Most delicious wedding cake!!!
They’re not named “Delicious Cakes” for no reason! We were able to do a tasting and pair together our favorite cakes and fillings for our wedding. We ended up going with three different variations and everyone thought they were delicious! The cake was stunning as well and everything I hoped it would look like. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend delicious cakes for your wedding. The cake we got had 5 tiers and it was absolutely the best cake ever. We got white with raspberry and we finished the entire cake. It was so great. I wish I had more now. They even give you an anniversary cake on year 1. Thanks so much for everything. 💕💕💕

These guys are so amazing and so flexible! They make you feel as if everything is going to be ok. We had to go to them and ask them to move our date because of COVID and and we needed a small cake for us for a ceremony we did and they did nothing but BLOW US AWAY!! We asked for a toilet paper cake and little poop cupcakes and they jumped on board and delivered us the COOLEST cake EVER!!! You need these guys for your specal day!

Delicious Cakes does not disappoint. We had several tastings with other vendors, but Delicious Cakes won out for several reasons, their cake was fresh, moist, and they served their tastings in slices rather than as cupcakes. That shouldn't make a difference, but it totally does! It was a struggle picking a flavor because they were all so good! We ended up picking a different flavor for each tier. I will say that their Raspberry liquor cake is our favorite though. Even if you don't think you will go for it, you should at least taste it, because it is mind-blowing! They also got the design of our cake perfect and my handmade paper flowers looked great on it! Well done!

Ask for Mindy! Gave us the best deal and worked with us to find the right cake for our wedding. It was fast, easy, and to the point when working with her and we were able to square away a cake pretty much right at the appointment. Although our initials on the cake weren't as I thought they would be they still looked gorgeous and in gold. The cake was absolutely beautiful and we got the raspberry liquor and Mexican chocolate (I think!) flavoring. They delivered it on the day of and it was something I didn't even have to think about as the bride because it was so streamlined. Thank you, Delicious Cakes!

Mindy was such a joy to work with! We met with Butch the owner for cake testing and pretty much made up our mind and designs right then and there. They delivered the look and tasting we were dreaming of. Mindy answered all questions and responded timely/professionally. True to their name!
Delicious cakes basically describes what everyone at our wedding had to say about our cake. Butch took a photo from Pinterest that I had shown him at our first meeting and transformed that idea into the most gorgeous cake I could've ever imagined. In fact, he made it more beautiful than the picture! Butch's cakes are scrumptious, moist (and I hate that word), and not overly sweet. Many times, the cake at a wedding can be one of my favorite parts. Wedding cakes are often too sweet for my taste and leave me with a gritty sugar taste in my mouth and sometimes a headache. Even after tasting a multitude of cake flavors and frostings with Butch, my husband and I couldn't stop thinking about how light and amazing his cakes tasted. No headaches followed after eating his cakes! Butch is truly an expert and an amazing cake artist. I feel lucky to have found him through my reception venue. If you're looking for a cake that is beautiful but also tastes great, we would highly recommend Butch and his team at Delicious Cakes!

Now I know why they are called Delicious Cakes! I ordered a brides cake and grooms cake for my wedding on 9/22/2018 and they were both perfect. For our grooms cake we went with a golf course theme, red velvet with raspberry filling. Butch was great working with us to create the golf course cake. For the brides cake we had almond flavor with buttercream filling. Delicious Cakes also beautifully placed flowers my florist provided running down the brides cake and it was so beautiful! They were so easy to work with, showed up on time to delver the cake, answered all of my questions any time I called. They left me feeling very worry free. Shout out to Mindy! I really liked that they did not use fondant. I cannot get over how AMAZING the cake tasted and I am not usually a fan of cake. I will definitely be ordering from them for other occasions. We ordered our bride's cake and groom's cake from Delicious Cakes for our wedding. The bride's cake was Almond flavor with "mixed" icing/filling, which I think was a mix of buttercream and cream cheese. The groom's cake was Kalua flavor with caramel filling and fudge icing. Both were absolutely amazing!! We tasted cakes at several different places, and we were both in complete agreement that Delicious Cakes was hands down the best. They were by far one of the very best cake vendors there (and there were tons at the event). I let them know ahead of time that I would be bringing quite a few people. My Mom, 2 sisters, 3 nieces and a nephew- all between the ages of 8 and 14. The kids were so excited to be involved, they were most excited about the cake tasting. Delicious Cakes said that would be no problem. We got there, picked our flavors to try, and then they brought them out to us. Everything was amazing, some of the faces on those kids when they were trying certain flavors made me laugh -they loved them all, but they all thought the lemon was the best thing they had ever tasted. I was determined not to make a final decision until I tried a couple of other places. But everything was so delicious and we thought the price was really great, that I was wavering I was talking quietly among my family and we were told, "you don't need to make a decision today, you can get back with us when you are ready to make that decision." I appreciated the no pressure tactic so much and we felt really good about our decision that we decided to go ahead with Delicious Cakes and not try another place. I can not wait to see the final product in December!

We met Butch at a bridal expo and were charmed and impressed by him immediately! He was very accommodating, and when we gave him a budget (which was admittedly low, given the average cost of cakes for our wedding size), he came up with a sheet cake/faux top/bride and grooms cake combo that was right under the price we gave, and still beautiful and delicious. EXACTLY what we wanted!
Very no-nonsense, easy to work with, and when I called him to ask about ordering a remake of the top tier for our first year anniversary, he told me it was free of charge. I highly recommend his service if you're in the North Dallas area!

Everything was perfect! We ordered a 6inch round tier,cupcakes and s groom's cake. Everything was delivered on time and the cakes were sooooo delicious . My guest raved about how great they tasted!!

We were very happy with delicious cakes for our wedding! We had shopped around at 7 different cake shops and they provided the best deal for both wedding cake and groom's cake. They even let us come in a second time to taste the cakes. The cakes were very good. The picture of Chuck Norris for the grooms cake came out excellent. Would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again for any special occasions in the future!

Delicious cakes are just that, DELICIOUS!
The staff at delicious cakes are friendly and creative. The cakes tasting was fun and tasty. The design portion went quickly as the artist captured my vision. Plus, they were able to make the groom's Banana Split Cake a reality instead of giving me a puzzling look.
They delivered the cake on time and were in and out quickly. The cake was delicious as there were NO leftovers from the tiered cake and only small portion of the groom's.
I will definitely order cakes from Delicious Cakes in the future for my special events.

Our wedding cake was from Delicious Cakes and I was truly delicious!! They not only made the cake look great they added our roses and cake topper to complete the cakes look. Delicious cakes of Southlake did our wedding cake and grooms cake. We did 3 different flavors on our wedding cake and another different flavor for the grooms cake. They are very affordable, have really awesome flavors, and did exactly what we wanted. I showed them a picture off Pinterest and they matched it perfectly. The cakes were delivered early and they put my cake topper on. They also include a free anniversary cake for your 1 year anniversary! Great vendor to work with!

We loved our cake and everyone raved about how delicious it was! We got a discount thanks to attending the Dallas Bridal Show where we received a free groomscake (for half the # of servings of the bridal cake) for free. Hubs wanted to do a game of thrones cake, and they did an awesome job - even made a fondant sword and stabbed it through the cake (extra charge but worth it). Very glad they do a complimentary top tier cake on your one year anniversary, we didn't even get to eat our cake because our guests went back for seconds! Thankfully there was some leftover for us the next day.

It was so great working with them. I knew exactly what I wanted my cake to look like and brought a picture in even had specific type of colors I wanted and brought swatches and they matched it better than I could imagine. The cakes tasted great and everyone still tells us how delicious they were!

We used them for my sister's wedding 2 years ago and decided to use them for our own this year. They did our wedding and groom's cakes, which were both perfect! Our groom's cake was completely customizable and they did it without blinking an eye. We wanted a white bucket "filled" with baseballs with my husband's team logo on it and it turned out great! 2 different friends of ours used them for their weddings as well this summer. No complaints.
We got so many compliments on how good our cakes looked and tasted! Delicious cakes were also so easy to work with, and they executed our designs perfectly. Thank you guys for everything!!

These guys were super easy to work with. We met with them twice. The first time I went with my mom and aunt and we picked out the bridal cake. My then fiance couldn't make it, so they packed up some flavors for me to take home to him. They were running a special of 50% off delivery or a free groom's cake (1/2 the servings of the bridal cake). So we went back later and decided to do the groom's cake. Brad wanted something different - he did a pizza box with a slice of pizza hanging off and they did a great job! Everyone commented on how real it looked! Both times we met with them they were super sweet and very helpful! I would definitely recommend!

I LOVED my wedding and grooms cake. The consulatation was lots of fun, and designing the cake was a breeze thanks to Niki. She was a hoot!
Thanks to my fantastic wedding coordinator, Callie Gray Weddings & Events - we were able to get my cake booked only a few weeks before my wedding.
I joked with my (now) husband that tasting the bottom layer almost made me cry due to it being SO good... sorta joking....because it really was THAT good!
Bottom layer: Kaluha Mocha Chocolate Cake with a Caramel Pecan Turtle filling.
2nd layer: Princess Cake with a butter/cream cheese
Top layer: Almond Cake with Double Fudge filling
Grooms: Devils Food Cake with Peanut butter filling
The design on both the cakes ended up being fantastic. I was again almost in tears when I saw the cake day of. The cake day of was EVEN BETTER than at the tasting!!

Delicious Cakes was a miracle for our wedding cake and groom's cake. As soon as my maid of honor and I walked in the door, we were welcomed by everyone in the store. They have gorgeous cakes on display so you can get an idea of what they can do. We got to taste as many different flavors as we wanted to try and let me tell you, it was a really difficult decision. Every type was amazing. They even accommodated my date which was about a month out when I hired them, and the value was wonderful. Our wedding was for eighty people and we easily had enough cake for 120. They even added little customizations, such as a little Captain America shield tucked into one side of my wedding cake and recreating the Chelsea soccer logo on the groom's cake. The ribbon color on my cake was perfect. Working with them was fantastic, and the cakes were perfect at the wedding. I look forward to unfreezing the top of our cake to eat on our first anniversary!

We loved our Delicious Cake wedding Cake. My sister-in-law used Delicious for their wedding, so when it came time to book our own cake vendor, we knew exactly who we wanted. Luckily, our venue partnered with Delicious and we were able to get the cake as part of our package. They were very easy to work with, we picked a very simple design, and had our florist bring flowers to put on the cake. We picked a multi-flavor cake, Chocolate and Raspberry and it was moist and flavor full. We chose not to keep our top tier, because on your 1 year wedding anniversary they will provide you with a new cake tier. Which is a plus, because who wants to eat a year old cake?! I was honestly expecting there to be cake left, as we only ended up having about 90 people attend our wedding, and our cake was to serve 150+, but to my surprise (and slight disappointment as I really wanted a piece of cake later that night) there was none left! Highly recommend Delicious Cakes for not only your wedding cake, but any other cake needs you may have.

Delicious Cakes in Addison provided the cake for my wedding. Everything was pretty simple and straight forward. We were able to schedule our appointment online for the tasting and selected our flavors and then i just provided a picture of a cake I liked that I saw online and they decorated it to look very similar. The cake was delicious and I didn't have any worries about them delivering or getting the order right. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We used Delicious Cakes for our main wedding cake. We met them at a bridal show and was extremely impressed by the quality of work and the taste of the cake. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted the cake to look like and they delivered!!! It was absolutely perfect. Our wedding was yesterday, and the cake was just fantastic! My mother-in-law has been praising their raspberry liqueur cake to everyone since our tasting last June, to the point where I was starting to worry the cake wouldn't live up to her memory. But when I got my slice last night it was even better than I remembered. My mother-in-law loved it, the guests loved it, and the photographer even mentioned how delicious it was. The design came out just like we asked, and my groom was thrilled with his Star Trek cake. I absolutely cannot recommend this bakery enough!

My daughter had several ideas of what she wanted for her wedding cake. Like most brides she went online to get ideas and to determine what bakeries could offer her in both flavors and design. They worked together and created a beautiful bride's cake and grooms cake. There were several layers and flavors and most of the guests were impressed with the moistness of the cake too!

They made our cake the exact way we wanted it. It tasted great! I love that they give you a smaller cake on your anniversary so you don't have to worry about saving your top tier….although we still saved ours. They have so many flavors to choose from and they give you huge pieces to try.

These guys were amazing! I had my initial cake tasting 6 months prior to the wedding and then had to leave for a few months. 2 weeks before our wedding we visited them to see if they would be able to honour the original contract (I had not spoken to them in months, and not given a deposit - I assumed this was a dead contract) They were able to Honour the contract and have everything ready and delivered to our venue! Delicious cakes did our wedding cake and everyone loved the cake flavors! They allow you to choose two flavors per section of cake, so we actually had four different cakes in one wedding cake!! We also had an additional two cake flavors in the complementary groomsman cake! Hard to beat that! They listened to exactly what we wanted, and the cake came out beautifully! I came across Delicious Cakes by my Coordinator who highly recommended them. I had seen them previously at a Bridal Show and had been receiving a few advertising emails from them! They were a God-send. My husband went to the cake tasting, since I wasn’t able to make it and he said they were very accommodating and helpful in the planning stage. They also gave us a free Groom’s Cake as part of a special they were running for the month of my wedding!! That was amazing, since we had decided we wouldn’t be able to include a groom’s cake for our wedding due to budget. The cakes arrived way ahead of time and looked absolutely Flawless! My Bridal Cake took my breath away as it looked just like I had requested. The cakes tasted absolutely amazing that night and even the following day when we had cake for breakfast. We got the Raspberry/Pink Champagne on 3 layers and the Kalua Mocah on 2 layers. It was the best of both worlds so we didn't need a grooms cake ( We didn't want a grooms cake, so it worked out great for us). I found a really detailed and intricate picture of a beautiful cake I wanted and Delicious Cakes made and decorated the cake EXACTLY like the picture I showed them. I was shocked on how perfect the decor and design turned out. Did I mention it tasted so good!?!?!?!
I found that their prices were comparable to most cake places. PLUSSS you don't have to save the top layer for 1 year and subject it to freezer burn, they offer to make you a new one at your 1 year anniversary! The take away from this review is that they:
1) Will make/design a cake exactly what your heart desires
2) It tastes amazing

They were awesome to work with. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me exactly what I thought it would be.
The flavor was fantastic. Not the dry white cake you normally get at weddings.
I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone in the market!

I LOVED their cakes! It was probably one of my favorite things about the wedding. IT was beautiful and soooo delicious and moist. The girl who helped me was so nice and professional. The whole thing was very easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Delicious Cakes was Outstanding! The presentation of the Bridal and Groom cakes was excellent. They have the right name! We had 4 kinds of Wedding cakes: lemon, chocolate, white, and raspberry. I plan to use them for all of my upcoming events. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

They designed a gorgeous and delicious cake for our wedding! I showed them a picture of what I had in mind and they made it even more beautiful than the picture. The cake tasted great and our guests raved about how "delicious" it was!

It was slightly different than what I expected, but still beautiful and got so many compliments! We did the pink champagne and strawberry flavors and they are to die for!

Very easy dealing with this vendor. The cake was amazing I never had any problems and the price was really good. The cake was delivered on time and the taste was amazing. They had different flavors and my husband was taken back because he hate buttercream icing. They made an icing that was so good he fell in love.

Their name says it all! My husband and I picked a 4 tier half strawberry, half vanilla cake with chocolate filling, and buttercream/whipped cream frosting. They even put the exact lace details I wanted surrounding two tiers of the cake! It was very pretty - coming out even better than what Jill and I had planned. Finally, when we had it that night, it tasted incredible. I loved it and couldn’t be happier. Oh! and my guest loved it too; by the end of the night, it was completely gone!

As their name states, these cakes are absolutely delicious! We had two very unusual cakes -- one like a stack of books and the other like the Simpsons couch, which we added the Simpsons family figurines -- and they both looked and tasted amazing! Delicious Cakes have not only great bakers but artists as well. We couldn't be happier!

I was familiar with Delicious Cakes before choosing them for my wedding, having used them for birthday cakes at work. So I knew how awesome their cakes are. The price for the wedding and groom's cake was very reasonable, the cakes were beautiful and they were "delicious". Once we cut them, made a circle around the room, and came back for cake, all that was left were crumbs. Thank goodness our caterers made us to-go boxes or we wouldn't have had anything but the piece we tasted when cutting!
