After going through 2 dresses, I still was not happy. Walked into Macy's Bridal 34th St. Herald Square in NY on 3/3/18 looking for a jacket to put over my strapless ball gown I had already purchased from a chain Bridal Salon. My wedding was 4/28/18. My Mom saw 2 dresses when we walked into the store that immediately got her attention that she asked me to try on "just because." I instantly fell in love and got that "feeling" everyone talks about they have when they know they have found their gown. It was perfect and fit me like a glove. I was the first to try it on too. HOWEVER, it was the sample dress that arrived 4 days prior and was the only one in the store. They let me purchase this gown although they would have to replace it (would take another 3 months) to have in the store. From the Demetrios Spring 2018 collection, brand new, unworn- it was meant to be and PERFECT! Expedited alterations over a few weeks and the entire team at the store were super helpful and accommodating to make sure the dress would be ready for my big day. Thank you Macys Bridal for helping me find the dress of my dreams to marry the man of my dreams!

I’m sad that this store closed down. The dresses by Demetrios are AMAZING. They even order in your closest size so that alterations are minimal. If you don’t know yet alterations can be expensive! During my dress experience, the staff even made suggestions I didn’t even consider, such as what veil goes well with the dress and adding off the shoulder sleeves.

I am so happy with my experience at Demetrios. After visiting about 4 different salons, mom and I went to Demetrios on a last minute whim. We found out they were having some great sales for the holidays and decided to check it out. From the first time we visited through my final fitting, my experience was amazing. The whole staff - consultant Rose, manager Rita, seamstress Angelica - were so sweet and made me feel like it was a very personal experience. I absolutely LOVE my dress. Rosa really listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect dress. Before the wedding day, I had about 3 fittings to get the fit just right. Angelica worked her magic and made sure that my dress fit like it was custom made to my body! I could not have been happier with the overall experience. And the look on my now husband's face at our first look said it all!

The dress was absolutely beautiful that I had purchased at a reasonable price at the Cherry Hill store. Minnie was so helpful and very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend. I had an excellent experience.

I had a great experience at the location in Phoenix. I had been to a shop right before Demetrios and it was horrible. I didn't want to end on a bad note, so I called Demetrios to see if they could get me in that day instead of on the day I was scheduled and they did with 30 minutes. The dress consultant listened to me and found the dress that is my dream dress. I got nervous when I found out the location was closing and I hadn't received my dress, but the New York office called and said that they were shipping my dress to me directly and gave me the numbers of seamstresses in my area. I have my dress in hand now and am scheduled to meet with my seamstress for fittings. Everything is in order.

My sister got her wedding dress at Demetrios Bridal Salon at the Menlo Park Macy's in Edison, NJ and we were very happy with our previous experience. So after many days of searching for my own wedding dress, I made an appointment there to see what they had. The dresses there were so far above in quality compared to the other salons I had visited; all the dresses I tried on were exquisite and beautiful. The first dress I tried on happened to be the one, and I kept putting it back on several times before finally purchasing. The staff at the bridal salon were so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. My mom and the bridesmaids also purchased their dresses there, and I can't thank the staff enough for all their help and support. Everything went smoothly and we all looked amazing on my wedding day! Special thanks to Danielle and Kim, and the wonderful seamstress Jane!

My wedding dress was more perfect than I could have ever imagined! My dress, veil, underskirt, and headpiece were all from Brides by Demetrios. Alterations were a bit pricey, but worth every penny! My dress was flawless on my wedding day!

My experience at Demetrios in Schaumburg was amazing! I worked with Carise at my first appointment and she was great! She was very friendly and welcoming. She grasped my style and found great dresses that matched that. The store had a variety of dresses that match anyone's style and budget. They had a surprising amount of long sleeve dresses, so for any bride looking for long sleeves-check this place out! I was stuck between two dresses so I scheduled a second appointment to try on those two dresses again and make my decision. The second appointment I worked with Carise and Bonnie and I finally decided on a dress! The dress came in 6 months after I ordered it (September-March) which was earlier than expected. Because I currently have a about 14 months until I walk down the aisle, I was able to take the dress home until I start the little amount of alterations I need. So in about a year, I'll come back with an update about the fittings! I am beyond in love with my dress and I can't wait to wear it on the big day! I would recommend Demetrios to any bride!! Thank you Carise and Bonnie!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have given Demetrios Bridal at Macy's of Lake Grove a shot. I knew what dress I wanted to try on but had been to several bridal salons and expected it to be another let down. I was so wrong. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the place was empty. I felt like I had the whole place to myself (like a private shopping experience); who wouldn't want that?? My appointment was with De'Meisha and I can't tell you how fabulous she was with me (and my mom, sister in law and maid of honor). She made sure everyone was comfortable! De'Meisha suggested a few gowns and had no problem grabbing anything and everything I wanted to try on! Upon walking into the fitting room to try on, she looked at me and said that my dress was definitely here. I felt so discouraged knowing I tried on so many dresses prior to finding this one in a magazine but something about De'Meisha's confidence rubbed off on me. She was extremely respectful of my privacy, needs, wants, concerns... she had everything under control. I could go on for hours but needless to say, I found my dream dress that appointment. I walked out of there with such a weight lifted off of my shoulders. The manager, Christina was a doll as well. I felt so cared about and I felt like just a number, everywhere else I went. I cannot thank them enough for giving me that "butterflies" and "tears" moment looking in the mirror. I can't wait to go back to pick up my dress and just to see both De'Meisha and Christina. Future Brides, you will NOT be disappointed by the staff or selection.

I am not a customer of Demetrios, but I called with a problem that had occurred from ordering a dress from another retailer. My phone call was not only returned immediately, but a solution (I would never have thought of) was suggested. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful they were to someone that wasn't a customer!! Hopefully they'll still be around when my daughter gets married--but I'll have to wait awhile for that.

My wife purchased her wedding gown fro here and it was really worth to buy. She looks amazing in that gown and the gown fitting was also perfect. I really loved their work so it's worth to visit the store.

Oh my goodness the selection of dresses is so unique I loved that I was helped step by step in picking out my dress. They do realize how important dress decisions are for a bride to be!

I had the best experience with Demetrios Altamonte. It was personable, didn't feel like a factory like other bridal stores, and the dresses are DREAM dresses! I wasn't sure what type of dress/material to choose but they helped me find the most flattering silhouette (satin ballgown corset) and I was worried going over my budget. However the dress and veil I bought was was soooo beautiful for my southern wedding and for half the price because it was a few years old. Wow what a deal! I def recommend Demetrios!!

Found the most beautiful wedding dress here! It was everything I wanted! After going to 4 other local bridal stores I found my dress here because they have such a wide variety of dresses. I wanted a dress that wasn't so "bridal looking" and I found it!!! The seamstress was awesome too she made my dress fit me like a glove! A++

My daughter got her wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses at Demetrious . This was the first placed we looked, and she fell in love with the first dress she tried on. Everyone there was very helpful, from the sales people, to the alteration department. Charmaine was very helpful, and really knows her stuff. Her dress was altered perfectly. Do not hesitate to go there!

My maid of honor made appointments at various bridal shops thinking it would take a couple different stores to find THE ONE. Little did we know about the hidden gem inside Macy's in Paramus. That's were I found my dress...correction, my dress found me with the help of my bridal consultant, Anna. I tried on 5 dresses-2 were just for fun because..why not, right?? The 3rd one I tried on gave me all the feels and I knew we found it. From that point on, the manager, Rita, and her lovely staff were on point each step of the way Rita made sure I felt nothing short of fabulous with everything- they worked with my budget and expectations! Weeks later, I ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses there too! They weren't just there to sell me the dress, but were a huge and important part of the entire process. It gave me peace of mind that I didn't have to worry about the dress because I knew it would be amazing.

I found the dress of my dreams in a magazine helping another friend plan her wedding. I knew that I had to try that dress on when it was my turn to get married. My mom and I drove 2 hours and that was the first dress that I had to try on. It was everything I wanted! The service was very helpful and they were great with communication. I would definitely recommend a Demetrios gown to anyone and the Lyndhurst shop.

Amazing! Nothing but great things to say about this salon! Found my dress at the first store i went to and never once had dress regret! Georgia was my sales rep and she put in WORK that day they really worked as a team in this store while i was there I'm pretty sure every sales associate helped at some point i tried on soooooooo many dresses before i found the one!

Fast forward 9 months to my first fitting, scheduling was a breeze and the seamsterss Megan helped me, she is amazing! she fitted the dress perfectly and even made my "princess" sleeves i wanted! the dress looked amazing by time she was done with it! i could not be more pleased with the bridal salon as a whole they made my life so easy and stress free!

I purchased my dream wedding gown from Demetrios in Schaumburg for my November 12, 2016 wedding.

From the first visit to the final fitting, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

My consultant, Carise, was amazing! She was attentive, enthusiastic and made the entire appointment fun for myself and my mom. I highly recommend her as a consultant!

After visiting other bridal salons in the area, Demetrios stood out because of their customer service and quality gowns. Thank you Demetrios!

I would highly recommend Demetrio's Bridal Salon! I actually came here for bridesmaid dresses and after purchasing those here, I asked if they had some extra time for me to try on a few dresses. Anna found me my dream dress that same day! It was the first one I tried on and I couldn't be more in love with it. The appointment was relaxed, easy, and everyone there was so helpful and welcoming. Rita is amazing, not to mention hysterical. With moving to North Carolina in the middle of wedding plan, Demetrios worked around my tight schedule to make everything absolutely perfect for my special day. From the first appointment to the last, I always felt at ease with my wedding gown. Highly recommend this place!!!

I walked into Demetrios after experiencing a less than exciting experience at 2 other bridal stores. I did not have an appointment but they were able to see us anyway. When I walked in I thought this place was going to be out of my small budget however I was pleasantly surprised how many clearance/off the rack dresses available. Staci and Angie helped pull several dresses. More than I was allowed to try on at the other stores. I honestly was not expecting to buy a dress that day but I found "the one." I even cried. Thank you Angie and Staci for giving so much positivity and support during an overwhelming experience and for making my family so comfortable.

I went in looking for a wedding gown but small budget. Casey was awesome! She was super understanding of my indecisiveness and made it feel so natural (for me who hates dresses!) She found me a beautiful beachy dress that I loved! I was looking for something to make me feel beautiful and I am so happy with what I found! Absolutely loved me experience. P.S. I am 6 months out so order your dress at least a year out as they say it takes a while to come in.

My mother and I had an amazing experience there! They treated us so wonderfully and were extremely helpful in every aspect! Genie took her time helping me try on the dresses and was so kind and extremely helpful. Casey and Deniese were also so kind and helpful. From the moment I walked into Brides by Demetrio’s I met Daisy and knew I needed to find a dress at that bridal shop if only because I wanted to work with her! She was so happy and I felt so special throughout the entire process of trying on dresses. She gave her honest advice, tips and spent however long I needed to make a decision. Then, when I brought my bridesmaids in to shop for their dresses, she again was so helpful, positive and we had a great time! She made the entire experience throughout the year enjoyable and smooth. I was excited to see her each time I had to come in. My seamstress, Ruth, was nothing short of amazing at alterations and made my dress fit exactly like I wanted it to. She was so sweet and we immediately hit it off with our Midwest roots. She was a joy to be around and made each fitting exciting! We shared a lot of laughs and good conversation. I highly recommend Brides by Demetrio’s not only for their amazing gowns, but because of the people there!

The ladies of Demetrios Bridal at the Cherry Hill Mall are FANTASTIC! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to any bride in NJ and the Philadelphia-area and here's why:

After two bad experiences trying on dresses at an independent shop (we had an appointment, but were basically ignored by the staff) and David's Bridal in the area (the dresses are just poor quality), my bridesmaids and I went to the mall to recharge and discuss our options. It was the only day we had to shop all together. Then, my MOH Googled the brand of dress we were leaning towards (Bill Levkoff) and found that Demetrios had them, so we decided to go there just to look to make our final decision.

When we arrived, Marie and two other women were there and they could NOT have been nicer to us. After we told them we were just looking, they invited my bridesmaids to try on dresses. It was a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 and there were a few other customers in the store, but they had absolutely no problem with the fact we didn't have an appointment and they treated my friends with such kindness and professionalism. They also had a wider selection of Bill Levkoff dresses, so everyone ended up leaving there with a dress they liked even better than the ones they were choosing between before we walked in.

As if it couldn't get any better, Marie told my bridesmaids she would take down their dress styles and measurements and let them call to order the following weekend because that's when they were having a 15% off sale. So excellent service despite not having an appointment, great selection and a discount for my friends. I had the absolute BEST experience buying my wedding dress here. Not only do they have a wide array of styles for anyone to find their dream dress, the customer service is unbeatable. I always felt like the only bride in the world when I went in there. My consultant, Pam, was incredible. By the time I picked up my dress the week before the wedding, it seemed like Pam was a part of our family! She helped to make my wedding day perfect! I ordered my dress about a year before the wedding, and they were always open to me coming in to try the sample on again just so I could put it on/see it another time or show a family member! We enjoyed the experience so much that my mom even bought her Mother of the Bride dress there. Thank you Pam and thank you Bride's by Demetrios!!!

I had an amazing experience. Karen helped me find my dress and it was amazing. I didn't exactly what type of dress that I wanted, but I knew I wanted a strapless dress and one of the dress she pulled for me among the ones I picked turned out to be the winner. It was a hard decision, but a fun experience. I loved every moment of it and the whole team was amazing.

My soon to be mother in law bought her wedding dress at Demetrios in PA 25 years ago, and I thought it would be sweet to make it a tradition. I went in with such a specific idea in mind, I thought I would never find my DREAM dress, but maybe something close to it. Cary, my consultant found a dress for me that hit EVERY point on my checklist. It is my DREAM DRESS! She was so helpful in making sure it was the perfect silhouette for me and finding the perfect veil to match. She made my day buying my wedding gown perfect. I went to Demetrios in Tampa this morning just to try on dresses, it was my second time trying on wedding dresses (the first appointment being at David's Bridal). I was hesitant to go to Demetrios because I was scared I'd be tempted to go over budget (my dress budget: $1500-$2000), but I loved the dresses on their website. I was also worried as I am current a size 16/18, which is not always a size easy to find samples in. The store is beautiful and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 staff members and introduced to my consultant, Rose. Right away I felt comfortable and was in awe of all the beautiful dresses they had. Rose was amazing and after spending the time to talk to me we started pulling dresses. It was only the 2nd dress I put on but it was stunning and I fell in love. I couldn't leave without saying yes to the dress! And they were having a sale so I was able my dress, belt and vail and stay under my budget! Rose was just as happy as I was that I was getting such a great deal! The staff was so helpful and made me feel like a bride! Please ignore any negative reviews for Brides by Demetrios, you wil have a wonderful experience! Their dresses are truly one of a kind!

I had gone to a couple of places before this one, and I felt like people were always pushing dresses on me that I didn't like at all. Demetrios was a breath of fresh air. My person listened to what I was saying and she found me three perfect dresses. It was so insane at how perfectly she found things. I felt so pretty in every single thing that I tried on. They even worked with me and my budget. I was on the fence about a veil, and I'm so happy that they convinced me to get the veil because my husband was so happy to see it on the day of the wedding.

I was really nervous about the fitting though. I have a really large chest and my dress was strapless. I almost didn't get the dress because it was strapless but they convinced me that they would do a good job with alterations. It was the best alterations I had ever gotten on a dress. It was definitely expensive -- don't get me wrong. But, that dress never budged. I never had anything hold in my breasts that well ever. Everyone said my boobs were on point. The dress was so perfect. The bustle also stayed really well -- only one button came undone but that's because someone stepped on my dress. The alterations were super fast, too. I'm still in shock at how amazingly they got the dress to fit me.

I love, love, love Demetrios designs! But wasn't entirely sure I could commit to a dress yet. I had two other appointments scheduled the following day---and I wanted to see it all. My consultant, Raquel, was the best--she helped me define my vision--added creative touch suggestions and was an all around joy to work with. Her suggestions were spot on!

The store is a can-do type of store since they can make any alteration needed--I'm so excited that I can say, I chose a gorgeous wedding gown from Demetrios--- it will be a-MA-zing! From the management down I felt very cared for, and cared about. There was lots of joy, laughter and energy in my appointment and I wouldn't have had it any other way.

I highly recommend Brides by Demetrios!

I am so glad that I found this place after searching high and low for a bridal shop that even had dresses to try on in my size. They have a great selection of dresses, along with a range of sizes for different body types. They are also very reasonably priced, so I also purchased my veil here. Tara helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding day. She was so sweet and patient. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a curvaceous bride!

Marie and Shirley are the best. I heard about a trunk show at Demetrois at a Bridal Expo. I went to just look and walked away with my wedding dress picked. I told Marie what I was looking for and she said, no I know what will fit you good, that is not what you want. She said I have been doing this for a long time, trust me. Well Marie was right, she picked 5 dresses and 1 being a style I thought I wanted. I hated it. The first dress I tried on was the dress I picked. I loved my dress and I received so many compliments on on it because it was so vintage looking. Everything from making my appointments to ordering my complete attire was so easy. If you are looking for a unique gown this is the place for you.

Gonca was so absolutely AMAZING!!! I had such a wonderful experience at Demetrios! Gonca was super sweet and so helpful and gave great advice. My family and friends came and we had such a fun time. Gonca put me in and out of the same 2 dresses multiple times, until I was able to pick "the one." She helped me chose a vail and added an underneath skirt to give the dress extra volume, which was exactly what I was looking for...she knew just what to do! I found my dress, which I LOVE SO MUCH and can't wait to put on again! It was the first dress I tried on here and then after going to several other salons I had to come back! The gorgeous dresses and amazing experience gives this salon an A++ in my book! Loved it! =)

I had received a call to check out the dresses at Brides by Demetrios, and I figured, "What the heck?" and made my appointment. Boy, am I glad I did!! Amanda was my consultant and after sitting down and getting to know me a bit - including my 125 lb weight loss journey, she pulled some dresses for me. I had told her I was looking for more of the big ball gown style dresses (I guess I figured I still had to hide behind a big dress). After no luck with the dress types I had asked her to pull, she asked if I would try on some dresses she thought would look great. I agreed because, 'Hey, this is HER job, what could I lose?' When I saw some of the form fitting dresses she brought back, I was momentarily filled with panic but she quickly explained that I should show off my accomplishment. As I pulled one of the gowns on and it was PERFECT, I totally had my 'Say Yes to the Dress' moment!! My dress is a style I never would have tried without Amanda's recommendation. Amanda is not only a total sweetheart but she knows her stuff as well. As a whole the salon is great and I have had nothing but great customer service from them. My quest to find the perfect dress was a positive and pleasurable experience!!

One day before the wedding, at morning, we came to the salon at Macy's Garden State Plaza n hope to find a better wedding dress.
The task was stressful, considering the timing, petite size of my wife to be and specific design we were looking for.
People who worked at the salon were very kind and helpful, they found the right dress and immediately arrange tailoring service for the alterations. The same night everything was ready and we picked up the dress.
It made my wife very happy. She was called a little princess by 3 years old daughter of my colleague who was at our wedding.

I had been dress shopping 18 times, in 2 states prior to coming to Demetrios. I went there on a whim because I saw a sale advertisement on Facebook. I showed Pam ideas I had, things I liked from other dresses and what I absolutely hated. She said " Have you tried on a keyhole back?" and I said "No"- She grabbed it and I for the first time, had that feeling. I walked down the main aisle towards the mirror as if I would on my big day and was sold. I never was so eager to hand over my debit card! Kayleen and Pam were so very helpful. I ordered from the next seasons trunk show so my dress wasn't always in store- but I called and they had it brought in for me to show my bridesmaids. They were a true pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgable. My advice- trust them- they may know what you want better than you do- It happened with me and Im confident my husband was blown away!

My experience at BBD in Schaumburg, IL and with Carise was top notch!! I loved working with Carise for her friendliness, breadth of knowledge, and overall genuine care for my experience. I have had such horrible bridal store experiences over the years as others got married that I actually dreaded searching for a dress myself knowing I would most likely get poor service. Not at Brides by Demetrios and with Carise! This was the first place I tried on wedding dresses, and I ultimately went back because of its great selection and helpful staff! I wandered in without an appointment and they accommodated me on the spot. They also assigned a staff member who knew me better than myself and totally changed my thoughts about a dress for the better! I never felt pushed, only guided to find the perfect dress. It was also nice that I only had to pay 60% as a deposit for my dress initially, which was helpful to my budget. Their selection is gorgeous, and I never worried about my dress coming in or being ready!

When I booked my appointment with Macy's, I treated it like more of a research trip than a true bridal appointment-- I was uncertain of what I was looking for and needed to understand what flattered my figure and was within my means. Therefore, I surprised myself when I purchased my dress there.

Macy's not only provided the widest selection but their team was the most informed, helpful and courteous of the other salons I'd visited. Khrystyna warmly greeted my entire family, let me browse the racks myself (without making me feel abandoned), and offered incredibly the original, fashion-forward alternatives to a traditional bridal dress that I was looking for-- all under my modest budget.

The Macy's salon was clean, beautifully decorated, and private, excluding the large platform and three-way mirror in the main viewing room. I used that space alongside another bride because my dad tagged along for the shopping excursion.

At the end of our session, Khrystyna outlined all the costs (i.e., taxes, shipping, etc.) and then sent me on my way with her business card. She didn't pressure me to order on the spot. Khrystyna was wonderful to work with: she presented me with options, gracefully considered my feedback and fine-tuned her suggestions accordingly. I never once felt like she wasn't listening or trying to push an unwanted dress on me.

Overall, she made the experience and I would gladly recommend her to any brides-to-be.

This may not be the most beautiful bridal salon on the inside, but the staff and the beautiful gowns makes the entire experience worth it. I ended up stopping in here one day after work to check out the shop and Cindy encouraged me to try on a few dresses. She put me in 3 very different gowns and I loved every single one. I picked something that I never would have chosen and I am so thankful for their expertise. The seamstress was AMAZING and we so upfront and helpful and put me at ease. Thank you ladies!! If you are looking for a fabulous experience dress hunting then this is your place!!!! I purchased my dress at the located in Scottsdale, Arizona. All the ladies are AMAZING!! You just let them know what styles you like and dont like and they will work there magic while you hang out with your friends and or family. No need to walk up and down trying to see what dresses look like in the bags like a lot of places do. I have a tight fitting dress with a little flair down at the bottom, the back was open with pearls dripping down from the shoulders and it was STUNNING!! They did such a great job find my dream wedding gown! Everyone from the wedding are still talking about how gorgeous and stunning the dress was. How it looks like the dress was made for my body and fit like a glove!

I found the perfect dress at Brides by Demetrios, it was a wonderful experience. Rose Bud was so friendly, patient and helpful. The overall experience was great. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We had 2 appointments that day and although I found a dress I loved I wanted to go to the other appointment as well. Once I left the second appointment I knew I had to go back to Demetrios to say yes to the dress there. I called and told them I was coming back and they were so accommodating and pulled the dress so I could try it on again even though they had other appointments. I would like to say what an amazing team you have at the Demetrios Bridal Salon located at The Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. Rita and her ladies were so wonderful to work with. After trying on so many dresses at the store I was ready to give up, but then my sales lady Anna, put me in an amazing dress and I just couldn't stop smiling. I knew right away that that was my dress. After finally finding my dress I picked out a few bridesmaids styles to add to my wish list. However I was having a hard time getting all of my bridesmaids together under the same roof to select a dress for them. We finally came up on a date that worked best for everyone and Rita was wonderful enough to come out on a Sunday ON HER DAY OFF to meet us all at the Herald Square location to help select their dresses. You have no idea how much I really and truly appreciate that she went the extra mile to help me out and getting things coordinated with the other store. I am so happy that I came across this team. I ended up finding my Demetrios wedding gown at Macy’s Bridal Salon and couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ronia! If you were to have told me I was going to find my wedding gown at Macy’s I would not have believed you. Why? Because I visited numerous wedding gown stores before hand feeling certain I was going to find a dress, which wasn’t the case. I first went to Demetrios in Schaumburg, Eva’s Bridal, Here Comes the Bride, Volles, House of Brides, David’s Bridal, and Weddings 826. They all had lovely gowns but none convinced me and/or were more than I wanted to pay. Consequently I left each place feeling discouraged and concerned that I was not going to find “the dress”. I visited Macy’s Bridal Salon at the end of my search. Upon arriving, I was impressed with the variety of wedding gowns they have. Ronia was my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I described what I had in mind and told her what my budget was, and she pulled out gowns that were exactly what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Ronia gave me enough alone time during my appointment to think and discuss the dresses with my companions. Best of all she worked with my budget. Ronia was an angel. She even managed to obtain lace directly from the manufacturer that I will need for my dress alterations! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ronia. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a wedding gown visits Macy’s Bridal Salon and asks for Ronia!

Shopping for my wedding dress was so enjoyable and stress free... and I know that's because of Michelle's wonderful help and the wide variety of dresses at Demetrios Bride at the Irvine Spectrum!

I was honestly hesitant to begin dress shopping because I imagined being overwhelmed by all the choices and pressured to make a decision right away. Luckily, that was not my experience at all! Although I'm not a bride who knew exactly what she wanted, Michelle listened to me describe my style and likes/dislikes, and helped me select some dresses to try. Her no pressure style allowed me to honestly evaluate what I liked about each dress and what I wanted for my big day.

Surprisingly it only took trying on four dresses for me to find a fantastic dress... in fact, I found two! Since two dresses weren't in my budget, I knew I had a tough decision ahead of me. But, Michelle graciously allowed me to make another appointment a week later, at which time I brought my parents with me. This gave time to think about which dress I liked most and which I truly pictured myself in on my wedding day.... and when I walked back into the store, I knew exactly which of the two dresses was my perfect dress!

Since ordering my wedding dress, Michelle has also helped my bridesmaids select their dresses, which was also such an easy process - the store has a fantastic selection of bridesmaid dresses and designers.

I highly recommend that every bride and bridesmaid check out Demetrios Bride at the Irvine Spectrum - and ask for Michelle!

Grandma Gerry Is the best consultant ever! I could not believe the bond and care she has with her clients, I found my pretty pretty princess dress here, as well as my bridesmaid dresses! They even cleaned and pressed my veil for free!

We went to Demetrios on a whim one Sunday morning and couldn't have been happier we did. The girls were welcoming and helpful. Finding the right dress in a sea of white can be challenging, but they managed to find the perfect dress for me. I ordered the dress well in advance of the wedding and Demetrios was able to store my dress for me. They were also always flexible when I needed to come in to compare colors, etc. I had previously bought a bridesmaid dress for them and have now bought my wedding dress as well. Both experiences were great and I would go back again.

I saw these wedding gown on their website, and I totally felt in love with. Since I had no time to order my dress, I went trough out the sample sale racks and there it was, just perfect, like I have seen it. It was my size and I did not need any alteration but the hem and the bustle. I got a good discount since it was a sample sale, but the dress was in perfect condition. The ladies there are nice and helpful. I had the best experience there.

I went to Macy's Bridal to start my dress search.. not ever thinking that I would find my dress there, but I DID! The ladies in the salon were wonderful, they took the time to look through the racks with me and to allow my friends and family to pick some as well. As we went through each dress I felt the consultant really listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress. In the end she was the one that pulled the winning dress and it was everything I wanted and more. The time it took my dress to get in was reasonable and they were great at communicating every step of the way; it was also extremely well priced! In addition, my bridesmaids that ordered dresses from them as well have had nothing but good things to say.

I would recommend any of my friends and family to use Macy's Bridal in Smithaven!

Natalie was my bridal consultant and she was amazing and sweet! She wasn't pushy and was very helpful. I got a dress for around $800 and they were able to fit me in to their fitting schedules since I had to fly in from Tucson each time. There was a minor mix-up with my veil, but they quickly had it fixed. I had a great experience at Brides by Demetrios (as did my best friend who also got her wedding dress there 2 years earlier). The only down side is that they will keep calling you about bridesmaids dresses. I should have been more forward and said I was looking elsewhere, but once I did the calls stopped.

Literally the only place anyone should go for their dress. I was blown away by the options and designs they had to offer. It was so beautiful and the dress we chose looked so amazing in the photographs. I am still in love with my dress and am so grateful for how beautiful I felt in it.

I am one of three sisters and the last to get married!! Both of my sisters purchased dresses at this location! So, Of course I was going to do the same. My little sister was coming in from Seattle to share this special moment with me. To my surprise they were fully booked in advance. I told them my concern and they were very accommodating and squeezed me in! I was excited to hear that Bonnie was going to dress me as she dressed both of my sisters. She was very fast, efficient and understanding! I am happy to say that I purchased at this location in Schaumburg!! One remark only...bring water with you! They didn't have any!!! I was not prepared and I was in and out of the dresses and got very hot!!

I worked with Bonnie and she was very helpful! I found my dress right away without even having an appointment (it was a Friday afternoon) when I wasn't even planning on dress shopping. I fell in love with my dress as soon as I put it on. Bonnie helped find other dresses that fit my style and my body and they all looked wonderful! I then bought my dress and veil when Brides by Demetrios was having a Labor Day weekend sale!

I was the Mother of the Bride. I went to the store the first day they opened. It was a wonderful experience from the first day to the day I brought my gown home! Rose helped me and so did Rita her manager. Rose picked out the perfect gown for me! They made the entire process very easy, from picking the perfect gown, to the fittings with Wilma and then the night I brought my gown home. This is a very stressful time but they made it fun! Then at the wedding everyone said they loved my gown! I was looking for a FABULOUS gown and that is what I bought! I want to thank Rose, Rita and Wilma. I think they are fabulous!

I hope you are doing more advertizing because the day I went even Macy's employees didn't know where you were...

I recently tried on dresses, Demetrios was my first time trying on and I fell in love with the first dress. I was hesitant about buying the first dress I tried on but Demetrios was not pushy at all they were very understanding and helpful in my decision. The next day I went back to the store to purchase my dress! Great dress shopping experience.
