Devin was the perfect touch for our outdoor ceremony. There are not adequate words to describe his musicianship and talent. He went out of his way to make sure that he played exactly what we wanted. Devin also played at our reception and asked our guests if they wanted to hear something specific. My Austrian side of the family asked him to play "Edelweiss," which he promptly began to play. I can not rate this musician high enough. He also played the music for our first dance, which he learned, recorded at different speeds, added bars to the recording, and again, went out of his way to deliver the greatest day of our lives. I highly recommend Devin, and if I ever need a violinist/fiddler again, Devin is the only person I am going to call.
As far as professionalism goes, Devin arrived early, and had everything that he needed. He also gave us options for what effects we wanted to come from the speaker. He was quick to respond to emails and we never had any problems getting in touch with him. This musician is a real professional. -

Devin was very responsive and great communicating with us leading up to the wedding. He played all the songs we requested perfectly and so many more that we had asked for. All the guests commented on how wonderful he was. It made our wedding so special! -

Devin was such a joy to work with. He was very responsive, and always answered any questions we had. He arrived on time, and played absolutely beautiful music for before the ceremony, during the ceremony, and during cocktail hour. I would 100% work with Devin again, and recommend him to a friend! -

Ceremony Musician
Our experience working with Devin was fabulous! He made everything so easy, from booking to figuring out which songs to play, to actually setting up and playing on the day. He made sure to explain the whole process to us and be flexible with what we wanted. Overall a wonderful experience and the music was beautiful! -

You won't regret hiring Devin!
Devin played the violin at our wedding on May 12, 2018. My husband immigrated from India and we wanted our wedding to be a fusion of Indian and American culture. Devin played an original piece for us at our consult and my husband instantly broke out into smiles because it reminded him of his childhood. We picked that piece to be played right before my processional and we got lots of compliments on it.
How we found Devin: In addition to teaching students and playing at weddings, Devin also volunteers his services at nursing homes and at places of worship. We heard him play at a church we visited and we knew he would be a lovely addition to our wedding. He did not disappoint!
Working with Devin: Devin provided us with a sample CD and after we listened to it he met with us to discuss details of the day. He had suggestions for which pieces would be best to play at different parts of the program, and he had creative ideas on how to make the recessional especially dramatic. He worked very well with our organist.
Devin did a fantastic job on the day of and I definitely recommend him for your wedding! -
