DJ Bootz was phenomenal!!! My husband and I can't believe how much fun we had at our wedding. Both of our families and friends danced so much at the reception! We truly appreciate all the detailed work DJ Bootz put into our special day. Very professional starting from the day I booked to our wedding day. If I ever need a DJ again I know who to call. -

DJ Bootz flat out rocket it at our wedding. JR was organized, responsive, and detail-oriented leading up to our wedding. Because of bad weather we had to move our planned outside dinner inside, and within 24 hours of the wedding JR kindly agreed to play some background music while our guests ate. When the dancing portion of the evening rolled around it was an all-out dance party – EVERYONE was on the dance floor! He played our requests and incorporated a good mix of new songs. Guests are still commenting on how fun the dancing was. Thank you, JR, for making our night so special! -

DJ Bootz was the MC for our wedding and we could not have been happier with his professionalism & personality! He had just the right amount of enthusiasm, and had fun with us while keeping everything in line & on time. Plus, the dance floor was packed the entire dance portion of the night! JR did a fantastic job creating the mood that we were looking for and was very responsive to any of our requests. We had specific music we wanted to be played before the ceremony, had a family member sing a first dance song, and some specific songs we wanted played during the ceremony. He incorporated all of these elements without any issue. We also added some music to the procession the night before the wedding and he added this seamlessly. He was a great MC for the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. The dance floor was packed all night! -

We loved working with James for our wedding - he was super flexible, willing to work with our music styles and choices - the worksheet he provided made it really easy to figure out what we were looking for, he put up with our last minute weather conditions and he had a blast with us during the whole rehearsal. All of us had a lot of communication prior to the event to prevent any mishaps. Overall he was a great investment and I’m really glad he was our pick for our special day! Highly recommend! -

Pa Sent on 09/04/2018I highly recommend James, he did an AWESOME JOB...at our wedding, (staying on top of our emails) he even gave us a time line & MC throughout the night!!! Our guest loved all the music & danced all night long!! We asked him to customize a song for us, he delivered exactly what we wanted!!! Our first dance it was truly special thanks to James.. I will definitely be having him coming back to more parties on the future!!!! Our wedding is going down on the books, as one of the best thanks to James!!! We appreciate ya!! DJ BOOTZ YOU ROCK!!! :)

Lena Sent on 03/13/2018James was AMAZING. He handled music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and was everything we could have hoped for. Our ceremony got delayed due to a transportation hiccup, and James was very flexible in playing music while our guests slowly arrived until the ceremony started. Then, he managed to keep us all on track for the night even with the delays. He played a great mix of music throughout the night and kept our guests on the dance floor until the end. I highly recommend Colorado Crafted Entertainment! -

James was the perfect DJ for our event! He has a great, friendly personality and had a lot of good questions at the pre-wedding meeting. His questionnaire is very comprehensive and helped us to think about things we hadn't considered prior to filling it out. On the day of, he was flexible in that there was no WiFi at the location, and we barely noticed some changes he had to make because of that. He was also very responsive/professional with crowd song requests while also sticking to our preferences and songs that would keep people on the dance floor. Overall would definitely recommend him! -

Miesha Sent on 01/07/2013JR was very easy to work with from first correspondence, and was very responsive and EXTREMELY flexible with the last-minute venue change for our wedding. I simply emailed him the new location and he figured out the rest from there, working with my family for setting up in the new space when he got there, adjusting to our time delays, etc. His professionalism and ability to easily adapt meant one less thing to worry about! A few mistakes on some announcements throughout the night, but again with the last-minute change, that's more a reflection of the organized chaos on our end. All in all he kept the crowd on their feet and partying, which was exactly what we wanted! Would highly recommend DJ Bootz for your wedding! -

We hired DJ Bootz for our wedding in June, based on the stellar reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience that others did. JR is a very nice guy, and we felt we were in the right hands after speaking with him on the phone. On the day of, however, almost nothing went according to plan. Even before the wedding, we got a text that J.R. had gone to the wrong address in a different town. He arrived 45 minutes late, but was able to set up just in time. During the procession, he for some reason faded the music out so that the bride walked down the aisle in an awkward silence. For the wedding party entrance to dinner, we asked him to play "Feeling Good," and time the intros so that the bride and groom entered on the chorus. Instead, he played the first ten seconds of the song, over and over again, stopping and starting each time. We were supposed to cut our wedding cake to a specific song, but he didn't play it. Same thing with pouring of the champagne. He announced the first dances out of order twice, and then didn't announce the last one at all, so the bride had to do it herself. The dancing music was mostly what we asked for, however we specified no country except for one particular song. He didn't play that song, but he did play country. Frankly, every task he was charged with did not go as planned. Again, he is a very nice guy, but we cannot in good conscious recommend him as a DJ.
