Destinee photographed our wedding on a HOT day in July and she and her partner, Kenny, were AMAZING. They are patient, attentive, reliable, organized, responsive, personable, and flexible. Destinee is also silly and easy to get along with, which OBVIOUSLY can make a huge difference on your wedding day. Destinee goes with the flow, and also made sure she got all the shots that my husband and I requested. She is super creative and has an incredible eye behind the camera! We had such a positive experience with Destinee from start to finish. Hire her!!!! -

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT DESTINEE. I connected with Sapien Photography to shoot my wedding in 2021 and since that first meeting we have remained connected. I feel like we reached a level of friendship which makes working with her that much easier! Even with this friendship, she still remains professional and organized! Last weekend she shot our engagement photos and it was a total blast. My fiance and I were both pretty nervous and worried about our awkwardness coming through on camera. However, Destinee made the entire experience fun, casual, and comfortable-- not to mention the photos were bright, vibrant, and breathtaking. She laughed with us, joked with us, all the while captured the best photos of our love! She is also inclusive towards all, supporting the LGBTQ+ community as well as people in recovery from substance use and mental health openly on her website, which makes her that much more amazing! I am so excited to see the magic she creates on our wedding day. I will literally never use another photographer. I could go on and on, so I will make myself stop here. I HIGHLY recommend using Destinee for all your photography needs! -

Destinee and her husband Kenny are so fun! My fiancé and I have had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic. Destinee has been so patient with me and super low pressure as I nervously hesitate to finalize any replanning details. At this point my review is based on our initial consultation and engagement photo session. I 100% recommend Destinee as a photographer! We had a blast getting to know each other at a brewery, then for our photos frolicking around Portsmouth. The vibe was fun and chill and “YES”, which I loved. I’m so looking forward to when we can actually have our big party because I know she will add light and laughter to our Kodak moments! -

Destinee is amazing at what she does. She makes everyone feel so comfortable when she is taking pictures from our engagement shoot to the wedding day. Everyone keeps talking about how much they love our photos and can't get enough of them! I would recommend Destinee to anyone for any photography needs, we will definitely be using her in the future! -

Engagement photos
Destinee is absolutely amazing when it comes to making you feel comfortable during your photo session! My fiancé and I had a photo shoot at the Boston commons for our engagement photos, but that was not our usual comfort zone. Knowing so, Destinee offered to do another session with us somewhere more comfortable for us, and of course every photo came out amazing. We have hired her for our wedding and I can not wait! She is such an easy person to talk to and get along with and she makes sure you’re nothing but comfortable! -

Best NH Photographer!
Every single photo was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t be happier with our choice for our backyard wedding. Destinee is professional and super creative, some of the pictures look like they should be in a magazine! Destinee was such a pleasure to work with. I was going to have my wedding at a venue but once the pandemic came around, my husband and I decided to do a backyard wedding. I absolutely love my wedding photos. Destinee made my day that much more special with her skills in photography. I loved every single photo from my gallery. She was so fun and friendly to work with. Destinee did our engagement photos in the middle of a snow storm! She decided to have us meet at a greenhouse to do some greenery shots, and then some more outside. What a great idea! They came out beautifully!! -

Destinee of Sapien Photography is a class act. It is obvious from her first contact with clients that she loves her job and wants to exceed all expectations. She did just that for Joe and I. She took the time to get to know us even discussing our colors, as I was undecided. Her input on how the colors would appear in photos was spot on. For our engagement photos she drove 2 hours north to photograph us at a stunning covered bridge, knowing that those are something we share a love for. During that shoot she looked outside the box, getting right down on the rocks of the river to take the most stunning photographs that far exceeded our expectations.
On our wedding day her second shooter took some stunning shots of Joe getting ready and Destinee focused on myself and the girls. She was a calming influence, fun, relaxed, creative and ever so talented! The blog of our wedding sneak peak from June 29th tells a story that we will treasure and highlights precious moments. We are so eager to see the final shots in entirety. She is an artist and an amazing individual! -

Exactly what I wanted
Sapien Photography will not disappoint you. I unfortunately let a family member convince me in using another photographer for my wedding and I wish I had hired Destinee. Her level of professionalism, dedication to the perfect shot and editing style is just gorgeous. I am lucky enough to have had her as a guest at my wedding where she took a few photos as a wedding gift, and let me tell you, THESE ARE THE ONES IN FRAMES ON MY WALLS!!! I absolutely love her work, her prices are competitive and more reasonable than many photographers out there (you can find them on her website, she does wedding packages that include engagement sessions,etc). The few times she has been behind the camera for me, it has been a blast. She is charming, funny and keeps the shoot rolling. I recommend her to everyone I know and will continue to do so! -
