First of all, congratulations! If you’re reading this, you’re probably in the whirlwind of venue hunting — full of questions, decisions, and unknowns — and I’m here to tell you that choosing Chateau Lill will be the best decision you make in this process (besides saying “I do,” of course).
When you’re searching for a venue, you naturally consider things like aesthetics, size, hours, and vendor partnerships. Anyone who tours or even looks at photos of Chateau Lill can see that it checks every box for a stunning, elegant wedding. But what truly makes Chateau Lill an A+ venue is the incredible partnership and support you receive from their team.
As a self-admitted Type A planner, I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Morgan at Chateau Lill was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind every step of the way. She knows the local vendor scene inside and out and offered thoughtful recommendations that made our day shine. Between my mom and me, we sent plenty of emails — and Morgan responded to every one with detailed, thoughtful answers that could honestly be used as a masterclass in hospitality.
Chateau Lill also hosts preview days, which are such a fun and helpful part of the planning process — perfect for finalizing vendors, reviewing details, or simply getting excited for your big day.
A few weeks before our wedding day, Bre from the Chateau Lill team sat down in person at the venue with me, my mom, my now-husband, our day-of coordinator, and our caterer to go over the full timeline, rentals, and logistics to ensure everything was seamless. Because of that preparation, we were completely stress-free on the wedding day.
If you value details, organization, and a true partnership in your wedding journey, I cannot recommend Chateau Lill enough. -

Our wedding at Chateau Lill was everything we hoped for: seamless, elegant, and unforgettable. The venue is stunning, romantic, timeless, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made the day exceptional was the professionalism and care of the Chateau Lill team, especially Morgan, Landis and Bre.
From early planning stages to the final toast, everything ran flawlessly. Landis and Bre brought calm, organization, and kindness to every detail, handling each question and curveball with grace. Our guests kept commenting on how smooth the day felt, and we know that came from their preparation, communication, and genuine care.
Because of the entire Chateau Lill team, we were able to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment. We’re endlessly grateful and would recommend Chateau Lill to any couple looking for a truly beautiful and stress-free wedding experience! -

We got married at Chateau Lill in March 2025 and it was everything we dreamed of! We chose the chateau because it had beautiful outdoor AND indoor spaces and that was important to us since March is a rainier time for the area and most of our guests were traveling from Florida. The day of the wedding, it was miraculously sunny! And the guests really enjoyed venturing outside during cocktail hour, exploring the chateau's grounds, and seeing the alpacas! This venue has a very nice bridal suite that includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a couple private rooms. There is also a separate space for the groomsmen to get ready. Their venue coordinator Morgan was always helpful and even lead us to our amazing planner Shiloh at The Bubbly Soiree! We were told by many guests our wedding felt like a fairytale and a big part of that was the setting. Thank you Chateau Lill -

Chateau Lill is the perfect wedding venue! We had a good idea of what we were looking for in a wedding venue and once we toured Chateau Lill, we knew that was it, and our wedding day proved us right. Morgan was a joy to work with - communicative, organized, and professional. She was always there to answer our questions and you could tell that she truly cared about us having a beautiful wedding. We loved how Chateau Lill had the perfect, picturesque backdrop for each moment of our day, from the spacious bridal suite, to the lush ceremony space and open cocktail lawn, to the covered patio and elegant grand room. It was everything we could have hoped for, and our guests raved about the beauty of the grounds and the seamless flow of the event. We highly recommend hosting your wedding at Chateau Lill! -

My husband and I got married at Chateau Lill in July 2024, and we couldn't have been more happy with the planning team or the venue. We did a tour with Nick on the event staff and almost immediately knew this was going to be our wedding venue. Our guests kept saying how it felt like they were at a wedding at the French countryside. The outdoor garden space was everything we wanted for our ceremony and was shaded at the time of our ceremony, which was amazing on a hot summer day. We loved the lawn and patio area for cocktail hour and the reception. The event team went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly on our wedding day with extra details, such as providing our guests white umbrellas to stay out of the sun during cocktail hour. We highly recommend Chateau Lill and their in house planning team and would choose them all over again for our wedding day. We had the pleasure to work with Bre, Renee & Landis from the planning team, and all three were incredible. Thank you to the whole team at Chateau Lill! -

Chateau Lill is truly a beautiful Woodinville paradise. It is pretty expensive, which is why we ultimately chose a Friday for a cheaper date, but it was so beautiful that I couldn't NOT have it there! Robbie, the venue coordinator/manager was so amazing to work with and she was super responsive and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and giving advice. So happy I got to work with Robbie and would not have wanted my wedding anywhere else! -

User990019 Sent on 11/03/2012DeLille Cellars was the perfect place for our Fall wedding. Although we didnt get to take full advantage of the beautiful grounds (due to the weather) we tented the patio and lit a fire in the wood burning fireplace and had a gorgeous, cozy wedding here.

Lauren Sent on 08/02/2012Absolutely beautiful venue for any occasion! So glad we decided on DeLille for our July wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better venue, grounds, and view. Diane Pollard who manages the estate and is the point of contact for renting the space was wonderful; great communication, answering many questions that popped up during the planning process. DeLille was extremely flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend for any event, especially a wedding (outdoor area has a beautiful pond, flowers, and trees). -

Beautiful spaces and amazing staff
We had an absolutely magical wedding at Chateau Lill in November of 2024! We worked with Nicholas and could not think more highly of him. He helped us figure out how the venue could fit our vision for our wedding and worked with our planner to make sure the day went perfectly. If you're looking to have a fall wedding and want wonderful ambiance, look no further! We had so many guests tell us how beautiful Chateau Lill was and we couldn't agree more. From the staff to all the gorgeous, well-managed spaces, this is an amazing venue. -

We picked Chateau Lill for our wedding venue because of how stunning the grounds are, the variety of possible spaces we could use for our wedding, and the fact that we would have the entire place all to ourselves. We got lucky enough to have sun and 70 degree weather on the day of our wedding, so we got to do the ceremony on the upper lawn area, cocktail hour at the gazebo by the pond, dinner underneath the large tent, and dancing inside the chateau itself. But we liked that if it had been rainy we could have alternated between the tent and chateau spaces without too much hassle. It was great to have a bridal suite and a separate place for the groom and groomsmen to hang out and get ready before the ceremony; this venue also has plenty of parking, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen for the caterer to use – what more could you ask for? Our photographer loved all the beautiful sites outside and inside where he could stage photos for us. This venue is more expensive than some (and you’ll need to pay separately for all the chair and table rentals), but you’re getting a private oasis for your wedding! The director, Robbi, was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely check out Chateau Lill if you want a romantic, private winery wedding in the Seattle area. -

The venue was very beautiful and we enjoyed our experience overall. The only glitch on our wedding day was for the use of the salon lounge. We added the salon lounge to our reservation and had to pay extra to secure the room. Due to some miscommunications, the venue representative was not aware of our reservation. We were not allowed to enter the room initially and the venue representative was going to show the room to a tour group. After some clarification, the venue representative backed off and we were able to use it. We ran into the other group multiple times in the hallway when we were getting ready and none of them wore any face covering (we felt awkward in regards to COVID).
TIPS:
I recommend scheduling a phone call with your venue representative (the person representing the venue on your wedding day) 2 days prior to your wedding day and go over all the details. You could ask whether there will be any other group doing wine tasting or touring the facility on the day and what areas they will use. For any booking additions (ex: Salon Lounge), you could also double confirm with the venue representative to make sure he or she is aware of those.
