I ordered the Armel Wedding Dress and it is breathtaking. There was true craftsmanship in every detail. Not only was the dress perfect, but the communication was amazing throughout the entire purchasing process. The customer support specialist, Mia, answered all of my questions and made sure my measurements were correct before the dress went into production. People thought I was crazy to order a wedding dress online but I could not have placed my trust in a better company. Thank you, Devotion! -

My dream dress come true!
I’ve had a very specific design in mind for my dress for years. I knew I wanted a certain type of lace, a mock neck, and sleeves. Finding exactly what was in my head was incredibly difficult and I knew my best bet was to find it online somewhere and order it.
In my extensive search, I found my dream dress at Devotion. I was skeptical to say the least about ordering a dress from so far away, and not knowing how it would turn out. Not to mention I only had a little time before my wedding and wasn’t sure what I’d do if it didn’t fit! But they had my dream dress and I was willing to take the risk. I am SO glad I did!
Devotion is incredibly thorough in their measurements and have a great team of seamstresses to help make sure you’re sending in the right measurements. They are so helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have, and so friendly.
My dress arrived and it is an absolute dream! It’s their Arwen dress in case you’re wondering :)

Here's what my experience was like:
I had a friend measure me and the team wrote back to me to confirm a measurement to make sure the dress was perfect. I had actually entered it wrong, so I’m glad they did.
If at all possible, have a tailor or alterations specialist measure you. It will help get the size just right. As it was, I still needed to alter the dress because even making a dress to custom measurements is challenging if you’re not in person.
The dress arrived on time and was exactly like the photo.
The construction of this dress is stunning.
The fabric is not see through, in fact it is actually a bit thick and heavy (because of the beautiful long train). It’s not the smoothest texture, but it wears and photographs beautifully.

Absolute Stunner and Unique
Wow. My dress was my literal dream dress. I has scoured the internet looking specifically for a wedding dress with hip panel peplums and Devotion Dresses was the ONLY place to have a gown i absolutely fell in love with. I had seen some other dresses with the hip panel peplums but NONE were like the one from Devotion Dresses and I hadn't seen anything quite like the one I purchased. When my groom saw me walking down the aisle, his breath was completely taken away (or as he says I was the most beautiful bride that could ever be). The moment I saw this dress, I knew it was the one! Ordering the dress was pretty simple, just enter your measurements and include your shoe heel height. The customer service team answered all of my questions promptly and encouraged me to buy it sooner than later as they were expecting a price increase (like wow they could have kept that a secret and made more money off of me but they're kind!!!). The production team updated me on any changes and notified me of every step along the way. I was SOOO impatient haha because I wanted the dress in my possession and they were kind in their responses reminding me of holiday and weekend delays (haha my bad). When the dress showed up, the packaging was super cute with a custom note and the QUALITY of this dress. Beyond all expectations. It felt like it was made for royalty! It's a heavy dress for sure but I found ways to work around that (waist stay was a life saver). I plan to keep this dress forever, maybe even wear it on my anniversary ^-^ -

Exceptional Quality and Service
I was skeptical about ordering my wedding dress online AND overseas; however, I took a leap of faith and ordered from Devotion Dresses. They super exceeded my expectations in every way from the incredible craftsmanship to the wonderful customer service. My mother is a professional tailor of 45 years and had nothing but great things to say about my dress. The high quality fabrics they use, the care they put forth into making my dress, and the dedication they had in getting the correct measurement all came together to create a masterpiece... MY WEDDING DRESS. So, if you are hesitant to purchase from Devotion Dresses, don't be! They are affordable and will exceed your expectations to cater to your needs! -

Absolutely perfect!
I ordered the Bonna dress with a wedding just over a month away. I had the dress expedited to accommodate the timeline. I was amazed by the quality and service. Initially my then fiancé had taken 2 measurements incorrectly, unbeknownst to us. Mia emailed and asked us to retake the two and gave approximations from the maker on what they thought they should be. The approximations were SPOT ON! I emailed for status updates multiple times as I worried about the tight timeline. The dress arrived a few days before the wedding. The dress fit PERFECTLY! It was an absolutely gorgeous dress. I received numerous compliments. I would order from here again without hesitation!!! If you are debating, go for it!!! Devotion will not disappoint! -

I was extremely happy to receive my wedding dress Kortny. As most of the brides, I was super anxious to buy a dress online. But since the 1st contact, Mia (Customer Support) was very supportive and clarified all the questions.
It is very easy to follow the videos guidelines to take the measurements. And when I tried my dress, it fitted PERFECTLY!!! I chose this dress for the reception part, and if I knew it would be so easy, I would have ordered the one for the ceremony too.
I definitely recommend Devotion dresses. The quality is amazing, the price is fair and the service is great. I am 100% happy with my purchase! -

Would definitely recommend!
Ordering wedding dress online was scary but given the pandemic and travel restrictions, it was a risk I had to take.
I was lucky I came across Devotion website. Learning that the dress will be coming from Prague and shipped to Cayman Islands made me worry as to it arriving on time or any communication gaps we might have due to time difference. Once I got into contact with Mia, I started to calm down.
The website has so many beautiful styles and the filters in it helped narrow down my selection. The tutorial videos for each measurement was a good sign for me for a quality fit. Mia was very helpful and responsive to my questions as well as in accommodating my requests- even the change in dress color was done once I realized I like the nude better, as compared to Ivory I ticked when I ordered. Mia also gave me regular updates on the stage of production and provided lengthy and helpful explanations.
The dress arrived way ahead than expected and I was blown away with the quality! It was carefully packed and tucked neatly in the devotion box. I was glad I changed the color to nude, the intricate lace details popped out beautifully! It was perfect for me. :)
The hip and thigh area was a bit loose but I guess I must have lost a little weight weeks leading up to the wedding. I decided not to risk alteration and the dress still came up beautiful on our wedding day. -

Customizable/Fast
My husband and I loved my wedding dress. It was incredibly light, which is what I wanted, and it fit me like a glove. I followed the instructions on how to measure myself through their videos on their website, which was easy to follow. I received my dress sooner than what I had expected and fell in love with it almost immediately. Absolutely recommend over all the other common bridal stores and overpriced bridal bridal boutiques. -

Like many of you, I was hesitant to order a dress online, but order times in stores and unsatisfactory appointments in boutiques nudged me in this direction.
My expectations were exceeded in every way.
From my very first messaging interaction with Mia who abated my skepticism of ordering online, to receiving the beautiful box containing my even more beautiful Bonna wedding dress...it was just the most wonderful experience.
I would encourage every bride to-be to go this route. You will receive a dress that is so well made with quality materials and incredible detail. The thoroughness in which Devotion requires you to take measurements in very assuring. They had me re-measure certain measurements three times...the end result is an absolutely perfectly fitting dress.
There have been a lot of ups and downs in planning a wedding during a global pandemic. It was such a blessing to have this aspect - a very important piece to the wedding day, be such a smooth and enjoyable process. I am so excited to wear this dress on my wedding day. It is more beautiful than I imagined and truly makes me feel like a bride.
I feel so grateful that I found Devotion Dresses!

So many wonderful things to say about Devotion!
I discovered this company through Etsy and was a bit skeptical of ordering my wedding dress online, but it was the best decision I could have made! Their customer service is excellent, their dresses are affordable, high-quality, and made-to-measure - does it get any better?
We measured my body twice before submitting my order, and Devotion actually reached out to advise that one of the measurements seemed disproportionate to the other measurements submitted, and sure enough, we rewatched the tutorial video, and realized we were measuring from the wrong starting point. When my dress arrived, it was perfect!! I did minor tailoring because I wanted a bustle and the sleeves removed, but the dress fit perfectly!! It was absolutely beautiful and extremely unique. I received so many compliments on my dress, from my guests, vendors, and even from my tailor, who designs dresses herself. Their customer service kept me updated throughout the process. Cannot say enough good things about this company! -

I am in love with this dress! This is a photo of me trying on the dress right out of the box and the fit is wonderful. It is honestly ready to wear. I was a bit nervous ordering a dress online, like many brides-to-be likely are. I had to provide a lot of measurements when ordering the dress so I figured that all of that data would ensure a good fit. Once I ordered the dress, a customer service representative reached out to me because a couple of my measurements were off and they asked me to re-measure the outliers. Devotion Dresses does their due diligence! I also ordered the dress at the beginning of February and it arrived three weeks later. I am in love with my dress and so happy with how easy the whole process was. The quality of the dress is outstanding too. Trust Devotion Devotion dresses! You and your wallet will be so happy you did! I can't wait to wear my dress when I marry the love of my life in November! :) -

I cannot say enough about how amazing Devotion is! Since my engagement I found them on Etsy and I saw the Pancy dress. I fell in love instantly, yet I was wondering about the wisdom of buying a custom made dress online. I started reading their page info, policies etc and they seem to be very legit and reliable so I went forward with them. The communication with them was amazing! So prompt, and clear! They very accommodating when I asked about customizations and they do great!! I asked for a closed plunged line and to cover the back with lace. It turned out super beautiful!! When I got the dress it didn’t dissapont. SO well made!!! The dress fit well but not perfectly, it just needed a bit of adjustment. The lady that did them was so amazed at the quality of the dress and recognized that the dress was not one made in a bulk factory but that it was of the best quality!!! I was so excited and pleased!! Another great thing is that for the quality of the dress, the price is beyond reasonable! So affordable for brides that have a tight budget but still want a beautiful/quality made dress!
At the wedding everyone was telling me how beautiful the dress was. When I show pictures, I get the same reaction. Most importantly, I felt like I got the dress of my dreams for the best day of my life!! I totally recommend Devotion Dress. They will NOT disappoint!! -

I was extremely skeptical to order my wedding dress online, but the long list of measurements I had to provide was my first indication that I was going to be getting quality service. Every interaction I had with Devotion Dresses was awesome; they even made me a style that was no longer available out of fabric they still had! Absolutely stunning dress that came beautifully packaged and on time with tracking. It weighed over 15lbs! the quality was awesome and the fit was EXACT. NO paying extra for alterations or waiting for them to be done. I cannot recommend them enough. If you love a dress you've seen, it is even more beautiful and intricate in person, take the leap! I'm so glad I did.
(If you are getting a long sleeve, almost ALL of their dresses have STRETCHY material under the arms. I did my first dance with my foot taller husband with no problem at all.) -

Had a dream dress in mind and the staff at Devotion dresses made my dream come true. They make amazing quality dresses fitted to your exact size and can alter dresses on their site to your liking. The whole experience was so personalized and easy. I managed to take my measurements myself by watching their step by step tutorials and although this dress originally did not have sleeves, I contacted someone through their chat and they were able to add it on with no issues. I would 100% recommend this site to all future brides. -

The perfect shopping experience!
There are no words to express the joyful experience it has been ordering and receiving my engagement dress!
Help was given in every step, from taking measurements to making sure I get my dress on time.
Even when I felt that I might not get my dress in time because of the Corona situation, I was assured that I didn't need to worry.
Receiving my dress was just like Christmas morning. The packaging is so beautiful and handed with care and love. You even get a card with the name of person who took care of your dress. Those little things go a long way. I have to also say that I've never experienced a better customer service anywhere else.
This has been the best online shopping experience I've ever had and I'm looking so much forward to ordering my wedding dress in the near future. -

The best place to get your dream dress!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!
I was having a hard time finding the wedding dress of my dreams (and as a young bride of 20, I had quite a few.) Also I am very petite/hourglass shape so finding a dress that would fit perfectly felt nearly impossible. During my search (trying to find something gorgeous but affordable), I came across the Devotion Dresses website. The fact that they could make a dress from scratch just to fit your measurements like a glove really appealed to me, but I am the kind that NEVER does business online. I just don't trust doing serious work with anything other than physical paper, pen, and people. I did a lot of research and felt inner peace about it and they looked very trustworthy and promising so I took the chance. Also their prices meant I could have the dress of my dreams, yet not enter the marriage with debt!
Finally, I found the perfect dress, Antoinette (advertised on their website for all those gorgeous curvaceous brides). Mary was the sweet lady that helped me through everything and they were skilled and confident enough to make this gorgeous dress fit me like a glove. They were very patient, prompt, courteous, honest, and I knew they are one online business I can trust (which was huge to me because my wedding was a last-minute drama that was coming up in less than 2 short months and I couldn't afford any mishaps.) The dress arrived in a beautiful packaging, clean and perfect, right on time ( 10 days before the wedding) and it fit PERFECTLY!!!! I have never been more satisfied with a business before and the people behind it really make it so special. They are incredibly beautiful to work with, very understanding, and they try their best to make your dreams come true. Everyone said they have never seen a more beautiful dress and there wasn't anyone that wasn't astonished by the quality, and the beautiful intricate details! I can't express how pleased I am! Better than any bridal store experience I have had
To any brides hesitant about purchasing online from devotiondresses I would like to put your anxiety at ease! From the moment I placed my order I had my own personal consultant Mia email me straight away telling me she was my direct point of contact and could email her anytime with questions. I received my dress maybe 6 weeks after I placed it and was given tracking notifications for every step of the way of my dresses travel I live in Canada. Once my dress arrived it was in a large
Box with its own special hanger some extra material from my dress (I’m assuming if I needed them for alterations) and a free veil. My dress was EXACTLY like the photo maybe even better the material is such a high quality it’s perfect and better then anything I tried on in bridal stores also fits me perfectly as I gave specific measurements not like your standard sizes at bridal stores. I can’t rave enough about this dress, I love it and thank you again devotiondresses team!! -

Everything perfect, extremly helpful and nice service. I love my wedding dress. My local tailor had some alterations to make (the dress was a bit too big, but maybe it was my own "measure-mistake"). A fantastic wedding dress by these guys I’m so glad I came across my dress at 3am in the morning ,I wanted to be a princess and I was in a massive down pour at an outdoor wedding my dress didn’t miss a beat the customer support , the packaging the delivery the everything I highly recommend devotion dresses made to order I’m not small so my dress was made and they double checked every measurement...
I did have to cut my train off because of the rain as all the water I couldn’t walk.

Devotion Dresses break stereotypes! I recommend it to every bride who’s currently searching for a dress (or any future bride: I saw the dress I liked on devotiondresses Instagram a year before I even got engaged ;) )
Myth 1. Getting a hand crafted dress takes too much time for all the measurements and interim fittings.
Reality: it took me and my mom 15 minutes to measure me and 7 more to complete the order. Next step - a ready dress delivered to my door in 30 days. They have super detailed videos of how exactly to measure each parameter plus you can choose a standard size from a detailed matrix, so you don’t even have to measure yourself.
Myth 2. A hand-made individually tailored dress would cost me too much.
Reality: the dress cost me less than it would cost to rent one of a similar quality in a bridal shop. Plus they always have discounts. Little hint: you can filter for what’s on sale on their website.
Myth 3. A dress from the Internet is probably some low-quality Chinese crap.
Reality: I received a dress made of the fabric that feels so gentle to touch, like a feather, made with such delicacy and attention to each detail that I had tears in my eyes when I first tried it on. It fit like a glove, highlighted all the best parts of my body and made the not-so-great parts (let’s be honest, we all have those) magically looking pretty as well. And it’s not made in China, it was made in Europe and delivered in a beautiful white and purple box, carefully packed, with a thoughtful hand-written note inside! -

Custom Designer Gown at a Sane Price
I had 2 1/2 months to plan my daughter’s wedding. She became engaged the previous month, but due to her medical school schedule the only time available was July or........Christmas. July it was (this was a year and a half ago)
Found a lovely venue that had had a cancellation. Next step: a gown. My daughter didn’t have the time to shop so I did. Found Devotion. Sent the link to my daughter. She immediately found a gown she loved. Anastasia was very helpful. Follow the directions online, no shortcuts or slacking here please! Ie have a tailor take all the measurements indicated (there are many) and fill out the form. NB Do NOT attempt to take them (the measurements) yourself or have a friend do it. Find a tailor. Ignore anything said tailor will tell you about ordering a wedding gown online. They are unfamiliar with this process but can be relied upon to take accurate measurements.
In about 2 months the gown arrived at my home from Europe. My daughter flew in from San Francisco for the wedding. (I live in Washington DC) The bride-to-be tried on the gown. Fit perfectly, bride and gown stunning. The fit was perfect because the gown is custom-made. There are many styles from which to choose. Price was $680.00 total for a custom gown. If the bride doesn’t lose or gain weight, it will fit. Very pleased with Devotion, I tell everyone about it. Don’t pay those obscene prices at the bridal shops please. -

Buyers BEWARE!!!!
In a time when online bridal shopping could really exceed due to the pandemic, you’d think this situation would place dress shops like this at the forefront for brides that still need to get their dress, but also aren’t comfortable getting back out to shop like they normally would. I found Devotion Dresses shop on WeddingWire. WeddingWire is the largest and most trusted global marketplace were brides can find vendors for cakes, dresses, invitations and more. All I could find were positive 5 star reviews through WeddingWire’s website. Additionally, all I could find was positive reviews on all their social media platforms.
However, brides please BEWARE of this company!! I couldn’t have ever imagined my ending experience would turn out the way it did judging by how things went in the beginning. This quickly became one of the most frustrating and fraudulent purchases I ever made! Shopping for a wedding dress should be one of the most exciting times during the planning process! I chose this company because I read this on their website, “The return policy states, “We are so convinced of the quality of our custom made wedding dresses that we offer a refund for any dress.“ I’ll tell you that’s not true.
Devotion Dresses will do absolutely everything possible to convince you that your measurements were submitted incorrectly, therefore stating that’s why your dress doesn’t fit correctly. They asked me to go to a seamstress to ensure I submitted the correct measurements so I did. Once the seamstress confirmed the measurements I submitted were correct, then they tried to claim the seamstress didn’t know how to measure clients and questioned how she measures clients. The seamstress I went to had over 25 years experience.
On their website they state, “Devotion Dresses offers a unique possibility of ordering a dress in custom size which will fit perfectly and won’t require any further adjustments.” Ladies, please know this is just completely untrue! When I received the dress, I realized that wasn’t true. The dress is too short, big in the hip/waist area and has several defects in the construction of it. There is absolutely no way I can wear this dress down the aisle!!!!
I quickly learned the customer service number is fraudulent and you can’t reach anyone on the phone like a normal customer service department is designed. The chat function on their website doesn’t work and always gives a default “Coming soon,” message. When you look up the address they have listed for Palo Alto, California Devotion Dresses can’t be found. There’s no supervisor, manager or anyone else to ensure polices and procedures are followed.
Please save yourself all the disappointment and frustration and don’t make the mistake I made ordering from this company!
**The photos show the dress is cheaply made. It actually has glued on glitter that falls off everywhere. I also enclosed a photo that shows white stitching going across what is suppose to be illusion mesh (The model’s dress didn’t look like mine) . The dress wasn’t worth the price at all! -
