Incredible venue for Indian fusion wedding
It was a pleasure to host our Indian fusion wedding at Diamond Mills. Managing an Indian wedding is no easy feat, however Brianne and Stephanie coordinated the most beautiful wedding. Our guest still talk about it to this day. The outdoor terrace with the waterfall background provided a romantic and rustic feel for our ceremony. The facilities is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very professional. It was truly the best day of our lives!! Thank you Brianne and Stephanie! -

We loved having our wedding here at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is so BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills! -

I can only say positive things about Brianne, Kelsey and the Diamond Mills team. Thank you for making our wedding a night to remember. Everything flowed so smoothly and the staff were very kind and professional. We were so relieved knowing the Diamond Mills was an all-inclusive venue and the food was delicious. It was a bonus that we were able to rent out the top rooms to host our Tea Ceremony prior to our ceremony/reception. For our ceremony and reception, we chose the ballroom, and our guests were shocked when they walked out onto the patio for our ceremony to see a waterfall. Thank you Diamond Mills for making our night run so smoothly and making my wedding vision come true! -

Brianne has a gift for what she does and no matter the question, she always had an answer or knew exactly where to go to find it. You have the flexibility of different options within the venue to pick from for your wedding and we went with Blackbarn for our reception, best decision! The space is so customizable and it allowed us to transform it into the wedding of our dreams. 100000% recommend!!!! -

We had such a memorable day for our wedding and Diamond Mills was a big reason why! We planned our entire wedding (200 people) in all of three months and Brianne worked so closely with us from start to finish to make sure the day was perfect. She was very responsive, consultative when we needed advice, and quick to action. We got married in the ballroom and it was a beautiful venue. The food was also excellent. It was way above what you would expect for a wedding and all of our guests had nothing but positive things to say. They loved it! We would highly recommend Diamond Mills to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue! -

The staff, especially Brianne and Kelsey, were absolutely fantastic to work with. From day one with each of them it was evident that they are pros in their field and know what needs to be done and how to do it. It was wonderful to work with them and watch the conversations we'd had discussing what we envisioned come to life before our eyes on our special day.
The day as a whole was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing, and a big part of that was Diamond Mills. It started with the wedding parties getting ready there before going to the location of the ceremony (off premises). It was a beautiful foggy morning and with the waterfall outside it felt and looked straight out of a fairytale. The getting ready pictures came out beautifully in both rooms upstairs and the first look photos with my family on the deck of the ballroom are some of my (bride) personal favorites from the day.
The food was amazing! The staff and space were exquisite and it all felt so lovely leading up to and the whole of the special day. Once the day began we didn't have to worry about anything, Brianne and Kelsey and their staff took care of everything. From the band getting set, the cake being delivered, to everything in between. If anything went wrong we weren't privy to it as everything seemed to go on without a hitch.
The unveiling of the reception area after cocktail hour was completed was such a magical touch. The windows and deck were crowd favorites. Our guests have commented time and time again since that day, that it was the most fun reception at one of the most beautiful venues they'd ever been too. We couldn't agree more and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a space. They do a beautiful and professional job that results in being able to enjoy your special event without any outside concerns.
We are looking very forward to visiting on our one year anniversary and reliving the magic as much as we can. -

Brianne is incredible! She is highly organized, knowledgeable, and experienced. Beyond her expertise, she is kind, easy to talk to, and reliable. Meeting with Brianne allowed me to feel confident that I had everything properly prepared for our big day. She provides her honest professional options and reminds you of small but important details that would otherwise be overlooked during the planning stages. Brianne really was a life saver throughout the whole planning process! I was certain everything would run smoothly on our wedding day because of her. Brianne, thank you!!!!! Kelsey helped us on our wedding day- she is great!! She made sure our night ran according to the plan and helped me greatly during a dress malfunction. Kelsey was readily available throughout the entire wedding day which was super helpful! Thank you, Kelsey!! Booking a hotel block was quite the headache. Some staff at the hotel are difficult to communicate with and were unprofessional at times. However, this would not take away from my recommendation of using Diamond Mills for your wedding day. The venue and property are absolutely gorgeous! We got married on the balcony overlooking the waterfalls. Our pictures came our gorgeous. We can’t recommend Diamond Mills enough for your special events!!!! -

Perfect wedding at diamond mills
Brianne and Kelsey are the best! They made our choice of Diamond Mills quite easy. From day one of meeting them and seeing the venue, we all knew this was the right place. Every detail was tended to with ease and professionalism which was very much appreciated. They were there to guide and calm me whenever I needed it and always answered all questions thoroughly and promptly. We required a large venue for an over 200 person guest list and all the facilities at Diamond Mills fit the bill. The magnificent hotel, the Saugerties Steamboat Co (rehearsal dinner), the Tavern (post wedding brunch) and the ball room were elegant and charming and simply worked magnificently for all our needs. The entire staff led by Brianne and Kelsey made the 10+ months of planning and execution effortless. Kudos to them all! I'm grateful to have found them and Diamond Mills and give them my highest recommendation and thanks for making Emily and Josh's wedding so perfect and eternally memorable. -

The team at the Diamond Mills was a dream to work with from the very start. We had our rehearsal dinner and our farewell brunch at Saugerties Steamboat Co. and we got married at the Diamond Mills. Throughout the entire process, Brianne and Kelsey were communicative, transparent, and incredibly helpful and accommodating. They accepted the challenge of our large guest list and made our event flow with ease. Kelsey actually started at Diamond Mills in the middle of our planning process, which had us nervous for only the briefest moment, because she jumped in with ease, taking the helm effortlessly and helping us execute our wedding plans more beautifully than we could have imagined. Kelsey and Brianne always made themselves available to chat about questions and concerns we had, even when we were a few weeks out and they were working their busiest fall weekends. We really don't know how they do it but we can't recommend them enough. The whole staff was incredible to work with - friendly, sweet, and accommodating. The food and dessert was amazing, and the fact that the venue provides nearly everything you need except music and florals is a huge plus. They were so easy to work with and accommodating and transparent at every step. Even when it came to the wedding weekend itself, Kelsey was always within earshot to help settle any issues that arose or answer any last minute questions that popped up. She guided us through our rehearsal, ceremony, and each event with ease and enthusiasm. We can't thank her enough for making our wedding weekend the most memorable and stress-free weekend it could be! -

We looked at many venues before finding Saugerties Steamboat and nothing compared for the vision of our wedding. A truly wonderful experience!
My husband and I got married over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. At first I hesitated to look at a venue that was so far north, considering its distance from both NYC and Albany (the nearest airports), but when we got there we fell in love with the space. The venue was very affordable compared to anywhere else in NYC; everything was included on site: catering, cake, open bar, ceremony space, hospitality suite, and coordinators! Our coordinators Bethany and Brianne, and later on Kelsey, were utmost professionals and a big part of the reason why we went with this venue. They helped us find some local vendors and maintained communication throughout the whole process.
We held our ceremony and reception in the main ballroom which can double as a rain ceremony location. The terrace was our ceremony space which overlooks a beautiful waterfall and our guests loved the view. You also have an option of picking the Boathouse by the river for a more rustic feel, or the Tavern with its high ceilings and fireplace.
The second floor of the ballroom has a hospitality suite, a conference room, and bathrooms which our bridal party used to get ready the morning of the wedding. There was plenty of light and space, and we had even had champagne. My husband and I held an intimate Chinese tea ceremony for our core families in the early afternoon just before our full ceremony, and Brianne and our other vendors easily accommodated our needs to our specifications.
We had a menu tasting in the spring one year prior to our wedding and picked our cake hors d’oeuvres, and menu items then. We designed a signature cocktail and the bartenders did a great job with it! The guests loved all the food. We also had an afterparty at the Tavern just next door and had a great time.
I had planned out all our different vendors, but on the day of, I didn’t need to worry about anything because Brianne was the point of contact. We brought a lot of decorations ourselves and told them where each item went, and they executed our vision perfectly! I was swooning over how beautiful everything turned out.
In terms of hotel accommodation, all of our guests were able to get hotel rooms in the area despite it being a very busy weekend for the HIT Horse Show and several other weddings in the region. There are also several great Airbnb options near the venue as well.
All in all, a truly wonderful experience at Diamond Mills and I wouldn’t have changed anything about our special day there!

Absolutely Perfect Day
Working with Bethany, Brianne, and Kelsey was a pleasure, they made the whole process so easy and flawless. We started our planning in January 2020 for Memorial Day Weekend in 2021. We all know what happened then. They worked with us to re-schedule for Memorial Day Weekend 2022. Brianne and Kelsey thought of everything and delivered an absolutely amazing day for us. The venue, The Steamboat Company, was an absolutely beautiful location, the staff were very accommodating and wonderful and the food was undeniably amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our wedding! Can't wait to go back for our 1-year anniversary at The Tavern. -

We immediately fell in love with this venue on our first visit back in 2018. Bethany and Brianne were a delight to work with throughout all of our meetings and visits. We were two weeks from our original date when we were affected by the pandemic shutdown. Throughout the years, we were able to re-plan and re-schedule everything. They had us back for another menu tasting and were obviously very understanding with all of the postponements. We were finally able to celebrate in their beautiful reception hall a month ago! All of our guests had a wonderful time! We both are very excited to see our photos by the waterfall! -

Diamond Mills was the perfect location for our 10/30/2021 wedding. As a covid couple, both Bethany & Brianne were amazing throughout the whole process and were accommodating when we had to postpone in 2020. The staff was great throughout the pandemic ensuring all protocols were followed and reminding us that their number one priority was keeping their guests safe. Our wedding day had no issues and Bethany & Brianne’s wedding day timeline was seamless. They are truly amazing at their work and could not recommend Diamond Mills enough to engaged couples! I looked at a bunch of venues before I found Diamond Mills Hotel. However, when I got to talking to Brianne and Bethany, I knew that this was the place I wanted. The BEST! Words cannot describe how great The Diamond Mills and everyone who works there is but I am here to try!! For anyone who is on the fence of putting this one on the list, please DO! From the day we drove up to the grounds, seeing the ballroom with the view of the waterfall and the red bridge I knew this was the one and then I met Brianne and Bethany and then I knew it was REALLY the one!! This was the only venue we looked at and I immediately crossed off all the others on my list. I knew I wanted our wedding here!!
We were beyond lucky to have worked with the best. Brianne and Bethany are the true meaning of a team! Although Bethany is no longer working there, their new event coordinator, Kelsey is just as amazing! I reached out just a couple days before and she knew every answer to all my final detailed questions like I had been working with her the whole time!!
I never once felt alone through the entire process. They were there with me through it all, literally! From when we booked, to our postponement, to the day of and all the details in between. You needed them, Bethany and Brianne were always there! Their Professionalism, attention to detail, honesty and friendship is what every bride hopes they get when planning her dream wedding and I had it all working with Brianne and Bethany!!
What's a review without a food review!! I have to talk about the food... We had our tasting in August of 2020, almost a year and half from our second date, and I questioned myself if I wanted to change up the options. I was so glad I didn't. I still have people raving about the food almost 2 weeks later. Texts messages from people wanting more of our cake. No one remembers the food at weddings let alone the cake, but at the DM you will!!
The service that came along with the food was phenomenal, all staff made sure the bride and groom and their guests were taken care of throughout the whole night!
I could not recommend this venue more than I have already, well maybe I could if we went to the DM for lunch :) -

Amazing and so much more
Where to begin! From day 1 these Bethany and Brianne were amazing! We booked our wedding 9/2020 in the middle of Covid and with many unknowns. They always kept us informed and up to speed in the little details about how our day may or may not change. Fast forward our wedding day. Everything we could of dreamt of and sooo much more. We had no issues from service to food to the function of our day. They were a priceless emotional support for me and made my day calm and always reminded us to focus on us. The venue (steamboat) was perfection. My vision of what I hoped our day would look like came true. These ladies are a godsend and wonderful at their jobs!! WOW! Diamond Mills is absolutely worth the five star rating. Our wedding was on 10/23/2021 so all the details are fresh in my mind. I will start by saying that our original wedding date was May 8th, 2021, but due to covid, we had to push it back, which looking back was a win-win for us. The venue at Diamond Mills is situated right on the Esopus creek and during the fall, you can see the leaves changing, Our pictures came our beautifully at such a gorgeous venue. Secondly, Bethany and Brianne are Heaven-sent. Literally every single question I had was answered so efficiently via email or phone. Bethany was always accessible and always kind. I'm sure I was overwhelming her with questions and concerns in particular about covid precautions, but she never showed any frustration. The point is...planning a wedding is not easy in general, but with Bethany and Brianne, it IS easy! I truly admire their work ethic and I'm so thankful for every thing they did for us. At our rehearsal dinner and the wedding =, we had guests comment on how well-run the entire event was. We even had friends there who were getting married elsewhere a couple of weeks after us and the first words out of their mouths were, "I hope our event coordinator is as amazing as Bethany!". The attention to detail had me feeling cool as a cucumber on my wedding day, when in reality, I am usually one to be anxious. Bethany and Brianne utilize a "homework packet" that makes sure that everything is set up the way you want it on the day of your wedding. I knew going into it that we were all on the same page, including the vendors. Another reason why I loved having our wedding at Diamond Mills is because it is right in the village of Saugerties and close in proximity to many other hotels if you have a lot of guests coming from out of town. Bethany and Brianne can definitely suggest hotels, shuttle companies, and other vendors as they have worked with many and are extremely familiar with the area. We had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom, which is a beautiful room and can be decorated any which way you choose. Though we decided on the ballroom, we also checked out the Tavern and the Steamboat and I loved both. Diamond Mills can work for any style wedding for that reason. The food was INCREDIBLE. Our guests were blown away and so was I. I know that often times, brides and grooms miss out on the food because we are so busy chatting with guests, but there was a server there who let me know that he would personally make sure I got every single hors d'oeuvre and he did not dissappoint! Lastly, the rooms are just gorgeous and we stayed in the tower suite after the wedding. It was easily the nicest hotel room I have ever had the pleasure of staying it - plus, the view was breathtaking! I just felt so cared for every step of the way and I cannot explain how much that meant to me. It was a beautiful experience every step of the way. Bethany is such an asset and perfect for her role at Diamond Mills. I would also have to say the same about Brianne and Ryan as well. These ladies are on top of their game! If you are looking for a beautiful wedding in the Hudson Valley, then the Diamond Mills is definitely your place! Love them and can't wait to head back for our 1 year anniversary! -

Originally we booked Diamond Mills for our 10/17/2020 wedding. Bethany and Brianne were so understanding when we had told them we needed to postpone and guided us through the ever changing guidelines that had during the ongoing pandemic. Both Bethany and Brianne are absolute delights. Bethany was there every step of the way during the planning process. Her positive outlook and bubbly attitude was definitely needed during times of stress and uncertainty. I could not have asked to work with a better duo. After many postponements due to Covid we were finally able to have our dream wedding at Diamond Mills on 7/18/21. It was truly the best day every. Brianne and Bethany were so great to work with especially with all the changes with the pandemic and our questions were always answered right away. The day of they had everything set up for us and we did not need to do a thing except get married! Despite the last minute rain storm we were still able to have a beautiful ceremony and of course got our picture on the infamous bridge! You will not be disappointed by having your big day at Diamond Mills. -

Best. Weekend. EVER.
You will not regret booking your wedding at Diamond Mills! We had our postponed wedding on 8/14/2021 and we are still saying we wish we could do it all over again because it was the most incredible weekend, thanks to the staff at DM. Bethany, one of the venue coordinators, was so wonderful to work with - her patience, constant communication, positive attitude and helpfulness (she knows all the best restaurants/bars/local vendors!) really helped us get through all the ups and downs of planning a wedding over the past 1.5 years. Bethany & Brianne guided us through every aspect of the wedding planning and helped make it as simple and streamlined as possible with organized excel sheets.
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Steamboat Saugerties Co. with dinner, live music, and lawn games on the waterfront under the string lights. Our wedding day in the ballroom was more beautiful than we even imagined (many guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding location they've ever been to), and we never once felt rushed or out of the loop with the wedding day timeline. The event manager, Ryan, was so attentive and she did an amazing job of coordinating both parties after-hours. The after party in the Tavern next door was the perfect way to end the night with more music, food and drinks, and a staff that could handle a big crowd!
We loved the convenience of having our families and close friends stay at the hotel and we received glowing reviews from all of our guests about the rooms. Plus, the Esopus Suite was the ideal place for the bridal party to get hair & makeup done. We can't say enough good things about our experience and we highly recommend Diamond Mills for your wedding! -

How do I even begin to describe the magic that was our wedding weekend at Diamond Mills? From the constant communication, support and helpfulness of Bethany and Brianne and the DM staff, to our rehearsal dinner at sister property Steamboat Co., wedding in the Ballroom, after party at the Tavern, and a morning after Brunch, our weekend was truly unbelievable. Countless guests came up to us DURING our wedding to remark that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Diamond Mills will ALWAYS be a part of our Wedding Story. As a pandemic wedding, we had to postpone our initial ceremony. We were able to have an intimate ceremony in October 2020 with our immediate family at Saugerties Steamboat, followed by our planned reception at Diamond Mills in July 2021. Throughout the entire process, Brianne and Bethany were absolutely amazing. From making sure the short rib we loved could still be on the menu a year after we had planned to finding the perfect beer for our signature cocktail, they went out of their way to make our day amazing. The venue itself was outstanding: the view of the river, the ballroom that opens to the outside, and the tavern for Sunday brunch; we simply couldn't have asked for more. Guest after guest commented to us on how much they loved it. This venue and these ladies are incredible. You will not be disappointed! -

I had my wedding at Diamond Mills on 6.26.2021 and my husband and I are still on cloud nine from our most perfect/best day ever! Bethany and Brianne from the very beginning of planning until the day of the wedding have been nothing but amazing, organized, helpful and truly made our day so special. Words can not describe how wonderful our wedding experience was thanks to the Diamond Mill gals, Bethany and Brianne! Similar to other's experiences with wedding planning during COVID19, we were devastated when our wedding was postponed a year. During this stressful time, Bethany and Brianne were there every step of the way, providing updates and working with us to ensure our wedding day would be as special as we envisioned pre-COVID19. Bethany and Brie make wedding planning fun! Everything from our DJ to florist came highly recommended from these two. The connections that they've made with photographers, florists, DJs, bridal shops, etc. makes planning a wedding so easy. We've reached out to several DJs and photographers - each one knew and loved Bethany and Brie. This detail is often overlooked, but so crucial as it made us as a couple feel confident that everything would go smoothly, and it did! We knew our wedding day was going to be beautiful, but we had no idea how fun it would be! The day was filled with endless delicious (top-notch) food and beverages, music and dancing. Brie and Bethany not only accommodated all our needs, but went above and beyond with all requests. At last minute we hired a caricaturist (highly recommend this!) and they both jumped right in making sure all accommodations were met. If you want a beautiful wedding with people that pour their heart and soul into every detail, go to Diamond Mills! As the mother of the Bride, I couldn’t have wished for a better wedding for my daughter! From start to finish, Diamond Mills made my daughters’ wedding truly a dream come true. Bethany and Brianne are amazing at what they do. They are professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful especially during difficult times. My daughter had to move her wedding date twice because of COVID and Bethany and Brianne made the whole process seamless. They were in constant contact with my daughter, alleviating any stress she had. The Grand Ballroom, where we had the wedding, offers the most spectacular views of the Esopus creek and waterfall! As guests lingered out onto the huge terrace overlooking the Falls, which lighted up at night, they couldn’t help but marvel at the stunning beauty of it. But the true star of the event I must say was the food! Our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The bartenders made amazing drinks and wait staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The night started and ended perfectly. The next morning we treated some guests to Brunch at The Tavern. Another great culinary experience! The lemon blueberry pancakes were to die for! I am beyond happy with the entire experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Hudson Valley area, with a great staff who knows how to give that personal touch, this is the place for you. You won’t regret it!!!! -

Crazy weather couldn’t keep the team at Diamond Mills from giving us the perfect micro wedding. Brianne and Bethany coordinated a beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner and even threw in a magical double rainbow for our photos! The food was absolutely delicious, the custom

This has certainly been the craziest year, but both Bethany and Brianna were able to make our wedding at the Saugerties Steamboat Co. just perfect. This review is long overdue! If you are second-guessing booking DM, don't hesitate and book now! Brianne and Bethany are a dream team. They were so sweet and so helpful every step of the way.
As a couple from NYC, we wanted a wedding weekend in the Hudson Valley. Diamond Mills and the wonderful town of Saugerties, NY made this possible for us. We ended up booking Saugerties Steamboat Co. for our Friday night Welcome BBQ for most of our guests, and Diamond Mills on Saturday for our Ceremony & Reception. The beautiful backdrop of the falls and the more formal setting of the ballroom was perfect for us. Family and our Wedding party stayed onsite at DM Hotel.
Bethany and Brianne were available via email consistently, and they allowed us to stop by the venue multiple times to show our parents, walkthrough with our florist, and walkthrough with Bethany to make sure the design and day-of flow were what we envisioned! We can't thank them enough!
Our only criticism is with the Hotel, which operates separately from the events team. The staff onsight that weekend was wonderful! However, we had multiple issues with room blocks for our wedding party and family. I had to stay on top of them in making sure the correct rooms were booked and charged to the right credit cards. In the end, Gina Hornbeck ended up saving us and offering much help and guidance with the situation.
Overall Bethany and Brianne and all of the DM events team were wonderful! Going above and beyond to make our day special. And we can't thank them enough for their help. Our guests are still raving about how fun our wedding weekend was how beautiful the venues were.

The best wedding location ever!
I honestly don't even know where to begin to describe just how incredible our wedding reception was at Diamond Mills. When we first met with Brianne to learn about weddings at Diamond Mills, we knew we were going to be in good hands and that we were going to have the most incredible and special day. Brianne and Bethany took care of us from beginning to end. There easy to fill out homework packets helped us make sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. They planned the entire timeline for us, were there to meet months ahead, were there the days before when we had to drop off our stuff and were of course there the day of. They were so flexible with everything, they arranged our decorations for us and made everything look better than we ever could have imagined. It was also incredible because even though many others have been married their before they allowed us to put our own touches on things and made us feel so special that it felt as though our wedding was so unique. The staff all around was incredible from not just the event coordinators but also the waiters, bussers, bartenders and chefs. The food was absolutely incredible from the appetizers to the cheese spread to the outstanding entrees and of course the delicious cake. Our guests are still raving about the food, drinks, the staff and of course how beautiful the location was. The amazing balcony overlooking the waterfalls is just the most perfect place for cocktail hour and pictures. The ballroom was so incredibly beautiful. I also have to mention how great it was for our bridal party to have the bridal suite. We also did an after party at the Tavern which was awesome because we had our guests just walk right next door and keep the party going. Then not to mention the hotel being situated right there which allowed our guests the comfort of walking right upstairs when they were done. We absolutely loved every second of it from working with Brianne and Bethany almost a year ahead of time, to the dinner tasting which was incredible, to the planning, and then the whole day of. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. If you want to have your wedding at a location that your guests will love, that you can turn into your own unique day, that will put your mind at ease and give you the most incredible day, you have to choose Diamond Mills! -

Wedding planning is stressful? I really wouldn't know due to the wonderful and helpful staff at Diamond Mills! Brianne and Bethany were amazing to work with. While they are both fun and have a great sense of humor, they are also caring, patient, and conscientious individuals, who can seriously get down to business, are great at what they do, and can make magic happen. No question seem to bother them, they were always available to talk, and were both so knowledgeable about how to have the smoothest running wedding possible, without sacrificing any beauty. I strongly believe that the day of my wedding was so stress-free because of these two! I really had nothing to worry about during the months leading up to the wedding and the day of! The waitstaff was also amazing. Our guests cannot stop talking the service they received during our wedding. They all rave about how nice the waiters were and how delicious their meals were. One aspect that stood out to our guests the most was how friendly and quick the bartenders were. With a guest total of 135 fond drinkers, there was never any lines at the bar. Our guests also still talk about how our red velvet wedding cake was one of the best cakes they have ever tasted! Everything left to Diamond Mills to handle was simply done incredibly on their part. My husband and I couldn't be happier with service we received here. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone! -

Diamond Mills was the perfect place to have our wedding. From the moment we arrived we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. After meeting with a Bethany we stopped looking at other venues and booked our date! The whole experience from start to finish was beyond pleasant. Diamond Mills was the best choice . We live near Beacon Newburgh and DM was by far the most affordable ! We’ve spoken to several guests at our wedding and usually guests say oh the venue was beautiful but food wasn’t great etc . But Diamond Mills blows everything out of the water . I promise your guests will love everything about this venue because ours can’t stop talking about it STILL ! I will be honest , we had a little hiccup in the beginning with room blocks because they were transitioning between staff but DM did everything and more to make the situation right with us ! Our wedding coordinator was Bethany and OMG ! Give that girl a raise she was absolutely perfect , I didn’t worry about one single thing on the day of my wedding and trust me there were a lot of dynamics to worry about lol . I honestly cannot suggest this venue enough ! Everything about them was perfect they were so respectful , polite , friendly just really the package deal ! I’m also going to add because I couldn’t find info on this when I was searching but please give your servers a little something extra ! They are super hard workers especially at DM and it literally would make their night I’m sure . I know your spending a lot but a little extra thought goes a long way and I know this because Diamond Mills really put extra thought into my whole wedding and I truly believe they did that because they wanted too not because they had too !! Okay ratings !! After our beautiful wedding I just kept saying "I want to do it again! I want to have another wedding!" And if we could, I wouldn't change a thing! Diamond Mills, Brianne, and Bethany were a dream to work with. From our first meeting my husband and I were confident this would be our venue. They have a beautiful ceremony and reception space, attached tavern and restaurant, and hotel rooms -- really convenient for our guests who were traveling. Their rates and options are clear cut and reasonable - they had a wonderful book with everything outlined clearly and they either stuck to that information or gave us improved options! Brianne was a pleasure to work with initially; after touring the venue and speaking with her once we booked it! From then on, Bethany was our contact person and day-of coordinator and was truly a dream to work with. She's bubbly and friendly, but more importantly, knows what she's doing and is extremely competent and professional. When my husband and I had any ideas we got an immediate "Yes, sure, we can do that!" Everything was just easy! On the actual wedding day everything ran smoothly. Brianne and Bethany and the rest of the Diamond Mills team coordinated with our vendors, taking care of everything behind the scenes. I am a micro-manager by nature, but this day I felt completely comfortable surrendering all control to the wonderful group of professionals at Diamond Mills. Food was wonderful, drinks were flowing, and we had the best day! We really give Brianne, Bethany, and Diamond Mills credit for that! -

Picking a venue for our New Year's Eve date was very stressful for us. We felt alot of other places had staff that were cold, rude & unaccommodating. Not to mention we really wanted to get married on New Year's Eve which made finding a venue within our budget even more difficult. We came across Diamond Mills while spending a weekend in the area for Octoberfest. We stopped by the venue and was introduced to Brianne who was cheerful, warm and easy to speak with. After sitting down with Brianne and taking a tour of the venue, we knew this was the place where we wanted to get married. We loved coming back to Diamond Mills meet with Bethany and Brianne, they made wedding planning so easy and believe it or not - FUN! There is something to be said if the groom isn't even complaining about going to the venue for meetings. We are OBSESSED with the food at the Tavern. We lived for the wedding tastings. Brianne and Bethany was super sweet on the fact that we kept coming back to Diamond Mills to indulge ourselves with tastings. Everthing tasted amazing. Our wedding night was phenomenal!! We got married at the Tavern followed by a reception in the dining room. The staff was top notch!! All my guests were well taken care of with exceptional service. I'm still receiving compliments on how amazing the food was at our wedding. Wedding planning can be a very stressful time but we totally lucked out working with awesome people like Brianne and Bethany and the rest of the Diamond Mills staff who gave us such an incredible experience filled with nothing but awesome memories throughout our planning process. We were so impressed by the team early on that I recommended the venue to my sister who was already engaged and also was having trouble locating a venue. my sister decided to also get married at Diamond Mills in the ballroom the same year! Brianne, Bethanny and the Diamond Mills staff have been such a huge blessing to our family and we can't thank them enough for everything. -

We stumbled on Diamond Mills on our way home from having a less than stellar venue tour somewhere else. We saw the building said, “Oh that’s so pretty can we get married there?” The rest is history. Our first meeting was with Brianne and she was incredible. We wanted a different look for our wedding and the Tavern at Diamond Mills ticked all of our boxes and more (elegant, you can make the space your own, intimate wedding size, amazing food). It was even more sentimental for us that we were able to see Brianne the day of and thank her for everything she had done for us when we were working out the details in the contract. Once we did all the paperwork we started working with Bethany. We cannot say enough positive things about Bethany. She was there to answer every question, change our layout a few times, meet up with us multiple times before our move (we moved 1/2 way across the country a few months before the big day), and then phone meetings. She made sure to capture every detail. The staff the night of our wedding were incredible. Our guests loved everyone. The bar was packed, but no one waited for drinks. For those who asked for things table side, it was served swiftly. We also had quite a few food allergies, including the bride (Celiac over here). Diamond Mills tweaked the menu as needed to make sure everyone was able to enjoy each course. The groom had asked for some traditional Indian dishes to be served during cocktail hour and the chef (and Bethany) went above and beyond to create the dishes. The cake (gluten free!) was made by the in-house pastry chef, all we did was give a design idea and didn’t see it until the day of, and we were blown away. We loved the cake so much we ate 90% of the remaining tier for our breakfast dessert (yes breakfasts have dessert). Bethany, Brianne, and everyone else at Diamond Mills helped make our day perfect. We honestly would do the whole thing over again just to experience it a second time. We love Diamond Mills and know that you will too. -

I can't say enough about our incredible wedding and experience at Diamond Mills. When I first saw the venue over a year ago, I knew within seconds that I wanted to get married there. Everything about the space is absolutely stunning. Once we met and spoke with Bethany, Brianne, and the wonderful staff at Diamond Mills, that just solidified it. We worked with Bethany over the past year to plan our dream wedding and she is seriously incredible. I shocked all my family and friends with how calm I stayed through this entire process, but honestly, so much of that was due to Bethany! She has been so responsive, helpful, organized, and supportive throughout this process. The wedding weekend went off without a hitch and that is all thanks to the amazing staff of Diamond Mills. My guests couldn't stop raving about the stunning views and beautiful venue. Not to mention the FOOD! My husband and I are pretty big foodies so this was a big one for us- and Diamond Mills more than delivered. Hands down the best wedding food I've ever had, a sentiment shared by tons of our guests. When it came time to choose a wedding venue, we remembered there'd been a wedding going on while we were there, and thought "Why not check out Diamond Mills?" After one meeting with Brianne (the only venue meeting we ever had), we were eager and excited to secure our wedding at the Tavern for 9/22. We felt like we were in great hands from that initial meeting, and we were right. After meeting Bethany, our confidence only grew - the two of them together are a magical dream team! They were so accessible, knowledgeable, and reliable. Each email or question was handled with the utmost care, and every detail accounted for. Not to mention, they ensured everything went SEAMLESSLY day-of! They perfectly realized our vision for the Tavern for our wedding, and I am in awe of how amazing everything came out. It's obvious how talented and passionate these two ladies are. Regarding the venue itself, I can't tell you how many people commented about how beautiful it was, especially the view overlooking the falls. The service at DM was also exceptional. Every staff member we've encountered there has been so friendly and accommodating. And then there's the food... SO delicious! We knew to expect this after dining there and having a subsequent tasting, but they really blew us away on the big day, and everything tasted even better than we'd remembered. It has that beautiful as historical vibe and needs very little in the way of decor because it is perfect ... just as it is ! Combine that with a killer view of the Creek & River, and the amazing food and beverage services offered by the Diamond Mills Hotel and you’ve got yourself a winner . From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere and the view of the falls is absolutely breathtaking. The food at our tasting was decadent, and generous. But the Absolute BEST part about booking Diamond Mills is their event coordinator, Bethany! She is quick to respond to questions and changes with ease; she makes everything run so seamlessly that you'd never know if there was a mishap. The flowers from the wedding the night before were still up; and with some quick thinking on her feet, Bethany transformed the wedding arch in a matter of minutes so we could make it our own. During the ceremony, my Maid of Honor left my vows in the bridal suite, but Bethany had them in her hands before anyone noticed. Bethany is hands down, the best thing to happen to Diamond Mills, and our wedding day was superb thanks to the incredible staff at Diamond Mills, including Bethany, Brianne, and the hotel and tavern staff. The guests are still raving about the wedding!!!

Bethany and the entire crew at DM were so organized and on top of everything. From the day we first toured the property, to the day we packed up after the wedding, everything went so much smoother than I could have imagined.
Bethany was AMAZING and SO helpful from day one. She took away a ton of the stress that goes into planning a wedding. Everything was so well organized and thought out, especially the "homework packets" she had put together for planning purposes. She was so on top of even then smallest details, that it truly made me feel at ease.
From the moment I came down the stairs (before leaving for the church), I was so impressed with the decorations and how everything came together. EVERYTHING WAS LITERALLY PERFECT!!! Oh, and they even let us take photos at their sister property down the hill!
My parents and all of the guests were raving about the food, the drinks, etc. Everyone in attendance was so pleased with the choices both during cocktail hour, and dinner. We are in the position to comment on the Diamond Mills wedding event staff and the hotel, as well as the Saugerties Steamboat Co. We had a large wedding (250 people) in Diamond Mills ballroom, so we took down the hotel for the entire weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at the SSC. Words cannot express how happy we were with the entire experience. The team (Laurie, Bethany, and Gina) was top notch. Fun and professional. Responsive to my multitude of questions. Accommodating. It was hard to find a venue that fit our event size, aesthetic (inside and outside), and budget. Everyone asked us why we were hosting our wedding in Saugerties and not in NYC. Those questions stopped when folks arrived in Saugerties and saw the beauty of the town and the venue. Gorgeous views. Lovely rooms. Awesome food both in town and at the DM Tavern. We had our ceremony on the balcony above the Esopus River. It could not have been more beautiful. Many people said that they will return to Saugerties and to Diamond Mills. We certainly will. We HIGHLY recommend Diamond Mills!

If it weren't for Bethany, I don't know if I could've pulled off our wedding. My husband & I are from N.Y., but were stationed in OK throughout our planning process. We wanted nothing more than to come home for our wedding, but we knew planning long distance would not be easy. Bethany helped to make everything as easy as she possibly could. Whenever we were home during the year leading up to the big day, we would stop in & check up on things. She was always quick to get back to me, & even emailed this week to wish us a happy 1st anniversary! The weekend of the wedding she helped unload cars & literally read my mind on how I wanted things set up. She's truly fantastic at what she does. Despite the blizzard outside on our wedding day, the entire staff worked full force to pull evferything off without a hitch. We are now coming up on our one year anniversary (1 week away), & when we were at a family members wedding last month there were still people coming up to me complimenting how delicious the food was at our wedding! It was definitely not your typical wedding food. We had an abundance of options during cocktail hour such as passed appetizers, a carving station, a Tuscan table, a Mediterranean table, an Asian station etc. At the reception we started with lobster ravioli, then guests had a choice of 3 diffeeeeht entrees, and of course dessert which included wedding cake & a Viennese table with 7 other dessert options! It was all incredible. We were lucky enough to have the Esopus river lit the entire night, and capped the night off with an after party in the bar at the tavern. The following morning our guests who stayed at the hotel and other local guests joined us in the tavern for a beautiful brunch. We will be returning to DM next Saturday for our 1 year anniversary dinner!
