If you are planning a destination wedding,
Don’t go anywhere else but Destify! From the moment I inquired & set up an appointment to chat, the customer service is 10/10. Everyone that has assisted me has been an absolute pleasure to work with, even my guests that have submitted inquiries all tell me how wonderful and helpful Destify has been. Any time I have a question or concern Jasmine has been so helpful & made this entire process so easy which is everything a stressed out bride could ask for. I would highly recommend Destify to anyone planning a destination wedding. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone that has helped me. Thank you!! -

I recently had my wedding at Dreams Tulum, and while the venue itself was beautiful and the staff were incredibly nice, I learned some valuable lessons about planning a destination wedding that I wish I had known beforehand.
If you’re considering a wedding at Dreams Tulum, I highly recommend going directly through the venue instead of using a service like Destify. I found out after the fact that by booking directly, you can save a significant amount of money—potentially over $6,000! Destify locks in your wedding date and handles room bookings, but you can do this yourself and cut out the middleman, which means avoiding their commissions and inflated prices.
Keep in mind that while the venue offers a package that includes both the wedding and accommodations, you still need to budget for flights and additional fees that may arise before and after the wedding. I had a few communication hiccups, including a missed call regarding an important situation, Jazmine and Alexandria did not respond.
Overall, my advice to future brides is to do your research well in advance and ask plenty of questions before committing any money. I hope sharing my experience helps others save on their wedding costs! -

Jennifer was so helfpful on helping my fiancé and I plan our destination location! She responded so quickly on anything i asked her, no matter what time it was. She was very quick on helping us get our rooms and date planned! Highly recommend -

Working with Destify was so seamless. At first touchpoint, we worked with Gisselle who helped us find our perfect destination for our wedding. She reached out to several hotels in several locations and all were within our budget. We ended up choosing Costa Rica. We were able to easily setup our website through their Destify domain where we and all of our guests booked their hotel rooms (we had 100 guests!). We then started working with Candyce who helped us facilitate coordination and communication with the hotel directly and she answered all of our questions along the way. Finally, after the wedding, we worked with Brandie who checked in on us and ensured that we quickly received the room comps that we were guaranteed for booking 18+ rooms. We are super happy and had the most perfect wedding. Thank you, Destify! -

I cannot recommend Destify enough especially for destination weddings! This platform made the entire wedding planning process so much easier and stress-free. We found our dream venue through their comprehensive database, complete with photos, reviews, and pricing details, which saved us countless hours of research.
Not only that, but their wedding website builder (Matt H.) was an absolute lifesaver. It allowed us to design a beautiful, user-friendly site to share all the important details with our guests, including RSVP management and our registry at no cost at all. The customization options made it feel personal and unique to our wedding theme. Matt H. was so helpful and always available to assist in a timely manner. He color coded everything perfectly and uploaded all of our photos just as we wanted!
We also were in touch with Destify's group leader specialist, Jasmine and her assistant Holly, quite often to help answer our questions and they helped our guests as well. They even contacted our venue when we needed some help with escalation. They were attentive, friendly, and helped ease our nerves during the waiting period.
The only downside was that the terms and conditions weren’t explained very clearly during our intro call, so I’d highly recommend reading the contract carefully to avoid any confusion. For example, read the price match and transportation clause VERY carefully. That said, once we moved past that stage, the experience was wonderful.
Thank you, Destify, for helping us bring our vision to life! If you’re planning a wedding, this is a must-have tool! -

If I could give ZERO stars, I would give a ZERO! My recommendation from a guest perspective, DO NOT USE. Sadly, the bride & groom have to hear all of the poor experiences from not just myself, but other guests as well. When a compnay is hired to help manage a destination wedding, it is supposed to be a stress free experience for the happy couple so they can focus on their wedding. This was not the case. The Destify "personalized" expereince was no where to be found. Every time I interacted with them via phone or email all they could say was "our rules are..." or "our policy is..." and in fact, when I expressed how unsatified I was, what a terrible experience it had been, the supervisor responded "thank you for the feedback!" All they seem to care about is taking your money... and believe me, once they have it, there is nothing you can do. And quite frankly, I think I could have gotten a better deal without going through them. Horrible customer service, none in fact, they could not have cared any less about working with the guests. I do NOT recommend and I hope anyone considering using them finds every review I leave on multiple platforms, because they were that bad! People are human and sometimes life happens. All I needed was to move the arrival date & departure date. I didn't ask for any refund or money back, only a change in schedule, of which the airline could certainly accommdate. In fact, the hotel would gladly accommodate, however they had to hear from this awful compnay to do it for me since I booked through them. Of course Destify WOULD NOT make any changes or contact the hotel. I lost thousdands, and worse, those individuals had to miss the entire celebration weekend. It put a damper on the entire experience for everyone, including the bride & groom. Save yourself the heartache and do NOT use this company.Destify's reply:

Thank you for your feedback, and we truly regret the frustration you experienced with your reservation.
To clarify, we were informed two days prior to your arrival on November 19th that changes to your travel dates could not be made. However, we did reach out to the hotel to ensure that if someone was arriving late, it would not be an issue. We want to make sure every guest is taken care of, even when unexpected changes arise.
When booking with Destify, you and the other individuals on your reservation opted not to purchase travel insurance. This meant that, unfortunately, we were unable to make changes or cancellations without incurring penalties from the hotel. On November 19th, Carol informed us of two cancellations, and when we followed up with a request to cancel, she later decided against it. As we explained, we were unable to modify the reservation due to the penalties, as well as the lack of travel insurance.
We understand this situation was disappointing, and we're sorry that the outcome didn’t meet your expectations. We always strive to assist in every way we can, but we do have policies in place regarding changes and cancellations, especially when insurance isn't purchased. We sincerely hope this clarifies the situation, and again, we regret that it impacted your experience.

lies upon lies, they take your money and tell you things that aren't true.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our services. From our understanding, your concerns relate to the COMP structure. During the booking process, it was clearly outlined in the Flexible Booking Contract that in order to receive COMPs, all rooms must be booked through Destify. We noticed that some of your rooms were booked outside of our company, and both Brandie and Candyce had explained this to you at the time.

Toya was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She always responded immediately and was always able to answer all my questions. The only reason I didn’t go with testify was because we needed a few room blocking options and they don’t offer it currently. I just personally didn’t want the extra step of having to room block through the hotel AND do flexible booking through them. Otherwise, I would’ve chosen them in a heartbeat because Toya was amazing. Highly recommend Toya!!! -

From the very beginning, Candyce, the Group Leader Specialist, got to work immediately with proving us with various options with information backing the options to make choosing simplified! She always responded promptly and efficiently! The whole team, including Matt H. and Brandie were just phenomenal in navigating us through the whole process, making it much easier than it would have been had we not had them to assist! They checked on us along the way and even reached out to the wedding planner on our behalf! It was a beautiful and fun experience! EVERYONE should have a destination wedding!! My wife and I had the time of our lives with our destination wedding in beautiful Jamaica. We used Destify as the company that helped us plan our big day and we couldn't have made a better decision! From the very beginning, all of the people we worked with from Destify were on point. Our original point of contact was Charlene and she was on the ball with helping us narrow down which location we would choose. We decided on Jamaica. From there, she also helped us with suggesting different locations that Destify works with in Jamaica. She helped us find the Royalton Blue Waters and it was PERFECT for us! Our Group Leader Specialist Carolina took the baton from Charlene and helped us as our contact as questions arose. If you are looking for a great company that truly cares about their clients and delivers on their promises, look no further! -
