We had an amazing experience working with Destify Weddings for our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico! From the very beginning, they took the time to understand our budget, our vision, and the overall experience we wanted for our guests. They recommended Generations Resort, which was the perfect fit for our wedding, and one of the best parts was having El Dorado Royale right next door as an adults-only option for guests who preferred that atmosphere. It gave everyone the flexibility to choose the resort that best suited their vacation style while still being close enough to celebrate together.
A special thank you to Jasmine, who was absolutely extraordinary throughout the entire planning process. Her communication was outstanding, and she always kept us informed about every milestone—from when to send our save-the-dates and invitations to reminders for our guests. She made sure we stayed on track and seamlessly connected us with our resort wedding coordinators when it was time.
I'd also like to recognize Lis Landa and Karen Ramirez, our wedding coordinators at the resort, who helped bring our vision to life. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and support made the entire wedding experience smooth and stress-free.

Our experience with Destify has been phenomenal from the start. We decided last month that we wanted to do a destination wedding for many reasons. We connected first with Lily. We already knew which resort we wanted to go with and she was able to pull up all of the information immediately. She walked us through the packages with great detail and advised us on the best selection based on our vision and needs. She then explained what the process would look like over the next year. She was available via text quite promptly for any additional questions, and believe me we had a ton. Lily was fantastic to work with.
After we secured our location, we got a team lead to manage the travel and accommodation needs for us and our guests, Jasmine. Jasmine explained more in detail about the booking link and has been available for any questions that have arise via text and email. She has been very helpful when figuring out the logistics of booking, price matching and all things travel. We are thankful to have someone so attentive and supportive overseeing the travel for our event.
We also have someone managing the communications between us and the resort. Vicky has been outstanding. She communicates clearly and ensure all of our questions and concerns are answered by the venue. By utilizing Destify, the vendors respond much quicker to their agents than when we have emailed on our own. We have been enjoying every moment of Vicky’s service.
We have had quite a few guests, including ourselves, use the price matching feature, adjust room category, email for accidental mishaps and more. There have been quite a few very helpful staff that have assisted the group thus far. All of them have been extremely kind and eager to help. Kevin, Daniela, Mariflo, Helen, and Shannon have been phenomenal in assisting us and our guests for our every need.
Overall, we have deeply enjoyed our experience and look forward to continuing our journey toward our destination June 2027 wedding! The Destify team has truly made the process significantly more stress free and all we have is excitement!Destify | destination wedding specialists's reply:
