We've been working with Diamonds forever for over 2 years now. My now husband (at the time fiance) was able to custom design my engagement ring with the help of Amy who was absolutely fabulous. I was floored when I first laid eyes on my ring, it was everything I ever wanted and was exactly how I had explained it to my man. We had a two year engagement so it was quite awhile later that we started discussing and planning the wedding band. DF does have a very large selection of bands, but because of the unique infinity type design of my engagement ring band, it was harder to find something that fit my ring as I truly envisioned and wanted a wedding band that was like a matching puzzle piece to my engagement ring. I did try pretty much all of the other wedding bands they had to see if I might like something, but we decided in the end to request that they make a custom matching band.
I was very particular about what I wanted and it was kind of hard to explain, but Jenny stuck with me and kept revamping and re-sending new CAD images until it was perfect! It was a large purchase for us so I really wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Also, I live in Washington DC so all of this correspondence and tweaking of the designs had to be done via texts/phone calls but Jenny was very responsive and patient with me as she got it to be exactly what I wanted! Seeing it in person several weeks later was even better since it doesn't even compare to the drawings and I'm still looking down at my finger and smiling because I love it so much. Every time I come to visit San Diego I take my rings in to be cleaned and checked and they always look so sparkly and amazing every time! We're very happy with our experience at Diamonds Forever and definitely recommend!Diamonds Forever's reply:

Chiola Sent on 10/28/2017Jenny Seligmann of Diamonds Forever helped us custom design my engagement ring. She went above and beyond our expectations. There were a lot of modifications that I requested in regards to the CAD design before proceeding to the next process and she was so patient, gracious and wonderful. We could not have been happier with the final product. I highly recommended Diamonds forever if you're looking for perfection in your custom designed jewelry. They also carry an exceptional selection of antique one-of-a-king pieces. Excellent customer service, beautiful store and abundance of gorgeous jewelry. Thank You Jenny!

Her selection is of equal or better quality to what you see in overpriecd mall stores or specialty shops. She is caring and considerate and has reasonable pricing without sacrificing the quality of her work. Again, we bought ALL our rings through Jenny and are incredibly happy with the results!! Highly recommended!!! -

The amazing professionals at Diamonds Forever are the best! They love what they do, and their passion for their craft shines through! I wanted a custom engagement ring and the staff helped me every step of the way. It was so fun to get to design something original. I was able to choose the setting and pick the perfect diamond to accompany it. Jenny hand picked a few diamonds for us to choose from and we loved them all, but when my fiance and I got home we kept thinking about this one stone...we knew we had found the perfect diamond for my ring! Thank you for making my wedding ring so so special. The ring of a lifetime!
