Helen has been absolutely phenomenal throughout my experience booking with Destify. She first helped me book my mother-in-law’s reservation, and the entire process was so smooth and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond, and I appreciated her help more than she knows.
On top of that, she also helped me book transportation for my wedding celebration. As the bride, I have so many things on my plate, and transportation completely slipped my mind. The moment I reached out to Helen, she immediately stepped in, guided me through everything, and completely took that burden off my shoulders.
Her customer service has been amazing from start to finish. She has been kind, patient, helpful, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. She honestly has been a lifesaver, and thanks to her, I no longer have to worry about transportation because everything has been taken care of perfectly.
I truly can’t rave enough about Helen. She was an absolute joy to work with, and I’m so grateful for all of her help. Thank you again, Helen!

Exceptional customer service
The process of selecting the rooms on the destify site is extremely easy and they make the payment process very easy. I booked 3 rooms for my family and even ended up having to cancel one of the rooms last minute because of a medical issue. Helen helped out immensely, first we thought about changing the names of the guest in the room but couldn’t find anyone that could go or needed a room, so she then helped us get a refund minus the deposit. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We Found Our Dream Wedding Venue!
My fiancé and I knew we wanted a beach wedding. After hours of research, I stumbled across Destify. We found the perfect resort for our wedding day and to celebrate with family and friends. From there everything has been so smooth and easy! Candis Rodriguez has been extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect venue and wedding package that suited our needs. The best part is they offer templates for your wedding website, where your guests can book their rooms directly through Destify. Best decision ever made .
We used Destify to plan our wedding in Mexico. We had Jasmine, help us with everything. Jasmine has strong communication, quick responses, and was easy to connect with. She understood what we wanted, helped us navigate, and get everything squared away. Jasmine has by far exceeded our expectations.
We had asked all ours guests 30+ of them of what they thought of the wedding website, the booking process, and all the standard questions, and every single person said that it was the easiest process they have done for book out of the country before. They also talked about how easy it was to price match after things were booked, and that all the emails leading up to the wedding with information were extremely helpful. We have to agree with that too!
Jasmine had reached out at least once a month with new information and where we should be in the planning process and made sure we were squared away with communication with the resort. She was huge part of the support system leading up to the day.
We had the PERFECT wedding, it was everything we dreamed of and much more. I cannot express this enough. Down to the smallest detail was perfected. I had a vision, and they recreated, but with more!
Thank you so much Jasmine, and the customer service team my guests had chatted with during this process for making everything a breeze. Destify helped remove so much stress up to the wedding by making everything simple and laid out.

Panic turned into calmness
I booked 3 nights originally. I thought it'd be a good idea to spend the night in Cancun. Then, after what I read, I decided to come straight to the resort with only 3 days until I departed. Mariflo came to the rescue. She was able to add an additional night to my reservation, AND got me an airport transfer. Now I don't have to worry. THANK YOU MARIFLO!!! You're awesome.

We had a wonderful experience working with Destify for our destination wedding. From the very beginning, they truly listened to what we were looking for in a location and helped guide us to the perfect resort. They made the entire venue selection process feel easy and stress-free.
One of the things we appreciated most was how they acted as a strong intermediary between us and the resort. Communication was smooth, and it gave us peace of mind knowing they were helping coordinate details and advocate on our behalf.
Their website was also a huge plus. It made it incredibly easy for our guests to book their travel and stay all in one place, which simplified the process for everyone involved.
