Incredible Experience with Denise!

We are so beyond happy we decided on Denise as our wedding planner for our August wedding in Sonoma, CA. My husband and I are from out of state so when choosing a wedding planner, it was important for this person to be responsive, transparent, and well-versed in all-things Sonoma weddings - and Denise was all those things and more! From our very first intro call, I could tell Denise goes above and beyond for all her couples. She really loves what she does and that is so evident from the way she works with all her clients. Denise was so responsive over email and on the phone, I really felt we were in great hands for the big day. I leaned on her for guidance on vendor selection, timelines, layout, and just her general advice given her extensive experience in the wedding planning industry. She was also super accommodating in our plans to ship items to her in advance of the wedding given we were limited in what we could pack on the plane. The wedding day itself went so smoothly, and that was in large part because of Denise. She kept everyone on schedule and took care of all logistics so that my husband and I could focus on what really mattered that day - just us and our family & friends! I can't recommend Denise enough as your choice of wedding planner.

We cannot say enough favorable things about Denise Kramer to describe how helpful she was in planning and overseeing a wedding and reception at Trentadue Winery. Her extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in the Sonoma area was essential to all our decisions. She was very insightful in providing relevant information to help us make the best choice for our desired outcomes. She was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Amazing Napa/Sonoma Wedding Planning!!!

Denise was my full service wedding planner this past October for my wedding at Viansa Winery in Sonoma. She was an absolute treasure!

Throughout our year plus planning this wedding together (150+ people), she made sure I had everything I needed. Her detailed timelines, check-ins, and proactive nature ensured we got things done well in advance!

Denise also has a wealth of knowledge in this industry and her vast network in Sonoma/Napa ensured we had both value and quality when it came to food, music, florals, and more! In addition, Denise was extremely responsive. Whether over email or phone call, I know I could always count on her and her guidance.

I cannot recommend Denise enough and am so beyond grateful for making this wedding a dream come true!

Celebration of Life at B.R. Cohn

Denise and her staff went out of their way to make my dad’s celebration of life comfortable, beautiful and easy to visit and interact with guests. Denise’s special touches to the event created shared memories for all. After interviewing several family members, Denise provided “Dad” goodies, a great number of things my dad loved to eat and drink. There were also family pictures strategically placed providing additional conversational topics.
Denise was able to keep the timing of the event perfect. She masterfully ushered us from one event to the other without interruption and with ease and grace.
The event was kept to the budget with lots of extras I wouldn’t have accounted for but made such special touches.
I would highly recommend Denise and her staff for any family or party event. Denise and her staff are professional, kind and discrete. They got the job done beautifully. It was nice to not have to worry about anything, they took care of everything. A blessing on such an emotional day.

Denise Made Sure our Dreams Came True!

Denise was incredibly helpful with our wedding process. Her breadth of knowledge is unmatched. So many things that my wife and I didn't know we needed, Denise presented to us. The planning process went so smooth because of Denise's help.

On the day of, she was putting out fires we didn't even know we're happening, which let us focus on our special day, rather than whatever small issues came up. She made sure every thing ran on schedule, and coordinated with our vendors to make sure they were where they needed to be.

Without Denise, our wedding would have been much more chaotic, and much less fun then it ended up being. I cannot recommend her services enough!

Incredible, Amazing, and More!

Denise was incredible from the start. Our son and new daughter-in-law’s wedding weekend was a lifetime full of memories, and it was made smoother because of Denise. As parents of the groom, one of our responsibilities was the rehearsal dinner. Denise helped with communication with the venue, gave advice for tips, menus, etc., and kept the evening on schedule. She even went out of her way to get extra centerpieces when some items were forgotten. She always checked in and did so with a smile on her face. Although we weren’t directly involved with all the wedding day planning, Denise made sure to include us and keep us apprised of the entire schedule. Her organizational skills needed to be tiptop because the weekend included at least 15 vendors. She did not disappoint! If there was a higher mark than 5 stars, she would be worthy of it. Highly recommend!

Denise came recommended by our venue and she was fabulous. She really has so many connections and relationships in the industry that it made everything feel so much more cohesive vs sourcing 10+ various vendors on your own. She is super responsive, and I also appreciated her creativity and consciousness when it came to our budget. The actual wedding day went off without a hitch, I didn't worry about a thing. Very grateful to have had Denise's expertise guiding the whole process!

Not just a planner, but someone who really cares

Denise Kramer does more than just weddings. She does other events as well. She recently helped plan my father’s Celebration of Life on very short notice. She found the perfect event site for us, and helped us source the food, flowers and rentals. We are extremely grateful for her time and dedication. It wouldn’t have turned out as wonderful if I had struggled to put it together myself. Everyone’s opinion I cared about said it was exactly what my dad would have imagined it should be. We felt very fortunate to have had her much-needed experience in honoring my father.

Denise is the best!

Hiring Denise for our summer 2024 wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She was kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process, making sure we felt supported and stress-free. Her commitment to helping us stay within our budget was a huge relief, and she truly delivered a beautiful day.

Denise was always responsive, making herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. She also went above and beyond what was expected, even helping us find and compare venues for our welcome party. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on — we loved our florist and DJ, and they were incredibly reasonably priced.

Best planner for a beautiful wedding on a budget

We hired Denise and picked the “partial planning” package for our summer 2024 wedding at Viansa. Her rates were by far the most reasonable and I had read reviews about how the saves clients money. She absolutely helped us to stay within budget, whether it was through excellent vendor recommendations (we would never have found our florist or DJ without her and they were 5 star vendors and super reasonably priced), carefully reviewing catering contracts to identify unnecessary charges and handling all of our rentals without charging a markup (this is a BIG money saver), or providing some basic items like mercury glass votives, a seating chart, table numbers, etc that can really add up and we didn’t really care to buy/own. Denise is incredibly responsive and always available. I would say that technologically she is no frills- there is no fancy planning portal, etc that I saw some planners advertise- but when it comes to what matters she gets it done. She even went above and beyond what was expected in our contract and helped us find a venue and compare rates for our welcome party. We had a beautiful and well organized wedding and any day of hiccups were totally outside of her control. We would absolutely recommend and if we had to go back and do it all over again, would hire her again!

Denise was super supportive over email leading up to the month of my wedding. Her details document was a great checks and balances for me to ensure we had made all necessary decisions leading up to the big day. On the weekend of Denise handled EVERYTHING. It was such a pleasure working with Denise for our wedding this past August. Denise is responsive, transparent, and has such extensive knowledge of weddings in the Sonoma area. Flawless wedding

Anything Denise was in charge of at the wedding went so smoothly. This allowed for us to relax and enjoy the day! I don’t think our wedding could have gone better and that is largely in part to the organization and execution of Denise.

Excellent Day-Of Coordination!

Denise was so wonderful to work with prior to, and on, our wedding day. She made sure that our wedding day schedule stayed according to plan, which was so helpful while we were enjoying our big day with our loved ones. I also really appreciated that she attended our final site visit prior to the wedding and provided us some helpful tips when finalizing all the last minute decisions. We were so lucky to have Denise as our planner! She was a huge help in taking the stress out of our wedding planning, and having someone coordinating all the vendors day-of allowed us to enjoy the day. Denise is an angel

We found Denise late in our wedding planning and she was exactly who we needed. With insider and local knowledge for smaller local vendors, she was able to support and take our wedding to the next level - from backyard wedding to first class venue. The little touches she suggested made a huge difference and instantly elevated our wedding. She was kind and calm and also ran a tight ship! She thought of everything and as a fellow event and production professional it was such a gift to ask someone else 'Ok where do I go next?' and not worry about a thing. She made things extra special with some of her own Waterford crystal champagne flutes for my husband and I as well as an Irish shilling for my shoe, and some Irish linen for my bouquet. She is a gem of a person and a planner and we HIGHLY recommend her.

If you’re wondering if she’s worth it: she is

Over a year ago we were searching through vendors. We saw Denise and her amazing ratings and wondered if she was really worth it, if she could actually be that good.

After having completed our wedding and worked with Denise for over a year, the answer is an absolute YES!

Denise is a pro. She has connections, she’s friendly, she’s experienced, and she is honest. She is also very accessible. We emailed her regularly throughout the year leading up to the wedding and she would respond anywhere from an hour to 1-2 days. We met with her in person many times, to tour venues, or to just chat. She made time for us and helped us in ways we would not have even thought of.

When we started planning the wedding, the question of if a wedding planner is necessary came up at first. Our wedding ended up having 140 people. I know for a fact it would have been a disaster if we did not have Denise to help us find vendors, save money where we could, think through worst case scenarios, and see through the logistics of the big day. She is worth twice what she asks. She is not the cheapest planner you will find here, but if budget is a concern she will help you to save more than enough to make up that difference. Her services are absolutely necessary.

We will miss working with Denise. But it’s nice to know so many couples will be in her good hands. Over the year we worked with her she probably worked dozens of other weddings with other couples, but it always felt like we were her only one because she gave us that level of attention. You can’t go wrong with her.

Hiring Denise is the best wedding planning decision you can make!

Denise helped us plan our wedding and our original date had to be moved 3 times due to the pandemic. Throughout the 3 years which spanned our wedding planning process, Denise was so responsive, helpful, and calming. She helped us navigate vendors, move our date, and saved us on unnecessary costs. More than just your wedding planner

Ah, I don't know where to start! We hired Denise because it was clear in our first call with her that she was experienced, had a strong relationships in the Sonoma area, and valued and could balance building a beautiful experience for our community while keeping us on budget (which was super important for us). She was also both easy to work with and a strong communicator. In working with her, she was so much more. We ultimately selected San Francisco instead of Sonoma, but Denise built great relationships with our vendors, as well as the family members that volunteered to help us throughout the wedding. Denise also went above and beyond to work with the new management that purchased our venue, ensuring that they stuck to the contract that was grandfathered in. Finally, on the day of, we just enjoyed the wedding without worrying about any of the details. We received so many compliments and we couldn't have done it without Denise!

Amazing Experience

Best Wedding Planner Ever!

Denise was very patient and always available to answer our questions. We had a few issues come up during our wedding day and she helped to take care of everything, made sure our guests were happy, and kept us on schedule so my wife and I could enjoy our wedding. Magical wedding in Sonoma

Denise is a visionary! We found her through our venue's events coordinator, who recommended Denise to us when we were in the search for a wedding coordinator. From the start, you can tell she's been in the business for a long time, she is very knowledgeable. All the wedding vendors Denise recommended to us were all wonderful! Wedding planning can be time consuming and stressful, but she helped guide us so that our big day can be enjoyable and stress-free. She was organized, professional, responsive, thoughtful, and such a joy to work with! Denise is very detail oriented and knows the big picture. Sometimes as brides we tend to sweat the small stuff. Perfect ceremony - stress free planning

We found Denise while searching wedding sites. We were looking for someone to help us plan our elopement in California (from Atlanta.) She was very responsive right from the start, so we decided to meet with her 5 months before our wedding to find the right site. After a few questions, she took us to 3 equally lovely, but different sites. We settled on BR Cohn's Oak Tree Grove. Right from the beginning Denise set us up with hair/makeup (The Powder Room). Musical Heart Strings, the officiant, the florist, and transportation (Sac Town Vintage). She made the introductions between us and the vendors, and oversaw the emails. Denise knows what is going on and what works. When I emailed her a few days before the ceremony asking for a rose petal path, she was "on it." When she found out that BR Cohn had booked a wedding the same day as ours, she navigated it so we never saw or heard the other wedding. She arranged the delicious cake and BRCohn wine for us to have at our ceremony. Denise is the consummate professional. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our time before the wedding feeling stress-free and knowing everything was going to be perfect... and it was. Denise will plan it all for you... don't you worry. She knows what works, she knows who is the best, and she is the best!

Incredible Planner for a Perfect Day

If you are looking for someone who is incredibly attentive to your needs and makes you feel completely at ease... look no further, Denise is your person.

From our first interaction, I knew based on Denise's warm and thorough response to my inquiry that she would be a perfect fit. Our wedding was non-traditional in that it was a "Progressive" day as Denise termed it. We went to 4 different locations throughout the day, which can present many challenges of herding guests to each venue, ensuring timeliness and also transporting decorative items for each varying space.

Denise and her associate helped to make our day perfect. She kept our guests, and most importantly my husband on time. The day ran flawlessly. I cannot thank Denise enough for helping to provide me with suggestions of vendors (Musical Heart Strings for ceremony music, Katie Donaghy with Whimsy! Hair & Makeup design, Tori Patocchi Floral Design, Pure Luxury for Transportation and AMS for DJ).

Denise helped to take the complicated/ stressful parts away from me so that I could truly focus on our special day. I cannot recommend or thank her enough!

Hiring Denise Kramer as your wedding planner is the best wedding gift you can give yourself! We were just married on 10/6/18 in Sonoma. Denise planned our entire event schedule, and seamlessly coordinated everything with us from our home in Phoenix. She earned our complete trust! Our wedding was magical and a huge success; all our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended!

Denise made a number of great recommendations during the planning, which we went with; they made the event better than we had hoped! She coordinates and supervises all the vendor activity for you, from initial vendor interviews, to wedding day deliveries, to after the wedding pick-ups. Denise went with us on all our visits to meet vendors. She had an agenda and schedule for each day, which made our wedding “homework” very easy. We leaned heavily on her advice, and were extremely happy with all our choices. Her planning and guidance made our experience stress-free, worry-free, and a true pleasure!

Having Denise there on the wedding day made all the difference for us. She puts together a master timeline for the wedding week, including a detailed timeline for the wedding ceremony and reception, insuring no surprises or running out of time for any part of the event. The timeline is coordinated with the vendors and everyone works off this schedule. All these plans made a huge difference for us the day of the wedding, as we didn’t have to think of anything except to enjoy our wedding!

It was such a pleasure having the services of Denise and her staff this past weekend as I married my husband at Parker's Resort in Guerneville.

I hired Denise for her "month of" package and she went well above and beyond that, taking trips to the venue over a year in advance with us and coordinating all of rentals and planning throughout the course of the year leading up to the event.

Denise offered her support, professional advice, and cost saving suggestions throughout. Anything I asked for, Denise and her team were there to accommodate.

Denise even went out of her way to pick up our linen rentals directly saving us the delivery fee. Denise and her team set everything up at the venue and made everything flawless. Whenever I asked her a question during planning or day of she had already taken care of it. She was always two steps ahead.

I work in marketing and event planning, so to work with someone like me, I know can be difficult as I have high expectations and I know what I want and how I want it to go. Denise anticipated our needs and met each request with kindness. Even when our florist needed a little extra set-up time, Denise and her entire team arrived early to get the tables up to accommodate and didn't ask for any additional fee for her time.

At the end of the night there was some miscommunication with our caterer over bussing and taking things off the table. When I spoke with Denise I asked her if her and her team could handle it and I would gladly pay extra for the service. She agreed with a smile and never charged me a thing.

I can't thank Denise enough for her services at our wedding and making it the best event ever. She was kind, professional, and in constant coordination with all key players. Any couple would be lucky to have Denise help plan or coordinate their wedding.

I would give Denise ten stars if I could! We live in Texas but wanted to have a wine country wedding. It was a little overwhelming to be so far away from all the details, but Denise helped us make our perfect day happen in August 2018. She even helped us plan two trips to wine country (and spent all weekend with us on both occasions) prior to the wedding and set us up with numerous appointments with venues and vendors to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Denise was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered her professional opinion when we needed it, but always listened to what WE wanted first and foremost. She was very flexible with our ever-changing wants and needs and patiently answered all our questions. I wanted the wedding planning process (and day-of!!) to be a stress-free as possible, and Denise made that happen. And in the end, our wedding day was perfect!! We hired Denise as our wedding planner for our wedding at St. Francis Winery & Vineyards. She came highly recommended from out venue and after a detailed interview, it was clear Denise was prepared for anything that might come our way. Denise was worth every penny and we could not have pulled off our big day without her. She worked with us for a year as we worked to solidify our vision of the event and hire vendors from caterers to florists to even picking out the china and glassware for the dinner tables. Denise is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever worked with and ensured we had an answer to our questions often within minutes of sending an email and certainly always within 12 hours. Our rehearsal and big day were flawlessly executed and incredibly memorable because of all of Denise’s work. Aside from her responsiveness, my favorite thing about working with Denise was her knowledge of many smaller scale vendors and openness to letting us go in any direction we desired and advising us on many cost saving opportunities, such as booking a florist and cake vendor that run out-of-home businesses and were able to deliver above and beyond competitors. Denise was an outstanding wedding planner. Our wedding was at the St. Francis Winery. The ceremony was outside at the vineyards with the mountains in the background. We had a wonderful dinner outdoors on long rustic tables lit by candles in hurricanes, twinkly lights and stars. Denise recommended wonderful vendors. The florist, caterer and furniture rental company were all excellent. Denise was extremely organized and dependable. She has the capability to show attention to the overview as well as the detail. Working with Denise was an incredible experience. She has an in-depth knowledge of the industry from many angles. She is a problem solver and is very flexible. I was having a not-too-small but not-so-big wedding for about 40 people. Denise had her special small wedding package which was so perfect and most suitable for us. Although I thought the size of my wedding was not small enough for her package, she has given me a lot of choices and created the best package plan for my wedding. Our wedding was under a bit difficult situation that my husband and I are originally from Japan, and all our families and friends are invited from Japan so we had to do our rehearsal on that day of wedding, and they do not speak English. However, Denise's hospitality, kindness, and professionalism really put everything perfectly together and everyone ended up saying it was the best wedding they have attended. She replied to my email right away when I needed to ask her something, and I knew that she had other weddings going on but she was always there for me, and really made me feel special. I am so glad that I met her, cannot appreciate in words how lucky and happy I am to had her for my wedding!!!

We had great wedding party with Denise!! She was very kind and paid attention to every single detail. I do recommend my friends as well as other foreigners who are potentially thinking to have wedding party in Sonoma or Napa area. We are original from Japan. I am the mother of two daughters who were married within 4 months of each other. Both girls live out of the area so most of the planning fell on me. I am so glad I found Denise.

She was a wealth of information at the beginning planning stages and so wonderful to work with throughout the process. Creative, inspired, and always up for a challenge, Denise helped to make the process fun. Fully engaged and collaborative during the months leading up to the wedding with wonderful ideas and a great complilation of quality vendors.

Denise is an amazing wedding coordinator and she did such a wonderful job at our wedding in Healdsburg a few weeks ago. Our wedding was perfect and Denise made sure that I never had to worry about anything. I love that she recycles wedding favors, candles, and accessories that she has collected over the years to help you save money, and in turn, I was happy to give her my candles so that other brides can enjoy the savings.

From the time that I met her almost a year ago, until the wedding, Denise was always in communication and incredibly responsive. She is probably the most responsive person I've ever met and will respond to your email right away. I can't thank Denise enough for being there the whole way through and being so amazing to work with. I definitely recommend her, do not hesitate!

We would not have survived without Denise. She found savings where savings could be found, she was responsive whever and whatever we asked her and above all she was patient and honest through the entire process. I doubt any review I could write could fully capture the amazing-ness of Denise Kramer and her talent, connections to kind & amazing wedding vendors, generous spirit, and passion for what she does. Not only is she an amazing wedding planner/coordinator, she is one of the kindest human beings I've ever met.
I met Denise Kramer nearly a year ago when we booked our venue in Sonoma Valley. From the get-go, Denise was extremely responsive & helpful in the COUNTLESS emails I sent asking for vendor recommendations, decor & design help, wedding coordination, wedding jitters, & you name it. She is an expert in what she does, and everyone in the wedding industry in wine country knows who she is and respects her work.
Our wedding day was seamless. It was literally my dream wedding day made into a reality. One memory I have from Denise from our wedding day is seeing her from afar running around talking to the lighting vendor and making sure our chandelier was exactly how we would want it. It was an honor and a pleasure having her plan my day and run the show on the so that I could fully relish in the fact that it was my wedding day and the friends and family surrounding me.
The timeline of the day went 100% as Denise had planned it, and there were no flaws or hiccups. I appreciated the fact that she made sure that everything was packed up afterwards exactly as we had brought it to the venue; we didn't have to stress at all about cleaning or packing and that made the end of our event even better.
Perhaps one of the most memorable things I will cherish forever is that Denise donated our centerpieces to those in need. She told me ahead of time that "nothing goes to waste at a Denise Kramer wedding," and she totally meant it. She made sure some of my florals went to a family who experienced a death in their family, a person suffering from illness, and a local Alzheimer's clinic. Denise, thank you for being the masterful, generous, and kind coordinator that you are.

Denise was a GOD send for my husband and I. We had a venue booked and then 6 months prior to the wedding had to change the venue. I reached out to Denise and she started working on venues and caterers before she was even hired. She is super responsive to emails (no more than 45 minutes!) which I value because I am an "I want answers now" type of person. She kept the budget in mind during the entire process, giving out tips and suggestions left and right. She is also a "no nonsense, tells you how it is" type of person, which I respect because I don't like dealing with wishy washy people, be straight with me and that is exactly how she is. The month leading up to the wedding was completely stress free, I knew Denise had a handle on everything. When the day finally came EVERYTHING was perfect. It went off flawless in my eyes and everyone else. It was SUPER windy that day but Denise and her assistant was able to batten down the hatches of our outdoor wedding. Denise truly made my wedding beautiful and I seriously couldn't have pulled off this stress free wedding with out. If I had to do it over, I would have found her sooner!

Denise Kramer is one of the most attentive, sweet, professional wedding planners out there and she's a true, true bargain compared to most other, highly expensive planners you'll find in Sonoma.

Denise was our day-of planner, however, she was a huge help during the entire 7-month-long planning process. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and no-nonsense, the latter of which is frankly one of the most important attributes during such a chaotic time! She has a plethora of contacts in the Bay Area and knows the intricacies of weddings and all their requirements like the back of her hand. She has a great eye and is extremely perceptive, so she's great to go to with any questions along the way.

Denise helped us plan our destination wedding in Jacuzzi Family Vineyards in Sonoma. During the planning period, I was living in Houston and my fiance was living in Australia. She was amazing at working across the time zones with us. She responds to emails normally within minutes, which was very helpful to me as I was working during the few months leading up to the wedding. She started helping extremely early in the process and went above and beyond to make sure I made the most of a short weekend trip to visit venues. We had not even included the venue we ended up choosing on our shortlist of venues to visit until Denise suggested it to us. Everything which she recommended turned out great, including a few things that we left completely up to her and didn't get to see until the wedding (flowers, cake, etc). Everything on the day was immaculate and there were absolutely no issues. Would definitely recommend Denise, especially for destination weddings when you need that little bit of extra help!

Denise was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding this past May at B.R. Cohn Winery. She is extremely responsive and organized - she promptly responded to all inquiries and dealt with all other vendors for us. We used her full service planning as we are located in Chicago. I cannot tell you how easy she made everything for us. She also had great ideas and suggestions - it was the perfect day!! She also helped with our rehearsal/welcome dinner (for 70 people) the night before the wedding which was catered at a home. She helped organize the entire event - which included finding the rental house for us! Her staff members were beyond professional and helped with everything from drinks to clean-up. We highly recommend Denise to anyone getting married in Sonoma - she knows everyone!

Denise was great to work with! She coordinated our small destination wedding at BR Cohn Winery. Denise was very helpful even before we had a signed contract with her. She contacted a photographer and booked an engagement photo session for us. She also booked a professional makeup artist to do my makeup for me the day of the photo session. It was then that we knew we had to have Denise take care of everything for us. We really liked that her elopement/small wedding package included variety of services that we did not have to worry about booking such as a Reverend to perform the ceremony, a photography session, live music for the ceremony, a small cake, and a bridal bouquet. She was responsive to all of our emails and kept us informed of any additions/changes that had to be done. She was also very attentive to all of my needs the day of the ceremony. She went as far as sewing the beading back on my veil. We could not have asked for a more qualified person to coordinate our wedding. Denise made sure that we had the perfect wedding and it was truly everything that we had ever wanted and more.

We are so glad we hired Denise to help us with our wedding! She was extremely responsive by literally replying back to emails within minutes during the whole year it took us to plan the wedding. She was professional, gave us honest advice, did not try to up sell us anything and literally saved us hundreds of dollars with her connections. I found Denise while searching the Wedding wire website. I was focused on Napa Valley and found that there were many brick walls and wasn't finding what I was looking for. So, I decided to pick up the phone and I'm so glad I did. Denise heard me loud and clear and was able to recommend the perfect venue for my small wedding in Sonoma. Denise offers an elopement package and I decided to go with that with some custom changes that were welcomed by all the vendors she uses. I couldn't have been more pleased. I can’t begin to tell you what a find Denise Kramer Weddings is. We were made to feel as though we were the only wedding on her books. Denise’s attention to detail is beyond words. It was as though she climbed into our heads to see exactly what we wanted and then executed it. Not only does she have a wonderful eye for detail and elegance, she is very cost conscience and was always working to save us money. However, in saving us money, she did not skimp on quality. My son got married this past weekend at a winery in Geyserville and Denise Kramer did an outstanding job as the wedding planner. Everything went so well and so many people came up to me and said it was the best wedding they had ever attended! Of course it didn't hurt that it took place in an amazing setting, but that is certainly not the only reason for its success. The amount of planning that the bride and Denise did for the event really paid off big time. Denise worked very hard from beginning to the end with a million details to take care of, and it was really quite impressive. Denise had a large bridal party to work with and she was wonderful at the rehearsal with such a large group. She made sure everyone knew where, what and when each event was taking place and she did it all with a big smile on her face. That's not always easy to do with so many people involved and with all of the stress involved in a wedding. Without all of Denise's hard work, the wedding day just wouldn't have been so special.

Denise is extremely talented in wedding planning and truly loves what she does!!! Jeff and I currently live in Western New York, so a California wedding was considered a "destination wedding" for us despite it being where I grew up and where a majority of my friends/family still reside. That being said, she made the entire experience stress free. She was extremely knowledgeable with the area, recommended the best vendors and saved us a LOT of money with her "wedding coordinator deals." To top that, her taste was flawless. She knows wine country and was able to incorporate the best of what wine country has to offer into my venue. My wedding was perfect and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of because I knew Denise was behind the scenes making sure everything ran smoothly. LOOK NO FURTHER! Denise Kramer is THE wedding coordinator you want to relieve your stress, maintain your budget, and help create your perfect wedding!! I should know, I unfortunately had to fire two other coordinators before I found her! The first one outright lied to me, saying that we couldn't get site visits from rental companies on the dates I'd set aside, when in reality, the rental companies had never heard from her. They were able to see me when I needed them, she just hadn't bothered to book the appointments, so told me they couldn't see me on those days. The second coordinator presented me with a rental budget that was almost double the number I had given her for our entire wedding budget. She became rude and condescending when I told her her rental costs were too high, and then she sent me a second budget which I discovered was extensively padded (charging $1200 for a $700 porta potty, etc). SO, how lucky was I to find the most honest, experienced, hard working, honest, budget conscious, creative wedding coordinator in Sonoma County?! Denise is the consummate professional. Unflappable under pressure, she truly understands the pressure the bride and groom are under and goes the extra mileage needed to alleviate it. She has great contacts as well. The staff, caterers Aja & Lynn, that she hired on our behalf were phenomenal and, in my opinion, underpriced, as is Denise! Her assistant Tani was also fabulous. They were exceptional interacting with our guests, all of whom were completely impressed. This is truly FIVE STAR service for pricing that cannot be beat. I just cannot say enough good things about Denise. Our wedding was even more fun than we imagined it would be and that is because, thanks to Denise, we did not have to think about one thing once the pre-planning was complete.

She knew exactly when and where to cue us for the ceremony and took care of us during the post ceremony music to assure that we would stay warm. Denise is awesome. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams.

My wife and I hired Denise as our wedding coordinator over a year in advance of the wedding. Over that period, she gave us advice on pretty much everything to ensure that we could find everything we needed and hire the right people to make the day a success. She also saved us a ton of money by extending us her vendor discounts and pointing us to good values.

We exchanged well over a hundred emails and she met us in person about a half dozen times including a few trips to Wine Country Rentals and a full walkthrough the weekend before the wedding. She almost always responded to emails in less than a few hours no matter when we sent them, and her responses were always helpful and professional.

I'd highly recommend Denise to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

My husband and i feel very lucky to have worked with Denise Kramer. We both live overseas and felt like we were in excellent hands with Denise for our Sonoma wedding reception. Denise really went above and beyond our expectations. She's an excellent communicator and really knows this business in and out. I can honestly say that my wedding day was amazing and I am so thankful to Denise and her assistant for ensuring smooth flow, paying attention to the details and just all around professionalism and that special "je ne sais quoi" in making our wedding special.

My husband & I decided to surprise our children with a private & intimate ceremony in Sonoma, Ca. over the holidays. Denise was absolutely amazing & pulled it off in less than 2 weeks. We were married at Nicholson Ranch Winery in a gorgeous rustic chapel overlooking the valley. Denise was organized, creative, reassuring, and available to me & my family to the very end. She spent countless hours working with the Chef & winery on the perfect details. All of this on a budget! What meant the most to us.......She listened & knew what we wanted for our perfect wedding. We loved her so much, we may beg her to plan our large family wedding in Italy! YES, she's that good!

Denise Kramer was was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She always responded to every phone call and email. The vendors she used were terrific from the officiant to the photographer. The wedding cake was perfect and the music was just what we wanted. Our experience couldn't have been better. I would definitely recommend Denise Kramer Weddings!

Denise did a great job with our wedding! She was very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was very on top of everything and was amazing at coordinating our vendors. She was also great at putting everything together that we wanted as well as putting together pieces we hadn't thought of to make our wedding complete.

We interviewed several wedding planners for our Sonoma vineyard wedding and ultimately hired Denise as a part-time planner (meaning that she handled certain tasks while we handled others).

I'm so glad we went with Denise! First of all, she is a lovely person who absolutely went above and beyond (we wanted to serve fish and chips because my groom is English and she made little cones made of newspapers for the fries). She helped us tap into her fantastic network of vendors, and her strong, long-standing relationships with everyone meant things ran smoothly on the day-of. We also saved money by working with Denise because she passes discounts she receives onto the client.

One minor nit - I noticed that several of my vendors including Denise never used Reply All. My groom and I agreed that we both wanted to be copied on all wedding planning emails, and I found consistently that one of us was regularly left off emails chains. I had to ask Denise a couple times to include both of us, but we got there in the end.

That very minor issue aside, our wedding could not have happened without Denise. I highly recommend her, particularly for wine country weddings.

Instant connection! I am confident my wedding will be a success thanks to Denise Kramer!

My wedding is still a ways off, so we haven't gotten into the detailed planning for my wedding yet. However, when I inquired about hiring Denise as our wedding planner, she was very prompt in responding. She has done over 50 weddings at my venue (St. Francis Winery) and knows everyone there. Most of all, I felt an instant connection with her when we talked on the phone. She is personable, honest, and has years of experience in the wedding industry. We had the most perfect day!

Denise was so flexible and willing to work with us even when we had to move our date twice due to COVID. She was also so laid back and easy to work with and had the best vendor recommendations we ever could have hoped for. She also had some very creative ideas that allowed us to make our day special.

There were a few hiccups along the way, but Denise was able to help us resolve them.
