  Amazing experience!

  James was so easy to work with, the food was AWESOME (taco bar with birria, pollo asado), and there were no issues at all for our big day! Highly recommend!

  Flawless Experience

  James at Desert Dine and his team went absolutely above and beyond for my wedding. Everything from the tastings to our rehearsal dinner, welcome events and wedding were absolute perfection. Not only was the food delicious (brie and fig grilled cheese & short rib ravioli were my absolute favorites) but the team was so accommodating, helpful, attentive and kind. Thank you desert dine team!

  Stop searching, this is the best caterer in Palm Springs

  Oh man, where do I begin. What a lovely group Desert Dine was to work with. Every detail was flawless. They are quick to answer, open to any ideas and changes, and really made some stressful situations much better. As a planner in the space for almost ten years I’ve seen my share of caterers. This group takes the prize. Nightmare happened on site (long story short the wedding cake completely melted) and the owner of this company came out and completely saved my ass and remade it. I will never forget that day.
  
  Oh, and let’s talk about CLEAN. The kitchen space when they were done was so spotless I could have licked the floors.

  Best Catering!!!

  James, Freedom and the rest of the Desert Dine team were AMAZING!!! They catered my wedding in the Palm Springs area and everything turned out so perfect. James was super accommodating during the entire process. The food was amazing, we went with the taco buffet bar and as a latina, having good authentic Mexican food at my wedding was super important and they definitely delivered!! So many of our guests, including my father who has been a chef for over 30 years, couldn't stop raving about the food. James was super nice and really wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. I sent him inspo pics of how I wanted the buffet setup to look like and he exceeded my expectations!! I would recommend Desert Dine to anyone planning an event, wedding, or even a private dinner! I will definitely be working with the team again in the future.
