Dempag Photography was spectacular! Yale, the photographer, is incredibly gifted with a creative eye and his work is amazing. When I posted our photos on social media to share with friends and relatives, the comments told us that they were the most beautiful wedding photos they had ever seen, while others asked if this was a photo shoot for Vogue Magazine. Everyone was so impressed. Yale was very easy to work with, extremely affordable, kind, and open to ideas. He even helped with wedding coordination, obviously very experienced with weddings. He made our wedding day special and the photos of our wedding will be artistic treasures to cherish and remember forever. -

Working with Yale was so easy. He is professional and his experience shows. The pictures are all absolutely gorgeous! His eye for finding the perfect composition combined with putting you at ease in front of the camera is a hard set of skills to find! Amazing!!!
I can't even tell you how amazing Yale was to work with! Not only was he so easy to communicate my wants and needs to, he blew my expectations out of the water with his creativity and vision. He is such an amazing person in himself but his team was also amazing! He made my wedding day so much more amazing with his photography, photo booth, and DJ amazingness!!!!! I would recommend him and his team to anyone I come in contact with. I had no idea what was going to come out of the photos. But, was so taken back by the artistry of his expertise. When I got my photos back my husband and I could not pick just one photo that was our favorite because he produced so many amazing memorable moments in his pictures that were so amazing! He has such amazing vision and will help you with anything you are questioning! He has such great experience and will tell you what works best and what doesnt if you are unaware. And will tell you if what your thinking might not be the best and has reasoning behind it. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! -

If you're looking for the best, Yale is the one!
Yale was a dream to work with, he was able to make the day run smoothly while making sure all my must haves were captured. While Yale may seem like just an average wedding photographer, his love for what he does shines though his work and the way he works with people. I have a split family, divorced parents and family who arent on great terms, and made it a point to get to know the "isms" to make sure things flowed smoothly! We also had the Dempag team DJ our reception and it was a huge hit, with multiple age groups to appeal to, the dance floor always had someone on it. It was a blast seeing my great aunts on the dance floor having a blast!! I have suggested Yale to all of my engaged friends, if you are in need of man who can do it all Yale is the one for you. I couldn't begin to thank him for the role he played in making my wedding the best day. -

Yale was such an incredible choice for our wedding. He was so personable and kind. He listened intently to all of our requests and did a fantastic job in the delivery. Demag was better than imagined. I saw many pictures and liked the style but was still blown away by every picture we received. We did engagement pictures and had 10 hours of wedding day coverage. We also used them as our DJ and the dance floor was full all night. Everyone had a blast. -

I can not say enough about Dempag Photography & Entertainment. We did the full package that included photo, video, and DJ. Our engagement photos were amazing and our wedding photos were even more incredible! Our wedding day went by so fast, and I am so happy that we can go back and watch the video from that day! It brings us both back to that day like it was yesterday and all the amazing feelings rush right back. Do not do your day without the video! The photo booth was a huge hit, and we laugh every time we look at the pictures. Everyone raved about how fun the night was, and how great the music and entertainment was! The dance floor was busy all night long! Yale went above and beyond our expectations and made our night perfect! You definitely need to hire him for your wedding! -

Dempag Photography & Entertainment helped make our wedding day the best day of our lives! If you want to have a fun wedding - hire Dempag! Yale likes to have fun and his pictures show it! He truly captures you in your natural element and helps keep the party alive! On top of it, he is so responsive and easy to communicate with which takes off so much stress on the bride and groom. I was so nervous that we would fall behind schedule but Yale was so efficient and made sure he captured everything we asked. We had a party bus after our ceremony to our reception that he hopped on too and I'm so glad he did because he got such fun pictures from it! We had so many compliments on his entertainment services too. At our reception we did something he calls a photo dash where the bride and groom have one song to run to every table and get a picture with everyone and literally so many people told us how cool that was AND we got a picture with everyone! Yale was a blast to work with and we are so happy we chose him! -

Best guy ever
Yale is so much fun! He did our engagement pictures and both of our weddings (12.19.20 and 12.18.21) due to covid changes. Each time he has taken pictures he made Darby and I feel more relaxed and the pictures turned out amazing (and my husband does not like to smile)! When he has an idea, roll with it because it's going to be cool and you will have an amazing picture to brag with to your friends and keep the special memories from that day. He was so understanding when we decided to postpone the full wedding and just did a small backyard wedding the first time and worked with us to make sure it was easy, and as a bride who had to plan MULTIPLE variations of BOTH weddings, Yale was the ONLY one who made it easier for me. Quick to reply, willing to be flexible, working with the times, on top of the easy going personality it made a world of difference. For the second wedding Yale was also our DJ on top of photographer, and still setting up a photo booth (highly recommend, these pictures are so funny and sweet). At dinner, he really got the guests into it and was playing games with the group, he is a natural people person and EVERYONE loved him, and my family is not easy to please. I cannot express what a positive impact he had on all of our days from start to finish, and should we ever renew our vows, we know who we are calling. If you want great pictures you will love forever, call Yale. If you want someone to to make sure the wedding flows well between ceremony dinner and dancing, call Yale. If you want someone to be a great DJ who really reads the needs of the crowd, call Yale. You will be so happy that you did! I cannot thank him enough for all that he did and making our special days the best memories of our lives. -

Because of Dempag's amazing prices, we were able to afford photography, lighting, a photo booth, and a DJ. With all of the other photographers I was interested in, I wouldn't have been able to get anything but them. The two photographers at our wedding were really wonderful. My husband and I are very awkward in front of a camera but they made us feel so comfortable and I am so excited for our photos to come back! Yale's photo editing is different than all of the other photographers too. When trying to find a photographer, I felt like they all looked the same. But his editing is artistic and I can't wait to decorate our house with stunning photos. The DJ was also pretty impressive. Our group of people weren't dancers, but he managed to get everyone out on the dance floor at least once! -

Yale was INCREDIBLE! He took such strong direction of the group, captured so many special moments, and was not afraid to get dirty! Not only was he at one point laying down on the wet streets in the middle of Minneapolis to take pictures but was also stopping traffic and created the most magical sparkler moment!
If you want a photographer who will take risks, thinks outside the box, and is so incredibly fun for your wedding you want Yale!!!! -

We had hired a different photography company for engagement/wedding photos, but they fell through. My now-husband and I were left without a photographer for our wedding, not to mention engagement, less than 2 months before our wedding! My family found Dempag last-minute on WeddingWire. Yale understood our situation and scheduled us for an engagement session immediately. Our session was wonderful!! We had so much fun and we were so comfortable, I was surprised! We normally don't like being in front of a camera. We got the pictures back quickly and I was overjoyed. They are absolutely beautiful and captured "us" and the love and fun we had had. Then the wedding.....oh my gosh, our day was perfect and Yale captured every perfect moment!! I am so so grateful to have all those beautiful memories captured! My family looked at the photos and they commented that they hadn't even noticed Yale moving around so quickly. My friends have already said they plan to hire Dempag for their weddings :) -

I cannot say enough great things about Yale and his team at Dempag Photography and Entertainment!! We booked them for our photos , video, photo booth, and DJ back in 2019 for our summer 2020 wedding. Thanks to Covid, our wedding was rescheduled to 2021. When I contacted Yale about rescheduling, he was easy to reach and super accommodating.
Fast forward to this year. Yale reached out with paperwork to be sure that we were on the same page and everything would go smoothly for both the ceremony and reception. There was no question that Yale and his team knew what they were doing. The photos came out beautifully. The video is terrific, completely capturing the essence of the day. All of our guests loved the photo booth, plus they were able to receive digital copies of the photos instantly. The DJ read the crowd perfectly and kept the night going without pressuring guests to dance.
We have a young son who still naps. Yale had absolutely no problem doing photos around his nap. I had planned on dancing with him to a slow song. Literally minutes before our dance, I asked Yale to change it to “If you’re happy and you know it”. Without hesitation, he found the song and switched it out. Our son was thrilled and the guests loved it.
Booking Dempag Photography and Entertainment for our wedding was honestly one of the best decisions we made! -

I honestly don’t know where to begin. my journey with Yale begin a few years ago when we first connected regarding my wedding. To say that I loved him immediately is putting it lightly. His quick responses, customer service, willingness to please his couples, and go beyond what someone could ever dream of doesn’t even touch the surface of his quality. My husband and I used Yale and his team for absolutely everything. Engagement photos, wedding photography, photo booth, party bus transportation, DJ and entertainment, and videography. It would be impossible to pick a favorite service he provided because they were all outstanding. My wedding was picked back 3 times due to COVID, and when picking mew dates, the only thing I cared about was making sure HE was available for whatever date we decided to choose. The memories from the entertainment will forever be lifetime memories, and the photos and video we received have put me in tears of disbelief when I look at them. Thank you, Yale… for everything. We’re extremely happy with all of the services that Yale provided. His experience, professionalism, and creative eye definitely exceeded our expectations! When we were initially looking for a photographer, we knew we wanted a videographer and a DJ as well. Once I found out that Dempag provided all of those services, it was a done deal. To our surprise, we received our photos and videos in less than a month after the wedding, and they are perfect! Where to even begin?! We had several photographers lined up to speak with, but after speaking with Yale for the first time we knew he was our photographer. He goes above and beyond to make the day the most special day and captures the moments that you want to proudly hang in your living room. He flew all the way to Chicago to do our engagement photos, he changed his entire schedule when our wedding day was moved up 24 hrs in a 48 hr notice (thanks COVID), and he was able to not only be the photographer, but the MC and DJ without any assistants. If you want an all around guy who puts your needs and your wedding above all else on top of taking award winning photos we highly recommend him, we promise you won't be disappointed. We would hire him again in a heart beat. -

Yale and Kirk were hands down better than I could have asked for on my wedding day for a photographer and videographer! Picture Perfect Company
I simply can't say enough good things about Yale! My husband and I made the difficult decision to postpone our larger wedding due to COVID but still wanted to tie the knot in a smaller ceremony with just the two of us. We were looking at scenic places in/near Duluth, MN where we could capture some great shots and knew we needed a phenomenal photographer to capture the day. We stumbled across Yale's page and fell in love with his photos and artistic style - he ended up being everything we could have wanted in a photographer and more! He was extremely prompt with communication and chatted with us prior to the big day to get an idea of what we were looking for and how we wanted the day to go. We ended up traveling the Lake Superior shoreline in his party bus, stopping to take photos in various locations. He was always open to our ideas and even had some crazy ones of his own - including standing on cliffs and braving the frigid Lake Superior water with us to get the perfect shot. His attention to detail coupled with his easygoing personality made for an amazing day that we will always remember with photos we will cherish for a lifetime. While it wasn't what we had originally planned, Yale made our day everything we could have dreamed of and more. If I could book him again for our postponed wedding, I'd do it in a heartbeat! -

Best Photographer Ever!
Yale is a phenomenal photographer who truly goes the extra mile to make his client's special day absolutely perfect. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his photos, which leads to some awesome shots. It is clear that he puts a lot of thought and heart into his work. He's always up for an adventure and makes things fun. For example, at our engagement shoot, we climbed to a rock in the middle of a waterfall. On our wedding day, he had us skate across a plank to a rock in the middle of a stream to get the perfect shot. In both cases, the shots were stunning and totally worth it! His creativity and unique ideas will not disappoint you! Plus, he's a lot of fun to have around! He even has a party bus now! Yale has done our engagement photos and our wedding photos, as well as our ceremony music. We've already got him booked for our vow renewal next summer. If you're looking for an amazing, award winning photographer, DJ/ceremony musician, and party bus, he's your guy! He can do it! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

One word - Phenomenal
I don't even know where to begin! Minnesota weather put a damper in our plans by giving us a blizzard the day before our wedding, followed by high winds and cold temps on our wedding day. Our plan was to do outdoor photos. Yale quickly adapted to the change and did an amazing job with our indoor photos. They turned out absolutely amazing. He was very attentive to details and took the time to make sure every photo was perfect. He came up with so many ideas to make sure our photos were exactly what we were looking for. His personality was easy going and made everyone laugh. Yale caught some of our favorite memories on camera and turned them into a beautiful story. He braved the -30 temps and got one of the most unforgettable photos!!! He even got out wedding party outside and threw around some snow!
If you are looking for a photographer that will go above and beyond for bride/groom he is your guy!! I could go on and on about everything he did perfectly, but I would end up with pages of details! We had several people from our wedding party that commented MULTIPLE times "he is amazing. He is great at what he does. Where was he when I got married. Etc"
You will not be disappointed in his work!!! I would get married again just so I could have him do photos!! -

Stop looking and hire Dempag! Yale is your guy! He is incredibly responsive (expect immediate response), he’s a great to work with, and we got incredible photo/DJ service from him. Yale made sure everything went perfect with planning meetings, so there was no issue on our wedding day; even during a massive ice storm! He brings that party too. I found Yale using Wedding Wire and the Knot. In all honesty, I booked him without hesitation. I looked through his website and Facebook page, and I was sold. From the start, Yale was great with communicating, even if he couldn't chat, he would respond and say he was busy and would get back to me when he was available. That, for me, goes a long way. After getting our engagement photos back, I could wait to see what he could do at our beautiful venue. I. AM. FLOORED. I honestly cannot pick out a favorite photo - they're all THAT AMAZING! On top of making our wedding day go smoothly in the photo aspect, he helped to keep me calm and collected knowing he was keeping everything on track. We also hired him to do our ceremony and reception sound and everything was absolutely amazing. The DJ read the room perfectly and played a great variety of music to keep people on the dance floor all night long. As a plus, the photo booth was a HUGE hit, everyone was raving about how much fun it was. I would book Dempag over and over again if I could! They helped to make our wedding day truly perfect and we can't thank them enough. -

Yale was a wonderful photographer, I would recommend him to anyone. He captured our day perfectly, and got a lot of candid moments that I wouldn't have even known to ask for. He went out of his way to get the shot every time, climbing on furniture, running after our horse drawn carriage, and he even talked a stranger into letting us use his motorcycle for some shots! We hadn't met before the wedding, but right away he felt like a friend. He was on time, funny, professional, and knew how to get the best shot from everyone (even the ones who hate getting their picture taken.) I'm so glad we chose him, and I love our wedding pictures. I contact this vendor five days before the actual wedding day, due to a cancelation. He immediately responded and provided me with good news. He came to the venue right on time and made my Bestfriends Day! With our family being our family😜🤣, he came in and was able to complete his task by making everyone feel comfortable and beautiful. Yale is an incredible person to work with. He really does it all, he was our photographer, DJ and also set up a Photo Booth(which was a huge hit). His communication is awesome, I NEVER had to wait a long time to hear back from him. Our wedding day went perfect and a lot of the reason why is because of Yale. He made sure that we were on schedule and gathered people where they needed to be! His assistants were amazing too! Yale is the person that you need to hire for your wedding! Also his prices are super reasonable. Thanks Yale for all your great effort into making our day the best it could be!!! -

If you have stumbled across Dempag on your search for a wedding photographer/DJ, congratulations!!! No seriously, you just won the wedding photographer and DJ lottery. Hire him. He was nothing short of amazing for our engagement photos and wedding. Yale is creative, energetic, amazingly talented, and a ton of fun!!!! His photos are works of art and his DJ skills make for the best party ever! On top of all of this, he is super responsive to emails/texts (typically within minutes) and his prices are insanely reasonable. You can tell that Yale loves what he does as it shows-everyone at our wedding ranted and raved about everything he did. Yale was so great to work with! It was very cold on our wedding day (15 degrees is generous) and we received a lot of snow the night before but I was still hopeful for outdoor pictures and Yale made it happen. We hiked through 3 feet of snow to get some great shots, he even sat down in the snow at one point for a different angle and he was in jeans! Such a sport! It was so nice that we didn't have to think about things on our day, he handled photos, DJ and photo booth and let us enjoy our day. Highly recommend! -

We hired Yale to be our wedding photographer and he was excellent! He always replied extremely fast to any questions or concerns we had while we were planning for our day and he provided a convenient checklist for us to go through to ensure we got every photo we thought we wanted (plus extras that we didn't even realize we wanted at the time). Yale showed up early and well prepared at our venue on the day of the wedding and had ideas all set for fun and unique bride-and-groom photos, he saved time for some family and wedding party photos, and was enthusiastic about shooting the actual ceremony. During the ceremony he moved around and shot different views (that all turned out lovely!) without distracting or taking away from the ceremony itself. He was peppy and fun and convinced even our most camera-shy family members to relax and show their emotions during our family and large group photos at the end of the night. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice in Yale and Dempag Photography! Highly recommended!! -

We booked Dempag Photography & Entertainment as our photographer for our engagement and wedding photos, as well as our DJ and photobooth!! It was awesome to only have to talk to one person about these items instead of 2 or 3 different people. He also was able to provide music for my ceremony as it was at the same location as the reception. Yale was great from the photos he captured, to the music he played at the reception. Yale is a great communicator, and usually responds to you within at least an hour or two. Very reasonable priced! I would highly recommend! -

We hired them for not only our photography but for our DJ services as well. The photos turned out great and they kept everyone on the dance floor all night. The brought a photo booth that was a hit and we even had themhelp with videography. I would hire them again and again! -
