Hands down the BEST Wedding Photographer

Chris was able to capture the emotion of the event. You can see it in the photos. He took great care in making sure every shot was perfect. He knew what was important and even captured a memorial rose and sentimental bracelet that we forgot to mention to him. You can't teach that. He was personable and seemed to know what we wanted before we did. What else can you ask for in a wedding photographer? A true pro.

The BEST wedding photographer!

Devlin photography was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Every conversation we had with Chris leading up to our big day helped put us at ease. When there was a fire the day of our wedding that messed up our getting ready photos Chris was more than accommodating! He changed his schedule to meet us in a different location and took some amazing pictures. Chris captures all the big moments that day and even the smallest moments we could have never thought to capture. His professionalism is second to non and his photos are UNREAL!! We had the best experience choosing Devlin Photography for our big day.

What a day!

Chris Devlin was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! He met with us and kept in contact throughout our planning process. The day of our wedding, he was so calm and professional in choreographing the movement of our large families, to ensure every special moment was captured. When we ran late, he kept everyone moving, yet relaxed. I don’t even remember seeing much of him throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour or reception, but we ended up with a story of pictures narrating our day. They were better than I could have hoped for. Everything he promised, he delivered...and then some! So grateful for our experience with this truly great guy and real professional. We’d choose him over and over again!

right man for the job!

Chris was awesome to work with! He came recommended from a close family friend and he did not disappoint. We used Chris for both our engagement photos and wedding photos. The photos were everything we wanted and more. From his affordable prices, punctuality, and his easy going nature, he’s the right man for the job. We did photos on our wedding day in a somewhat atypical fashion and he was nothing but helpful and easy to work with in return. With his help we got to actually enjoy our wedding! He will be our go to guy for future photography needs!

Chris Devlin Photography was the Best

Chris Devlin was both professional and fun. He was reasonably priced as well. When I met him at the wedding fair, he was laid back, not pushy, and the price was right. He was always quickly responsive to my emails as well as patient when I sent him the incorrect amount for the down payment. When we met with him a few days prior to the wedding, he explained in detail how the day would go, he made all of us laugh a feel comfortable within 5 minutes of meeting. On the wedding day, he took any picture anyone asked him to take. I can't wait to see the final products.

No one can go wrong with hiring Chris. I will use Chris for any future events that require a photographer. Thank you Devlin Photography

Wonderful experience!

Chris was terrific! He answered every phone call and every question we had. He showed up for our wedding early and was very patient and creative, always coming up with new ideas and angles to capture our memories. He put us at ease, guided us, and helped to make our special day extra special. Afterwards, when we got the photos back, they were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more. It was a wonderful experience, and we have the pictures to remember it forever!

Highly recommend! Great experience!!

Chris Devlin is fantastic to work with and we highly recommend him! Chris came recommended as a preferred vendor from our venue and he did not disappoint!! Chris is everything you want for your photographer on your wedding day; very punctual, very calm, great sense of humor, knew how/where to get the best photos, great with other vendors, super accommodating to our schedule and delivered a quick turn around with pictures! From our first meeting we knew he was the right fit and booked him and his second photographer Erik. Chris and Erik were constantly taking photos even when we weren’t posing for them. They were visible, yet invisible, we couldn’t believe how many beautiful pictures they captured! Chris delivered a “sneak peek” of photos the next day on Facebook to share, and shortly thereafter a slideshow and gallery, and finally we will be receiving the digital copy of the pictures soon! We are so impressed with how beautiful our pictures came out. Overall we were extremely pleased with Chris. He truly made our wedding day special and ensured that we will have those memories for many years to come.

Chris was so awesome to work with! He was super laidback and easy to work with, punctual and reassuring. He worked well with our other vendors. We did an engagement shoot with him that was incredible, which really made us excited and less anxious about how the wedding day pictures would come out. I was delighted to work with Devlin Photography this past Sunday night at the Shepherd/Way Wedding. Chris was a true professional as he led Kacey and Brandon, along with all the family through the events of the evening. He has already posted many photos to give the bride and groom a tease of whats to come and everyone is so excited. Chris was prompt and on time in the morning for pics of the Bride and Bridal party getting ready for the day. And that continued all day the Church, followed by stopping in at the restaurant where they were engaged and then finally to the reception. I give Chris and his photography business a FIVE plus Stars! Any bride would be thrilled to work with him. I highly recommend Chris and want to say thank you for making their day so effortless.

Right off the bat we knew Chris Devlin was the photographer for us! He was friendly, professional and after seeing some of his work on our initial meeting very talented. Chris was prompt to respond back to us answering any questions and creative with both his first look ideas and various angels and assortment of poses and candids! We are very happy with our wedding photos and how quickly our slideshow was ready just days after the wedding. We would definitely reccomend him to all newly engaged couples out there! I have to say, first and far most, Chis Devlin, is absolutely amazing! Not only did his talent immensely surpass my hopes and expectations as our wedding photographer, he is such a great person to work with. He is super creative, very involved, and just has fun with you while capturing the best day of your life. His energy was top notch to the very end; I very much appreciated his excitement with each captured photo of our wedding day. Every photo he took I loved! I would definiately recommend Devlin photography for your wedding. Chris is awesome and is so easy to work with. He was willing to go above and beyond whatever it was myself or my husband asked. Chris and EJ were absolutely amazing on our wedding day!! Despite some timing issues, Chris and EJ kept it (and me) together with a small hiccup in our transportation that delayed photo times and location. Chris was wonderful, professional, and I would highly recommend!

Chris Devlin did an incredible job photographing our wedding! During our meetings prior to the wedding, Chris was prompt, professional, and really set our minds at ease about any questions we had. It may surprise you what an integral part of your day the will photographer play. He is there for every special moment, intimately involved in the logistics and timing, and his product is about the only thing you'll have to look back at once the whirlwind is over. Chris was like my rock--calm, organized, funny. He was able to match his personality to the spirit of the day and my bridal party's ridiculous sense of humor. He cloned himself, as promised, working his magic to get shots of two simultaneous moments. He had the eye and spontaneous quick thinking to capture precious, unplanned little moments. And he had the demeanor to keep my nerves in check before the ceremony. Oh, and the photos are beautiful!

I am so happy I went with Devlin Photography for my wedding! The photos are absolutely beautiful and I have some many to choose from. He captured all of the big important moments and all of the little details. When you hire Chris, he is there to photograph all day. Many other photographers I met with had an 8-hour package and then you could add on more time. My ceremony was in the early afternoon with the reception later in the evening, so I needed someone for the entire day. It was great to know that no matter how long it took, Chris could capture it all. I would also recommend requesting a second photographer. I am happy that we did. There is so much going on and the day goes by so fast, so it is great to have another person taking photos to remember the day.

My Mom, my husband Sean and I went to are very first bridal expo two years prior to our wedding to see what options were available. Multiple vendors immediately suggested Chris and that he was the best to work with. From the moment we met Chris we instantly felt comfortable with him, and you could tell he took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He definitely made the process easy going and was very prompt when returning phone calls and emails. Throughout the wedding day I had guests coming up to Sean and I saying how amazing and professional Chris was, and that I couldn't have found anyone better. He left me with a lot of amazing photos to cherish for years to come. We would highly recommend Devlin Photography!

We met Chris at the Aquaturf wedding expo and as soon as we walked in the door, multiple vendors pointed us in his direction raving about his work. We are so happy we met him that day! Chris is incredible! We cannot say enough great things about him. His personality is so easy to work with! He put us at ease during our engagement session and at the wedding. He met with us multiple times to make sure our day was perfect. I was a very unorganized bride and he helped make our wedding day perfect by keeping us on track. I get compliments daily on how beautiful our pictures are and how they fit our personality. Any couple would be lucky to have Chris as their photographer.

Chris was an amazing photographer from our first meeting with him until the actual day of our wedding! He has a fantastic demeanor, is very friendly, funny and laid back and trust me, that personality will help so much on your day because your nerves will be so crazy! On top of his great personality the actual pictures he took were all stunning, he did a great job and took SO many photos which is so nice! I can't say how much I appreciate being able to see all the pictures he took.. it's so fantastic to be able to relive that day through the photos and actually SEE everything (with non "crazy-bride" eyes). I have know Chris from Devlin Photography for several years now and knew I wanted him to be our wedding photographer from the moment I saw his work. Chris was amazing. You will not be disappointed with your wedding photos. He is so creative, suggests amazing ideas and incorporates all of your ideas into your special day! Chris is willing to try new ideas too! You can tell how passionate he is about photography and being apart of your special day. We met with Chris a couple of times prior to the wedding to discuss ideas. We exchanged many emails and telephone calls during the planning process. We interviewed two other photographers before meeting Chris from Devlin. Chris was so helpful, so calm and so knowledgeable that we quickly knew he was perfect for us. He brought samples he thought were appropriate based upon his interpretation of our pre-meeting phone discussion. We LOVED his sample wedding album. We loved his slide shows. We loved that he was super-easy-going, knowing that we might need some additional calm on the big day. He did our engagement shoot, and it allowed us to all get to know each other a little better before the wedding day. We had unexpected rain and he was happy to reshoot for us. We Loved his engagement photo pictures! And then he took even better pictures at the wedding. Folks commented on how terrific he was. He was unobtrusive. He was great with kids. Chris Devlin from Devlin Photography made our engagement photography session a truly memorable experience. Chris was professional, engaging and made my fiancé and myself feel entirely comfortable throughout the course of the session. Wow, our wedding photographs are amazing!!!! Devlin photography was the best choice we made in the planning of our day. He captured every moment in the most artistic, personal way, and we are now able to look at these photos and instantly feel the love and joy as if we are still there! Chris was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding at Anthony's Ocean View this summer. From the start he was very approachable and flexible with what we were trying to capture in our photos. We were extremely pleased with our engagement photos taken by him a year before our wedding day. He made us feel comfortable by giving us ideas on how to make the pictures stand out while taking advantage our surroundings. On the day of our engagement session, I saw a butterfly on a flower at the park where we were, and he actually got a picture of us with the butterfly centered in.
On our wedding day, Chris met my husband and I at the hotel where we were getting prepared. He got many candid shots of us and our families that we didn't even realize he took. He then met us at our venue where he got amazing photos of our beach ceremony, formals at sunset, and a huge family picture including both sides of the family. When we received our digital pictures we were surprised to see so many details that were a part of our wedding day which we would have missed if Chris wouldn't have captured them. He was also extremely patient being that we had a big wedding and everyone wanted a photo with us. Even after the wedding, Chris has worked with us when ordering prints to ensure that the pictures look even better than the original. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a patient, professional, and experienced photographer!!

Chris Devlin’s work is spectacular!!!!
We have to tell you that the wedding pictures were extraordinary! Chris captured so many precious and wonderful moments, expressions and settings. It was tremendous and we are so happy with his work!!
Chris was very easy to work with right from our first meeting. He knew the venue extremely well and directed people to all of the beautiful settings in order to capture wonderful pictures.
He has mastered the process of being in the right place at the right time to secure very special moments without ever knowing he was there. He truly made the photography all about the bride and groom, their families and the wedding party!
Chris produced an incredible slideshow! Setting the pictures to those two songs was really special to us and to Marissa and Dustin. Great work!!! The gallery that Chris put together was also beautiful. The gift box and the flash drive it contained were fantastic!! What a great way to package all of the digital wedding photos!! We loved it!!

Chris from Devlin Photography was amazing to work with. He took fabulous pictures, had great suggestions for where and how to pose various groups in the wedding party, and included both traditional and some fun and creative pictures. Everyone who has seen the pictures from the wedding day has commented on the fact that they are the best wedding pictures they have ever seen. He also made the whole experience so relaxing for me, as the bride. He took very intimate pictures during the ceremony but was completely unobtrusive so that I never even noticed him. There was other things on my wedding day that stressed me out a little bit, but photography was one thing, and quite a major thing, that I never had to worry about! I would recommend him to anyone!

May 18, my daughter's wedding day, was one of the most important days in our lives, one we will always want to remember. Because of the talents of Chris from Delvin Photography, we will always have the day to look back on. Chris captured not only the events but the emotions of the day beautifully ...from the morning's preparation, the challenge of an enormous wedding party of 24 attendents and 5 children, the intimate moments of the marraige ceremony. Chris brought to life the steam train ride to the Lace Factory, the venue and all its special touches, the special moments during the reception, and the final moments where he orchestrated the 150+ guests in creating a walkway of sparklers through which the bride and groom walked and had their last kiss to seal the day's events.We couldn't be happier with the photos Chris took or with the professionalism and care which he showed throughout this special day in our lives.

Chris was truly a pleasure to work with..every's bride dream. Sure the price may not be right for all brides but the work that he does speaks for itself. So it may be good to spend a little more on him cause I believe he is worth the price. He is there with you from beginning to end and if this is your first time getting married ..he does give great advice on anything that you might have a question on. He does put up his laptop during the reception time to show some of the pictures that were taken earlier on in the day. Really nice work all around can't wait to get the album :)

He was a dream to work with, very professional and he listened to me and my ideas without steamrolling me, but also had his own opinions which got some great shots. We haven't seen the pictures yet (although he set up a slide show on his laptop during the reception of our 'getting ready' shots and those looked really great) so I can't comment too much on that but I'm not worried because his work is really great.
The only reason it isn't 5.0 is he might not be good for the budget bride since his services are pricey (but, imo, worth the cost).

We were extremely happy to work with Chris.

We found him to be easygoing and personable. Both of us are shy about having our pictures taken. Chris used his sense of humor to help us relax and feel confident in front of the camera.

Chris approached our photo sessions with a good combination of planning and flexibility. For our engagement session, he shot our photos at a location that was familiar to him. He had some specific locations in mind for shots. The same was true for our wedding session - he knew the venue and had some specific places where he wanted to get shots of us. At the same time, he wasn't too rigid about it. If he liked the way the light looked, or if he saw a shot he liked, he would get it.

Lastly, he was timely in sending our photos back to us. All in all, we were highly satisfied with his customer service and the quality of his work. So if you're looking for a photographer, do yourself a favor and meet with him. You'll be glad you did!

From the moment I met Chris at a bridal fair, we got along great. He is very approachable and excited about all the ways he can make your day great. Leading up to the day, he made things very easy for us, and didn't make us do a million things for him. Our location has a ridiculous amount of places for great pictures, and picking which ones to use overwhelmed me, so Chris took care of it all. On the day of he was perfect. Friendly and caring but also invisible. There were many pictures he took that I don't even remotely remember him being nearby. I've only gotten a slideshow so far, but it was amazing, I can't wait for the rest!!! I have no regrets about hiring Chris for our wedding day!

Highly recommended! Of all of our wedding vendors, Chris takes the cake. Not only did his photos capture the simple elegance of our wedding day, he was super fast at returning our emails or phone calls. His photo packages are reasonably priced and he was happy to work with us to select a package that best fit our needs. He is the perfect blend of friendly and professional making photo sessions relaxed and easy. He captured the essence of our day perfectly and we hardly knew he was there snapping all of our beautiful photos! To our delight, images of wedding day (and lots of them!) were available as soon as we returned from our honeymoon. Many friends and family have shared with us how much they enjoyed the slideshow of photos Chris put on display during our reception as well. Great photographer! took some time to get "sneak peeks". Also, does not create an album, only gives the flash drive. Would have been nice to have a physical album. He is able to create one but for additional costs... Other than that could not have been happier with the photos. I do wish there was more action shots with bridal party and bride and groom.
