When I got my delivery date, my ring hadn’t shipped yet. I did receive an email letting me know it was delayed because it didn’t pass the quality inspection. Cherie kept me updated throughout the process, and she was wonderful to work with! Whenever I emailed her, I got a response within 24 hours. Since my ring didn’t pass the first time, they kindly sent me diamond studs as an apology, which I thought was really nice. When my ring finally arrived, it was absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I found this company, and I’ll definitely turn to them for all my jewelry needs in the future! -

I recently ordered a very specific custom ordered ring and Diamondere produced a ring better then I could of ever imagined.
First off lets start with how professional and swift all their employees are. I dealt with Cheri and Emma. Emma helped with the design and was wonderful and patient with me as we decided what I wanted to do. Emma gave me numerous quotes in different metals. Cheri ended up emailing me after the order was placed asking about my fiance and Is story how we met and how we found them which I really appreciated and viewed as very professional.
Diamondere is a company I have been recommending to clients for years as I have a background in jewelry sales. So needless to say I was very excited when it was finally my time to purchase one. The quality they produce is wonderful on top of that you get more then what you pay for. I am still shocked at how much gold we actually received on his ring. Their rings are heavy and solid and are priced amazingly. They also do a great job of producing high quality alternative rings. We did 14kt black gold and Alexandrites. Shipping was timely quick and fast. I was provided with a tracking number as well as a requirement to sign before dropping off. If you're on the fence of ordering from them this is me telling you to do it! They will not disappoint you =) -

I am an avid collector of investment-quality gemstones and fine jewelry, and have deep experience with many excellent companies over many years. But none I have ever worked with are in the same class as Diamondere.
I am a very demanding customer with unusually particular tastes, and I have bought about two dozen items from this company ranging from very modest pieces to gems costing many tens of thousands of dollars. The customer service I have received has been flawless, friendly, timely and extremely competent without a single exception, despite many back-and forth emails requesting yet more details, movies of stones, or multiple change requests. I have tested their patience to the limit time and again, and I have yet to detect a hint of impatience or exasperation -- both of which I would have reasonably expected from any other company.
Although every single item arrived on time in perfect condition and exactly as described, my unreasonable fussiness led me to request -- four or five times — changes to the color and size of the stones. Sometimes, these requests went well beyond anything appearing on the already wide selection of items on their website including unusual gemstone types, sizes, colors, and custom setting styles. They accommodated my unique and sometimes quirky requests every time by searching for the perfect stone or setting to satisfy my high standards — standards
that are above all but what Diamondere has been able to procure and create.
For my most recent purchase, I was searching for a Padparadscha sapphire — the rarest and most expensive type — in a particularly fine hue, size, and cut. I had searched for this stone for almost a year across all the top-notch companies and carefully reviewed many hundreds of candidates. I became discouraged and was close to giving up when I finally reached out to Diamondere. Once again, I tested their dedication, skill, and patience by rejecting the first three candidates, although all were objectively fine
gems that fit my description. With each iteration over months, I expected them to give up, since their search required many hours of poring over gem spreadsheets from many companies and multiple time-consuming reach outs to their wide array of gemstone sources.
The final candidate they found was better than any specimen I have every seen, and was even better than what I had always hoped to find.
But unsurprisingly, this incredible, extraordinarily rare, one-of-a-kind stone — though very fairly priced — was at the very upper limit of my generous budget, and I was forced to ask them for some special payment accommodations — accommodations that would be been unimaginable anywhere else in my experience with the gem industry. And yet, they immediately agreed — a generous, unheard-of gesture that left me speechless and profoundly grateful.
Diamondere is without a doubt the best company I have ever worked with involving any type of product. They offer a superlative level of customer service, craftsmanship, and expertise at very reasonable prices, and will work timelessly to satisfy even exacting and sometimes onerous customers like me without a single negative comment or complaint. Whether you are looking for a small, inexpensive item to investment-quality gems in customized settings that are unavailable elsewhere, Diamondere is unquestionably the best choice for quality, price, and dedicated service. You simply cannot go wrong with them.

My experience with Diamondere has been exceptional! All the people that I worked with were very helpful. I ordered a custom made white gold men's ring with a lab grown three carrot Alexandrite. The ring is just stunning! From the cool design, to the stone that changes color in different light. I get a lot of complements on the ring. I recommend Diamondere to anyone who is looking for fine jewelry. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but, I felt I really wanted to share how happy I am with the ring, and the great service from Diamondere. Thanks guys. -

Believe the Hype.
When planning for my wife’s 30th wedding anniversary ring, I wanted to try and find a seller that could provide a piece that’s special, something striking that catch’s the eye and isn’t a “cookie cutter” design. Not only does Diamondere have their own exclusive designs available, but when working with them you receive personal 1 on 1 assistance from their customer service team. In our case, we liked a couple of the rings very much, but with Amanda’s assistance were able to merge the two designs together to create our own of a kind ring.
Set aside ANY fears or reservations you may have with on-line ordering with Diamondere, they take such good care of you from day 1 that you feel as though they believe you are their most important customer. Throughout the design and ordering process, they were incredibly patient and we received updated status reports throughout the process on their web tool. We were notified of our shipment with tracking data and received an electronic certificate of authenticity for our customized selections. The craftsmanship of the setting and gem quality is just 1st Class!
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and am very thankful for their help in making our anniversary so special for my wife! -

I immediately took the ring to a jeweler for appraisal and it was valued at almost 3x what I paid. I immediately called my son and told him to look at diamondere for his wedding band. I have ordered a ring for my husband on his 50th birthday. I chose the AAAA Ceylon Sapphire. Let me tell you, the stone is absolutely stunning, has a genuinely nice cornflower color, just like I wanted and envisioned. My expectations have definitely been met, moreover the product has exceeded my expectations.
I love the proportion of the sapphire and the setting, it flows (fits) well. Working with Diamondere was pure pleasure. We went back and forth on several designs, sizes, clarities, etc. Every response was to the point with enough explanation to help me make the right decision. It felt exceptionally good to have professional answers and advice along the way. I will definitely go to Diamondere for all my future jewelry needs.

Emerald ring
I am beyond satisfied with Diamondére and my emerald ring. The stone is exceedingly beautiful and especially considering the price, I am amazed at the quality. I really do not believe that I would have gotten anything close to the quality for the same price at any other jeweler. I should also mention that I decided to purchase their extended service plan, you know, just in case. I managed to get my ring size wrong twice, and the first re-size was free (despite the fact that my ring had to be re-made) and the second one was fully covered by my extended service contract. Amanda made it so easy; she was attentive and addressed every single concern I had, while being ridiculously patient, even though I was being a pain. The customer service is outstanding and I know if I need anything in the future, I know I can count on them. Thank you so much for everything! -

Perfect Experience for a Perfect Engagement Ring

Choose Diamondere for quality jewelry!
I had been looking for a special ring for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I stumbled across the Diamondere website and the search began. They had so many styles and stones to choose from that I had a difficult time deciding what to do. Cherie from Diamondere was very patient and helpful in helping me to decide on a ring mount and stone. I finally settled on the Edita with a AAAA red garnet and VS diamonds. It is stunning and my wife is thrilled! Diamondere makes it easy to design anything that you wish and the quality is top notch! -

Perfect jewelry and service
Amazing piece of jewelry with the perfect customer service, The only problem is the shipping service through USPS. I paid for international fast shipping and it took longer than expected (3 weeks maybe more!) I’m not sure if the package was lost or this is the normal service from USPS! and had been fully refund for shipping.
Just telling my story:
I love how every jewelry is a custom made, that’s for me at least give a meaning and a soul to these beautiful pieces. It was a beautiful ring for her 36th birthday just want to tell her that she’s more beautiful than last year. Neither the ring or my emotions reached her. -

Gorgeous Ring, Top Quality Service
Earlier this week, my Evita ring arrived and it is GORGEOUS!!! My husband ordered the ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. He selected the ring be made with emerald stones set in a platinum band. I rarely write any reviews for products I receive but, I felt compelled to write of our experience with Diamondere for several reasons of which I will cite below.
#1 WORKMANSHIP: The ring’s workmanship is exceptional. This is a very high quality and beautiful ring. The stones are a beautiful color and engraving (free) offers even more of a personal touch if you are looking to purchase a ring for someone dear.
#2 COMMUNICATION: It is bar none! Cheri is amazing and really cares and wants to get the customer’s piece right. When my husband ordered the ring, for some reason the inscription part did not come through on the online order. Cheri reached out to him to verify that the ring was to be without an inscription as she noted it was free. It was only then my husband was alerted to the fact perhaps he neglected to save the inscription or something just happened. The fact that Cheri took the time to follow up speaks volumes about the personal attention and customer service Diamondere provides. She was in constant communication with my husband when needed; for example, the ring delivery was going to be delayed and she sent an email apologizing and let him know of the delay.
#3 PEACE OF MIND: A major purchase like my ring or anything of significant value can be stressful when you’re ordering online. You never know “who” is on the other end or if the reviews are even real. My husband has some health challenges and I mention this as I am very protective; I do not want him to experience any undue stress. My husband is also a very cautious person and so making this type of transaction online has the potential to be a bit unsettling for him. That first contact from Cheri put his mind at complete ease. This transaction was completely transparent, very pleasant and not stressful at all he told me.
In summary, Cheri and Diamondere offer top notch customer service and QUALITY jewelry at more than a fair price. There are many unique pieces to choose from on their site and you can customize to your liking. Their artisans really do a fabulous job. I have gotten so many compliments on my new ring. The website is easy to navigate and they are very responsive to concerns and inquiries. I am recommending them to all my friends and family as well as to whomever is reading this review. I just received the my beautiful ring from Diamondere! I searched multiple jewelers online and stumbled upon Diamondere. I was immediately impressed with the huge selection and customization options. I wanted a ring as a memorial of my father, so selected his birthstone. Once I chose the stone shape and size, setting and metal, I placed my order. Being that my purchase occurred during the pandemic and work places were mostly closed, I received an email from Cherie. She informed me that to protect the employees and artisans, the company would not be working until safe to do so. She immediately refunded the shipping fee, and informed me that she would stay in touch. After a week or so, Cherie emailed to tell me the date when the artisans would be going back to work, and a timeframe for delivery. She wished me well and was appreciative of my business and patience during this difficult time. Cherie was so personable and I could tell immediately that I chose the best company to do business with. Diamondere truly appreciates their customers, and cares about their employees. I was so excited to receive my ring. It's stunning!! And exactly what I hoped for. And I'll think of my Dad every time I look at it. Thank you Cherie and Diamondere! -

I am on my third custom ring with Diamondere this is not my first rodeo when it comes to having custom jewelry made!! and I have never felt more comfortable about having custom jewelry made in my life. There prices are amazing and their customer service is awesome!!! I just have to add, one of the rings they did I had a special request that most jewelers have done OK but it was never perfect. So I was not expecting perfection. It was three rings made into one. All I can say is WOW!!! The best job I have ever seen!!! It was flowless!!! Every one is blown away when they see it. It could not be more perfect!!! We were at a well-known jeweler last weekend and even they where blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. Use them!!! You won’t be disappointed!!! -

Above and Beyond!
Diamondere is amazing! I was very pleased with the engagement ring that I bought from them! The customer service was incredible. I ordered the engagement ring back in August of 2018, then needed to get the companion wedding band in September of 2019.
I spoke with the same person, (Cherie) and she was amazing through and through. We had gotten the engagement ring resized at a local jeweler, and unfortunately, because of that, the companion piece didn't fit correctly. Diamondere offered to craft a new engagement ring so that it would match the companion wedding band piece.
Now, I am working with them to have the two bands fused, and again, the customer service and response have been amazing. Above and beyond, and they will absolutely have a customer for life. Any other jewelry my wife wants will definitely be coming from Diamondere! -

Diamondere is amazing! My husband (then fiance) found my dream engagement ring with Diamondere. We did our research and visited many jewelers searching for my specific ring and just didn't find "the one" until we came across Diamondere.
The craftsmanship is set apart from the rest. You can tell it was created with the highest quality, detail, and integrity.
My ring catches people's eyes even going through the grocery line lol! Its truly one of a kind and it was definitely created that way.
I get so many compliments on my ring to this day and still find myself staring at its beauty.

Diamondere was an incredible business to work with. They were super patient and corresponded with me back and forth for weeks to get the exact custom ring I want... and I could genuinely trust that they were finding the best stones and providing the best recommendations for my ring.
Attached is a photo .. they helped me make the platinum band. I already had an engagement ring (passed down from the family) and Diamondere helped me perfectly match my design and the ruby color of my engagement ring.

Diamondere is one of the few places that you can really customize high quality jewelry pieces with a plethora of options of colored gemstones. Their website gives you a lot of options/inspiration, but you can get just about anything you like if you e-mail jeweler.
The customer service is also high quality. I purchased the Ayama style engagement ring and customized it with a central diamond and swapped out the marquis cut side stones for amethysts. We were able to easily send the ring back to get it resized at no extra cost and later decided to order a matching wedding band.
When the wedding band came, we were not satisfied because it did not exactly match the shape of the previously purchased engagement band. We were a little concerned, but as soon as we let Diamondere know about our concerns, they asked us to send both rings back to them (paying the shipping costs themselves) and actually rebuilt BOTH rings to make sure that they were a perfect match. They even managed to get the rings back to us in time for our Wedding!. (only three weeks away).
After having a terrible experience walking into several physical jewelry stores, I would highly recommend Diamondere for high quality custom jewelry for a special occasion. Although I will note that their gemstones tend to cost a little more than comparable stones at other jewelers. But they won't try to pressure and upsell you like a car dealership. -

Do not buy from this company.
Save yourself some headache and heartbreak. Do not order from this company. They provide expensive, poorly crafted products.
Let me start off by saying Cherie has been wonderful to communicate with. However, that's about the only wonderful thing about this company. My husband's ring took forever to ship because they were "hand picking" the emerald stones. Once we finally got it, it was beautiful. Worth every penny of the almost $2,000 I spent on it. It was everything my husband imagined, but it was short lived. Within 3 weeks of our wedding, an emerald fell out. Within another week, another one cracked and fell out. My husband is a blue color man and doesn't wear his ring to work. Meaning two stones fell out from due to him wearing this ring on the weekends only! We sent the ring back to be repaired and I requested to be refunded instead. Cherie confirmed that because I was out of the 100 day window, she would not be able to refund me, but they would repair the ring and I could expect a delivery in about 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later, I emailed to confirm where my husband's ring is and Cherie couldn't tell me. She needed to get with the insurance company. When she finally got back to me, she said it would be another week and a half before it would deliver. 3 days before it was supposed to deliver, Cherie confirmed that the ring couldn't be repaired and they would have to create a new one that would take another 3 weeks to ship.
This ring is going to be in a "Shipping" or "Repair" status more than it's going to be on my husband's finger. Please, please, please. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. -

Just awful
If I could give them a 0, I would. I ordered a black gold with peridot engagement ring for my fiance (she wanted black gold) and when the ring showed up, it looked terrible. You can see in the pictures that the coating is just awful. To be fair, they did try to talk me out of getting black gold because of the difficulty with the coating, but they said this because of possible wear and tear, not simply poor craftmanship. After talking with another jeweler, we decided to go with someone else and then the fun began. Not only did they refuse to pay for the return shipping, they also asked for photographic proof of the contents of the box after it was shipped. Fortunately, the military taught me a little something about common sense and about shady people like the ones at diamondere. Not only did I photograph the contents, but I took a video as it was being packaged. Anyone thinking of going with them, do yourselves a favor and think twice. They have no quality control and obviously don't care about putting out poor work. I went with them because of all the positive reviews, but now I assume most are fake. When all was said and done, Cherie agreed to pay for the return shipping, but only after I said I was going to leave a bad review. Then she sent a string of emails playing the victim and insulted me. Very glad I took my business elsewhere. And why should a customer pay for return shipping when you make the mistake. When I bought the ring from you, this was not in your policy. It was a business choice. The return shipping was only the start of the problems Cherie. -
