We had our wedding at Florentine Gardens, and hiring Detailed Events by Lo as our day-of coordinator was one of the best investments we made throughout the entire planning process.
Even with an incredible venue, there are still so many moving pieces on a wedding day, and Lo made sure everything came together flawlessly. From coordinating vendors and managing our timeline to organizing a large wedding party, family photos, transportation, and reception events, she handled every detail with professionalism and ease.
What I appreciated most was how calm and reassuring she was throughout the day. Any time a question came up, she already had an answer. Any time something needed to happen, it seemed to happen before we even realized it. She worked seamlessly with the Florentine Gardens team and all of our vendors, allowing my husband and me to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
As a bride, there are so many things you could potentially worry about on your wedding day. Thanks to Lo, I genuinely didn’t have to. I felt completely confident that everything was being handled, which allowed me to focus on celebrating with the people we love.
If you’re considering a day-of coordinator or planner, I wholeheartedly recommend Detailed Events by Lo. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and an invaluable part of our wedding day. -

I was on the fence about getting a wedding planner as everyone I knew only had a day of coordinator. All it took was one call with Lo to realize I NEEDED her. She was absolutely amazing and truly made my day—3/27/26–so easy. Everyone always says don’t expect the day to be perfect but I felt as though mine was. And I owe a lot of that to Lo!
From the start she took away the stress of having to reach out to vendors and get quotes. Lo has so many connections that booking vendors was way easier! She was with me for every vendor meeting making sure that she saw the vision so it could be executed day of. The final month leading up to the wedding she made sure to contact all vendors, provided a detailed day of outline, and made sure she had a list of all that was needed for the day.
Lo was so on top of everything which in return made the whole process seamless. I cannot thank her enough and will forever recommend Lo! If you’re on the fence like I was, I say go for it! You will not regret having a planner, especially one as amazing as Lo! -

I truly could not have pulled off our wedding without Lo (Lauren) from Detailed Events by Lo. From the very beginning, Lo was absolutely unbelievable. She spent countless hours with me going over every single detail to make sure everything was perfect. She is kind, patient, creative, organized, and genuinely cares so much about her couples.
Leading up to the wedding, Lauren made the entire process feel manageable and stress free. She helped with ideas, reminded me of things I would have never thought of, and made sure no detail was overlooked. She created the perfect timeline and coordinated with every vendor ahead of time so everyone was fully prepared for the wedding day.
Because Lo was there, I was able to feel completely calm on my wedding day. I knew everything was being handled, and she made sure the entire day ran more than smoothly. There was not one detail missed. Everything flowed perfectly from start to finish, and that is all because of Lo and her incredible work behind the scenes.
Our family and friends could not stop talking about her all night. Everyone kept asking, “Who is Lauren? She is amazing!” She brought such a calming, positive energy while still being completely on top of everything at all times.
If you are looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator, there is absolutely no question that you should use Lo. Hiring her will truly be one of the best decisions you make. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day so perfect. -

Lauren was the most perfect addition to our wedding day. If it weren’t for her I don’t think any of it would have come together. Her personality matches her beauty and her calmness is something I can’t even imagine having during an event like that. She is unreal. She is so meticulous to detail and well beyond her years in wisdom about what to do in every scenario. It’s like she was born to be the one to keep your wedding day calm before the storm. Every little thing was organized every little thing looked beautiful and every little detail was perfect. I can’t imagine not having her by our sides. My husband and I both agree that it was the best move we ever made to have her there all day by our side sides. Everyone from our parents to our bridesmaids to our groomsmen to our flower girls to our officiant felt so comfortable. She radiated confidence into everyone and everything was perfect and magical. We are so incredibly grateful to Lo for making our day absolutely perfect. I wasn’t sure a day-of coordinator would be right for me since I can be particular and like having control over every detail, but hiring Lo was one of the best decisions we made. Although she was technically our day-of coordinator, she was available months before the wedding. She attended final vendor meetings, joined our menu meeting at the venue, and was always available by text or call. She created a detailed itinerary for the day and went over it multiple times with me that made me feel completely prepared and at peace going into the day.
On the wedding day itself, Lo was incredible. She handled major last-minute issues and I didn't even hear about them until the next morning. Our tux place gave 11 groomsmen and the father of the groom ties instead of bowties for their tuxedos. I have no idea what we would have done, but Lo called the tux place and got them to deliver half of the bowties immediately. The other half she found through the venue, as they had back-ups. When our lunch order was nowhere to be found a few hours before the first look, she was the one who reached out to the restaurant and made sure we got our sandwiches. Again, I had no idea any of this was even happening!
Every vendor raved about how amazing she was to work with, and I know countless small things were handled on the day without my knowledge because she was just that good. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you so, so much Lo! -

Lo was an absolute dream of a day-of coordinator! One of the first vendors I booked because I just knew I needed her. She made our entire wedding day run flawlessly, truly not a single hiccup. She was kind, carrying a calm, steady energy the entire day, and handled every detail with such care and professionalism. Throughout the whole planning process she was extremely thorough and on top of everything, which gave me so much peace of mind through all the stress I was feeling. When it comes to Lo and her company, Detailed Events By Lo, there is simply no one better suited for the job. Lo was my confidant, my peace in the chaos, and my biggest supporter from the very beginning of the wedding planning process. Prior to jumping in with Lo, I screened numerous different planners trying to see which one I would align with the best and it was evident immediately that Lo was my girl. She was organized, prompt, timely, and always willing to answer my questions. There was seemingly never too big of an ask, and i was somehow never too annoying with my copious questions and constant need for reassurance and guidance.
I recently hosted a backyard wedding in my childhood home but was determined to maintain as many formalities as a venued wedding as possible and it simply would have been impossible without Lo by my side. The numerous calls, endless amounts of texts, morale boosting hugs and heart to hearts and absolute dedication to her clients is what sets Lo so above anyone else in the industry. Lo truly made my dreams come true. She coordinated everything from our timeline to the last minute changes due to a rainy wedding day and a brides breakdown over the weather and i don’t think our guests had any clue it was supposed to go any other way! Lo treated all of my vendors with such grace and respect, allowing everyone to shine equally while ensuring not a beat was missed and everything I wanted, happened. Lo treated us like absolute royalty from arriving early in the morning, assisting me in my dress, ensuring my husband and his friends were in the right place at the right time, and somehow made my chaotic family seem organized, timely and sane (the most impossible task to anyone other than Lo), not to mention her ability to be everywhere at once and still have whatever we needed right there, when we needed it at all times of the night. My espresso martini loving self was never without one thanks to her!
I think one of the most important things to note about working with Lo is that everyone agrees from myself, to my husband, to my father (who really originally pushed back on hiring a planner) that Lo was the most important part of our day and that is nothing short of the truth. Simply put, she made our dreams come true. She allowed me, an anxious bride to breathe and feel at ease. She ensured we enjoyed every moment of our day and did not have to think about a single thing and most of all, she had a smile on her face the ENTIRE TIME.
I’ve never met someone who works harder for the people she’s planning/coordinating for. I will scream Lo’s highest praises from the mountain tops until my voice gives out because there are simply not enough words that can emphasize how absolutely necessary, important and wonderful she is. Lo became our family the day we started working together and remained a huge piece of our heart ever since. We love you, Lo 🤍 -

Hiring Detailed Events by Lo for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for ensuring our special day ran smoothly from start to finish! From the moment I first reached out to Lo, she was professional, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. Lo made herself available to answer any questions that arose throughout the planning process up until about a month before our big day, when Gabrielle, our day of coordinator, took over. Gabrielle was nothing short of fabulous!!! From our very first conversation, my husband and I felt confident that all the details of our big day were in good hands. Gabrielle coordinated and took care of any communications with all our vendors, both leading up and on the day of. Having her there to do this was a huge weight off my shoulders and alleviated so much stress. Gabrielle was able to flawlessly manage every detail of the day behind the scenes, in a way that that allowed me and my husband to enjoy the day with each other. Detailed Events by Lo was recommended to me by my husband's coworker. She said she heard amazing things and I should definitely check them out. From the jump, Lo was very responsive, easy to talk to and listened to what I was looking for in a wedding coordinator.
My husband and I started working with Gab about 3 months before our wedding day. When we got off of our initial call with her, my husband looked at me and said "wow, that was easy. she is so organized!" and I couldn't have agreed more. She eased every nerve, kept us on track with all of our to-dos and cheered us on when the DIY projects seemed like they'd never get done.
If you need a coordinator, look no further. You will be in the best hands with Lo, Gab and the rest of the team. Gab truly took care of everything before and on the day of our wedding and we didn't have to think about a thing - other than enjoying our day. They are the best of the best!!! -

Hiring Lo as my day of coordinator was the best decision I made for my wedding day. As a type A bride, the thought of relinquishing control to someone else can be scary, but the minute I spoke to Lo I know she was the ONE. Despite just being my DOC, she made herself available to me for advice and vendor recommendations through my entire planning process. She took all the stress out of the logistics of the day, and executed my vision perfectly. I truly enjoyed every second of my wedding day, all thanks to her. The best decision I made during the wedding process was hiring Detailed Events by Lo! We were initially up in the air about needing a day of coordinator, but looking back I don't know how we would have functioned without Lauren and her team. We decided to hire the DOC and the only regret I have is not hiring Lauren for full wedding planning from the start. Lauren truly went above and beyond to ensure every single detail of our day was nothing short of perfect. Her responsiveness is unmatched and she took the time to ensure everything was exactly the way I wanted in an extremely organized manner. Shyla was our day of coordinator and she truly exceeded my expectations. Shyla did not miss a beat throughout my entire wedding day, and I could not be more thankful to have had her there with me. Between Lauren and Shyla I did not have a single worry on my wedding day. My husband was extremely impressed with how their help made our day completely stress free. I seriously could not recommend detailed events by Lo more! I decided to book with Lo after searching for a day of coordinator that I could truly trust and I am beyond blessed to have it all work out the way it did! Lo is INCREDIBLE!! Gabby from Detailed Events by Lo is absolutely incredible. We couldn't recommend her more. I was a a MOH in my best friends wedding during my engagement (~1 year before my wedding.) She had hired Gabby as her day of coordinator, and after seeing Gabby in action I knew I had to also. Having any day of coordinator definitely decreases stress, but having Gabby made me feel relaxed, relieved and able to enjoy our special day. She helps with everything--from big things like keeping to schedule and making sure all of your vendors are ready to go, to small things like helping reapply lip gloss and making sure my hair is in place when we're in the wind during pictures. And sooooo much more behind the scenes. As an anxious person, having Gabby as my day-of coordinator allowed me to be stress-free, enjoy the day, and really be present. I can't recommend her enough. Also, I have to give a shoutout to Lauren who runs an incredible business she should be proud of. And to Nicole, who Lauren recommended we use as a travel agent for our honeymoon and wow did she deliver. I strongly recommend using Detailed Events by Lo for your wedding in any capacity you can, you will not regret it! -

I can’t say enough good things about Lo from Detailed Events by Lo. From the moment I booked her until now, Lo has been incredible. She was there for every single step of the way in the last few months leading up to our wedding, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. She listened to every concern and worry I had, and she constantly reassured me that everything would be perfect—and she was right!
At first, my husband was unsure about the need for a day-of coordinator, but after our final walkthrough with Lo, he was blown away. Lo’s attention to detail left him speechless! Not only did she stay in touch with all our vendors, but she was also hands-on during our final meetings, making sure every detail was perfectly aligned.
On our wedding day, Lo ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Every detail was exactly as we envisioned, and the day flowed beautifully, all thanks to her. I’m genuinely going to miss our daily texts; she’s not just an amazing coordinator but the sweetest person you could ask to have by your side. After we booked our DIY venue, my husband and I knew we would need a coordinator to help us execute our vision. Lo from Detailed Events by Lo was the perfect choice for us. She is extremely detailed and helped us stay organized with checklists for what we should be working on each month leading up to the wedding. As the big day got closer she met with us and our vendor team multiple times to make sure everyone was aligned. When our venue let go of their staff the day before the wedding, Lo worked with the vendors to come up with a plan. Day of, she checked in with me early to make sure I wasn’t stressed and assured me that everything would work out. The day ended up being perfect and I’m so glad we had Lo as part of our team. Hiring Detailed Events by Lo was the best decision we made for our wedding! Our big day involved four different venues, but thanks to Team Lo, everything ran smoothly and on schedule.
Gabrielle was our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A month before the wedding, she provided me with checklists and a detailed timeline of tasks to accomplish, which helped keep me on track. Her attention to detail is exceptional. As a very type-A person, I knew I couldn't manage everything on my own, so having Gabrielle take the lead gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. I was already feeling stressed, but I honestly can't imagine the day without a coordinator. Gabrielle was with me all day, making sure everything went according to plan and that I was taken care of.

I heard a saying that if your day seemingly goes well it is because you hired a great wedding coordinator. I now echo that "saying". Lauren and Gabrielle got me organized and also provided accent suggestions to help the event run more smoothly and more to my vision. Sometimes the venue can over sell what they offer, which happened in my case. Lauren and Gabrielle helped me navigate well enough in advance to get everything the way that I wanted it. My wedding day was not stressful, I didn't think about anything other than spending time with my husband to-be, family and friends. Our guests said that our wedding was "chill"/"no stress", the vibe was cozy and fun, food was great and timely served, the decor was fabulous, music in line with the mood. All in all, a great wedding thanks to Lauren and Gabrielle! -

Lo did an amazing job planning our dream wedding. We picked the diva partial planning package. She was easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect the day of the wedding. She had great suggestions for vendors, has many connections within the wedding vendor industry, and has creative ideas. In fact, when I wasn’t happy with my hair trials a few weeks before the wedding, Lo found me a hair dresser that was perfect for me and my entire bridal party. Every detail of the wedding Lo made sure was exactly the way we wanted. We were completely stress free and able to enjoy every moment as Lo handled all the logistics. We had a church wedding with reception afterwards which requires additional planning. She even came to our rehearsal to make sure the bridal party all knew their roles. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!!!! -

My husband and I recently got married in July 2023 and we were so fortunate to have Lauren as our day of coordinator. We booked Lauren in September of 2021, so just about 2 years before our wedding date, for our day of coordinator. However, Lauren was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had from the time we signed our contract even though we only had her services for day of, which was really great for helping along the way. Lauren was super responsive and listened to all of our ideas for our wedding. On the actual wedding day, Lauren was by my side the entire day and was prepared with whatever I needed, even down to having water ready for me during all the pictures, partying, etc. She kept everything on track and handled all the vendors amazingly. Even though I am very organized and was unsure initially if I needed a coordinator, hiring Lauren as my coordinator eased a lot of my anxieties and helped to make my day go perfectly. I am so glad I hired Lauren, it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! -

Hiring Detailed Events by Lo was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. I was going back and forth with getting a Day of coordinator and let me just say NO REGRETS!! It took so much pressure off me and my now husband leading up to the wedding day and especially on the day of our wedding. We literally did not have to think of one thing. Gabrielle ran the day seamlessly and could not have asked for anything more. She created the timeline, made sure all vendors had the correct times to arrive, took care of ensuring they got gratuities. Helped set up the suite with the bridesmaid dresses and my dress so it was ready to go for photo and video oh and not the mention the emergency kit! I am not kidding when I say my day would not have been the same without Lo. From the second I booked her two years ago until 9:15 pm on my wedding night, she was my go-to person. Whenever I needed her, she was there to help me. I hired her as a day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. She helped me with so much throughout my wedding planning process. Leading up to the wedding she handled all of the communication with vendors, final details, and I truly did not have to worry about a thing. On my wedding day- she was an absolute rockstar. I swear I have no idea how she does it. She did not stop moving one time. From the second she arrived at 10:30 she was running back and forth between me and my husband, making sure everything was happening on time, making sure I got all of the pictures that I wanted and more. At the venue, she did it all. Whenever I said something to her she said “I did it already” or “you got it”. Our day was seamless. I could keep going but there is truly no one like her. If you don’t think you need a DOC- YOU DO. I will recommend her a million times over. Thank you SO much Lo for everything 🤍 -

Soon after my daughter got engaged we signed with Westmount County Club and then went on a search for the best day of planner.
After speaking with Lauren I knew we had found the right person for the job and also decided that she had so much insight to offer that we went with a longer plan than just day off.
We used many of her recommended vendors and they were all top notch!
Lauren’s organizational skills are amazing and for an OCD mom who did the entire planning she totally got me. She was there for everything form confirming vendors, scheduling, recommendations, timelines, working with the venue, helping bustle my daughter’s dress - I could go on and on! Oh I cannot forget everything she did before the ceremony too!
I cannot imagine planning the wedding without her! Run don’t walk to set up your first meeting!! -

Lo was such a pleasure to work with. We hired her as our day of coordinator but she started helping about a month out. If I am being honest I was skeptical at first if we actually needed help because we were almost at the finish line but boy was I wrong. Amazing Day-Of Coordination
I just need to start off by saying that our wedding date was chosen based off of Lo’s availability because that’s how serious I am about them. Using Detailed Events by Lo was a no brainer and I can honestly say that once I knew we were working together, 99.9% of my wedding day stress went out the window. Day-of coordination is not utilized enough and it is so, unbelievably worth it. I truly believe that if you really love your bridal party, you will hire a day-of coordinator. 😂 None of us had to stress about ANYTHING during our wedding day and everything ran so smoothly. My husband, my family, my friends, and I were able to take in every moment of the day because Gabrielle was there and ON IT. Lo and Gabrielle are professional, punctual, organized, and just overall genuine human beings. From helping organize my check lists and schedules to trying to keep my shoulders warm in the February wind during pictures, Gabrielle was there for it all, and I could not be more thankful. These wedding coordinators are true angels on earth so please do not even think twice and just book them!! -

Lauren and her team (we specially had Marissa as our day of coordinator who I truly could not have lived our wedding day without) was the smartest and most impactful add to our wedding journey that I would recommend anyone to do. Whether you are someone like me who has a grasp on planning, wanted to be hands off and be able to enjoy the day or you are someone who needs every single piece of advice possible from start to finish, Lauren is there for you! There are no words for everything Gabrielle did. I wouldn't of survived my wedding without her. I had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle as our DOC. We pondered the idea of needed a DOC but pulled the trigger and I am so happy we did. I would book them a million times over again and recommend Gabrielle to the world. She took every bit of stress I had and put it on herself. Gabrielle worked with each of my vendors, organized and basically every single minute to minute of how the day would go and where everyone needed to be, including vendors, and constantly checked on me through email and texts. Gabrielle even kept me up on deadlines the whole month prior. She even helped me get in AND out of my dress so I could use the bathroom during the reception. I don't know how people get married without hiring a DOC and I'm so happy we went ahead and booked this company! -

Where do I even begin! Lo is absolutely amazing and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting she was so detail oriented and remembered EVERYTHING about your wedding. Leading up to our wedding our meetings helped me to feel so calm and prepared. Lo came with us to some of our meetings at our venue and it was so nice to have someone there to ask questions we might not have even thought of and to have an extra set of ears to remember all of the tiny details/timing/etc. In the weeks leading up to our wedding Lo took over all communication with our vendors and it truly allowed me to relax and focus on any small things I needed to get done. The week of the wedding we went over timing/details and again she reassured me that everything was taken care of. Our wedding day could not have gone smoother and Lo was such a HUGE part of that. From the second Lo arrived she was doing everything from setting up my details photos for the photographer, to helping my bridesmaids, to setting up balloons, and pretty much anything else you can think of. It was so reassuring to also know she was making sure everything was going smoothly while we were getting ready (checking in with the florist/table settings/etc.) Throughout the rest of the day Lo was always there for me whether she was bustling my dress, getting me food/water, reapplying my lipstick-you name it she was there to help. Besides doing all that, it was so nice to have someone there that is fully dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly for your wedding day so you and your significant other can just enjoy. Not to mention Lo is one of the sweetest people we have ever met. At the end of the night I told her how sad I was we wouldn't get to work with her anymore! But with that being said, if you are debating getting a wedding coordinator/planner I HIGHLY recommend you do it and hire Lo. With everything going on at your wedding, having little to no stress in invaluable and Lo is the absolute best out there!!! -

Not a worry on my big day!
I originally booked Lauren but when I postponed she was booked so I ended up with Shyla on my wedding day! she kept the day so organized and was there every second I needed something whether it was to fix my hair , veil, or lipstick and to make sure all tips went to vendors at the end of the night. She set everything up for pictures in the morning and brought over the decorations. Behind the scenes Lauren still handled everything and it was so nice to not have to email one vendor the week of the wedding! Highly reccomend ! -

Marissa made our wedding night literally AMAZING and we are not sure how our day would have been complete without her! From beginning to end, Marissa was so kind, honest, and organized in creating a perfect timeline for our day. We did not initially think that we would ever need a day-of coordinator but I honestly can't imagine my life without Marissa and her ability to communicate and work with everyone so wonderfully and carefully. Bottom line is it was SOOO worth it! Both mine and my husband's families were also SO grateful for Marissa because without her, they wouldn't have felt as calm and happy as they were. They were truly able to enjoy the night without having to continuously check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. What we really appreciated about Marissa was that she really took the time to dive into the dreams and ideas that we wanted for our special night and she somehow made it even BETTER than we imagined! When it came to decor, she really exceeded all expectations when working with our venue and their staff. She also created an amazing timeline in which we were able to do nearly everything on time. Even with an unexpectedly cold day, Marissa was able to work with our photographers to take almost all of the photos that we wanted during the day and during the reception. She really had our best interest at heart and we couldn’t thank her more!!

I Strongly encourage brides to look into to getting a Day of Coordinator for their big day. That being said I would Strongly recommend DetailedEventsByLo. Lo is so sweet and amazing to work with and ALWAYS on top her game. Leading up to the wedding she made sure I was on track with my vendors and of course the details! While Lo herself couldn't be there the day of my wedding I was blessed with Marissa and Shyla as my Day of coordinators and when I tell you they were the real MVPS that day I mean it!! They made sure everything went according to plan and never missed a beat. We even had a few wardrobe malfunctions within the bridal party and thankfully Shyla and Marissa were able to fix it within no time! I cannot thank Lo, Marissa and Shyla for all the work they put in to make my day absolutely perfect and taking so much of the added stress off my shoulders!! Lauren was one of the first vendors that I hired, and it was one of the BEST decisions we made. Lauren was so responsive and available way before our wedding, even though we booked a month of/day of package. She is very organized and on top of every little detail. Being a Covid bride, I ended up leaving so many of the little details until the last minute. Her details list is so thorough and helped me get a grip on what I still needed to buy/do. From the moment Lauren and I spoke on the phone when booking, I knew that I needed Lauren to be part of our day! She is professional, organized, and offered so much insight on small details I would have never thought of to make our day unique! Initially i was unsure of hiring a Day of Coordinator, but I am SO HAPPY that we did-- its too important of a day not to have her there!
Leading up to our day, Lauren was always just a text or phone call away! She was so responsive and helped me feel much more organized and together. The materials/lists she provided leading up to the day helped me stay on task and make sure no small detail was forgotten! About a week before, Lauren and I had a phone call to talk through all details we had. After that, she met us at our venue to do a walk through and we talked through where all the decor would go and make sure all details were in order and ready to go! Additionally, leading up to the day, Lauren communicated with all of our vendors to make sure they were aware of the timeline! The day of rehearsal, Lauren was there making sure all of the bridal party knew what was going on and made sure all of our church/legal documents were signed and secured! AMAZING!
On the day of.... I HAVE NO WORDS! Just unbelievably over the top, so organized, so professional. I am confident that i would not have been able to have the day run as smoothly as it did by myself. Lauren and Shyla arrived to our getting ready location early to make sure all vendors were there and get them set and organized. She set up my room for photos with BRIDE Balloons and loose balloons all over the bed-- it was PERFECT! Throughout the day, she made sure I got every single photo i wanted! she had our timeline handy making sure not a beat was missed-- her and Shyla were literally by our side all day long! While I was so over the top happy with how the day went, my mom was SO HAPPY that Lauren was there! My mom did not have to lift a finger all day long. she was able to sit back and watch and enjoy every moment!
From start to finish, I was so happy to have Lauren and Shyla there with us! If there was anything that went wrong, i had no idea about it because they handled it! I mean, Shyla even changed my shoes for me in the middle of the night!!! on this day, you want a good crew of vendors who are fun and excited to be there with you; we literally had the best day ever being in their company, there was not even an ounce of stress in the air all day long! Especially having so many moving parts in our day (getting ready location, to church, to park, to venue), Lauren and Shyla made sure the day ran so smooth! Lauren literally held my train of my dress and bouquet all day long, made sure my hair was out of my eyes (UGH, LOL) and made sure the day was exactly how we envisioned it! My husband and I are forever indebted to Detailed Events by Lo for how perfectly our day went-- we could have never done it without the team! -

Lauren was incredible to work with before our wedding, during, and even after. We highly recommend that you hire Lauren and her team!
We first started working with Lauren for our April 2020 wedding and were impressed by her experience, work ethic, and preparedness. These traits helped significantly alleviate our anxiety caused by the overwhelming number of things to do. We especially appreciated the worksheets that she shared with us, the thorough notes that she took about our wants/needs, and the thoughtful questions she asked to confirm her understanding of everything down to the very last detail. Due to covid, we postponed and then eventually cancelled our original wedding plans in favor of a small microwedding ceremony and dinner, which Lauren was incredibly flexible about and shared great advice for.
The day of of our microwedding, Lauren and her team were incredible! I felt like my mind was all over the place, but Lauren's team helped us by staying two steps ahead, having a bag of literally everything, and checking in on me constantly. Seriously, she was a life savior who pulled out a sweater to keep me warm in between photos (it was so cold for an April day!), held onto my lipstick/phone/things, and even helped manage our dog.
Lastly, having Lauren help with bringing back all of our decor and details was amazing. This meant that we could enjoy the rest of our night without thinking about packing things up and bringing them home.
We're truly so thankful for the Detailed Events by Lo team and can't recommend them enough! -

Hiring Lauren- Detailed Events By Lo was by far the BEST decision I made when planning my wedding. She is the BEST. Initially, I really didn’t think that I would need a coordinator or planner but I promise you, it is the best investment you can make. When planning a wedding, everyone will tell you that time flies and it certainly does! Once COVID hit, I lost sight of so many planning elements and that is where Lauren came in and saved me! Lauren offers different several different packages. The package I selected was day of wedding coordinator … but she is SO much more than that. About a month prior to my wedding, Lauren created checklists for me, contacted all of my vendors, and created a day of timeline. During the weekend of my wedding, she assisted with my rehearsal, ensured my photographer had my “must” shots and was literally my go to girl for EVERYTHINGGG. I would have been lost without her! Not only is Lauren super organized, detailed, and professional, but she is also so motivating, positive, and encouraging. She is exactly what I needed while planning my wedding and the day of. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a large part of that was thanks to Lauren. She came up with a timeline that made our day run more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. Our photographer and videographer both commented on how much more time they had to capture content than usual. We never felt rushed and were leisurely able to document all the moments we wanted. The day of the wedding Lauren and Marissa were by my side for anything and everything. Lauren was the only reason I remembered to drink water the entire time, laid out my train nicely for every photo, held my bouquet, fixed my hair, touched up my makeup, etc. My wedding party and guests repeatedly commented on my "personal assistants" and they took note of how excellent she and Marissa were even from afar. I booked Lauren with the intention of not having to worry about the day of details, and I truly got that and so much more. Leading up to the wedding, Lauren ran through details with us that we would have never thought of on our own. This allowed us to be even more prepared and carefree on our actual day. I asked her to pick up big silver bride balloons for getting ready photos and they ran out of both white and silver ribbon. Lauren went out of her way to go to an arts & crafts store to buy white ribbon there and brought it to the party store to use for the balloons. It just goes to show that she cares about all details no matter how big or small. Lauren is also very well connected within the industry and gave us vendor suggestions which we were so thrilled with. Hiring Lauren will give you the peace of mind that every couple should have on their wedding day. I can't thank her enough! -

Where do I begin!!! I always knew when I got engaged that I wanted to treat myself to a wedding planner. I'm a pretty organized person myself, but it's also easy for me to get overwhelmed and I knew my wedding was going to be a big day so I figured I would need someone to help me by my side. When I first reached out to Lauren and met with her, we clicked! I picked up right away that she is very passionate about her job and she's very attentive to detail. When I went to book Lauren, she told me unfortunately she wasn't available on my wedding day, so she would send her team to help me in her place. She reassured me all would go well, and everything would be fine. Fast forward to 2020 and COVID-19 hit. She reassured me our wedding would still be a beautiful day, and it was!!! The week leading up to my big day had some bumps in the road, and it never stopped Lauren and her team from making sure our big day would be perfect. She sent Marissa and Shyla from her team and they were truly incredible!!! They knew every detail I wanted, from pictures I wanted taken, to how and where I wanted items placed. They were by my side 24/7 and anything I needed, they were there to help me. At the end of the night, my husband and family even said what a pleasure it was to have the coordinators there with us the whole day, and that it made the day go by smoothly.
