’t even think to request! I’ve been to events with DJs before and usually, the music they play and their energy doesn’t really appeal to me; DJ Bri will customize the music to you and your event and will work with you to make it as special as can be. I got the impression that this is more than just a business for him but a passion as well. Highly recommended!

I usually don't write reviews but I feel for wedding vendors they are super important for other people. With that being said, Dj Bri is awesome!!! From the first time meeting him my now husband and I knew that we had to go with him for our big day (8/26/17). He is super nice, funny, and just made us feel comfortable during a really stressed out time. He was there to answer any questions we had and made our wedding night so smooth. Everyone was up dancing the entire night and had a blast! I would recommend him 100% for anyone else out there looking. Thank you Dj Bri for everything!!!

My wife and I were married at Highlands Country Club in Garrison, NY in June 2017. DJ Bri was an excellent DJ and emcee. He did a great job with our music selection, mixing in our favorites with many great picks of his own. He also helped us host a very fun trivia game during the reception. He was very accommodating, and did a great job balancing the volume so that people could enjoy the dance floor and their conversations. We would definitely recommend DJ Bri for any wedding.

We knew DJ Bri was the perfect choice the first time we met him. He has an upbeat and fun attitude that shows how much he loves his job. He was very organized and followed our dj planner perfectly. We loved DJ Bri! He had great energy and really listened to what we asked for. I have a conservative family and a lot of friends with young kids. We didn't want anything too explicit, which Bri followed to the letter (although one of my husband's friends requested "Shots, shots, shots," in his RSVP. I was a little hesitant, but we put it on the list. He break danced to it and it was great!). We asked for lots of boy bands and throwbacks, country, some current pop, and added a couple hindi songs as well. I loved every song that was played and we had a lot of awkward scientists dancing! Pricing was very reasonable and he threw in glow sticks for the kids (which were a HUGE hit) for free. We loved DJ Bri!

Dj Bri was amazing and made our wedding so memorable. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. From the beginning planning stage he made everything easy and was accommodating to both me and my husband’s taste in music. My husband could not find a mother son song to dance to and Dj Bri sat with us and helped us every step of the way. He made himself available whenever I needed him or had questions. His dedication to making my wedding great was amazing. He made the most amazing photo montage of us that went on during dinner and the night of my wedding he had everyone on the dance floor all night long. He had a variety of music so that every one of my guests got to enjoy it. I am still getting compliments on how amazing job he did.

DJ Bri was amazing! Through the entire planning process he made everything very easy. Day of he was there with ALL our songs (some he had to fish for) and the wedding went off without a hitch! He did the music to our ceremony which included a personalized mash up of our favorite songs that he made just for us and it was amazing and all perfectly timed. The reception was amazing he was great with our guests, we dont have the most lively bunch but he really got everyone involved and out on the dance floor. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ our night was perfect and a ton of fun thanks to DJ Bri.

Bri was AMAZING! From day one he was super enthusiastic in helping us plan the music and ambience for our wedding, and had great suggestions when we asked for them! He hadn’t been to our venue in a while and when I requested that he take a visit at some point so he could get a feel for the ceremony and reception space (we needed ceremony mics, and we wanted up lighting in the reception space) he said it was no problem, and visited our venue on his own time. The survey he sent us in advance for planning the music throughout our wedding day was super helpful, and when we needed suggestions (for light dinner time music, cocktail hour, etc) he made great choices based on the music we’d chosen for the rest of the wedding. I wanted to surprise my hubby with a light saber fight after our first dance (he LOVES Star Wars!) and Bri was so great in helping me come up with a plan to carry this out, and at coming up with a few create sentences to introduce the fight! He was great at keeping the party going all night! We both have large families, and almost everyone was on the dance floor all night, we had a fantastic time! After our wedding, we heard from both the staff at the end of the night, and friends and family the next day, how much fun our wedding was, and what a great time they had dancing all night! The uplighting Bri provided also looked great!!! Our venue had one wall that was made of stone, and had a waterfall running down it that was backlit with LED lights, and Bri complemented those perfectly. The ambiance of our wedding was improved immensely, just with those lights! No matter what your personal definition of great music or fun wedding is, Bri will definitely work with you to make your vision come to life on your wedding day, he definitely did for us!

Our dance floor was packed all night, thanks to DJ Bri. He played all our favorite songs (a nice mix of 80's pop and modern stuff, and some of the classics) and everyone says they had a great time--even the servers said it was a great party! DJ Bri is also just a good dude. He's easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, and he actually cared about what we wanted--not like some of the other DJs we interviewed, who never even bothered to ask us what we listen to. DJ Bri came highly recommended to us for our wedding and we absolutely LOVED him!

We met with DJ Bri several months before our wedding to start planning the details. He gave us so much information, including song lists, wedding planner worksheets and ideas for how we wanted the night to flow. We could not believe how organized he was and how much he really wanted to get to know us and understand the kind of wedding we wanted.

We had great communication in the months leading up to our big day with DJ Bri. He helped us plan every little detail regarding the music for our ceremony, reception and after party. From our entrance music, to our first dance to every song on our 'Must Play' list to our 'Please Do Not Play' list, there was not one missed detail.

The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect and DJ Bri played a huge role in that. Everything went so smooth and the music was everything we wanted it to be.

I can not say enough great things about DJ Bri. No matter what style of music or event you are looking for, he will make sure that the music is taken care of. He's the best!

As soon as we spoke with Bri on Skype, we thought he would be a good fit since he is friendly and down-to-earth. His pricing is reasonable, and he was very accommodating with our requests. He made sure that the music was just the way we wanted it to be, and he made a great playlist based on our suggestions. We also wanted a particular type of lighting that he didn't offer (bistro lights) and he went out of his way to make it happen for our wedding, which I really appreciated! Overall working with Bri was a great experience, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Bri is amazing! We met him at a bridal show and just from talking with him we knew he would be a great fit for us. Everyone at our wedding complimented him and said what a great job he did. We have been to many weddings where the DJ didn't do a great job and wasn't able to read the crowd. If you hire Bri, you will not have to worry about that at all! He does a great job reading the crowd and getting everyone up and dancing!

Having Bri as our DJ at our wedding was the best decision we made. At our first meeting he really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Bri helped plan every musical aspect of our wedding to make sure that the right songs were being played at the right time. He also was very flexible with our song choices and integrated our suggested playlist throughout the whole reception. He truly knows how to read and interact with the crowd and he kept everyone on their feet the whole night. I would definitely recommend Bri to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding!

DJ Bri is absolutely amazing. He is very responsive and really cares about what his clients are looking for on their special day whether it be high interactivity with the crowd or less interactivity on the dance floor with the guests - whatever you are looking for, Bri will go out of his way to make sure you are happy and you have the services you want/need for your special day. We interviewed a few DJs for our wedding but no one compared to Bri because of the amount we could tell he truly cared about what we wanted. It only got better as the countdown started because Bri was so organized and on top of everything. He continued to followed up with us to make sure he had everything he needed by the time he needed it - which was really a plus because we had so much going on and most of my our vendors were not nearly as responsive.
My most favorite part about having Bri as a vendor was when I asked if he could do a mash up of songs so that my dad and I could do a funny dance after our serious father daughter dance - I asked him way too late in the game (maybe about a week or two beforehand) and at first he had said he needed a few weeks notice. Understanding the production process (having a production background) I offered to edit a mashup and provide it to him (this was a week or two before my wedding) and without even thinking about it, Bri said he would do it for me at no charge. I had no problem paying a fee since I was late in getting it to him but he offered to do it at no charge and provided a first edit for me to review and provide additional comments on and/or approve. On top of that, he was great on our wedding day and really knew how to get the crowd up and dancing. He was extremely professional and truly met and exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend Bri for any wedding.

I just have to say I never write reviews, however this past October I was so happy to have had DJ Bri Swatek running the show at my reception and it was AMAZING! From our first meeting right up to the day of the wedding he was always just an email or phone call away and made everything so much easier for my wife and I. At the reception he hit everything that we wanted to have done for dances and special things throughout the night, and was able to keep the atmosphere fun and get almost every person out on the dance floor. My wedding day is unforgettable for a lot of reasons, and definitely on that list will always be my man Bri Swatek. EXTREMELY recommend, you will not be dissapointed!

We met DJ Bri at a bridal show and after spending two minutes with him, we both knew we wanted him to be the DJ at our wedding. We didn't have to say what bands/music we wanted...he just knew! We cannot stress enough how amazing DJ Bri is! Music was KEY for our wedding ambiance, and from the first FaceTime meeting he made us both feel comfortable and excited to be working together. He was responsive and very thorough throughout the entire process, asking us questions and tailoring the overall experience to our tastes. It really felt like Bri “got us”, but also that he knew how to read a crowd… and both aspects were really important to us. He was always helpful and gave out suggestions/recommendations, but also respectful of our decisions.

We hired DJ Bri for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, and he nailed everything. Our favors were CD mixes that we put together, which we hadn’t told him about, but when he saw them, he quickly uploaded all of the songs into the playlist for the night. It felt so special! Highlight of the night though was when my husband surprised me with a performance on his guitar, which he and Bri planned out together. It was amazing.

We highly recommend DJ Bri. Honestly, we just cannot thank him enough for being the backbone to our amazing day. THE BEST!

From the moment we met with DJ Bri, we knew he was a perfect fit for our wedding! Since we did not live near our venue, he would FaceTime with us each time to make sure he had all of our information and really paid attention to detail. For the wedding day, with a guest count as big as 216 people there were so many different genres of music that people wanted to hear. He really tailored to everyone and the dance floor was packed the entire night! From the first song of the night at cocktail hour, to the final song we could not have been more pleased! I would absolutely recommend DJ Bri for any event!

Fantastic experience! DJ Bri had the dance floor filled with guests the entire night. He simply did everything right, and was able to keep all of the wedding events running smoothly and on schedule. Before the wedding, he asked for a list of songs we enjoyed, to get a sense of our tastes in music. He played just the right mix of our own styles and wedding classics, and we were constantly receiving compliments on the music selection throughout the night. He was also a generally nice, friendly guy and a pleasure to have at our wedding. Could not have asked for a better DJ!

I can't express how wonderful our experience was with DJ Bri from our very first interaction. DJ Bri is attentive to detail and extremely personal. My husband and I were planning our wedding from 5 hours away, and he made this work for us throughFaceTime calls, phone calls, and email. He helped us to plan a timeline for our entire night, which we then shared with all the vendors, and it ended up working out perfectly. The reception was such a blast, and the dance floor was filled up the entire night. It's always a little worrying that people might not get up and dance, but this certainly was not an issue! The music was perfectly to our taste, and all of our guests had wonderful things to say about DJ Bri. He is very reasonably priced, and was truly the backbone of our wedding reception, helping everything to run smoothly, and everyone to be in the right place at the right time! I was able to relax (as much as you can on your wedding day!) because I knew DJ Bri had everything well under control.

My then-fiance and I were looking for a good DJ for our wedding. The music played during the wedding was extremely important to me so I was ecstatic to get a great DJ. He was so helpful during the whole process. His song lists were exactly the type of songs I was looking for. I added some international music and wanted him to play them in a specific order, which he did! He answered my emails and questions throughly and patiently. DJ Bri was a superhero at our wedding. He provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - all were flawless. I had an unrealistic dream of having my arrival at the alter match up with a specific line in a song. DJ Bri made multiple edits of the song to ensure the timing was perfect. At the reception, the tables were empty because the guests were on the dance floor - everyone from the babies to the grandparents were getting down. We had a highly specific set of requests. DJ Bri played them all and incorporated songs that we hadn't thought of; every single song was well-received by the crowd. We had guests coming up to us during the party complimenting the music selection.

He was extremely thorough during our planning process so we felt comfortable that every detail was covered. He addressed all of our concerns and asked questions that we had not even thought of. DJ Bri will not steer you wrong.

We got married on October 4th and was so pleased with DJ Bri. My husband looked up different vendors for music and Bri got back to him right away while other vendors never even returned a phone call. I feel that is so important since it's very easy to become overwhelmed when planning a wedding. From the first time we spoke to Bri we knew we were going to enjoy working with him. Bri helped us create our own unique playlist and was able to mesh our different styles of music together. The dance floor was filled all night and all of our guests enjoyed the music and how Bri interacted with them. Bri is awesome and we loved working with him! We would recommend Bri to anyone who is looking for a great quality DJ who takes pride in their job.

We could not be happier with DJ Bri!! He did an amazing job! Our guests did not stop dancing!! Bri really understood the direction we wanted to go and he made sure the evening went off without a hitch. Everyone raved about the DJ skills. DJ Bri was absolutely fantastic. We hired him after reading the glowing reviews here on Wedding Wire, so knew we wanted to pay it forward and convince some other bride and groom to do the same. Bri brought along an assistant (at no extra cost), since he'd never worked our venue (Onteora Mountain House) before. He wanted to make sure everything went off without a hitch, which, of course, it did. He seamlessly transitioned from sit-down/dinner music to all-out dance floor fun, being incredibly mindful of our Play/Do Not Play lists (and picking up right where we left off). Guests were up and on their feet til the very last song. In addition to incredibly reasonable rates, DJ Bri offered to be as involved or uninvolved as we wanted. We preferred to keep interaction pretty minimal (our guests didn't really need extra motivation); in turn, Bri worked wonders as an incredibly talented yet subtle MC.

DJ Bri was simply amazing. Music was an important part of our wedding. We both had an idea of what we and our guests wanted to hear. We provided Bri with some input and he ran with it. In fact, he hit a hole in one.

The pacing and the mix of music played couldn't have been better. DJ Bri did a great job of keeping the party going. We both received a number of compliments regarding the music.

If you are in the market for a DJ, you can't go wrong with Bri. Not only is he a master at his craft, his rates are very reasonable and won't break the bank.

DJ Bri was absolutely terrific at our wedding. He did exactly what we wanted, was very knowledgeable in his craft, and was very flexible in meeting with us in person to discuss our wishes. He also was very diligent in making sure everything was done right - name pronunciation, song choice, etc., which we appreciated greatly. He even threw in a nice personal touch by playing the New York Rangers goal song (I am a big fan) when it was cake time, which I thought was awesome!!! Also, his rates were very reasonable. We hired DJ Bri for our wedding, & we can’t say enough amazing things about him! He was awesome: warm personality, encouraging and supportive, full of ideas, but also truly listened to our ideas and helped us implement them. He went above and beyond, taking the time to help us realize the exact kind of wedding we wanted, from meeting us in person to discuss our vision, and to many email exchanges and supportive phone calls. Also, Bri exemplifies professionalism and organization. We just knew we had the right Dj for us. He took the time to put together a wonderful slide show for us with songs to go along. Also, the Gobo ball was everything we had imagined. Looking at our ball room all the lights and candles, with the Gobo ball and tables set before our guests had arrived was breathtaking. DJ Bri is the best DJ that I have ever seen in action. He made sure that every detail was covered with our requests during our reception, down to the second that we wanted particular songs to start. His ability to read a crowd and keep momentum going is unmatched. His interactions with us and the crowd were perfect. DJ Bri did an amazing job with our early June wedding at The Links at Union Vale. He was incredibly helpful, meeting with us whenever we needed before the wedding, made sure to play our song list in a way that flowed incredibly well and had everybody up and dancing right from the start. e chose DJ Bri based off all the very positive reviews and our reception hall's recommendation and we were not disappointed. DJ Bri was literally the best DJ we could have asked for. He is very organized and gave us a great work sheet to go through and specify what we wanted at our wedding. He covers every step of the wedding, from the entrance of the bride and groom to the cake cutting and the last dance. He gave us a song recommendation list and that helped us a lot. He was very thorough and for me, not having been to many weddings, it was so helpful for me to know what the flow of my reception was going to be.

He did a great job of sticking to our music genres but also feeling the crowd. We had great guests and our dance floor was packed all night. Every single song he picked worked and felt very natural. He also took requests towards the end of the night which turned out to be hilarious. Bri was very flexible. I wasn't feeling great during dinner, so Bri pushed back the father daughter dance until I was feeling a little better. He was also great about working with the reception hall to make sure things ran smoothly with dinner and the cake cutting.

DJ Bri is also one of the most reasonably priced DJs we found. Plus, unlike some of the other DJ companies where they assign you a DJ, you know you are getting Bri the night of your wedding and you know that he is going to give you exactly what you asked for. I highly recommend DJ Bri and I don't think our wedding would have been the same without him.

We would highly highly recommend DJ Bri Swatek for your wedding or event. We were very nervous about hiring a DJ for our laid-back wedding who would overstep or be too in our faces. But DJ Bri makes a real effort with each client to customize his services to what you are looking for. His professionalism and outgoing personality would be suited for whichever level of involvement you wish, but for our more chill, offhand wedding he was perfect and had our guests on the dancefloor all night! As the bride, I really appreciated how organized he was. I knew from the minute I stepped down the aisle that he would have everything under control, coordinating with the photographers and the venue to ensure that our desired timeline was followed. We can't speak highly enough of DJ Swatek. As a DJ and wedding vendor he was top notch. Our first venue cancelled on us and DJ Swatek stayed with us to the 2nd venue and not only did he do an amazing job, but after the first venue cancelled he took his own time to write several e-mails, talk to us on the phone and recommend several other venue sites. He went above and beyond as a wedding vendor. He was also respectful, responsive and paid attention to every single one of our requests and details.

As far as his music mixing abilities, they were spot on. We received several compliments from wedding guests and the dance floor had people on it all night. He knew exactly what songs to play during the night and mixed in all of our requests. The sound volume was also perfect for the venue space. DJ Swatek is definitely the best DJ option in the Hudson Valley area and beyond. Quality and respectful service from DJ Swatek is priceless. Thank you Bri for the awesome wedding!!!

Bri from the time of booking our destination wedding was fabulous. Being far away from where your wedding will take place is never easy however Bri made everything easy from day 1. He was always attentive and very responsive to any emails sent. He made our wedding day fun, guests were up dancing all night long - he even made sure to play Cumbia (not a very common Latin music from Uruguay) where 30% of our guests were from, they are all still talking about the music!

Music, ambiance (up lights, gobos, etc) the DJ (professionally dressed) and his vibe on your wedding day is very important, if you need a DJ look no further - Bri is your guy!!!!!

DJ Bri Swatek was great from start to finish. Since we live so far away, he took the time out to FaceTime, answer multiple emails and jump on the phone with us. From the first time we chatted with him, we knew he was the one. He totally understood our style and what we were looking for. We would mention a few artists and he would follow up with someone I equally loved, making me excited. Having such a diverse group of friends and family, he gave us lots of good suggestions on how to please everyone there. And that's what he did because the floor was packed all night. Everyone kept saying they wanted his playlists!
Also, we had someone sing a song for our first dance and he even took the time out to email her to make sure she would have all the appropriate gear, mics, etc which I felt was above and beyond our expectations.
