Our communications began with me consummating a purchase and evolved to where I ended up with more than an exceptionally beautiful ceylon sapphire earring ... I ended up with a new friend.

  Amazing company - Highly Recommended

  This is such an amazing company that truly crafts stunning pieces. They have such a wide selection of options allowing you to select design, stone, size, metal....they have it all. One of the things I like best is that if you see a ring you like but want changes they are able to customize a piece to your exact liking. I highly recommend them for any jewelry wishes you may have.

  Beautiful ring and great customer service

  I ordered a gemstone ring for our ten year anniversary. The gemstones were stunning. I ended up returning the ring for no fault of the seller. The customer service was prompt and phenomenal. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is managed. We will definitely buy from them again one day.

  Love my wedding ring!

  I am VERY happy with my wedding ring from Diamondere. It's a full eternity ring with emeralds all around and 14K gold. I had a little misunderstanding about the ring and they worked with me to resolve the issue and make sure I ended up happy. I love the ring that I'll wear every day for the rest of my life! I was nervous buying online but their customer service and ethics were wonderful. And the price was much less than my local jewelry stores! HIGHLY recommended!

  Perfect jewelry and service

  Amazing piece of jewelry with the perfect customer service, The only problem is the shipping service through USPS. I paid for international fast shipping and it took longer than expected (3 weeks maybe more!) I’m not sure if the package was lost or this is the normal service from USPS! and had been fully refund for shipping.

  I love how every jewelry is a custom made, that’s for me at least give a meaning and a soul to these beautiful pieces. It was a beautiful ring for her 36th birthday just want to tell her that she’s more beautiful than last year. Neither the ring or my emotions reached her.

  I wanted to get the perfect engagement ring for my partner (now fiancee!) and knew the best approach would be to work with a company that not only cared about the purpose of the jewelry, but worked directly with me to craft the perfect piece. Diamondere customer service was communicative and helpful every step of the way, advising me about the type of metal, processing timeframes, and being genuinely happy for us when I shared the great news. This was an incredible experience from beginning to end and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

  I found two rings on the Diamondere site that I wanted to purchase for my wife. When I noticed that the price had gone up slightly one of the rings, as I had taken a few days to decide, the folks at Diamondere were really quick to offer to refund me the difference, which they did within a few days.
  Then, when I received the rings and surprised my wife, unfortunately one of them, due to the design and my wife's petite hands, rubbed on the fingers next to the ring finger. I contacted the Diamondere folks, Cheri in particular, and she was more than happy to assist me in returning the ring that my wife didn't want.
  Long story short, I highly recommend these folks for jewelry purchasing! I was somewhat leary about purchasing jewelry over the internet, having had bad experiences prior, but am so glad I went with these guys, and my wife absolutely loves the ring that she kept!
  I definitely recommend these folks for their quality, their prices, and above all, which is wicked important to me, their great customer service!!

  Excellent experience!

  I bought an engagement ring from Diamondere. From the start, the process was excellent. The only issue is I ordered the ring too large, but that was easily fixed, and Diaomondere's policy of refunding up to $50 held true. The customer service was also excellent and timely. And most importantly, my fiancé loves the ring. :)

  Customer service was incredible right from the start. Meghan made sure that all my questions were answered and provided me with lots of options to help me pick the perfect engagement ring and matching wedding band for my husband and I to renew our vows.   The ring was beautiful and she loved it but she wore it on a finger off which it slipped unbeknownst to her. It was lost. When Christmas came around we decided that she should have the ring so we ordered another one in a smaller size. Sometime in January, she opened the bread drawer in the refrigerator and low and behold the original ring was lying under the tortillas.
  
  I corresponded again with Cherie and she responded immediately. She agreed to accept return of the second ring for a full refund. I was impressed with level of service and the generous return policy – but each time I wrote to Cherie, I was most impressed with her warmth and efficiency. I think I found my permanent home for jewelry.

  Cherie and her team were amazing to work with. They answered all my questions and were so attentive. My ring came out exactly as hoped after many emails back and forth. Cherie was so patient as we made little changes along the way. My fiancé picked out the original setting, which we changed - the return policy was simple. Would recommend.

  With Cherie's help, I purchased custom earrings for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately they had to be returned (an issue with my wife's arthritis) and a bracelet substituted. Both items were beautiful and exactly as expected, the exchange process was flawless and my refund received timely. The whole experience could not have been better.

  Cherie and her team of artisans created heirloom quality sapphire and diamond earrings this summer to match a magnificent bracelet made last summer. The workmanship is amazing and the customer service was truly outstanding, even during the pandemic ! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I was looking for a specific type of engagement ring for my lady and searched long and hard. I wanted a Tanzanite center stone with diamond accents in a very specific design that matched up with the traditional engagement ring of her heritage. It took a while to find, but once I found Diamondere I knew I didn't need to look further, as the design was exactly as I envisioned it, and the attention to detail and customer service experience I received was 2nd to none. Cherie did an outstanding job of finding out what I needed, gave her input on sizing or recommendations, and even learned my backstory to give it a further personalized approach. Once the ring arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and detail and could not be happier with the purchase. Highly recommended!!

Cherie did an outstanding job of finding out what I needed, gave her input on sizing or recommendations, and even learned my backstory to give it a further personalized approach. Once the ring arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and detail and could not be happier with the purchase. Highly recommended!!

  Engagement Ring

  I purchased an engagement ring and was VERY happy with the ring. The VVS diamonds were fabulous and the hand crafting of the ring was perfect.
