My husband and I would highly recommend DJ Bishop!! He truly understood the mood we were going for and he kept everyone on the dance floor. He kept the positive energy up and really made sure the night was everything we wanted it to be. -

The best dj
DJ Bishop is THE best choice for a DJ. From day 1 he was informative and helped us stay organized. His website was easy to navigate and questions were easily filled out. Meetings with him were explanatory and personal-able. The music he had lined up kept our wedding guests on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG. Even grandma was out there having a good time! He truly made our day so special! -

Best Wedding DJ!!!
DJ Bishop was an amazing DJ for our special day, and also beforehand. He worked with all of our needs/wants prior to the big day to make sure everything would be perfect, from the playlists to the timing. We actually got married on a day where it snowed and there was a playoff Eagles game. Not only did he make it there early with weather, he also made sure our guests stayed apprised of what was going on in the Eagles Game, but also lit up the venue Green when we won, while performing the Eagles Flight Song! He also provided us with a dog machine for our first dance, which was absolutely magical. DJ Bishops professionalism and talent made our wedding a day we will never forget! DJ Bishop, I met through my good friend and DJ who told me about Bishop. My first meeting was very professional and DJ Bishop showed care for me and my desires without pushing things I was not into. When things came up where I had to revise my songs or people, he was accommodating and flexible. He was punctual and entertaining from start to finish. From the setup at my chapel to arriving at the venue, he showed that his clients were the center of the day and made sure my husband and I were happy. He was approachable and friendly while always helpful. -

Spectacular!
My new husband and I both agreed that we have never had so much fun at a wedding in our entire lives!! We feel so absolutely lucky that it was ours!!! DJ Bishop had our guests GROOVING from our ceremony recessional to the very end of the night! We had guests telling us from the start of dancing and into the next day how much fun they had and that they haven’t had that much fun at any weddings before! We owe it all to DJ Bishop! We instantly clicked at our very first meeting and we had a blast planning the music together as we collectively geeked out over all of the playlist ideas! If I could leave him a thousand stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We left the wedding talking about “what party can we throw now to have DJ Bishop come?!” I could continue to write this for hours, but to sum up everything I want to say; SPECTACULAR!!! -

Best DJ in South Jersey
DJ Bishop is a master of his craft. He make your event unforgettable. He take your music list and creates a mix of sight and sound that will get everyone dancing all night. He make planning your evening easy and the way you want it. He easily adjust to the ebb and flow of the evening without a hiccup. Professional, enthusiastic, and great value. The only concern you’ll have is running out of dance floor and enough advil from feeling sore from dancing all night long. He did our wedding and my wife’s 40th party. -

Absolutely one of the greatest parts of my wedding day was hiring DJ Bishop to do the entertainment on the happiest day of my life. From the moment all the dancing began at my wedding, it never stopped with people dancing and having a good time. 4 hours straight of good music, and an even better DJ and I HIGHLY recommend you hire him for any event you have! -

We were so happy to have DJ Bishop as our DJ at our wedding this past weekend. He was so detailed in planning leading up to our day and made emceed the event like a PRO! We didn't have to worry about anything with DJ Bishop once we had our planning call with him and would recommend him a thousand times. If you are looking for a DJ/Emcee that just gets it, look no further. -

DJ Bishop is awesome! He came highly recommended by a friend of ours, and I can see why. He was great throughout the whole process. He had a zoom call with us to make sure he was on the same page as us with music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He mixed all our favorite songs in throughout the night and the setlist flowed perfectly. Perhaps where DJ Bishop shines the most is the reception and having the perfect mixes to get everyone on the dance floor.... and I mean everyone on the dance floor (grandparents included!). We even had our friends reach out to him directly for a couple of mash-ups he made. He is truly a 100% professional at his job. I can't recommend him enough for anyone else's big day! -

AMAZING, no other way to say it.
DJ Bishop was one of our first hires for our wedding! His professionalism, communication and reliability are all outstanding. His website and portal for clients to be able to communicate needs and understand timelines is super easy to use. In any instance where I needed to reach out before our wedding, DJ Bishop would respond pretty immediately and very open to whatever it is we needed. The day of our wedding, everything was supposed to take place in a tent outside, however the weather had other plans for us and when the mud became too much to bare, DJ Bishop was able to help us move the party inside. We then had very limited space to work with as we were in a small bed and breakfast, and DJ Bishop became limited to less of his booth. This being said, he didn't skip a beat (pun intended). What started as a wedding ended as the best house party I have ever been to with the best selection of music I could have wished for. We were so happy DJ Bishop was able to keep everyones energy up and keep us dancing and partying in our rain soaked wedding attire! -

DJ Bishop was great from the start. He is super friendly and was helpful throughout the entire process and really makes it easy for his clients. I can't tell you how many of our guests at our wedding (maybe all of them lol) said how great DJ Bishop was and how the music and his vibes really made the night even that much more special. I highly recommend DJ Bishop to anyone in need of quality entertainment. I loved being able to create a Must Play and Do Not Play list on his online client account portal. DJ Bishop really tunes into what you are going for as far as genre's and styles and NAILS it. I could not be happier that he was recommended to us and that he was our DJ on our special day! -

We loved DJ Bishop when we saw him 3 years ago at a family wedding and knew we wanted him for ours when the time came. Since the start he was responsive, friendly, and flexible. On the day of he had everything set up for our ceremony and reception and it ran like clockwork. He asked for a small cue if we needed something and he never missed one! He was great at getting people to dance and kept us right on schedule. He even added a little Harry Potter music in the background after my MOH mentioned it in her speech! Both he and the music were amazing. We want to get married again so we can hire him again. -

If I ever need a DJ again in life, DJ Bishop is the only one I will ever hire for the rest of time. He was professional and responsive from the very first communication. At the same time, he made us feel so comfortable, like we had known him forever. By the time we saw him on our wedding day, we felt like he was an old friend. He listened to us, read the room perfectly, and went above and beyond in every way possible for us:
1. My sister and Matron of Honor was too pregnant with twins to travel, so DJ Bishop hooked us up with three TV screens so that my MOH could give her speech via video.
2. I created a slideshow of family photos to show on the screens, which DJ Bishop made so much better, adding music and special touches.
3. I surprised my new husband with some video shout outs from professional athletes. I texted DJ Bishop raw videos. DJ Bishop turned them into art. He added little intros, their names, and photos of them in their uniforms. It was amazing! My husband was so surprised and everyone was blown away.
4. DJ Bishop added other touches that just took everything to another level: lighting that pulsed and changed color with the music, music videos on the screens to accompany the songs he played, signs on each table so that guests could text him photos and he could display them on the screens.
5. He gave us a USB drive at the end of the night with everything on it - photos, videos, slideshow, EVERYTHING!
I’ve attended 20+ wedding and been in 6. DJ Bishop is BY FAR the best. If you’re in need of a DJ for ANY reasons, hire DJ Bishop. You will regret hiring anyone else because no one else compares! -

DJ Bishop was wonderful from start to finish! He did our ceremony music, cocktail hour, and reception. He was very organized with a client portal where we listed our favorite songs (along with "do not play" songs) to give him a sense of what we needed. A few weeks before the wedding, we had a skype call with him, where he walked us through the whole process of wedding day (including recommended timeline / order of the reception). On wedding day, he did an amazing job keeping us on schedule, playing the music we LOVED and keeping the dance floor full and happy. All in all a great experience, highly recommend DJ Bishop! -

DJ Bishop was our only choice, bar none - and we hired him about a minute after we set our wedding date, and before we picked a venue. Having experienced his music magic during his residency at the Wxyz Lounge at Aloft Mount Laurel, having a family member's wedding 9 years ago as another reference, and knowing his style from the many nights we'd gone to hear him work his mastery, there was absolutely no question that DJ Bishop had to be a part of our wedding day.
From the very beginning of our contracted work, DJ Bishop was the utmost professional: super organized, easy to contact, and flawless at walking us through the process of selecting music for the elements of our wedding reception. The availability of every track, even obscure ones, is an added bonus. When we were unsure about what to pick, he walked us through envisioning the mood we were looking for, and he made it happen through music.
At the reception itself, DJ Bishop was the captain of the party ship, with the PERFECT volume and bass, creating a tempo for the evening that I could not have imagined better. He was FLAWLESS in executing the vibe we wanted at each part of the evening.

I don't even know where to start! DJ Bishop was the absolute highlight of our wedding day and night. His attention to detail and focus on my husband and I as the newlyweds was his top priority. He observed our needs and things that we wanted and didn't want and made sure to never lose sight of that. The up-lighting made our photos come to life (even our photographers said this DJ was the best DJ they have ever worked with!) DJ Bishop is a one-of-a-kind DJ who will make all your dreams come true. His involvement during the night brought our guests from good to GREAT and the dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT! I cannot thank him enough for being apart of our special day! -

From the first meeting we had with DJ Bishop, we knew we were in good hands. He has so much experience and knowledge that helped guide us through the process of planning our wedding and making sure our music needs were met and ensuring our guests had an amazing time. The dance floor stay packed the entire evening and even weeks after our event the guests were raving about him. From the very beginning, we were made to feel confident in the job he was hired to do. If we had any questions, they were answered. If we wanted certain songs that weren't listed, he was able to get them. If we didn't want certain songs played, he understood that he shouldn't play them. Dj Bishop was always willing and excited to go the extra mile to make our special day one that we would never forget. On the day of, he was on time, dressed nicely, and certainly did NOT disappoint when it came time for the reception! His super understanding, "you still have time to decide" attitude put my husband's and my mind at ease. He has tons of experience and is willing to work with the couple to bring their ideas to life. We had "do not play songs", which were not played and a TON of "must play" songs of which all were played when the moment was right. He is super prepared and quickly responds to all questions and requests. There was not a single moment of the reception when guests were not on the dancefloor. We could not have asked for a better DJ! -

Julia Sent on 12/28/2015Bishop was absolutely perfect. Picking music for my wedding was a lot harder than I thought it would be, but Bishop was great with suggestions and just knowing what to play. He was also really flexible with playing requests and checking in with me when my friends really wanted him to play the wobble. (I originally said no line dances.) I don't think I have seen a dj read the crowd so well! He had the dance floor packed the entire night, and my family couldn't stop talking about how fun he made everything. If you want a dj who really cares about making your event everything you want it to be, I would recommend dj Bishop a thousand times!
