Amazing experience
Lily Bruns was amazing to work with!!! We had so many date changes and a million questions (I personally felt like I was being annoying) but I wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and she was always right on it and even hopped on calls with me and always kept me in the loop. She made this process easy and stress free and I would recommend coordinating with her over and over again! 10/10 experience.

2027 Bride w/ The Best Destify Wedding Planner
Ashley Sandman has been absolutely amazing throughout our wedding planning process! From the very beginning, she has been patient, responsive, and so helpful with every single question I’ve had—and trust me, I’ve had plenty! She has even taken the time to respond later in the evening just to make sure my questions were answered.
What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and patience with me as I changed hotels more than once trying to find the perfect resort and venue for our wedding. She never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking for too much. Instead, she continued providing options, answering questions, and giving us the information we needed to make the best decision.
Finding the right hotel and wedding venue was one of the biggest things I was stressing about, and Ashley truly took so much of that stress off of us. We finally found the perfect place for our wedding, and I’m so grateful to have had her helping us through the process.
If you’re planning a destination wedding and want someone who is patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful, I definitely recommend Ashley. She has made this part of our wedding planning experience so much easier, and we couldn’t be happier!

Amazing Assistance!
My partner and I were booking a reservation with the help of Brandie. She answered all questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant the entire experience. When the booking system wasn’t working, Brandie communicated that and Holly stepped in swiftly to help solve the problem. Both worked together to create the reservation within minutes. I was very pleased with how quickly and smoothly everything went.

I was worried about a last-minute change I needed to make to my reservation and was afraid it might result in cancellation fees or additional charges. Fernando promptly put my mind at ease by confirming that a name change could be made at no extra cost.

I needed to change the name of one of the travelers in my room, but when I tried to make the change through the website, I was being charged an extra fee. Since I needed the change to be free, I called Guest Services and Fernando was incredibly empathetic and kind. He understood exactly what I needed and went the extra mile by contacting the resort directly to get the name changed at no additional cost.
This is exactly the kind of customer service every company should have. Thank you so much Fernando!

After booking my four night stay via the link by Destiny for my cousins wedding, I noticed (within 10’ of my booking) that I could have booked the same room via the resorts website for a lower price??!?

Booking was easy. I researched a lot to be able to send price match screenshots of other competitors prices. The next day after I sent the price match request, it was approved. Daniela was the representative who helped me through handling the price match. She was a rock star and responded in a prompt manner and helped with any questions I had. She made booking something that’s thousands of dollar easier for me and alleviated some anxiety I had about the process. I highly recommend working with Daniela if you get the chance.

Amazing Service and Super Helpful!!
Destination planning felt overwhelming until I found Destify and Michelle Gipsh. They helped me every step of the way. My sales specialist (Michelle specifically) was super helpful and gave advice, experience, and new ideas. If I felt lost or confused she helped me and answered all of my questions very quickly.
