We watched Anna’s page for a while after looking for a ring the past year and we just so happened to come to Chicago for a vacation on spring break. She had so may good choices. She was flexible to meet us. Spent time with us and answered all of our questions. We even asked that she met us at a jeweler of our choice just to verify that the diamond matched the paperwork and she did not hesitate! We ended up with an absolutely beautiful ring with the best quality we have been looking for. Thankful we came across her! -

Came back to Anna for re size
We got the ring made with Anna while I was pregnant, and she honored her word that, when the time came she would size down my ring. We met in person I gave Anna the ring and another band to be cleaned and polished. About a week later Anna messaged me that its ready for pick up. Great Service would highly recommend. -

Anna has been exceptional to work with. First she walked my fiancé through the whole process of an engagement ring and created a beautiful ring. I then wanted something something with a thinner band (due to my chunky fingers). I then worked with Anna, and sent her pictures of rings that I loved. She created the most beautiful engagement ring for me. It is so special because it is custom and I got to pick out exactly what I wanted. She attended to smal She was able to make my dream ring a reality.
She is quick to respond, she is professional, and knows EXACTLY what she is talking about when it comes to jewelry and diamonds. I could not recommend Anna enough, and I will be using her from now on for anything jewelry related! -

Amazing round diamond that looks square!
I am a repeat customer and when I lost my wedding ring, I called Anna to discuss a new ring. As always, she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I had purchased my ring a while back and I’ve been hearing talk about these new ‘lab grown’ diamonds! She took so much time to explain everything to me without even asking if I had planned on buying another ring from her! there was no ‘high-pressure’ sales, which allowed me to think about what she was saying and then I was able to do a little research on my own because I actually had NO IDEA what I wanted. Anna remembered me/my ring! She spent hours on the phone sending me pictures/asking me questions… And most of the time spent was later into the evening hours and definitely more….. into a persons sleep schedule than a work schedule😆🙏🙏. I found a ring but wasn’t sure if she could lower the diamond… she made it happen! THEN…. I had to ship the ring back twice, because I have arthritic knuckles, which could’ve been a nightmare trying to get this ring to fit! She was so PRICE CONSCIOUS of my needed adjustments, paid the overnight shipping (both ways) for 1st adjustment AND she offered/paid for my 2nd return shipping AND sent it overnight to my daughters home in another state!!!!! Ohh…..did I mention she was willing to ship 2 RINGS when I couldn’t decide❤️…. I’ve had SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my new ring. Her PRICE POINT IS THE BEST (insured old ring for 3 times what I paid and received FULL value!)

30 year Anniversary Upgade
I’ve bern watching Anna’s web site for sometime now and when it came to a new ring I reached out to her. Since everything is done over the phone /on line I was hesitant. So I did my research and went to Diamond row in Chicago and did my homework. After 30 years I picked out my own Diamond and setting. I was able to get a great quality 2ct Diamond for the price of a 1.7ct!!!! Since I live in the area I was able to meet her in person . Wonderful experience . I will be returning at a later date for an anniversary ring😊 -

Anna is the best. I found her online. I must say I was a little uneasy at first as this is a major purchase and the sale was conducted through phone, e-mail and FedEx. The transaction was professional and flawless.

My husband and I had decided to upgrade my diamond for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We got married very young and broke so I was thrilled to get a new ring now. Honestly, I don’t know how to adequately express my sincere gratitude for the amazing experience I had working with Anna on my customized Wedding Band Set. Unbeknownst to us both, I had contacted her 3 different times, using 3 different forms of communication because I saw some of her pieces that interested me on various sites. Therefore, we ended up communicating via cell, IG & email before recognizing she was the same jeweler & I the same inquisitive customer. However, each time I contacted her she was extremely polite, knowledgeable and showed a great deal of patience with me. I know I must have asked her 1,000,000 questions to better understand “Diamonds”, the buying process and delivery options and she answered every single one.
Her work is second to none and she finished my set timely so that I can have it well ahead of my big day. To be completely honest, I was EXTREMELY scared to send my payments to a complete stranger who lived thousands of miles away from me. But aren’t I glad I did. I could not be more PLEASED with my set. It’s sooo Beautiful, even more than on the videos and pictures she shared with me ahead of time. If you’re considering Anna for your jewelry purchase, GO FOR IT. You won’t regret it. My fiancé and I had a bit of a ring fiasco. After waiting two months, Jared’s emailed saying an inventory issue occurred and they would not be delivering my loose diamond. Might I add, 3 days before my engagement shoot!!! I found Anna on Instagram and she went above and beyond to accommodate me! She sent me endless pictures and videos of options and even found a better loose diamond than I originally purchased. All while I was away in Houston. Here’s where it gets good...she had it shipped overnight and personally placed it in my mother’s hand in less than 24 hours! I have no idea what we would’ve done without her! She saved the day!! :)
P.S. Pictures does not do this diamond any justice!! It’s so beautiful and has an amazing sparkle. -

I could't be HAPPIER with the ring
Hi All
I am not a person who writes reviews , but in this case I felt I needed to make a exception I started my ring search online and came across a Instagram post that was promoted, when I clicked on the link to Diamond Direct Buy I discovered something that I was not expecting. I loved looking at all of Annas actual rings not black and white stock photos. I watched videos
Although they were all very nice none were exactly what I had in mind. I called Anna and left her a message. She called me back shortly and I explained the style I was hoping to get and my price point. Anna was very knowledgeable as she explained a few details to me, followed by texts with a range of center options. I had sent her a photo of the design I knew Katherine would love. It was unexpected that in less then 10 days Anna contacted me that my ring was ready she sent me numerous photos and a video how it turned out, I was floored!
I had this ring priced out by other companies at thousands more for smaller center diamonds they were offering. Anna Blew the competition out of the water with her design, and value for a amazing 1.50 GIA diamond. If anyone out there is looking for an engagement ring I suggest you contact her. I could not be happier that I did.

Plus--- I'm EXTREMELY picky and could not find anything I liked anywhere. We recently began looking online. We were very cautious and had a lot of reservations making such a large purchase over the internet sight unseen. Diamond brokers and other websites seemed sketchy. Then we found Anna. I fell in love with the ring I saw on her website at first glance , but wasn't sure about quality and grading etc. Anna was knowledgeable about everything and very professional. However we still had reservations. We live in Boston and going to Chicago was not a possibility. Anna was very helpful the entire time sending photos, information, and even provided a video. She made us feel better about purchasing in this process. I wanted the perfect diamond (for me) in a simple classic setting. I kept looking at all different styles elsewhere but couldn't get the picture out of my mind from the DDB website. I had found my ring finally!!! When the decision was made, Anna was honest and patient and answered all our questions promptly. I requested an appraisal and she even took care of that for us too. Making such a huge purchase online is nerve wracking to say the least . I wasn't sure what we really would be getting. Scary how people try and pass moissanite off as diamonds, etc. etc. etc. I seriously 110% wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Anna again and will be recommending all my friends and family to her. I will definitely be back ASAP to have her help me with some new bands to go with my new upgraded ring. 5 stars all the way. Don't waste your time elsewhere.
