Absolute Best To Work With!
Del Rey Party Rentals is the absolute best! They are the ultimate professionals in the industry, going above and beyond for their customers. They have a great selection of tents, linens, and china. They really put in the effort and make you feel special. The prices matched what I was renting.There is always a great feeling when a company knows the value of treating their customers right! They are ethical, have good knowledge of the equipment and set up and pick up was an absolute breeze! I’m really happy they were able to be a part of my special day. Would recommend them to anyone that wants quality rentals with fair pricing and attentive staff. -

Such a Wonderful Staff
I recently used Del Rey Party Rentals for my wedding reception and they were unbelievable! All equipment farm tables, chiavari chairs, linens, china, flatware, tent, etc... looked brand new and of the highest quality. The Customer service was head and shoulders above other party rentals companies in Santa Monica. I have dealt with 4 different rentals companies in the Los Angeles area and Del Rey Party Rentals in recent years is by far the best! I highly recommend Del Rey Party Rentals to anyone having an event in Los Angeles. I would recommend you to visit their party rental showroom in Hawthorne before reserving for ideas of table setup and decorations, they have the most wonderful staff there. -

Consulting The Best
My Husband and I had our wedding, and consulted Del Rey for all of our rental needs. They were very helpful and made sure we were getting the right equipment for our event. Everything worked out very well, and the linens we got were perfect. We had a lot of different table sizes so we were worried some mighty be mismatched, but the linens all matched up. Napkins were just the right colors and gave our wedding the elegant touch we were looking for. We chose to use their delivery and pick up service, since we were already stressed as it was and didn’t want to spend the time cleaning up and folding table cloths, napkins, etc.We also looked into renting large propane heaters and a 30 foot tent, since the forecast was looking like it could be chilly. They delivered them on time, set them up quickly, and the tent just looked amazing! Overall very pleased with both their sales team, and pick up staff. -

A Grade Service All Around
Del Rey went above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for as party rental company for our wedding. From start to finish, Julio and his team were easy to work with, listened to our needs and provided honest guidance and advice. The equipment was absolutely amazing and well taken care of! All of our guests kept telling us how great the place looked because of it, we were all very impressed. Set up and pick up was right on time and were very respectful of the area and us when loading into their trucks.The staff was amazingly friendly, attentive and efficient. A+ service all around, would absolutely recommend. -

We rented wine barrels from the company to put our flowers on, and they were very easy to work with - responsive and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend them again! -

Stress Free Expierence
I literally had the most stress free experience with Del Rey Party Rentals. They were extremely easy to work with, very patiently walked me through all the items and caught quite a few errors on my part and even taught me a few things. Julio even went above and beyond to give me advice on what works best to achieve the overall style I was looking for. The whole process of confirmation, drop-off and pick-up went off without a hitch. Payment was super easy to do as I was able to do through the phone.I would recommend them to anyone looking for event rentals! -

Such an amazing service from Del Rey!
Del Rey Party Rentals was recommended to me by my friend that has had a very good experience with the company when he needed a few hundred gold chiavari chairs for his wedding. I'm very glad that I listened to my friend's recommendation because I too have nothing but good to say about my experience. For my wife and I’s wedding we needed chairs, tables, dinnerware, tablecloths and furniture. We were very happy with the white folding chairs and banquet tables that we rented, they were nice and clean. The table linens were ironed and spotless. The furniture was beautiful and in good condition. It all came together to “fit” our white theme. Del Rey helped us set everything up and stayed until we were fully done. Thank you Julio and your team for making our wedding perfect! -

Very Pleased With Services!
My Husband and I were very pleased with this party rental business! We were in need of a lot of rental products for our wedding. From the start, I received excellent service. When inquiring I had tons of questions, changes and additions - Itzel was so professional and quick to respond, answered all my questions and even accommodated us on "Pipe & Drape," rentals. We knew we weren't going to find anywhere else for this kind of reasonable pricing. We will definitely be using this party rental service again, whenever we went around checking to see if the chairs or tables needed additional cleaning, which they didn't, they were in such great and clean condition. Great business to rent from. Professional, deserves 10 stars! -

Excellent service!
The rental process with Del Rey could not have been better! I was very impressed with their quick responses and meticulous attention to detail! Their event coordinator, Itzel, was very polite and helpful. On the day of my wedding, everything arrived on time and they made it look more beautiful than I had imagined. The pick-up was very speedy and clean. My venue had a strict time requirement for the rentals to be removed and they were able to work with me and even managed to be out with enough time to spare. My special day would not have been so perfect without their help. Highly recommend! -

We had a destination wedding with a local diner party upon our return at our favorite restaurant. We rented chocolate brown banquet table cloths and sage green napkins for our party. Del Rey Rentals was easy to work with and they had the best prices I could find ($0.65/napkin, $8/table cloth). They gave me a 5 day window to pick up and return the linens. They have many colors/fabrics to choose from as well as chairs, tables and dinnerware. I am happy with the service and will rent again

Carol Sent on 09/20/2011Del Rey Party Rental was suppose to deliver columns for the flowers and drape/pipe for the backdrop, however, it never got delivered. When my wedding coordinator called them, they said they got into an accident. I understand that situations like these happen. The unprofessionalism was when they told my coordinator that they would refund me right away. I waited two weeks and nothing happened. I called and they didn't know what happened. The manager told me that they would refund right away but it took two more calls for it to happen. They were a waste of my time.
