Fantastic experience, above and beyond

I just got engaged with an absolutely beautiful and stunning ring from Diamonds Direct, solitaire style with an oval diamond. I had specially requested a band that was near identical to my fiancée’s grandmother’s wedding band. They absolutely nailed it!! I worked with Mac and she went above and beyond to make this happen absolutely perfectly. I have a very busy job as a surgeon and she was constantly available to help me coordinate, texting me ideas and pictures, even helped me get an international insurance policy set up so I could pull off the proposal in Costa Rica. Mac was incredible to work with and her customers (and their new engagements) are lucky to have her!

Stellar Experience!

I purchased a 1.03 carat H color VS2 diamond ring with a matching channel set diamond band from a local pawn shop. I contacted Elad at Diamonds Direct Raleigh via the Diamonds Direct website about coming in for an inspection of the diamond. After carefully unsetting the diamond and viewing with a microscope, he detected a small chip in the girdle of the diamond. Instead of having to get the diamond re-polished which would have taken more time than I had before I wanted to propose and have lost precious carat weight. Elad was able to exchange my diamond for a 1.00 carat H color SI1 diamond. He had it set within 4 weeks in a beautiful Sylvie ring- SY904. Elad was very fair in what I paid for this ring. Unfortunately, the diamond was improperly set by the onsite jeweler. There was a 2mm prong length discrepancy on two of the prongs…Elad and the vice president, Lev, went out of their way to get issue fixed very quickly and correctly for me despite the issue being beyond the skill set of the onsite jeweler. Elad sent the ring to an expert jeweler contact he had in New York. After receiving the ring back, he overnighted the ring to me via FedEx in Western NC in time for me to propose on Christmas. My now fiancé was very impressed with the ring. For this experience alone, I would give Elad and Diamonds Direct Raleigh 5/5 stars.

As I mentioned, at the pawn shop I purchased a diamond band with the engagement ring. The ring set was soldered together. Diamonds Direct unsoldered the bands for me. Unfortunately, as the wedding band was channel set and original size 7, there was no way to size the ring to 5.25, my fiancé’s ring size, without significant risk of losing diamonds in the long term. Elad was able to have a very similar, custom ring created using 3d design software that was able to use the 8 VS2 diamonds in my original wedding band. He then refined the design based on the feedback of my fiancé and myself. Wax cast of the original ring and updated design were provided before ordering the ring. The cost of this band was very competitive with similar bands sold by online retailers. However, this band was custom and much higher quality as it included the VS2 diamonds I had from the original band.

My last purchase was a wedding band of similar style to my fiancé’s wedding band. I was headed to Diamond’s Direct to pick up the wedding band for my fiancé the day I ordered my band. Elad stayed behind for 5 minutes to briefly speak with me despite needing to head home to help his wife take care of their sick child. He got his colleague Prem to help my fiancé as she tried on her wedding band. Prem also assisted me as I ordered by wedding band. I selected RECF518516W from Benchmark. Prem ordered the ring for me. He matched the pricing I had found from an online competitor. I selected RECF78022SCC as the free ring that Benchmark offers all customers purchasing dress rings.

In summary, Diamonds Direct Raleigh is likely the best “in-person” jewelry store in the Triangle Area-Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill. All pricing was extremely competitive. Pricing was better than every store I visited in the Triangle Area. Pricing was also in-line with online competitors. I advise buying in-person at Diamonds Direct Raleigh for the Diamonds Direct buying experience that includes complimentary cleaning, resizing, rhodium plating, etc. Also, every employee was incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about my diamond buying/ring buying experience. Even when I had the issue with the engagement ring, it was promptly taken care of by the Diamonds Direct. This would not have been the case with an online retailer. The Diamonds Direct team is truly like a big family. Even when Elad wasn’t available other managers willingly stepped up to help me. However, when you stop by, make sure to ask for Elad!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience

The team has been fantastic! Tessa was amazing to work with and even with COVID going on, I was successful in starting the process of a custom ring for my fiancee'. Because the site is closed, Oren worked through everything possible via phone with me until i had to pick out the stone in person. I was going back and forth between a stone and diamond and so glad i went this route. When finally meeting in person, we met outside the facility since workers were inside to avoid contact. Oren made the process quick, painless and perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and they have officially made new customers for life.

Customizable jewelry at great prices

We were thrilled to find Diamonds Direct after being disappointed with the possibilities at other jewelry stores we'd visited. DD allows you to individually select the setting and diamond for the engagement ring, which we really enjoyed doing. We created a gorgeous ring for a fraction of the cost of what it would have been at one of the larger chain stores. You also get the GIA certification for your diamond without having to send it off for authentication/grading.

Absolutely Amazing!

We came here to look at engagement rings together, I told my husband to be there was no pressure to buy that day. However, we were so well taken care of by the entire staff, our diamond expert took his time as I debated between the little details that made each ring unique and never rushed us, we decided to buy that day. Best value hands down!

With the help of Diamonds Direct associates, my husband designed my engagement ring and later my wedding band. Five years later, I allow a jewelry store representative in the mall to “clean” my rings...it effectively buffed off the custom floral engraving and milgrain finish. I was devastated but Roxie put me at ease and promptly made arrangements for the designs to be restored. Two days earlier than expected, I have my rings back as good as new! We already knew the quality and customer service were outstanding, but after this experience we are most definitely Diamonds Direct customers for life.

Diamonds Direct made it easy and fun!

When my fiance and I decided to start looking at rings, we figured we would start with Diamonds Direct since they are known for having a huge selection and great reputation, and look other places if we didn’t find what we wanted, or wanted to get additional ideas. I didn’t expect us to purchase my engagement ring that day, but the staff there made everything so fun and easy that we never looked further.

We were immediately handed mimosas and coffee on entering. I would definitely make an appointment on Saturdays since they get very busy- we had one and were taken right away. Eric was our diamond expert and he quickly put us at ease. He took my fiance aside to ask privately about the budget before we got started, which I felt was very considerate. He then looked at the Pinterest board I had made and started pulling rings within our budget and in line with my style. He knew how to go from setting to the next depending on my feedback and it didn’t take long to narrow it down to two designs I loved. When I couldn’t decide he said they could easily combine the elements I loved about each into one custom ring and made sure he understood exactly how I wanted the final design to look. He then taught us all about diamonds and we were able to look at several. I could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell us on what was most expensive- he seemed to genuinely know how we could get the best value for our money.

My fiance ended up ordering the ring that day but he and Eric were sneaky about not telling me how long it would take to come in so my proposal would still have an element of surprise. My fiance later told me that when the ring first came in Eric wasn’t satisfied with it so he made sure it was adjusted until it was perfect. Although I had a good idea of what it would look like, I was still stunned with how beautiful it turned out- definitely my dream ring! We later returned to purchase our wedding rings, which we got a nice discount on as Diamond Direct established customers, and Eric was again super helpful, along with Stephanie and Meg. They were all so excited for us! They helped us pick the perfect band to go with my engagement ring, and my fiance had a ring completely customized from various ideas he had looked at online. Both of the rings came out perfectly and came in plenty of time for our wedding day.

I also used Diamonds Direct to service my great-grandmother’s heirloom aquamarine ring, which was to be my “something old, something blue.” The team there resized the ring and polished out a large dent on the table. The ring looked brand new and was the perfect accessory on my special day. They also cleaned and polished my engagement ring a few days before the wedding so it looked extra sparkly. I love the piece of mind that come with all of their quality guarantees. I will be a life-long customer of Diamonds Direct!

We will never buy jewelry from anyone else! My husband and I bought our wedding band from Little Lisa at Diamonds Direct Crabtree 2 years ago. Lisa is brilliant. She was able to quickly find us a matching band, even though we did not buy our engagement ring there. (Which we now regret!) Recently my engagement ring became damaged, but I was not a good jewelry keeper and did not take it in to the other jeweler for its 6 month check up. The service department was patient, knowledgeable, and honest with regards on how to go about repairing my ring. To make a long story short, Little Lisa and manager Brian came to our rescue!! We will always go back to Diamonds Direct Crabtree! Their service and quality in workmanship are impeccable! I highly recommend going to see Little Lisa and Brian for all your jewelry needs!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Diamonds Direct! Working with Lisa "little" Johnson has been wonderful! I went to DD under the impression I was going to get my engagement band (tension setting) resized, when I was shocked to find out that the designer of my band "Gelin Abaci" had gone out of business and was no longer excepting repairs :( As you can imagine, I was devastated by this news. Here I was feeling overwhelmed and had no idea what to do next. Thankfully, I was assigned Lisa to help and she did a fabulous job. Lisa was extremely patient with me and understood my concerns. Lisa and I set up a couple of meetings to go over what my options were and she referred me to the best custom designer DD uses. In no time, my band was sent off to be repurposed at a reasonable price. Lisa helped to turn a bad situation into something manageable and exciting! I highly recommend her.. Lisa is great to work with and very attentive to your needs. If you plan on using DD, please ask for "Little" Lisa because she is the BEST!!!

Diamonds Direct Crabtree is exceptionally fair when it comes to pricing, but more importantly everyone that works there is genuinely interested in making sure you are happy and well taken care of. Lisa Johnson, "Little Lisa," is absolutely an angel!! Everyone at Diamonds Direct is great, and super helpful, but we went back to Lisa every time we came into the store. We saw her three times over the course of a year, and third time was the charm (as far as actually purchasing a ring).

Lisa really took the time to listen to us and our concerns about finding the perfect ring for a great price- something I wanted without breaking my man's bank and going over his budget. The quality and the selection you also find at DD is incomparable and unbeatable!! Every where else I looked- Reeds, Kay's, Zales, (though I already knew we would go with Diamonds Direct, I still surveyed other stores)- they had cookie cutter rings, and nothing really unique.

Lisa helped us pick out the perfect ring and was extremely patient with all of our questions, and indecisiveness. She was also very invested in us and our relationship- took the time to read/understand us, educate us about diamonds and industry, and all of the different qualities and brands. We ended up going with a vintage, and very unique Simon G. I kept getting distracted and looking at other rings (Who wouldn't??? They're all gorgeous!) but she pointed out that I kept gravitating back to the same one, and she noticed that I had a very different reaction to that one when I first tried it on than any other diamond and ring.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in picking out something so special for us, and I can't say enough good things about the staff there, especially Lisa! We will be Diamonds Direct customers for life, and will always go back to Lisa Johnson. A huge thank you to her and the Diamonds Direct team!!

These great people know diamonds, and how to get you EXACTLY what you want, in your budget. Melissa is an expert in her field. We wanted a brilliant 2 Ct solitaire and she made it happen, for seriously THOUSANDS less than any other diamond broker. Being such an important purchase, I was nervous about everything, price, quality, and trade value. After several failed purchases online, Israel and New York ect, we decided to drive an hour to check Diamonds Direct out. I was almost certain we were wasting our time, BUT I WAS DEAD WRONG. Melissa, explained how their business works, sensed my anxiety and told me she was going to make this happen for us. And she and Lev did!
And, Lev the manager took one look at my trade in ring, and gave me a trade value almost to the dollar of what I paid for it, without him knowing. Fair, HONEST, diamond experts here. Selling their OWN conflict free stones, from their OWN mine in Israel.

Diamonds direct is a great place to shop for engagement rings and wedding bands! The service there was great, and they have good prices as well. My husband had to get his ring resized after the wedding, and they did that with no issues or problems. A great place to shop!

We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from a regular leading jeweler back in February of this year. At the time we were expecting twins and didn’t really have much to spend on a ring, but we ending up finding something we liked at not a high cost. Just a few short months later, one of the diamonds fell out of the halo setting. When we went back to the store where we were told we would have to pay for the diamond ourselves. We went back and forth for a while, getting pretty upset with the situation, until they finally told us "another option" for the coverage. After that experience, my husband & I decided we wanted to go look at other options at a more trusted jeweler. We were NOT going to go back to a store who clearly did not care about their customers, nor their product. Needless to say, Diamonds Direct now has a client for life! They were extremely helpful and understanding about our situation from the beginning! Brian really took care of us and what we were looking for! It's hard to find places now a days that really care about their consumers and I can definitively say, we have that with Diamonds Direct! I recommend them to any person, with any situation, on any budget! Thank you again Diamonds Direct! We can finally relax knowing we are with a quality jeweler who cares about their product & their people!

We walked in on one of their busy sales days to be slightly intimidated by the security entrance, bright lights, and crowds of people. Once we entered, we were welcomed by the greeter who offered us drinks and took our name and desired service. After browsing on our own for a few moments, we were introduced to Laura who helped us through the entire process. I had found it difficult to express the type of ring I was looking for. Laura tried many many many vendors, even customizable options, yet I never had the "feeling". Finally, I asked Laura to see if she could find the ArtCarved collection, which I had initially asked about in the beginning. This collection was absolutely stunning, and Laura knew immediately we were in the right place. Laura was patient, understanding, and personable. By the end of the night, we left as happy customers, elated for my ring to come in approximately 6 weeks. Yes, the wait was torture, but it was well worth it. The selection is huge, which again can be intimidating, but the staff will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect one. Prices aren't too bad as you aren't held to coming in every 6 months for checks and they frequently have big sales!

My fiance and I went to dozens of jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring and wedding band. I am extremely picky, and he was on a really tight budget. Diamond's Direct was the only place that could provide the type of ring I wanted in my fiance's budget. Plus, they were the first place we went to where we felt like we got quality service even though we had a small budget. Other places didn't seem interested in working with us and tried to coerce us into increasing our budget. Diamond's Direct, instead, only showed us rings in our price ranged and offer us options to make more expensive rings cheaper. Highly recommend!!

I love Diamonds Direct! I went with my fiancé to just look at prices to see what was in our budget and we ended up purchasing our wedding bands that day! They were having a sale coming up but could not guarantee our bands would be on sale, but they were able to give us a discount so we didn't have to risk them not on sale. Turns out, they were not on sale (I checked) so we got a great deal!! My engagement ring also came from Diamonds Direct, and I am totally in love with it! They have a large selection to choose from so you can't go wrong stopping by!

The reason we chose Diamonds Direct to begin with is because they carried Tacori, which is what we were interested in for our wedding rings! We worked with Jodi at Diamonds Direct.

First and foremost, she is awesome and we highly recommend her!

The groom and I went in there to look at some engagement rings together. Of course, we went right to the Tacori section! We loved that the rings are hand crafted in America and quickly narrowed it down to two. Jody also picked out three different diamonds and we looked at each one through a magnifier and simultaneously picked the same one that was our absolutely beautiful! After that I went and looked around and he did the rest with Jodi and ultimately picked the most gorgeous ring and my absolute favorite one! I had no idea he actually ordered it that day but about 4 weeks later it was in, he proposed and the rest is history!

Later on in October, the actual designer Tacori himself was there, and we went to look at wedding bands. We met the designer and ordered my groom's band. It came in quickly and Jodi was very responsive with emails, making appointments to meet with her and pick up the rings, etc.

We are so happy we picked Diamonds Direct with Jodi!

Diamonds Direct is a great place for any kind of jewelry, but especially the wedding variety. My husband got my engagement ring there for a great price, and Raj was super helpful during the process (diamond selection, setting selection, wedding band suggestions). Raj also helped us in selecting the wedding bands a few months later, but wasn't there when we went back to purchase them (don't worry, he's still there! He was having knee surgery). The lady that helped us with buying the bands was still very helpful, though. They give you a discount on wedding bands when you've already bought the engagement ring with them, and we were able to negotiate the price down a little bit more to fit our budget. All in all, very helpful, professional, and a great experience.

The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. Our consultant remembered us by name each time we were in store and worked hard to understand exactly what we were looking for, and then found that in put budget!

My fiance bought my engagement ring here and I have also bought my ring here. They had a wonderful selection and the staff was very helpful. He was able to find something I loved without having my input at all. They were also very helpful with giving all the information needed to put on the insurance. When we went to look for our rings I found a matching ring very quickly and it was in my budget. We did have a hard time finding a ring for my fiance and had to go elsewhere. I would recommend them to anyone looking to find the best ring. I will be going there again for future jewelry purchases.

Fiance purchased my engagement ring here because they had so many options. He went to several popular chain stores and they only had one or two diamonds with the Asscher cut that I wanted. At diamond's direct they narrowed down his price point and brought him several stones to look at within his budget. They even let him take the stones outside to see them in natural lighting. They have been so easy to work with with my wedding bands as well. They honored an old quoted price for fiance's band even though the price of gold when up since the quote was made. I can drop my rings off for cleaning whenever I want. I don't have to have them inspected at certain intervals. They are the best in my opinion!

My husband got my engagement ring at Diamonds Direct and we purchased our wedding bands from Diamonds Direct. Based on our experiences, I don't think we'll ever go to another jewelry store in the Triangle. The sales associates that we worked with were excellent. They understood our budget and didn't try to push us toward something that wasn't in our price range. I am amazed at the value of the jewelry that we were able to purchase at Diamonds Direct. And the inventory they have is astounding. Everyone is always so friendly, even when I just stop by to get my rings cleaned and brightened up (for free!). There's no reason to go anywhere else!

My now-husband proposed to me with a lovely diamond in a solitaire setting purchased from Diamonds Direct Crabtree. It was a total surprise and he knocked my socks off! He had some help/recommendations from a couple of friends, and had done plenty of research ahead of time before deciding to shop and buy at Diamonds Direct. After he proposed, he spoiled me further and took me back to the store to pick out a setting of my choice. The salesman that he (and we) worked with is Tery who is WONDERFUL. Totally professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with - not pushy at all. The store has so much selection that I found it overwhelming. Tery helped us focus on a smaller set of options that suited my tastes best, and I found a beautiful setting. Of course when it was time to buy our wedding bands, we went right back to Tery. I picked the band that matched my engagement ring and we found a comfortable, simple band for my husband that had just enough detail to complement my rings. Throughout the shopping experience, we received nothing but great customer service. Definitely recommend shopping here.

I could not be more happy with my ring! My fiancé custom ordered the ring and it came out exactly as I wanted it! However, he got the wrong size but when I went in the get it re-sized, they we extremely polite, professional, and receptive to the problem and it was re-sized for free and shipped directly to me! (I also had the option of picking it up, but I live out of town so chose to have it shipped.) The employees have excellent customer service and maintain a professional yet relaxing atmosphere. We went back and got my fiancés band there and will be getting my wedding band there as well. I highly recommend this jeweler!

Could not beat the prices anywhere else! They really worked with us to get us what we wanted and stay within our budget. I did end up purchasing my wedding band at Lee Jewlers in Raleigh off capital blvd, and they were great too! Diamonds direct did not have a large selection of plain wedding bands. Amy with Diamonds Direct was fabulous! She was our sales rep through the entire process. While we had already educated ourselves on diamonds it was nice to shop there because she was able to bring out loose diamonds that we could compare. We were able to choose the diamond that we liked best and have that put into the setting. Their service was far superior to anything that we got at the regular retail jewelry stores in the mall. Not only did we get our wedding bands there but we've also gone back for other gifts. I highly recommend them.

We went around to all the typical jewelry stores you see in your malls and they are nothing compared to Diamond's Direct. I'm so glad that my fiance went there. He went without me (of course) and the staff there is so knowledge of all the different things you want to look for when picking out a diamond. My husband picked out my engagement ring all by himself. The folks at Diamonds Direct helped him pick out THE diamond to go in the setting. Literally everywhere I go, I get complimented on my beautiful ring. We also got our wedding bands there, and got a discount since he got the engagement ring there. I've had smaller diamonds fall out after getting the rings sized. All cleaning & repairs are free. They even dip my white gold bands for free, which is about $75 at other jewelry stores. The staff is helpful & very accommodating. I will not buy jewelry from anywhere else!

I have been very happy with diamonds direct. I like that someone is immediately ready to help you when you walk through the door and that there is unlimited cleanings and sizing. On top of that they are very reasonably priced. I couldnt be happier with them as a jeweler.

Words cannot express my experience at Diamonds Direct and with Richard Posey. I wanted the best my budget could afford and I got it at Diamonds Direct. Richard listend and didn't push. Diamonds direct has the BEST prices from any jewelery store i've been to, they also have the biggest selection and the most beautiful pieces i've seen. Being a very picky, undecisive person, the people at diamond's direct were so patient and friendly that i would defintely shop there again! The gentelman that helped us was extremely friendly and helpful, he recommended many different bands to match my ring, and put up with my uncertainity. I asked to look at many different bands and he had no problem, and when i apologized he told me not to worry and that he's there to provide me with exactly what i wanted. Their professionalism and their friendliness not to mention their great prices are totally recommended.

So glad I used diamonds direct for my wedding ring! I bought my engagement ring at a boutique, and needed a custom wedding band to fit around it. Diamonds direct created a custom band to fit my ring, for $50 less than the boutique was charging(local jewlers were going to charge $400 more!) It took 2 weeks to come in and looks perfect! The second sales person was professional but didn't seem to like that I bought a non-diamond engagement right from somewhere else.. The first sales person and everyone else were great. Great experience generally and they walk you through the credit process and have great payment plans.

We got our wedding bands from them. Less expensive then most places, and they have sales every once in a while. Everyone is always nice... but stay away from the busy hours... it got so loud we couldn't hear ourselves think and barely heard the saleswoman. My husband also bought my wedding present from them! My goodness, so many good things to say about Diamonds Direct! The moment you walk in, they always greet you with a friendly smile. They offer you any drink you could possibly want from coffee to champagne. My husband and I both exactly what kind of wedding bands we wanted. Raj was so helpful in helping us find our dream rings and at the best price. Raj also helped my husband when he bought my engagement ring there. We have been there on several occasions to get my engagement ring cleaned and polished prior to the big day. They have never been short of wonderful.

I found my wedding band here and the lady who helped me was sooooo nice! They have a fancy coffee machine, champaigne and water. My husband (fiancee at the time) walked all over the mall and then went here, and we should not even have bothered with the mall. There is a huge selection and the people were courteous. I would not recommend weekends, it can be sooo busy in there. But during the work week it was fantastic.

Dream Ring

My journey with Diamonds Direct has spanned over a series of years beginning in 2014. Lisa Johnson was my diamond expert then and now. She is absolutely fabulous!!!!!!
My first setting was a Scott Kay platinum engagement set with a princess cut diamond. Last year, in December 2019, I decided I wanted to upgrade my ring for various reasons, the top one being my 20th wedding anniversary. I decided to go all out and create my own custom ring based on ideas I had seen in other rings and pull them together. Today, I am sporting a breathtaking diamond engagement and wedding set of my own design. Of course, I had a whole team behind me every step in the process. (Lisa Johnson (Little Lisa), Brian Dedrickson, Lev Shnaldman and the Diamonds Direct Design team).
Each, played a role in helping me create an heirloom piece that will last for generations. From the unique engravings to hearts and butterflies...I love my ring!
To Little Lisa..... Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For your undying patience with me as I make countless tweaks to the design to make it perfect for me. You are a gem. Heck... we're sisters now.
To Brian.... Thanks for helping with my diamond education. "I am a diamond snob" is right!!!!! You made me realize that actually looking at a diamond and seeing a diamond on paper are totally different. You can never make a wise choice in a diamond until you see it in reality. Thank you Brian.

Completely impressed and satisfied.

What a great change of pace from other diamond shopping experiences. We shopped during one of the biggest sale events of this year. The store was buzzing with buyers but our diamond consultant, Karoline, at the Raleigh NC location was so kind and patient with us. She listened carefully to what I wanted and helped narrow down the ideas I had. Karoline educated us on all of the C’s and showed us why the diamonds that Diamonds Direct has to choose from are of such a good quality and value. Ultimately Karoline had to ship in an oval diamond from another store location that was absolutely perfect. We just picked up my new diamond engagement ring and stacked wedding bands. The whole experience of choosing and buying my rings have exceeded my and my husband’s expectations. We will certainly be return customers in the future.

We went to Diamonds Direct on a Saturday (very busy!) but we were led to Laura, the salesperson, who took her time with us as my fiance and I were each looking for our wedding bands. I had an idea of what I wanted but was torn between a few styles. Laura was patient with us as I made up my mind and then helped my fiance find a band that suited him and he thought was comfortable (his only ask). She was very knowledgeable and patient, which we appreciated, given the zoo that the store. was. They often have good sales, with good 0% financing options. The best part- free champagne/beer/soft drinks/coffee!

We were at the verge of being slightly disheartened by other jewelry stores when I thought "what the heck, we'll try that store with the radio ads every half hour... why not?" and I'm so glad we did. The value of the jewelry was so much higher than other stores for less money, the shopping experience was very laid back. The saleswoman was helpful, understood what we wanted, and helped us understand our options without being pushy for a moment. I LOVE my ring, and my husband's ring is perfect, too.

All of the staff we worked with at Diamond's Direct Crabtree was great. We were pleased with their prices and their selection was amazing. My fiancee got to pick every diamond in my setting not just the main stone. The same held true with the wedding band's diamonds when I went in to pick it out. They were so patient with us, especially my fiancee when he took forever to choose his wedding band!

LOVE this place! Got my wedding band there. My engagement ring was from an online jeweler but they still cleaned it and resized it for me at no cost. I also ended up buying my wedding-day necklace and earrings there. My fiance didn't get his wedding band there because the price was not very good. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Amy is fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, creative, helpful. Everything you could want in a jewelry expert. They have the biggest selection in the Triangle by far, and the best service. Prices are good, but not as good as online. You may pay a bit more, but you get your money's worth.

We bought both my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Diamonds Direct Crabtree. The service was excellent, we weren't very knowledgeable about diamonds and they talked us through what we needed to know. I liked the fact that for my engagement ring we got to choose the exact stone and have the ring made. Everything was done promptly and professionally - but I warn you, they are frequently crowded, so expect a wait if you walk in and a lot of people are there. Worth it though!

They worked with us to custom design our wedding bands and engagement ring. Best diamond selection and prices around. We were able to see diamonds that we would have had to special order anywhere else. I get compliments on my engagement ring all the time. Only issues were regarding the status of our wedding bands (they forgot to call us when they were ready) and the sizing being incorrect. Other than that, the service was great!

The engagement ring has received comments literally everywhere I go. We had a 2 year long engagement and when my fiance went back to order the matching wedding band, on top of the already good price they gave him a 10% discount for returning to order the band and the engagement ring stone was so amazing even Diamonds Direct personnel were amazed by the sparkle and proud that they sold it. Have already sent many friends to this location to get engagement rings, will continue to do so.

The reason that he rates them a 4 for responsiveness is because he felt like he had to do the calling in order to find out the status of the wedding band, and that he was doing the leg work of the communication. Otherwise, working with Diamonds Direct management was a pleasure.
