DJ Andres came recommended by our wedding venue (The Ospreys in Woodbridge, VA). His rate was the best of the three we compared, so we went with him. He was great about communicating in the weeks leading up to the event. We provided Spotify playlists for each part of the night (one for cocktail hour, one for dinner, and one for dancing). He used those but also added some other songs during dancing (maybe from requests, maybe from his own judgement). Either way, we were very happy. Very professional and comfortable transitioning the guests throughout each part of the evening. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend him! -

If you haven't booked DJ Andres do it now! He is one of the best DJ's in the metro area! He was the DJ at my 50th birthday party. He had the party rocking well after close! He surprised me with some extras! You can't beat his prices! Thank you Andres for a memorable 50th! My guests had a great time! -

I was so worry for the music because we had people coming from different parts of the wold and I wanted to make sure everyone will have fun.
Andrés exceeded our expectations, he id an amazing job. Our invitees had so much fun, he had something for everyone.

My fiance and I found DJ AP Andres through our venue. He asked us for our music choice but we briefly gave him some music choices and told him to play around with those choices. We are so glad we gave him the freedom to choose since everyone was dancing all night long.

Working with Andres was an absolute dream. He was knowledgeable and responsive, on top of just being overall talented! He was able to edit a song for our recessional that was a surprise for my husband and it was a huge hit! We are a very mixed family, he did a great job of accommodating all genres of music. So many people reached out asking for his info after our wedding, he was that good! -

We recently got married in June and we had DJ AP Andres as our wedding DJ! He came highly recommended by our venue as well as our caterer and we can definitely tell why. He was super responsive, professional, was able to read the crowd perfectly to play all the right songs and made our reception everything we wanted and more! He is also bilingual which was perfect since we had a lot of Spanish speaking family attending. He also offers uplighting which we knew we definitely wanted and he was able to incorporate our colors and made our reception area look amazing and classy! His booth and equipment looks neat and well organized. This man is definitely a pro at what he does! He took the time to make sure our bridal party names and pronunciation was all 100% beforehand, he made sure to follow our schedule and kept us on track (working beside our coordinator/caterer to make sure everything was right) and the cherry on top was him incorporating all the songs we wanted but also accommodating some of my guests requests in the end :) Thank you Andres for making our night so amazing! -

Mayra Sent on 10/10/2018Andres is an incredible DJ for weddings! My wedding this past July was the best day ever thanks to Andres. He came recommended to me by my caterer. I had no idea that a cater works with the DJ for things like the cake cutting, the dinner speeches and things like that. Because our family is bilingual, we was able to be the host of our wedding in Spanish and in English. I put together a list of all the songs I wanted including the songs for the ceremony, Andres had no problems getting exactly what I wanted and very professional with understanding the timing of everything. We also used his up-lighting services. At first we were not sure if we needed this added expense to our budget but on the day of the wedding, we knew it was worth it. The lighting changes the mood of the whole venue and Andres was so great at asking what color lighting we wanted to use in order to match the reception. Because he is very experienced, our venue also knew about him and highly recommended him. You can't go wrong with going with DJ Andres and your event will be in good hands. -

Brittany Sent on 02/01/2018DJ AP Andres was nothing short of AMAZING! He had the party jumping all night and we still hear to this day how fun our wedding was. He was a major part of the celebration and we could not thank him enough. Andres understood us and the vibe that we were going for. DJ AP Andres was always willing to answer any questions along the way, you can arrange to meet whenever, he works well with budget, he is professional and showed up on time. He made sure he could pronounce the bridal party and parent's names (my husband is Korean) and he did very well. He went over all the details of how the night would run. His set up is very nice to add to any type of venue and the up-lighting makes a huge difference; it really set the vibe for the night and made our guests comfortable to get up and dance! He provides wireless microphones and a clip on microphone for the celebrant during the ceremony. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ & MC. He takes pride in his work and will make your wedding experience unforgettable. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and we would recommend to any of the newly engaged couples. -

Paola Sent on 06/02/2013When we came to Andres and met with him for the first time, all we said was "non-stop dance party" and that is exactly what he gave us. Our guests would not stop coming up to tell us how awesome the DJ and the music was and our dancefloor was NEVER empty! He even let me and my husband get behind the booth and spin haha it was awesome and I'm sure will make for some awesome photos!
He was always really responsive and just a warm and friendly professional. It's not always easy to come across that.
If you are looking for a great party with high energy, Andres should definitely be your first and last stop! -

He gets the party started
DJ Andres is a great guy! He is very responsive to email and keeps you on schedule so he can build your wedding playlist in a timely manner. He really knows how to get people on the dance floor and keep the energy up through the whole reception. He brings his own very cool-looking dj booth and has great knowledge of latin music which was key for us as we love latin music and so do a bunch of our friends. He played our bachata-mix first dance and even asked for the original files in case he could make the sound better. Our only critique would be that we had told him to start the reception with older music for the older crew to keep everyone engaged and then move into the more modern club music for the younger crew....he simply mixed everything together so some pump-up songs were played too early in the night. But we would absolutely highly recommend him! He's fantastic. -
