Dream come true

Working with DHD was a dream come true, they really brought our vision to life- our idea was to have a starry night look but they gave us an entire galaxy!! They used just the right colors, extravagant flowers, perfect lighting that left everyone in awe. If you are looking to make your special day look as beautiful as you feel, DHD is definitely the company to go for! They were extremely accommodating to our needs and preferences. Instantly after my first consultation meeting with Design House I knew we needed to book them! If you want unique and beautiful wedding decor they are exactly who you need. They made the design process so seamless and with their professional demeanor they quickly became my favorite. Design House was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions throughout the process. Azizan, Laila, Nauman, and the rest of their team are truly a dream team. They sketched, designed, brainstormed, and collaborated with me to create wedding decor that matched both my personality and my vision. Azizan quickly picked up on what I liked and what my preferences were and what I did not like also. She understood my vision and then created magic! She has amazing talent and taste. Our guests were in awe of the detailed work and the special characteristics put into each event. They truly went above and beyond my expectations, and my husband and I really loved working with them!

Sorry we haven't gotten in contact sooner but we just wanted to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for creating an unimaginable spectacular wedding weekend for us!! I personally was in awe and surprise in every look you all created for each event. Each had it's own personality and elegance that we could not have imagined. We are so glad that we chose you as our décor vendor and it was a pleasure working with everyone. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us personally at the resort and helping us create these masterpieces from the ceiling treatment (amazing!!!) to the floors and to everything in between. It was truly magical and made our wedding weekend so spectacular! The colorful and bold sangeet with the gold and green malachite detailing was magnificent. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the white elegance of the ceremony ballroom completely transformed! The reception was a dream and absolute perfection. Everything about my day was perfection. I really couldn't have dreamed of anything better.

From start to finish, working with Design House Decor was incredible. Every bride has a dream of what their wedding day will look like, but it's the help of those around them that make that dream come true. For me and my husband, working with Azizan and Nauman was not only productive, inspiring, and easy, but it was fun. It's not everyday that a vendor can make you feel as though you've been friends for years, while getting through the planning and preparation for your wedding. There were even moments that I was emotional to be able to work with such an passionate team who really wanted and wished for my day to be perfect. Also, with so much going on around me during this time, having the ease of not having to worry about my decor was something I can't thank the team enough for. The decor blew me away and all I had to do was trust the DHD team and the rest just fell into place. Azizan and I hit it off immediately, she understood my vision and just took it over and make it reality. I truly can't thank the DHD team for everything, Getoar and I will always be grateful.

Hiring Design House Decor is never a question, it's something you must do for your special day whether it is your wedding, baby shower, or just an event when you want your vision come to life. Working with Azizan, Nauman, Laila and team was an incredible experience. Azizan is TRULY a remarkable creative genius. I was a bride who had a certain vision in her mind but had a hard time articulating my thoughts since I wanted it to be perfect. With Azizan's unique vision, creativity, and extreme patience she brought everything to life and really put in her 100% to ensure I was happy. Design Houses' execution will blow you away. Azizan is one of the nicest vendors I have ever worked with and her professional and calm demeanor make the process even easier. My husband in the beginning never understood why I thought investing in Decor was so important to me and when he saw it all come to life he said it all makes sense now. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the romantic garden theme, we still get compliments till this day. Design Houses' work speaks for itself. We are still in awe when looking back at pictures and how everything just came together beautifully. When you work with the best you get the best, there is NO ONE better than this team. When you look for leaders in the industry you look for visionaries not copycats who put 100%, this team is IT. There's not enough we can say about DHD, especially Azizan Ali! Azizan and her team transformed and brought to life our dream wedding by creating a magical fairy tale setting and experience that exceeded ALL of our expectations!

We didn't know what we wanted and Azizan and Nauman really sat down and took their time going through any questions we had and really used our input and flew with it! We knew that working with DHD meant that we didn't have to worry about the decor at all and we knew that if we gave no input at all and walked into the wedding venue on the day we would have still been blown away and in complete awe.

The reason their team creates such beautiful work is because yes, they are extremely talented and creative compared to anyone else we've seen, but the passion, love and dedication they put into their work and clients is out of this world! They become part of the wedding experience and not just another wedding vendor. We feel a genuine sense of care and love from DHD before, during and even after our wedding that you don't always get.

As happy as we are being married, we are gutted that we can't get married again just to see what other magic is created by the DHD team, but we will DEF work with them in the future for any events that we have! 5 Stars isn't enough! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!!!!!

When my husband and I first met with Azizan and Nauman we had no idea what we wanted our Sangeet, Wedding, or Reception to look like. All we knew was that we did not want any of our events to be too traditional or to look like a flower shop exploded. Just by saying those two things Azizan was able to walk us through several different concepts until my husband and I liked something and that is when Azizan went into designing mode. It is truly awe-inspiring watching her creative juices flow. She understood who were as a couple and brought out both of our personalities in all our events while adding her own incredible twists to everything. Every single guest was raving about every single event that we had, including all the aunties who usually having nothing nice to say. All of my wedding events were decorated well beyond my expectations. My parents, my in-laws, and my husband and I are beyond happy with how everything turned out. It truly is a joy to work with Azizan and Nauman!

There is honestly not one complaint I have I was obsessed with everything. Design House Decor did our wedding and reception Memorial Day weekend! The first time I met with them, their approach to getting to know what we wanted for our wedding was what had attracted me to them! They were extremely professional and made us feel so comfortable! They made our vision and dream of wedding decor into a reality! They customized all outdecor based on what we wanted and are so unique with their ideas and suggestions! We had the pleasure of working with Design House Décor for our Indian wedding. We initially met with a few decorators to keep our options open and after meeting with Azizan and Nauman, I was really just blown away. With just telling Azizan 3 things I liked and 2 things I did not, she was able to come up with the foundation of our wedding décor that summed up what we envisioned. She is so gifted and is able to create the most stunning and unique décor. Design House Décor will transform any space into something unrecognizable! I was able to see my wedding mandap the night before our wedding, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Décor was something I knew I did not have to worry about, because I was in good hands. The reception décor was even more beautiful than the wedding. The centerpieces were gorgeous and the mandap was dramatic and elegant. I would recommend Design House to any couple that wants to wow their guests with the décor!

What can we say? We absolutely loved our decor. We wanted something different for every event - fun, colorful and glittery for our sangeet, lush, colorful and elegant for our ceremony and posh and crystals for our reception. You and your team delivered on all events!

I may have been different bride in that I knew I wanted to book Design House from the very beginning. From what I had looked at online, their work was very fashion forward compared to the typical 'indian' weddings you see. I think if you are looking for something that pushes the envelope, you should go with Design House decor. Even if you do want something traditional, they do the decor in such a way that it still feels fresh and beautiful. I think what stood out to me most was the fact that Azizan genuinely takes interest in who you are as a couple and works with you (so you can be as involved or not involved as you want) and makes creative suggestions based on your wants and budget. It was really great to work with them, and we never second guessed our decision. They are truly talented and I would definitely recommend them to any bride who wants a wedding with beautiful decor!

My husband and I used design house for our wedding and we were blown away! The work exceeded our expectations. The flowers, draping and my cake was outstanding! The staff was extremely flexible and accommodating, oh and veryyyyy sweet as well! We felt as if we were part of there family not just another client! They helped put our minds at easy each step of the way!!! We are so happy we used them! We have recommend all of our family members and friends use them as well! Truly worth every single penny! I do not even know where to begin in describing just how great Design House Décor is. They are really taking up the South Asian wedding scene by storm!

I had researched South Asian wedding decorators and had set up face-to-face appointments with three vendors with Design House being the last. I was not impressed with the first two decorators my fiancé and I met with as they were simply showing us pictures of their cookie cutter work and lacked the professionalism I look for in vendors. We were looking for young, modern yet established vendors to help plan our wedding. I was starting to get disillusioned and thought we would not have our dream wedding. But the minute we met with Azizan and Nauman – the dynamic husband wife duo behind Design House – I knew immediately that they were the decorators we would be signing with.

Azizan is patient and can read brides like no one else in order to truly help make their big day a memorable one. She isn’t willing to create the same look over again as that’s boring to her and so she’s always pushing to deliver something different to every bride and groom. I am certainly not the most creative person and I am also not the type of bride who had a binder of images or inspiration boards on Pinterest for my wedding so Azizan had her work cut out for her. Nauman has the technical background that enables him to bring Azizan’s designs to life.

My fiancé who was the least bit concerned about décor was rather impressed and noted just how well Azizan and Nauman knew their stuff, worked within our budget and were able to deliver three distinct looks for our events. Azizan, Nauman, Hasina and Laila were all great to work with. We could not be happier with their work and highly recommend Design House Decor! – Bhavesh and Priti

Design House was the only decorators we met with live for our wedding and after meeting Azizan and Nauman we knew we didnt need to meet with anybody else.

We used Design House for 3 of our events and we LOVED all the decor. It was absolutely stunning and soo creative. After our first meeting, they understood exactly what we were looking for and my vision. Even at our final meeting I wanted to change all the decor and Azizan was very patient and flexible, and came up with a whole new look. The end result was even better then we expected and absolutely STUNNING!! We received so many compliments from our guests on our decor.

Design House is very professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend Design House to anyone looking for an amazing decorator, who is not only professional, but very easy to work with and very responsive!

I don't even know where to begin, but I cannot thank Azizan, Nauman, Laila, and Hasina enough! Design House Decor truly offers the best in creativity, quality, service, and people.

Azizan immediately picked up on my ideas and started throwing back complimentary ideas and sketches. I basically only had an outline for what I wanted for each event, and Azizan filled in the blanks with what she knew I would love and with what she knew would look over the top amazing. She immediately started sketching out our ideas and pulling up images to help with our design session. We were all extremely excited to see what they would create for us just minutes into the first appointment.

The whole team is extremely thorough. They walked us through every aspect of our wedding weekend where we would need their services. They were always open about what could inflate our total cost and at the same time they always had great substitute ideas that would save us money. They are also very open about is and isn't possible design/logistics wise. But I have to say, the possibilities greatly outweigh the impossibilities with them. Also, they are always quick to answer all of our questions, which is always appreciated.

I also want to note how wonderful it was to work with Hasina, who created our jai malas and mini rose hair pins. She is just the sweetest person and she makes the most beautiful creations. Our jai malas were so extraordinary and made such a big impact on our wedding. And all of our female guest loved wearing the flower pins!

I know my review isn't pointing out a lot of specifics, but all I can say is that they are simply the best. They created magnificent dreamscapes for each event of our wedding weekend. I really wish I had more events for them to decorate for me! We are forever grateful and could not praise them enough!! THANK YOU DESIGN HOUSE TEAM :)

Thank you so much for your amazing work ! We were absolutely thrilled to see the end result of your hard work coupled with our combined vision. Everyone went absolutely crazy for the cocktail hour stations and signage. Also, the stage looked amazing - half of the wedding ended up taking solo shots of themselves on the stage!

The centerpieces were so fun and exactly what I was looking for! I also loved the cardbox - it was such an incredible piece! You understood our vision so quickly, and were so flexible!

Design House was the ONLY decorator we actually had face to face meeting with because after speaking to Azizan and Nauman; we didn't care for any other decorator. They are absolutely amazing to work with because Azizan understands you and she is one of the most creative person I've met. She drew up what my wife had in her mind when we met her and added her professional input to give that "x" factor.

My wife is very picky especially when it comes to decorating; be it our house or even a room so you can imagine what she had in mind for our wedding. After our first meeting with Azizan, we knew that Design House is the one we're going to go with. Over next couple of months my wife came up with some ideas that we ran by Azizan and next day we would get a feedback with suggestions. Response time and professionalism is what Design house brings to the table with extensive experience.

What makes them unique is the vision to custom build an entire Mandap set or reception stage or just an isle when the bride enters. These qualities can't be bought by giving extra money to some vendor who has worked for 20 years or someone who is considered "best" because someone told you so; these qualities are only defined by those who actually love what they do and trust me when I tell you... Azizan, Nauman and entire Design House team will work on your event as if it was their own.

We can't thank them enough for the job they did on our Sangeet, Wedding Ceremony and Reception. We have gotten compliments from people just looking at pictures; forget those who came to the events, they were simply in state of shock. I would not even look at any other vendor and just go straight to Design House's office and let Azizan draw out your ideas on a paper.

Thank you so much for all your effort and amazing decor which made our venue and entire day look out of this world!

Dear Azizan and Nauman,

This email has long been overdue and I apologize sincerely for that. I have wanted to write you both for so long to thank you for the amazing job you did for our wedding. I know I wasn’t easy to work with and I had numerous demands. Like Nainesh said, you basically took an image/idea that was in my mind and made it a reality.

You transformed both Akbar and the banquet halls at the Marriot. For the Sangeet night, I was worried the Morroccon theme might be too colorful, maybe even a bit tacky but the décor turned out to be anything but and was truly an elegant affair that people will remember for years to come. I don’t know where to start with our ceremony…when I walked in that room and sat on the mandap the first thing I did was absorb the breathtaking décor.

I didn’t even notice the red carpet!! The “pillars” and the centerpiece of the mandap were absolutely gorgeous. Then there was the reception. I loved all of the centerpieces and really appreciated that we were able to reuse so much from the ceremony. The stage was everything I wanted and more.
I know I went into panic mode during our last meeting and I apologize for that. I am so glad we chose you as you exceeded our expectations. Please know that I (and the restaurant) have and will continue to sincerely recommend your services. In fact, I hear my sisters friend, Ami Shah has been in touch with you for her wedding this October! I also thought you might be interested in seeing the photographers pictures from the event. I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out but my jaw literally dropped when I saw it. We loved how the cake turned out! You all have such a good eye for this kind of stuff and you complement each other so well. Our guests kept coming up to me and saying how gorgeous the
room looked. I think one of our guests even tried to take a Manzanita tree (don’t worry, I stopped them) :) . Honestly you two were such a pleasure to deal with…thank you for being so accommodating and more than reasonable on price.

We really hope people continue to recognize your talent and that you continue to recognize that you all create one of the most memorable moments of people’s lives.

Hasina and Ramona, our wedding day was so smooth and stress-free and we have you two to thank. We were able to truly enjoy our day.Everyone talks about how busy the wedding day is and how you don’t really get to enjoy it. Well, our pictures beg to differ! We danced
the night away and had no worries because we completely trusted you girls. Everything went better than scheduled. You all were so organized and good with our guests. Thank you so much for packing everything up for us and making sure we didn’t leave anything behind.

As I have said many times before to Azizan - you were my first choice when it came to a decorator. Decor was one of the most important components of the wedding for me. Once I saw your work, I was in love...and once I met with you both in person I knew that it was a done deal. Thank you for being there for us through all the emails ---the exchange of ideas, the pictures, the thoughts, the G-chats, everything!!! I felt as if you treated my wedding and reception as if it was truly your own, and really put 10000000++% of yourselves in every detail.

Azizan - you saw how happy I was when I walked into that ballroom...it literally brought tears to my eyes. I could not stop staring at the beautiful decor as we practiced our first dance together. You remembered everything that was important to me.....every detail....all those pictures or points that I focused on in our discussions....and somehow made it all come to life elegantly and beautifully. It was everything that I could have ever wanted. You guys did an amazing job, and made the day perfect in every way. I noticed every single detail that you provided us, you really went above and beyond. Nauman - thank you for your creative mind and making our "K & D" concept come to life :). Thank you for giving Kunal company during our long meetings, and always helping to manage our budget. Laila - we received so many compliments on the bouquet and every floral detail...it was beautiful and I loved it! The centerpieces came out perfectly and the colors looked amazing! Not only was your team so hardworking, but they were also friendly, professional, and so wonderful to work with.

Aziza and Nauman are the best!!! I am so happy with the way all the decorations turned out. Everything that we discussed came alive on the day of my events. I hired design house for my mehndi, nikkah ceremony, wedding and reception. All the decorations for the events were really beautiful and different as I didn't want everyday to look the same. I have to note that the nikkah ceremony decor was my favorite and DH went way beyond my expectations. The flowers on the gazebo were absolutely beautiful. Also, DH did a great job communicating with me in case there were any complications on set up day. There were some differences from the design we discussed and the venue space but at the end of the day, everything came together beutifully. Thank you DH for being very easy to work with. I will definately recommend DH to all my friends and family!

Thank you so much for the beautiful decor at our wedding. We truely loved everything from our wedding/reception mandap, colors, aisle pieces to the centerpieces and the flowers. Everyone is still talking about how amazing everything looked. If it wasn't for you guys this would have not turned out as it did. From day one Design House was such a pleasure to work with. I was so excited after the first meeting w/ them since Azizan and Nauman were creating something working around my personality and preferences. Even after many changes to the ideas we came up, they were so patient and always willing to hear me out. They were also great when it came to working around my budget! During our last meeting, I was extremely confident that they were going to deliver exactly what I envisioned and some more, and that's exactly what happened. From the centerpieces to the bridal bouquet to the lighting, everything was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it. They also were giving me a sofa for the stage that was being used for the first time ever so I was ecstatic about that!!

Now moving on to Hasina- words cannot express my gratitude for her. My husband still tells me to this day that it was the smartest decision we made to hire Hasina as our wedding planner. We got the day of coordination service which goes SO much beyond just the wedding day. From months and months before the wedding, Hasina would walk me through everything from vendors to favors to making the entire program for the night. She worked with all my vendors and I felt like a guest at my own wedding and was able to sit back and enjoy the evening! I was SO calm while getting ready that people were shocked. It was all b/c of Hasina. The bond that we created while wedding planning is truly an everlasting one that I will never forget. Thank you so much DH!

Azizan, Nauman, and Hasina -- what a talented and visionary team. They were SO flexible (even with my constant changing of ideas). Our guests could not stop raving about our ceremony mandap & decor. The reception decorations...forget about it -- words cannot describe how ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & ELEGANT the entire room was set up. I've never seen anything quite like it. Nauman and Azizan from Design House truly were amazing. Their decorations for our garba, wedding, and reception were the highlight of our wedding/reception! Even 6 weeks after our event, our guests/friends are still talking about how beautiful the decorations looked.

It goes without saying that Design House truly has a unique eye. Their creativity excels and surpasses the competition. Nauman and Azizan truly took the time to go over many different color and design combinations. Our first meeting with them lasted for our three hours as they presented us with so many different ideas. Both Nauman and Azizan have a special eye and truly a unique talent when it comes to decorating.

In terms of professionalism, there were no issues at all with Design House. They were prompt with their phone calls and emails; but most of all arrived exactly on time to our events. They work hard and truly are diligent in what they do.

What sets Design House apart from the competition truly is their passion and dedication. We strongly recommend Design House for anyone who wants to get what we called the "WOW factor" at their wedding.

My wedding was a 3-day, 6-event affair in Baltimore, MD. We hired Design House to decorate for us all weekend long. They did a fabulous job. Everything was amazing and turned out beautifully.

The Mehindi night setup was phenomenal. We went for a Morrocan theme. They really transformed my house and we received so many compliments on the gazebo! The Satak was a little bit of a hiccup. I wasn't very pleased with that mandap. However, as soon as they found out that I wasn't happy, they immediately sought me out and sat down with me to discuss and address the issue. I appreciated their level of professionalism. They went out of their way to rectify the issue.

The Garba was amazing!!! This was probably my favorite event decoration-wise. We did a gaam theme for this event and DH really brought that theme to life. My guests were awed with the amount of detailing. The hay everywhere was a great touch. I loved the centerpiece concept! The garba centerpiece was a surprise for. We couldn't finalize it in advance because my budget constraints. So Nauman told me not to worry about it, that he would come up with something great that fit my budget. And DH definitely delivered! It was everything we were going for---unique, different, and big. It was truly brilliant. The Wedding mandap was also good. I especially liked the aisle decorations.

And finally, the Reception mandap was BOMB. People were so stunned with how it came out. It was definitely the out-of-the-box concept I was looking for. DH really brought the heat with a super large 12ft structure. I think the height of it was what made it so impressive. Everything was so expertly coordinated. I know working with my color scheme wasn't the easiest task but all the colors flowed so well together--DH really got my peacock-minus-the-peacock theme across.

Nauman and Aziza were both a pleasure to work with; very easy to talk to and very timely in their responses. Aziza is just oozing creativity and Nauman is great with turning her ideas into reality. Everything they came up with was 10x better than anything I could've come up with on my own! DH did a fabulous job and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

"Selecting the mandap and décor was one of the most crucial parts of our wedding planning process, as it is not only the most sacred place on the day of the wedding, but is the central focus of all pictures that come out of the most important day in a bride and grooms life!
Given the significance and value we attributed to the mandap and decor, selecting the Design House team for our décor was not only an easy decision, but one I am willing to make over and over for years to come!
Everything from the size of the mandap, colors used, materials incorporated, heck, even the mundane things like a backdrop, these folks happened to make extraordinary! They put their heart into their work, they are dedicated, and the end result will show on your big day!
Speaking of dedicated, I cannot emphasize how patient, endearing, and committed Azizan and Nauman are to making your big day special for you. On numerous occasions, I had the opportunity to speak to them and Azizan would say, “Don’t worry, when it all falls into place I will make sure it blows your mind.” To no one’s surprise, they did exactly that! Every element was carefully thought of and incorporated into a bigger theme for the décor. They used the freshest flowers for my garlands, bouquet and decor, the clearest crystals, candles were placed in all the right places and nothing (and I mean nothing, folks!) looked short of exceptional.
Okay, okay. You guys get the point, after looking at their website and reading enough of these reviews you know they do a fantastic job with décor. But, what else can you tell me, you may ask. Well, please know that after having gone through the wedding planning process, the one lesson I have learned is that a couple needs to think very wisely about the vendors they select. You need to make sure everyone works well together! Happy vendors = happy wedding! Again, Design House showed exceptional professionalism. Their communication, dedication, and workmanship showed through our entire wedding weekend! My venue manager made it a point to tell me that after many years of working with sub-par Indian Wedding Decor Vendors, she was most delighted to be given the opportunity to work with the Design House staff. Her exact quote to describe their professionalism was, “They were exceptional and it was a joy working with them.” As a bride who understands that a lot needs to go on behind the scenes, I was happy to be told by not just her, but also by many family and friends that our vendor selection was “amazing.” It brings such joy to my heart to be able to say my wedding was exactly as I imagined it to be because the Design House team is a down-to-earth, happy bunch who want to make your day magical.
Ultimately why did we go with Design House? Azizan and Nauman have a vision, and this gift is one worth paying for! A lot of vendors can put together décor items that will make your venue look good, but this team takes it a step further. They think about each element, where it needs to be placed, what statement it makes with a particular color, what works with the venue space, and many other things I can’t fathom…The bottom line is….you will sit with them and plan out every detail, then you will think you know how it will all look on the day of and go to bed peacefully, but rest assured, on the day of your wedding when you walk down that aisle, that mandap, those chairs, the flowers, the colors all tell a story and fit a theme that is majestic.

Design House Decor rocks!! From start to end- it was like they read my mind and gave me exactly what I had pictured in my head, and then some. I am so glad that I had my 3 day Indian wedding decor done by them- from the mehendi/sangeet, to the wedding, to the reception in New York city. Very professional, very attentive, and very detailed. Design House Decor exceeded our expectations. We basically told the creative lead, Azizan, we wanted something romantic, elegant and definitely not gaudy for our wedding weekend. We didn't have much time to meet with her in person, but she left us with the words "trust me, you will be amazed." And amazed, we were. The mandap, flowers and centerpieces were breathtaking. We talked to several vendors, and what I liked about Azizan is that she doesn't copy other designs and truly creates something custom for the couple. Thank you!

Design House Decor was able to create the vision we had so much difficulty pinpointing ourselves! They handled the decor for our Sangeet, Ceremony and Reception. They are great designers and are a breath of fresh air in the tristate Indian wedding decor industry. They are true professionals who deliver on their promises, don't cut corners, are able to innovate when given creative freedom and don't beat around the bush. There are some things that as designers they will suggest and push for, but you have to know what will make a difference to you and your guests and what you are comfortable with. With all their beautiful ideas, it can be hard to have restraint! Our guests were blown away by the beauty, quality and uniqueness of our decor. Modern decor styles can be hard to do with Indian weddings, but they did an amazing job ensuring our vision meshed well with the traditional aspects of the wedding. Highly recommended!

I hired the services for the wedding of my son looking at the reviews but after that the even is over I am certain these reviews were written either by themselves or their friends because I found them quite the opposite of what the reviews had suggested.
When I started dealing with them and make the deposit every thing was fine but after the most of the money is paid and date is approaching they show their real stuff. They think now that you had paid money and event is. Lose and you are under their clutch they become extremely rude , disrespectful esp , the guy over there Nauman . OMG she writes such email that if this is not done and if this money (no metter how small) paid by this time they would not do the decore. Just imagine it's my son's wedding and I get an email like this on minor things , I got very nervous and leave every thing else and rush to pay them , which actually was a very small amount . I was so uncertain that they will finally show up that till I saw the decor I was not sure they are going to show up . They tried to convert this happy occasion into a torture . Thank God this night mare is over .
They are the worst people one would ever deal with and for a function like wedding , absolutely not recommended .
They charge tens of thousands to their clients and have the audacity to scream at them because they think it's a few days in the wedding and now this client doesn't gave an other option as he has paid major chunk of the money already
