Delaney was absolutely incredible! She captured the most beautiful photos of our wedding. She was able to capture every special moment, every detail, and all of our emotions, which were truly represented in the final photos.
From the beginning, she was extremely accommodating which made our wedding day enjoyable and easy. Her friendly personality provided many laughs and smiles, which made us comfortable in front of the camera. Her presence made it seem like she was part of the wedding party.

I am not even being the least bit dramatic when I say that if you book Delaney for your wedding (or any event!) photographer you will not be one bit disappointed!!!
As a person, Delaney is so sweet, easy going, positive, and filled with so much joy and energy. As a photographer, her attention to detail and ability to capture the vision of her subjects is unmatched. The combination is brilliant and I felt sad at the end of our time together because she made two major life events of ours so special, and now we have beautiful pictures to look back on forever.
As someone who was anxious about planning a wedding, Delaney instantly put me at ease during our first phone call. She encouraged us to do the engagement shoot so we would feel more natural taking pictures on our wedding day and I’m so glad we did. Not only are they stunning, but it was such a fun memory! Also, my now husband was very anxious and not all that excited to have a bunch of pictures taken. As soon as we got in the car after we were done, he said “That was great, not what I expected at all. Delaney made it so easy!” As outdoors people, we loved going to the Highland Mansion. It was intimate and gave plenty of options for photos. Cannot wait to get them framed and have them at our house!
Where do I even begin with the wedding day photos?! I mentioned my husband was anxious, but as a woman I wanted to look and feel my best on my wedding day. Delaney is the best hype girl! And when I looked at the pictures after the wedding I was in tears. She captured everything we wanted and more. So glad we will have these forever. Through all of our email and phone communication prior to the wedding, Delaney made sure she understood all the people I wanted pictures of and the vibe we were going for. On the day of the wedding she kept things moving and fun (appreciated by the wedding party and my husband so much lol). Above all else, there was a photograph of my grandparents that I wanted to recreate and Delaney nailed it and this will be something I will treasure for years to come.
It’s true what they say - a picture is worth a thousand words. From myself and my husband, to the wedding party, to details, to our guests, Delaney captured all the important things while not interrupting the organic flow of the evening. She is magic- we are forever grateful for her!!! I also have to note that Delaney's turn around time was insane! I had our engagement photos within hours and the wedding pictures so quickly. Delaney is who you want to capture one of the most special moments of your life!

Book Delaney for your wedding!
Easily one of best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Delaney as our wedding photographer. She did both our engagement photos and wedding photos and I only have the highlights back but I am blown away. I was worried about the photos being awkward because I never know how to pose but Delaney made it effortless and captured all our special moments beautifully. She has such an eye for capturing the most beautiful photos and what really drew me to her was her ability to edit in 2 different styles which allowed us to get a more moody, fall vibe for the engagement photos but a lighter, and softer romantic edit for the wedding photos. They are both edited beautifully but I loved being able to use both styles. She goes the extra mile to ensure the timeline runs smoothly and ensures she captured every moment you want. Highly recommend her for anyone getting married and I am excited to work with her again for family photo shoots in the future! -

Delaney is an AMAZING photographer and even more AMAZING person. It was very important to me that I hire someone who made both me and my husband feel comfortable on the day of our wedding on top of providing excellent shots that capture our day. Delaney did just that! She provides such amazing real time feedback to help get the best out of you as a couple and get the best shots. We had the pleasure to shoot our engagement shoot with her as well and it was the BEST day. She captured all of my crazy requests perfectly and added her own touch which made the photos that much better. The absolute best!
My husband & I booked Delaney for our wedding in April 2023. From start to finish she was such a joy to work with. I scoured social medias & google reviews looking for the perfect photographer & Delaney checked all the boxes.
To start, her photos are just GORGEOUS! Not over filtered/edited but given just a gorgeous glow where needed.
She has such a positive & happy energy that was just palpable throughout the entire engagement session & wedding day, making you feel just so relaxed in front of the camera.
Delaney & her assistant captured so much I would’ve otherwise missed on our wedding day. From our nieces & nephews running around & playing while we were all getting ready to making sure to get photos of guests during the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception. I was able to relive every moment of that day (even the ones I wasn’t 100% apart of) because of how much they captured.
Despite it being the end of April, it was 50 degrees & raining. Delaney knew how much I wanted some outdoor photos so her & the team braved the weather to get me those photos with giving me plenty of time to freshen up & adjust before the ceremony.
& to top it off, I received preview photos within 2 days of our wedding & the wedding photos within a few very short weeks!
To this day, she is available if I have questions about the photo portal.
If you’re looking for a photographer (engagement, wedding, family photos) I would 1000% recommend booking Delaney ASAP (before someone else books her first)! -

More than a photographer...
Delaney is truly gifted. She is amazing and it shows, not through just her work but also her personality. She makes you feel comfortable and beautiful.
We hired Delaney for our engagement and wedding photos and they turned out so beautiful they brought tears to my eyes (and I didn't even cry during my wedding!)
My wedding shoes were hurting my feet during portraits and not only did Delaney help take my heels off, she offered her shoes off her feet for me!
I will never hire another photographer for my future, it will be Delaney all the way! -

Magical day in Cape May
Delaney perfectly captured the love and joy of our wedding day in Cape May. From the getting ready shots to the ceremony on the beach to the reception, every photo was detailed and gorgeous. It will definitely be very difficult to narrow the photos down into an album because they are all so great! Delaney was very easy to work with and prompt to respond to our questions. She also provided a sense of calming energy on a hectic day which was greatly appreciated. -

I can’t say enough about how incredible Delaney Dobson Photography was to work with for my bridal shower. Delaney was very responsive in my communication before the event and was so professional and personable the day of the shower. All of my guests loved how friendly Delaney was, how she wasn’t “pushy” with anyone, but still managed to get pictures of almost all of the guests at the event! The turn around time on my gallery was so quick and I couldn’t be happier with how the pictures turned out!! I’m seriously obsessed!! The Most Amazing Photographer
Where do I even begin? We could not have asked for more from Delaney and her second shooter Jackie. Let me start by saying that our original wedding was supposed to be in March of 2020. Days before the wedding and had to postpone due to the pandemic, and that led to 2 years of multiple postponements and replanning until we finally had our celebration this January. Throughout all of that, Delaney was so flexible and supportive, even checking in once in a while between postponements to see how we were holding up.
All of that leading up to our wedding, where Delaney and Jackie went above and beyond in every way. She found the most amazing shots and we felt so comfortable all day. We just received all of our photos and cannot stop looking at them! So many great photos of all parts of the day. From the great shots caught while we were getting ready, to our first look, all they way to catching so many great photos of our friends and family having a blast on the dancefloor. I feel like I am gushing but I really cannot say enough about the fantastic job she did. We may end up with an album of 1000 photos because I don't know how we would narrow it down, there are just that many that we love.
I told Delaney from the beginning that I wanted to capture candids of everyone at our wedding just enjoying themselves and sharing in our love. She encapsulated that in every photo. All without being intrusive or pulling us away from our friends and family. We didn't feel like we missed a second of our special day to capture photos and yet somehow we ended up with hundreds of amazing portraits!!!

Anyone looking for a photographer- STOP! Delaney is your girl. Being a Covid- Bride, things were really rocky and for a moment we weren't sure we were even going to be able to have the wedding. Though, Delaney helped ease our stress, she was super organized and even had us one a backup date in case we couldn't move forward. She was alway reassuring, always responsive, and so understanding! Her kindness and empathy truly meant so much.

As I show all my friends and family our beautiful photos from our wedding, I've been telling everyone: the best decision I made for the wedding was my choice in husband, the second best decision was having Delaney Dobson shoot our beautiful day! From the beginning to the end, she made the whole process so easy for us. In speaking with her on our first phone call, she sounded like she was just your friend trying to figure out how you wanted to capture your dream wedding. At the same time, she asked all the right questions, questions I didn't even think of myself. She had questionnaires that touched on every point of the wedding. She was well prepared and super professional while making you feel like she was an old friend. There was nothing awkward when it came to the day of. Shooting in front of her, we really felt like we could just be ourselves. As a result, we were able to capture some beautiful emotional candid photos I just can't stop looking at. Our guests raved about how there always seemed to be a photographer available to take their photos! At the same time, many people in our bridal party expressed how easy it was to work with Delaney and her whole team! The laughter, the tears, and the smiles were all so genuinely captured. She somehow was able to make my wedding look more beautiful than I remembered in my head in her edits. Looking at my photos, I couldn't believe those were of my own wedding it looked like dream. On top of all of this, she was so easy to communicate with. She customized our wedding package to exactly what we wanted, and made changes even as close as 1 month prior to our wedding. She showed up early on the day of and came so prepared with props to take pictures of our invitations/save the dates, rings, and accessories. And... she had a few pictures ready for us the next day on her Instagram after the wedding so that we could share with our friends and family! A few weeks later, we saw more photos on her blog. Before a month had passed, I already received all my digital photos. She pays so much attention to detail, is great to work with, and is a master at her craft. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer. -

Amazing Experience with Delaney
Delaney was such a joy to work with and we are SO in love with our photos! We chose her because of her attention to detail and her bright, fresh style of photography. She traveled all the way to State College, Pa to photograph our wedding and was truly amazing. She is so friendly and easy to work with and the day was full of laughter. She went above and beyond, even helping me fix my hair when she could tell I was getting stressed. She felt like another bridesmaid by our side all day ensuring that our day went perfect. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Delaney! From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was going to be our photographer. Delaney by far exceeded all expectations we ever had in a photographer. We initially met with Delaney to discuss our wedding and that meeting…even though it was technically a “business” meeting, it didn’t feel like that. It honestly felt like we were talking with a long-time friend of ours and not someone that you just met that day. Delaney genuinely tried to get to know my wife, me, and us as a couple. Delaney’s personality makes it so easy to talk to her. The photos from our wedding day are speechless. We are really having a difficult time trying to choose favorites because Delaney did such an amazing job of capturing the moments. There’s honestly not a bad picture and not a moment that was missed. For our wedding, we had two photographers (Delaney and an associate of hers she always works with). Some photographers just quickly snap pictures and rush through all the photos, but that’s not Delaney. She has a real amazing talent and eye for the perfect back drops. Where our wedding reception and venue was held, Delaney has never been to, but that didn’t stop her. She knew exactly how to pose us (especially for my wife and I who are awkward people and don’t know how to act in front of a camera lol – honestly, we couldn’t stop laughing, but she took so many shots of us, they turned out better than I could ever imagine) and where the best places would be to go for photos. She captured every moment of the day so perfectly, I honestly cannot stop saying that. Delaney made sure that all of the wedding day details and scheduling were taken care of at least a week before our wedding so that there was nothing for us to worry about! She captured the most beautiful and creative photos from our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the finished photos! To top it all off, she sends all of our photos on a personalized USB in a cool personalized box. And if you think that is all, Delaney goes above and beyond and also creates a blog post of our wedding day that we are able to share that with all our friends and family. The best and easiest decision of our wedding was booking Delaney. She was by far worth every penny. We cannot begin to thank Delaney for what she did. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. All of her personal touches really made her a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Delaney for your weddings.

She contacted me right away, we had a 20 minute conversation on the phone about how my fiancé and I met, how he proposed, where we are getting married, and just genuinely tried to get to know me and my fiancé and I as a couple. Shortly after I chose to use her for my photographer she quickly sent me an email with a contract to review. I chose a package that included an engagement shoot, which was probably one of the best decisions I could have made. A couple days ago I had my engagement shoot on a farm and it was the first time I met Delaney in person and she was very welcoming. Almost like I was meeting up with a friend and she was taking my pictures….but these pictures were so much better than any of my friends could ever do lol. She had amazing ideas for the pictures. She knew exactly where to place us she told us do to certain things that kind of felt awkward but then she would show us the pictures on the camera and we were shocked because they looked so natural. Everything looked amazing (got to feel like a model for a couple hours). She was even willing to jump in some bushes to take pictures just so they would look good. Honestly, I only have good things to say. I highly recommend her, couldn’t be happier with my photos and she is extremely timely with getting back to you whether it is just answering questions or sending photos. I had my engagement shoot emailed to me the next day to be able to review. Can’t wait to see what she is going to be able to do for my wedding. -

I was searching for a photographer for a long time; I was too nervous to book anyone unless I knew they would be perfect for the job. When Delaney and I first met in person to talk about my vision, I knew immediately that she was on the same page as me-so much so that I thought she was in my head! Delaney by far exceeded all expectations I ever had in a photographer. Some photographers just quickly snap pictures and rush through all the photos- not Delaney. She has a real amazing talent and great eye for the perfect back drops. She knew exactly how to pose us. She knew to politely fix the flaws we might see in our pictures, such as a curl flipping out in a funky way. She captured every moment of my day so perfectly. I received a number of photos the NEXT DAY! My heart literally sank when I saw them, I literally felt like I was reliving my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful. She posted a blog with my wedding pictures and story to go along with them so I could share it with friends and family. And I received all my pictures within a month!! There’s honestly not a bad picture. I’m so in love with every single one and I have STILL been getting non stop compliments on how beautiful my photos are!! The best decision I made was booking Delaney as my photographer.

Delaney’s work is absolutely amazing. My wife was so thrilled when she booked her, she called me right away and said “I finally found the PERFECT photographer!” She did an outstanding job. We did a first look and Delaney captured every emotion. We also had time to get tons of pictures in before the ceremony (my wife was very pleased). It was an extremely humid day and Delaney didn’t hesitate to walk all over the venue to get all the perfect shots. The weather didn’t hinder her skills. You can tell she really loves what she does. She gave us direction on how to pose for us awkward people who don’t know how to act in front of a camera, but she also took many shots of us acting natural and they turned out better than I could have imagined. She was by far worth every penny. Our wedding would not have been the same without her.

She makes you feel very comfortable in front of the camera which proves in her photos. I have known Delaney since high school and have helped her out with many photography projects and have seen her grow into a very artistic photographer and I wouldn't trust anyone else to capture my special moments with!

Starting with our engagement shoot she made us feel comfortable while neither of us had taken professional photos before. My husband was so nervous before the shoot and after couldn't stop talking about how much fun he had! Delaney made sure that all of the photography details and scheduling were taken care of before the day of our wedding so that there was nothing for me to worry about! She captured the most beautiful and creative photos from our wedding and I couldn't be happier with the finished photos! To top it all of she sends all of our photos on a personalized USB in a super cute personalized box, which I received just a little over a month after our wedding! All of her personal touches really made her a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Delaney to EVERYONE!! :) -

Kaitlyn Sent on 03/08/2018Delaney is brilliant! She was able to capture the beauty in every moment of our wedding. Our photos are dreamy, and magical, and all I ever imagined! Beyond her talent, we loved working with her! She is super sweet, easy to talk to, and always responds quickly – she will put your “bridal brain” at ease. By the time we got to the wedding, I felt like I had another friend in the bridal suite with us. She made our photo sessions so much fun and comfortable but was still professional. Something I really loved that she did: We got married in the winter. It was cold and snowing at one point. Instead of having us freeze in the cold, she would go out, test all her lighting and angles. Then, she prepped us with poses while still inside. When we got outside, she captured all the shots quickly – then done, back inside. The results were stunning! Delaney is a master at her art, and we highly recommend her! You will love your photos (and the experience)!! -
Allison Sent on 11/16/2017We worked with Delaney in 2016 for both our engagement photos and our wedding. She was AMAZING. Delaney is incredibly professional and so accommodating. My husband and I hadn't ever done professional photos before, but Delaney made us so comfortable the whole way through. We took our engagement photos at a Christmas tree farm and they turned out absolutely beautifully. She gave us so many different poses to work with and was able to snap some candids that really captured our personalities. For our wedding, I cannot say enough amazing things. I've received compliment after compliment on the photos. For our portraits, she asked for a list of groups for photos beforehand which was unbelievably helpful, because the day of was overwhelming. She was able to grab each group and take a photo with every possible arrangement, which our families really appreciated. Our wedding was in a church, and the priests actually complimented me after about how they appreciated how respectful she was and how she didn't draw attention to herself/detract from the ceremony by walking in front of the altar during Mass. At the reception, we didn't even notice she was there, yet she captured amazing shots of our guests dancing, the speeches, etc. We received all of the photos on a USB in a beautiful wood box. Our photo book and parents' albums were gorgeous and I love to show them off. I would recommend Delaney 1000x over!

Using Delaney Dobson for our engagement photos and as our wedding photographer was nothing short of a pleasure. Delaney has a way about her that makes everyone feel extremely comfortable and special. What we loved so much about Delaney is that aside from the standard family and wedding party photos that are a must, she captured the most beautiful candid shots I have ever seen. Delaney allowed us to enjoy our wedding with out pulling us away from our guests and we now have the most incredible photos to look at and share while we relive the day. When you use Delaney as your photographer you don't only get a photographer you get a long life friend. We cannot wait to use Delaney again for future milestones in our lives. She is truly one of a kind and we are beyond blessed to have found her.
