  This is an unbelievable catering company! Angie is very pleasant to work with and thinks of every detail. I have used them for a number of parties including my son's engagement party. The food was amazing and the servers were excellent, everyone at the party were truly impressed by the quality of the catering. Thank you Angie and the entire staff from Delectables by Holly for always delivering a great party!!

  Mouthwatering Food with Royal Service

  By far Delectables by Holly prepares wedding food that's among the best we've tasted (that's saying a lot because food tasting is an event planner perk). It's clear they prepare everything from scratch! Their presentation and impeccable service matches the delicious dishes. We have guests from our last wedding that are still raving about the food and the friendly, attentive service they received.

  We love Holly and her team. They did absolutely amazing taking everything we wanted on our wedding menu and turning it into reality. The food was DELICIOUS!! Holly and all of her people were so friendly and helpful. They made everything on our day extra special!

  We had a great experience with Angie from Delectables by Holly. She was super easy to work with, and she was flexible with us on our timeline. Several people at our reception commented on how delicious the food was (someone even asked for the recipe for one of the appetizers). I also appreciated how Angie was honest with us about what we should spend money and what would we could skimp on. We would definitely work with her again!

  Delectables by Holly catered my daughters seated wedding reception dinner for 245. It was hands down the best food from a caterer I have ever had and the compliments from our guest just keep coming. The filet was absolutely amazing. Served hot and cooked to perfection. A cattle rancher was among our guest and even he said it was a delicious cut of beef. Appetizers were amazing (shout out for the angel biscuits) and the banana pudding on the dessert bar was a show stopper. Angie Hoos has the patience of a saint and knows her business well. The kitchen and serving staff were professional and guest committed on how great the service was. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love DBH.

  How do i start? Angie Hoos is an angel! She literally went above and beyond for our wedding, we are eternally grateful! Not only is she unbelievably genuinely kind and caring but she is truly amazing at what she does! I am so grateful that we chose Delectables by holly; they were the only catering company we met with and we instantly booked them. We had to change our menu for the wedding very late in the process and Angie was so accommodating and understanding. She eased my stress at all times and it was truly like working with a friend!! At the wedding ; the entire team was fantastic and the food was even better than we imagined it would be! We had lots of guests comment on how amazing the food was! Our wedding cake was literally to die for too! We are so thrilled with all they did for us & thank them so very much!! I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!

Angie was the event specialist with whom we worked, and we so appreciated her sound advice every step of the way. It is so comforting to know you're working with someone who cares about you so much. Delectables by Holly offers a wide selection of menu items, and Angie helped us to narrow our choices down to the perfect combination for us and our guests. Three of our favorite menu items are their shrimp and grits, crab cakes and ham biscuits.   We hired Holly to cater my daughter's engagement party, and our expectations were far surpassed! The party for 85 was to be at our home, which was under construction, and we moved in only days before the party. When Holly came to preview the space and plan, there was no furniture, and workers were all over. Her professionalism and expertise were clear, and she didn't miss a beat. She easily made a plan as to where to set up and serve the food.
  The night of the party, her staff came and set up just as if they had already been there and planned. The displays were beautifully tied into our theme... they were spectacular! We had my brother's wine truck set up outside, and I had told Holly I wanted "food truck" type food. She carried out the details to a tee. The creative way she displayed the shrimp tacos on a tower, the beef and pork sliders, the tomato bisque in little shot glasses all came together looking professionally decorated.... hurricanes and candles, even an antique red truck used to tie in our theme! The presentation was beyond our expectations-- very upscale casual with a food truck vibe!
  Often when my husband and I have been to catered parties, the food might be well presented, and taste just so-so. Not so with Holly! The food was absolutely delicious, and I would say, besides the bride and groom, was the hit of the party! So many people were commenting on the food, and wanted to know who we had hired.
  Her staff were absolute professionals, efficient, great personalities, and very accommodating. They handled everything expertly. When they left our home after the party, everything was cleaned, leftovers were packaged and labeled, and we really couldn't tell they had even been here.
  Holly will definitely cater our next event!

  Working with Angie and Delectables by holly was like working with my favorite friend! Angie made everything so easy and wouldn't allow me to do anything but walk down the aisle and enjoy my day! The catering staff was so professional and went out of their way to ensure that our event was fun, carefree, and full of good food. The food was outstanding and our guests are still talking about the wonderful menu. There are so many choices for your menu, which made this more fun, and the value was excellent in terms of the food quality and quantity. Angie even took care of the tents. I had one vendor for bartending, food, tents, and all rentals. Thank you for a wonderful day!

  I attended "The Big Fake Wedding" bridal event last year hosted at The Levine Museum of the New South. I had no intentions on finding our ceremony/wedding venue and wasn't exactly hopeful about finding our catering team either....my husband is a certified chef and VERY particular when it comes to food/presentation, etc :-) I had the pleasure to meet Angie that night along with one of their amazing chefs. I fell in love with their Shrimp and Grits dish and talking to Angie was like chatting with an old friend. Angie is so genuine and knowledgeable about any aspect of catering, hosting, wedding receptions, etc that you can think of. I parted ways with Angie that evening but I already KNEW Delecatables by Holly would be catering our big day. My husband and I ended up having our wedding ceremony and reception at The Levine Museum of the New South....and our catering team were none other than Angie and The Delectables by Holly crew!! I had a million and one questions, concerns and revisions leading up to our big day. Angie was prompt and EXTREMLY patient with any question, concern or revision I presented her with. She even suggested several things to do that would help my husband and I save a little money along the way, which is ALWAYS a plus. The day of my wedding Angie came to talk with me one-on-one before the wedding began. Her words were so sincere as usual. I needed a bite to eat (something quick as I would be walking down the aisle soon..) without anyone asking her and with zero hesitation, Angie left the museum and returned with food in hand. :-) I honestly can't give a better review about Angie and my experience with entire Delectables by Holly team. Professional but so down-to-earth and full of positivity!! Delecatables by Holly helped my husband and I have the BEST day EVER!!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

  "The best food I've ever had at a wedding" was a phrase we heard over and over and over from our guests. We had 165 people at our wedding and every plate was cooked and plated to perfection. The presentation was beautiful and creative, and the food was absolutely delicious and unique. We had fun coming up with a menu with the lovely ladies at Delectables by Holly, who were receptive to our ideas and gave us great suggestions for ways to improve. The end result was fantastic. But the best part about working with Delectables by Holly was the staff. We worked with Angie, who was a godsend. She helped not only with the catering, but other aspects of the wedding as well, and went above and beyond advising us regarding timelines, rentals, and more. There was never a tense moment and we were happy from beginning to end. I hope I have occasion to work with her again!   Holly and her crew are simply AMAZING!!! We recently used Holly to cater our wedding reception and a wedding party brunch the morning after. Her food is creative and delicious, her staff are the consummate professionals, and her presentation is exquisite. We were married at the Dairy Barn, which has limited kitchen and prep space but you never would have known it! The food was hot, tasty, and BEAUTIFUL! The brunch that she catered was in our neighbor's home and Holly's staff worked on location as if it were their own kitchen. More importantly, they left it cleaner than when they found it!
  
  Holly was a dream to work with and we felt like a top priority throughout the entire process - planning, tasting, coordinating with site and florist, etc. Holly's prices are very reasonable and the service is second to none. We will use Holly again and recommend her to all of our friends.

  Delectables by Holly created a personal menu that suited the theme my husband and I were going for. The food was INCREDIBLE and our guests did not stop commenting on it! In addition to bringing the food, they created beautiful stations with decor that looked great! The quality was excellent and the price was definitely worth it. We are glad we booked them and would do it again!

The event planner was very helpful and flexible when it came to choosing items to go on the menu and working around our budget. The day of the wedding we got many compliments on the food! Overall they provided a great service at our wedding and I would recommend them to any future brides.

  Let me tell you how awesome this company is.......their service was AMAZING!!!!! I fell in love with their service and how pleasant it was to work with them and then I fell in love with their food and that was AWESOME! !!! What I love about Holly is how she created a customize meal for us. We didn't have to choose option 1 or 2 which is ridiculous to me. I was so happy about how happy thet were trying to create the perfect meal. Her business partner Sharon just excel my expectations. I can sit and talk to her all day. I truly enjoyed my caters.

  Holly was so helpful to me. Food was really stressing me out because of my limited budget, but Holly helped me pick some things that wouldn't break the bank and kept my guests happy. The food was delicious, the presentation was great, and I would recommend her to everyone!

  Oh, my goodness! What can I say that would be *enough* to describe how incredible Delecables by Holly is? From the moment we met with them, we knew they were for us. They truly got what we wanted - traditional Southern comfort food that would be both familiar and elegant. We just are so happy that we found them! Thanks especially to Angie Hoos and her amazing staff who made our wedding so beautiful and made sure our guests were well fed and taken care of! xoxoxo

  I don't think I can say enough POSITIVE things about Delectables by Holly. First off, when I was looking for caterers, I had a very bad experience. I went to multiple caterers who never called me back and refused to stay true to my wedding vision, we wanted breakfast for dinner. When my mom contacted Holly, it was amazing from the beginning. She invited us into her office where she had already brainstormed multiple food ideas for the wedding. She had her talented staff prepare mini versions of what the final product could look like. Literally from the first taste of her INCREDIBLE FOOD, I knew she was my perfect caterer. When you meet Holly, you immediately like her. She has that southern hospitality down for sure. I completely trusted her with my wedding menu and she listened to all my ideas/suggested some amazing ideas herself! Needless to say I had high expectations for my wedding day after that initial meeting. Well, when that day came, I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I expected great things from Holly, but she completely blew my mind. Her displays of the food alone were spectacular. She went above and beyond and matched my vision better than I could have imagined! Not only did everything LOOK amazing, when my guests had the pleasure of eating her food, their minds were blown too. I am not lying when I say that people where holding up her maple bacon to me and saying "This is the best thing I have ever had in my life." And it was. Holly's food is the best you will ever eat in your life. I don't know about you, but I have been to weddings where the food isn't even kind of good. But, there is no better feeling, than at your own wedding, people are telling you that the food is the best they have EVER had. It made me so grateful that I went with Holly. You will not be dissapointed if you hire her. The only reason why I gave her a 4.5 for responsiveness, is because she is a BUSY WOMAN. It is totally understandable though and in no way made me stress. Hire Holly. Trust me!
