THE BEST experience

Michelle & Team were SO MUCH FUN to have assist us with makeup while getting ready on my wedding day. They tackled each bridesmaid, mother & me, ensuring that each of us was comfortable in our own face, keeping to our individual tastes but in a wonderfully glamed up way. Demiche kept us happy, laughing, on schedule, and even added one more girl at the last minute who had previously wanted to do her own makeup (who could blame her changing her mind after seeing all of us!). Even from the minute my trial began with Michelle, as a girl who does not usually wear more than concealer, mascara, eyebrow pencil and maybeee some blush or eye shadow, I was so comfortable in her chair. Her personality and expertise assured me that she had me; we had so much fun, and wow the outcome was just magical...the groom even shed a tear with how extra beautiful I looked. Thank you Demiche! :)

The best choice!

Michelle with her assistant Mia were the absolute best choice for my wedding hair and make up! Michelle listened to all my requests and she made me feel like the most beautiful bride! I was so happy with everything! And rest of my wedding party as well!

Hair lasted perfectly all night!

Lisa was my hairstylist for my wedding. She did my updo + styled 4 of my bridesmaids. Everyone loved their hair, and it came out perfect! She knew how to work with my curls, and curly girls KNOW how hard it can be to find someone who can do that. My hair lasted perfectly all night!

Hair and Makeup At Its Finest!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Michelle and her team. I was married in Boston on 7/31/21 and Michelle made me feel so comfortable working with her from the jump. She also seamlessly moved dates with me when we had to postpone our 2020 wedding. Michelle and her team did hair and makeup for myself and 7 other women between 9:00am-1:30pm to have us ready for photos. They were professional, clean, prompt, but still so much fun! I truly felt relaxed throughout the whole process, which is a huge deal for an anxious bride on the day of her wedding. We all looked SO STUNNING, and I couldn't give Demiche a higher recommendation. Beautiful hair and make-up

I don't usually wear make-up or do my hair in any particular way. Michelle took this in stride and did amazing make-up that made me look beautiful but still like myself. Michelle and her team also gave me and my bridesmaids beautiful updo's and curls, and they finished hair+make-up for all 5 ladies in a timely manner. I was super happy with the end result, and my curls and make-up lasted all day. Definite recommend from me and my entourage!

Amazing hair and makeup!!

Michelle and her team from Demiche did a fantastic job on hair and makeup for my entire bridal party!
They were punctual and professional, yet more importantly they listened to what each bridesmaid envisioned and make it come true! Michelle was so easy to work with leasing up the wedding and on the wedding day. She put us all at ease, and the result was a fun morning, with beautiful hairstyles and natural looking makeup. I highly recommend Demiche! Michelle is so easy to work with and Yvonne is just fantastic. The trial was so much fun and I knew very quickly I wanted Yvonne to be there on my special day. Yvonne was flexible to try different hair styles and products, gave her recommendations which were really helpful, and the makeup looked so natural which is what I wanted. She starts with less and builds in order to get it just right. She works fast and was able to flex last minute to an updated timeline and last minute add on. I can't thank Demiche enough for making me and all my bridesmaids feel (and look) so beautiful!

Michelle did my hair for my wedding in September in Boston. I was a little apprehensive about hair services in general since I'm used to having a tough time with getting my hair to stay in any particular style, or even with finding a salon that has experience dealing with my hair type (I've had some terrible experiences with cuts, colors, or perms at places that otherwise have great reviews, which I assume is because I don't fit their usual demographic). However, I had absolutely no reason to be worried! Michelle was not only extremely sweet and accommodating with her time and schedule, but the entire experience with the actual styling felt so professional and so efficient, and I immediately loved the outcome. I did a trial run before the wedding and did small tweaks after she did a first concept based on some vague Pinterest images, and even after moving things around to accommodate every minor idea or request, everything still looked fantastic. The day of, the result was even better. We were running a little tight on time, but that didn't matter -- Michelle's hairstyle looked exactly the way I wanted it to, and it stayed in place through 4-5 hours of ceremony/cocktail hour/toasts/etc., and then 6 FULL hours of all-out dancing at the reception and after party: jumping, twirling, sweating, hugging, getting bumped into... I don't understand how that's possible - and none of my hair ever felt stiff or crunchy from the hairspray at all! The entire time she was so kind and easy to get along with, and super quick to take any feedback you can come up with to make sure everything is exactly how you imagine it to be. I couldn't recommend Michelle more highly!

Working with Michelle, Yvonne, and their team was a dream! I had 18 women getting hair done and nearly 10 doing makeup - and I was holding my breath that everyone was happy because it's difficult sometimes to get it right. Well, everyone was THRILLED. Each and every woman - from 4 to 82 - felt beautiful. The team really worked to highlight each woman's unique assets and also listen to their needs. Some wanted bold eyes, some wanted a natural look, but magically the Demiche team achieved it all while still ensuring that everyone had a cohesive look for the wedding. As the bride, I had my trial with Yvonne and my day-of with Michelle - and they were both amazing. I generally only wear mineral makeup sparingly, so was concerned about having any cream makeup on my face. But their makeup still felt minimal and clean, and I had a glowing face in pictures. Despite August humidity, it's worth noting that I never got glare or 'sweat' it off. I could even rest my head on my husband's shoulder without leaving residue.

I could go on and on, but in short they were professional, efficient, incredibly friendly and just a part of the group, and so wonderful at hair and makeup - a dream 'glam squad.' Don't hesitate booking with them.

We hired Demiche at the recommendation of our wedding planner after already hiring another top Boston make-up artist and having a terrible experience. From the first conversation with Michelle, Demiche's owner, we knew she was the perfect fit. Demiche did the make-up for the entire bridal party, mother of one of the brides and for both brides. Demiche also did hair for one of the brides. Michelle's positive energy is infectious. Her passion for her work and skill was clear after both our make-up trials. Demiche made everyone, especially myself and my wife, feel our most beautiful. Our make-up was classic and timeless without being heavy and overwhelming. Michelle was also willing work modify what we didn't like at both our trials. I would absolutely recommend Demiche for hair and make-up. You want someone who not only knows how to make you look beautiful, but you want someone who has a positive energy and shares in your excitement on your wedding day. I cannot recommend Demiche highly enough.

Michelle and Jennifer from Demiche were terrific. Not only were they fun and pleasant, they provided gorgeous hair styles and beautiful makeup for a bride, mother of the bride, sister-in-law of the bride, mother of the groom, and four bridesmaids on the morning of my daughter's wedding. My daughter, who doesn't own or wear makeup, was afraid she would be over made-up, but Demiche gave her a very natural, truly stunning look. The stylists listened carefully to all of the women and their preferences. The hairstyles were gorgeous -- and didn't fall! -- and you could tell everyone felt beautiful for the big day.

I am so very lucky that Michelle and Yvonne were part of my wedding day- don't hesitate, book them now! Demiche was recommended by my venue, The Liberty Hotel. I reached out with an email, and heard promptly back from Michelle about availability and a quote for myself and my bridal party. I scheduled a hair and makeup trial, and knew within minutes of meeting Michelle that she was "the one" for me; she is beyond charming and easy to talk to. I don't wear a ton of makeup and getting glammed up is always a bit daunting for me. I was nervous about the makeup in particular, but I let her take the wheel, and like the true professional that she is, she did not disappoint. I thought I looked fantastic the day of the trial, but she even managed to step it up a notch on my actual wedding day with the trifecta of perfect hair, makeup, and birdcage placement :) And take her advice and go with the fake lashes, the longer the better! Having Michelle and Yvonne around in the hours leading up to the ceremony was so much fun- they fit right in with my bridesmaids, family, and friends that were stopping in to say hello. We all felt so beautiful and our hair and makeup did not budge for the whole night- and there was a LOT of dancing :) I can't say enough about how pleasant they were to talk to and be around- exactly the type of people you need to surround yourself with on the big day! They are so very talented and absolutely love what they do- an amazing combination.

Michelle and her team were amazing, I am so happy I hired them! I did book her almost 9 months in advance, but was so glad I did – she came highly recommended to me by both my planner and photographer. Michelle is so friendly and super professional. I got ready in a hotel suite, and Michelle and her team arrived and immediately rearranged furniture and called down for what they needed to get the perfect setup to get everyone ready. Everyone's hair and makeup was beautiful and I could not have been more thrilled with the service. Between my hair trial and the wedding day, I had changed my mind on how I wanted my hair styled, and it wasn't an issue at all as Michelle was able to nail the style perfectly! My hair even managed to stay perfect throughout the day and evening despite somewhat rainy weather. More importantly, Michelle and her team helped to keep me calm throughout the morning. The morning of your wedding day is filled with emotions, and Michelle is just who you want with you the hour before you walk down the aisle. I cannot even begin to explain how much I love Michelle Arruda DeVoe. I met her at a networking event and knew from the moment I met her that I had to have her for my hair and makeup. I went for a trial and I’m pretty sure we fell in love. She has such a calming and bubbly personality that we chatted the entire time. I was a super annoying bride that emailed her at least 10 times with questions about timing, services and what I should expect. She always answered me within a few hours and assured me that I wasn’t being a pest at all. Day of the wedding, she and her team were amazing. They showed up at least 10 minutes earlier and were ready to get to business. I had a lot of bridesmaids and they had us all finished in just under 4 hours. I have never felt as beautiful as Michelle made me that day. Everything was absolutely perfect. She remembered everything we had talked about at the trial and then made me look 10x better than I ever expected. If you’re a bride looking for hair and makeup, you should absolutely book Michelle. She’s the best out there!

Michelle! She was like a long lost family member! We all just loved her to pieces!
she was the only stylist I talked to for my Friday, Nov 13 wedding. I was nervous when my maid of honor and I drove down to Melrose for a trial, because I didn't have a plan B, and didn't know what I was going to do if it didn't work out, but the minute I met her I knew it was meant to be. She did such an amazing job on my hair and makeup, people were totally blown away. One guest kept coming up to me just to stare at my eyelashes! There was even some family drama happening while I was getting ready, and she did a great job keeping me calm and making me laugh through the whole thing.

Michelle is top-shelf the whole way: she will come to you and she will knock it out of the park for you, too. Super flexible, super responsive, hilarious, and so so SO talented. She's the whole package, and her salon is too.

I used Demiche for my wedding (hair and make-up) and could not be more pleased. Jen did a spectacular job on both hair and make-up for me and my 2 sisters as well as hair for my 2 little flower girls. The styles held all day and night and she was able to understand and execute hair/make-up according to each girl's personal style. My bridal hair and make-up was pretty near perfect! I still looked like myself, just a bit better ;-) Jen was a delight to work with and Michelle was always available via email for my many questions along the way. To those brides in the North Shore and Boston area, I cannot recommend Michelle enough. She is very professional, easy to work with, and an extremely talented hair and makeup artist. She was patient with me as I continued to change my mind about what hair style wanted (because choosing between up and done seemed like the biggest decision in the world at the time!) Once I gave her a picture of what I had in mind, she executed it beautifully. She and her assistant were on time at my parent's home. She paid equal attention to the bridesmaids, and we all felt like our best version of ourselves by the time she was done. I only wish I could have her do my hair and makeup every day! She went above and beyond, even jumping in to help us with the bouquets. Her prices were also reasonable, based on my research of other beauticians in the area. You won't regret selecting Michelle for your big day!

Michelle and her team did an amazing job on my bridal party's makeup. i went to my trial and told Michelle that I wanted enough makeup for the pictures but not so much that I didn't look like myself. Michelle listened to my requests and did the most beautiful bridal makeup for me. On the day of my wedding, she was able to recreate the look and it was flawless! All of my bridesmaids looked amazing as well! I hope to visit the Demiche dry bar for makeup and hair for future events.

Demiche is amazing!! Yvonne did my hair for my wedding, and she and Jen did my 8 bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law's hair. I absolutely loved my hair on my wedding day. I felt so beautiful, and my pictures came out great. My wedding party looked beautiful as well, and they were all very happy with their results. If you want to love your hair on your wedding day, and if you want a timeless style you will always love and remember, definitely use Demiche!!

I highly recommend Demiche Beaute' based upon my recent positive experience with the owner Michelle who came to my home to do wedding day makeup for myself and my bridal party. I selected Demiche after reading many great on-line reviews of their work and attending a salon consultation. I looked gorgeous and natural for my wedding and photos and my bridal party gals were thrilled with their fabulous looks. My sister-in-law has had professional makeup done elsewhere in the past and stated how Michelle’s work surpassed the other experiences. I didn’t need a consultation in hindsight, as Michelle is a true professional and knows just what to do while considering her client’s input. I was so happy with the result of the consultation however, that it was well worth the visit and nice to have a chance to meet Michelle before my big day. Michelle has a friendly personality and also worked very well with my longtime hairdresser and friend who handled our wedding day hairstyling. I intend to use Demiche Beaute’ again and happily refer their services to our friends and family.

Don't look any further than Demiche! Michelle and Yvonne provided hair and makeup services for 6 women (bride, 4 bridesmaids, and mother of the bride) at my recent wedding on 12/21/13. I can't say enough about how amazing they are! You will not find a more efficient, professional, or more talented team than the girls at Demiche. They arrived on time, completed their work with plenty of time to spare, and just kept the pace very fun and relaxed the whole time. For a morning that could be very stressful for a bride, Michelle and Yvonne made you forget about all that pressure and we truly all just had a great time hanging out together. They are very sweet and personable and want to ensure you are more than satisfied with their work.

I was referred to Demiche through a friend, as I was a guest at her wedding 3 years ago and I remembered how much her and her girls really stood out to me. I just thought the whole wedding party looked fantastic and not overdone, which stuck in my head over the years. This says something coming from someone who attends a lot of weddings and has been a bridesmaid in multiple recent weddings! So when it was my turn, I didn't hesitate to contact my friend to get Demiche's contact info. I am so glad I did. EVERYONE was very happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, including my most picky girls :-). Yvonne and Michelle are so wonderful! They did the hair for our wedding party (including myself!) and were nothing short of fantastic! Michelle saved my wedding! Not only did she do an amazing job with my hair and couldnt have been better with all of my hair style changes, but she put me in touch with other vendors who really did save the day.

Kleinfelds screwed up my dress and delivering my hair piece on time. Michelle was such a sweetheart and put me in touch with Elton at Dependable Dry Cleaners in Milton. My dress got delivered from Kleinfelds with black marks on it, wrinkled and in need of alterations two weeks before my wedding. It is NOT easy to find a place who will do this and Michelle really helped me out with this.

Then my hair piece wasnt delivered and I was so worried about my hair style on the day of my wedding. Michelle instantly whipped up a design and even had sparkly barrettes for me that made my hairstyle.

Out of all the vendors I worked with, Michelle definitely was the best. No one is more responsive or helpful when a bride is in a pinch. I couldnt be more thankful for her help on my big day. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is amazing and the ultimate pro!! She created a gorgeous look that lasted my entire day and she even came back just before my after party (in which I changed dresses and hair and makeup) to let my up-do down and redo my makeup. I never went in for a consultation before my wedding, just due to the fact that I was living on the other side of the country from my wedding venue. I gave a handful of random photos, some random thoughts, and no concrete ideas as to what I needed to be done to my hair... and it came out amazing, perfect, and everything that I wanted. The makeup was exactly what I wanted, and I truly felt beautiful. She listened intently and gave me exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know what it was going in!

I originally found Demiche while reviewing vendors last year and went out on a whim and booked them without even meeting or talking to them on the phone. My first meeting with Michelle was this past summer, just months before my wedding. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt 100% comfortable with her and knew that I was in great hands. Michelle was GREAT! She did hair and make-up for me, the MOH, & MOB. She arrived early, was very friendly, and most important did an amazing job. She really knows what she is doing and the best part was that she came to our venue which made the timeline of the day go super smooth and easy. I got so many compliments on my hair and make-up and she knows how to balance your look so that you look great in pictures, but it still looks great and not overpowering in person. We got married on a hot day with an outdoor ceremony and my make-up held up all through the day and night. My recommendation would be to get a trail run prior to the big day. It's a bit pricey, but you get one on one time with your artist and it gives you the opportunity to make any changes for the big day so that you know what to expect. I'm really glad I decided to get a trail run beforehand and I would not have changed a thing about how my hair and makeup turned out on my wedding day. Michelle is fabulous and you will not be disappointed.

Every bride wants to look and feel absolutely beautiful on their big day, and even though they say true beauty lies within, the right hair and make up bring it out!!! I wanted to look natural and flawless. When I walked in the door, I knew Michelle was going to be perfect. The look and feel of the shop mixed with her personality.....it was a no brainer...she had me at HELLO!!!! I gave her a few ideas and she nailed it on the first try. Michelle is unbelievable at what she does! She made me look like Bridal Barbie in a totally classy and elegant way. I honestly cannot say enough great things about my experience with Demiche. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Yvonne and in one word, they were AMAZING.

When it comes to hair and make-up, I am completely ignorant. Seriously, I’m lucky I can tell the difference between a tube of mascara and lip gloss (I kid, slightly!) So as a bride, my biggest fear was that I wasn’t going to look like myself. When Michelle got through with me, I looked and felt like a million bucks. The best part though, it looked natural. I was still me, just extra fabulous. The same can be said for my bridesmaids and my mom. They looked stunning.

Michelle and Yvonne took our ideas to the next level. They are both incredibly talented and worked with such ease it was impressive. We were all picture perfect the entire day and well into the wee hours of the night/next morning.

I would recommend Michelle and her team to anyone. They were professional, warm and engaging, and just an absolute pleasure to work with.

I had gone to Demiche to get my haircut when I lived in Melrose a few years back and I would always see brides coming in to get their hair and make up trials. They always looked so beautiful and I knew that when my day came I would also use Demiche. I moved out of Melrose but contacted Michelle at Demiche once my wedding day was set to block in a time. I didn't look anywhere else since I had seen first hand how beautiful and natural Michelle made all her brides look. Michelle was always responsive and I never had any doubts how great she would make me look. Even my mother, who is VERY picky about her make up and hair, absolutely loved what Michelle did. On my wedding day Michelle and Michelle both arrived promptly and finished with some time to spare. We had a great time that day! They are professional, fun, accommodating, and very good at what they do. I recommend Demiche with absolutely no reservations! You will be just as happy and beautiful on your wedding day as I was! Yvonne did my hair for my wedding - and it looked absolutely amazing. While my trial hair did not come as I had hoped I followed Yvonne's instructions for how to have my hair ready for her on the morning of my wedding day and it was perfect, exactly how I wanted it. I had my hair done at 1:30 pm and it was still beautiful at 3 am when I finally went to sleep.

Let me start by saying that Michelle is THE BEST! Before I found Demiche, I had previously hired another hair/make-up artist for my wedding on October 1st. After two separate trials and not feeling satisfied, I started looking for someone better...and my prayers were answered when I found Michelle. I had 5 separate hair trials with Michelle, 4 of them with a different hair style and look that I thought I might want. Each style came out absolutely gorgeous, which made my decision making that much harder. Michelle was a joy to be around and my Mom and I always joked that we wanted to adopt her into our family. One of the things I appreciated most about Michelle was her honesty. She would share her true thoughts and opinions with me about my hair and make-up style, and it let me know that she would do everything in her power to make me look my absolute best for my wedding. She is a wonderful person to be around and during the stressful moments of my wedding day, she was a calming force in the room. Michelle and her assistant had eleven women in my bridal party who needed up-dos the day of my wedding. They were extremely professional and executed each of the girl’s looks perfectly. My hair and make-up were elegant and flawless; Michelle made me feel like a princess! Thank you Demiche and Michelle, for making me feel truly beautiful on my wedding day. Choosing Michelle from Demiche for my wedding hair and makeup was such a good decision and I am so thankful I found her! I left finding a stylist later than I had hoped, so it was only about 2 months before my wedding when I contacted Michelle, and only 5 days before I was coming to Massachusetts for a flying weekend visit. I asked if there was any way I could have a hair and makeup trial, and she was just so flexible and squeezed me right in on the day and time I was available. She made me feel so comfortable, listening exactly to the style and look I wanted, and was so patient and reassuring. I felt like a million bucks after seeing the results of the trial - which she'd taken inspiration from photos I brought along. The day of the wedding, she and Yvonne showed up bang on time, looking amazing, which one of my bridesmaids pointed out was so professional. It made all the bridesmaids feel really good and relaxed to know that women with real style were making them up. We had a mishap during the hair styling, with an actual fire breaking out in the living room from one of the kids accidentally causing a candle flame to catch onto tissue paper, and through it all, Michelle and Yvonne just made me feel so calm despite the real-life emergency taking place around us. And the bottom line is I have never felt more beautiful from what Michelle did with my hair and makeup, and people kept telling me it all looked amazing. The bridesmaids all felt great, as did my mom and mother-in-law, and the work was excellent. So, if you're looking for the kind of service that won't disappoint, I would definitely choose these guys! They are so talented, patient and reassuring, and the money is money 100% well spent.

I was lucky enough to have Michelle come do my make-up (and my sister's and my mom's) at the wedding venue and she. was. AMAZING! First of all, it's like hanging out with a good friend. Second, somehow, without meeting any of us beforehand, she seemed to figure out our personalities perfectly and did our make-up in 3 different styles that captured each of us in this way I wouldn't have believed possible. I highly recommend Demiche! Yvonne, Kelly, and Heidi did hair and make-up for 11 of the female guests from my wedding (including myself) and each one of the ladies raved about their hair and make-up. Hair was perfect! Make-up was perfect! And both of them lastest way after the party was over (and that included over four hours of dancing the night away!). Yvonne, Kelly, and Heidi also knew how to keep everything chill and fun while we all were getting our hair and make-up done. All of the female guests told me that, besides the wedding itself, the time we spent getting our hair and make-up done was one of the most fun. You truly cannot go wrong choosing Demiche!

I never review anything, but Michelle and her team are wonderful. Besides the fact that they are very sweet and calm (good for a bride :O ) they really do outstanding work. I met with Michelle for a run-through and communicated a vision that I ultimately did a 360 on. I thought I wanted pretty dramatic and then changed my mind - to soft hair and make-up. Well, she is amazing at both extremes. I spoke with her days before my wedding - on the phone - and told her of the new idea. I did not see her again until the morning of my wedding and she did not require any further discussion - she did exactly what I had wanted. I contacted Michelle just five weeks before my wedding after the trial with my planned stylist didn't come jout as I had hoped. She answered me very quickly and even with the short notice was able to set me and my mother up with Yvonne hair and makeup for the wedding.

I gave the value for cost five stars even though it was more than some other places I looked into because it was worth every penny! My mom and I both loved our hair and makeup. The style lasted all night and so many people commented on how great my hair looked.

I am thrilled with how everything turned out!!

Laura did my makeup for my October wedding and was amazing! She was so much fun and made sure that everything about my makeup was absolutely perfect. I wanted my makeup to look natural but kicked up a step and that's exactly what Laura provided. My husband didn't even realize that I had false eyelashes on because they looked so natural. During my makeup trial with Michelle, she went out of her way to ask me about my vision for the big day and was very good about listening to what was most important to me in terms of my look. Demiche beaute' provided my entire bridal party and myself with absolutely gorgeous make-up. Michelle and her co-worker traveled to my wedding destination in Topsfield (nevertheless during the Topsfield fair traffic) arrived promptly on time, were very professional, and extremely nice. I had met Michelle for a make-up trial prior to my wedding to satisfy my own nerves, but I definately did not need a trial. She knew exactly what I wanted within minutes of chatting. The colors of my make-up were perfectly chosen for my skin type as well as to highlight the colors of my wedding. The make-up lasted well throughout the night. My bridal party loved their make-up as well. I would have definately used them for hair too if I did not have a family member as a hairdresser who wanted to take part in the wedding too. Both Michelle and her coworker were able to handle a large group of people in a short period of time and not once did I see a sign of stress. Their calm sense helped me stay calm. I highly recommend Demiche beaute' for any brides wedding.

From the moment I met Michelle, I knew that she would just brighten up my wedding day. Her sweetness put me instantly at ease and was a breath of fresh air, since I have been in bridesmaid situations where the hair stylists are sometimes pushy or even rude to the bride. After my hair and makeup trial with Michelle, I knew her presence would calm me down and her expertise would have me looking and feeling beautiful. On the wedding day, I had Michelle and her assistant Yvonne come to our hotel to do hair for 7 bridesmaids and 2 moms and both hair and makeup for me. I felt her prices were very fair compared with other stylists in the area. We all had a blast! Everyone loved both of them and I personally have never felt lovelier. Sure enough, those hours of preparation set the tone for the day. I was calmer and more collected than I would have been with someone less professional and less encouraging than Michelle. She made me look natural but also elegant and bridal as one should on that special day!

Michelle and her team at Demiche are amazing!! They are so professional, talented, and fun to work with. We laughed and had the greatest time from the trial to the wedding day. Michelle really listened to the look I wanted to achieve, took into account my hair texture and features, provided helpful suggestions, and delivered a look that I was 100% happy with. Her team took care of hair and makeup for me, my mother and mother in law, as well as my five bridesmaids and every single one of us were thrilled with the results. I have had my hair and makeup done at Demiche for three different formal events. I always leave the salon happy and looking my best. At the end of each night, I have been happy to find my hair and makeup looking just they did when I left the salon. I first meet Michelle when I was in my cousins wedding. She did our make up. She did a fabulous job I never felt so pretty. So when I got engaged I knew that I needed her to do my make for my big day, she also did my whole bridal party. Everyone was very pleased. One of the girls in my wedding has since got engaged and has booked Michelle for her wedding. Michelle does great work and if she does your makeup you will never feel so pretty!

A month before my wedding the woman I hired to do my makeup bailed on me. I found Demiche doing a local search. I took my maid of honor with me and went for a trial with Michelle. I told her I wanted my makeup to look simple, yet elegant. She did an amazing job!! The day of my wedding she came to my moms house and did my bridal party. We all looked AMAZING.. I would recommend her to anyone!

Michelle did my make up for my daugthers wedding and was amazed at how many people noticed the makeup .She also did my 2 daugthers hair and makeup that were in the wedding and they got compliments all night about the way that they looked the best part was the bride my other daugther she looked beautiful walking down the aisle with her dad . I would recommend Demiche to anyone thats wants to look beautiful on their wedding day and even to the mother's of the bride she will do a great job

When my sister was getting married there was only one person that could do our hair and makeup, Michelle from Demiche. She did not only my hair and makeup but my sisters, my mother and my grandmothers. We looked beautiful and got lots of raves at the wedding. I also have gone to Demiche for other services and other occasions like my high school reunion and just when I need a haircut or my eyebrows done, which are Michelle's specialty.. I have recommened many people to Demiche. I also enjoy the staff at Demiche, like Yvonne who makes my visit more enjoybale.

Michelle at Demiche provided hair service for my mother, my sister and me for my wedding on May 23, 2009. I met Michelle at her salon prior to my wedding for a consultation and trial hair style. After meeting Michelle for the initial appointment, I was thrilled with the results and felt very confident for my wedding day. She is professional, warm and talented. She arrived on-time, with her equipment, and was ready to start and finish on schedule while keeping the atmosphere very relaxed. We were extremely pleased with our hair styles on the big day. I was referred to Demiche by a friend of mine I was a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding and needed someone to do my hair and makeup. I went to Demiche before the wedding and liked what they could do, my sister that got married, another sister and mother and grandmother all used Demiche for the wedding. Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about how wonderful we looked and wanted to know where we got everything done. Since the wedding I have returned to Demiche on many occassions most recently for my high school reunion. Their professional demeanor and the flexibility to work around us were another main reason that we choose to use Demiche on this special day.

I would highly recommend Michelle. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and she did an amazing job. She listened to what I invisioned and made it better than I imagined! I found Demiche through recommendation of my photographer, catering manager and other web reviews. After searching for months (and having one very unsuccessful trial with another company), I met Michelle at her salon in Melrose and did a hair and makeup trial. I am SO glad that I did my trial because it gave me a chance to see how professional, kind, respectful and sweet Michelle is as a person- and how good she is at her job. When I emailed Michelle in the weeks leading up to my wedding, it did take her longer to get back to me than anticipated and she apologized for this, giving me her cell phone number and told me to text/call her with any concerns. I honestly felt so confident in my choice with Michelle because she was so low-stress and I knew just meshed well with my personality. Michelle did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as the hair & makeup of my mother and 3 bridesmaids. She was an absolute joy to have in my hotel room on my wedding day. She arrived, on time, with her assistant and was professional, calm and cheery. She put me and my wedding party at ease with her sweet demeanor and made everyone feel comfortable and beautiful. She listened to what everyone wanted, with their hair and makeup, and made suggestions but was never pushy. I can honestly say that everyone loved their hair and makeup and was happy with their services. I felt beautiful-inside and out- and loved that Michelle did what she had done at my trial, but to an even more "perfect" degree. My makeup was airbrushed and my hair was up, with a flower hairpiece. Michelle made sure we were all "touched up" before photos and gave me a mini-lipstick to use for touchups later in the night. Demiche's services are expensive; however, I am SO happy that I went with Michelle. She is an amazing stylist and a wonderful person!

Michele and her team from Demiche did my hair and makeup and hair and makeup for my 7 bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law. They came to the house which was soooo much more relaxing on wedding morning than going to a salon. Michele always answered my emails quickly and they were on time on wedding day- which was very important when all those people had to be done by noon! They were great! Professional, but at the same time really sweet and friendly. They made my mother (who had never had her hair or makeup done) feel extremely comfortable. And most important of all, I LOVED the way my hair and makeup turned out!! It was classy, elegant, and stayed in place from 10am to midnight! Everyone looked beautiful and everyone was happy! I would highly recommend them to others (in fact, one of my bridesmaids is using them for her upcoming wedding).

I used Demiche for wedding day hair and makeup for myself, six bridesmaids, mother and MIL. I had a hair and makeup trial with Yvonne prior to the wedding day and she looked at the photos that I brought, understood exactly what I wanted and then gave me a few options until we decided on the perfect style for my day. On the wedding day, Yvonne and her team helped each of my bridesmaids and mother/MIL choose the perfect hair/makeup styles and made everyone look beautiful! We did end up running slightly behind schedule, but everyone looked great and was very happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, so totally worth it!

Michelle was WONDERFUL! We worked with Yvonne for on-site hair and she was fabulous. I chose to wear my hair down, and her styling gave it just the right amount of polish without looking overly "done." She also styled my bridesmaids hair, and each style was beautiful and well executed (no prom hair or stiff up-dos). She was very professional and understanding of each person's unique requests and preferences. I would highly recommend her to other brides.

Michelle, the owner, was wonderful to work with. I normally wear very little make-up so I was a little nervous to have my make-up done but was also very excited to try it. I can't recommend Michelle & Demiche enough for wedding hair and makeup services! From start to finish, Michelle was so sweet and easy to work with. I had a hair and makeup trial with her before the real thing and she helped me pick out an extension that made my hair exactly as I had envisioned it! I felt like Michelle "got me" as soon we met and knew what I was hoping for - and she delivered just that!
She and two other artists traveled down to Cape Cod for our wedding this summer. They were prompt, efficient and they all had the most calming and soothing presence in what was otherwise a very hectic morning! They were not at all phased by the small space they had to work in and kept the flow of hair and makeup going with my very large bridal party.
With hair and makeup vendors, the rule that "you get what you pay for" really applies. While Demiche may not be the cheapest option you could find, if you are looking for true artists and professionals who will NOT show up late and delay your whole day and cause you additional stress on the morning of your wedding, Demiche is your go-to. And they do beautiful work. I was so happy with my bridal hair & makeup! I would choose them again and again, and even recommended them to my friend who got married a month after me! And we were so happy with Demiche that we are hiring them again for my sister's wedding this year. Lucky me, I get to see Michelle again!

Michelle did the hair and makeup at my wedding in July 2010. Michelle is extremely talented at both hair and makeup, and everyone looked BEAUTIFUL! Michelle really understands what will look good on people. She convinced my mom that both an updo (my mom has very short hair and thought she needed to leave it down) and red lipstick (which she never wears) would look good on her, and she was SO right! She worked equally well with everyone's hair, and managed to put my maid of honor's very fine hair into an updo that lasted the entire night!
I was even more impressed with just how much FUN Michelle and her assistant Heidi made our time together! They "fit in" with everyone SO well on the day of my wedding, and kept my mom and I at ease until the very end! It was like hanging out with best friends, despite it being our second time meeting! I would recommend her to anyone!

I could not book a trial until I gave the owner a $200 deposit. A week later I went for my trial and it was awful. I brought pictures and the owner did a completely different style. I told her that I didn’t think her expertise is what I’m looking for and asked if there was someone else I can work with, she told me she’s going on vacation next week and will get back to me in 2 weeks... I asked for my deposit back bc I will find someone else sooner than that and I can look at their portfolio, she refused and wouldn’t even answer my messages. Basically, they have very basic talent and very high prices. I would not recommend them
