Del Favero Oasis is simply gorgeous. All our guests were commenting on it and our photos turned out great. The cost was comparable or better compared to other venues we looked at and the staff were great. They even gave us an orchid as a wedding gift! -

Got married here in Feb- it was the first venue we toured and was just instantly breathtaking. It feels like you’re in a mini garden paradise in the middle of Tampa. The real gem is the venue coordinator Aaren, who clearly cares so much about what she does and was super responsive to all my questions/to vendors, and so organized day of. They’re constantly renovating/beautifying the space too.
Logistics things: There are very few required vendors here, giving you a lot more flexibility. Made it a lot easier for my Indian wedding, as a lot of other bigger venues in the area only let me work with their in house caterers offering standard American food options. Pricing was very fair for the area and a LOT is included (gorgeous farmhouse tables that really don’t need much decor, benches for ceremony, lounge seating, buffet tables, cake and sweetheart table, bar, Dj booth, string lighting over dance floor). All that stuff was never included at other venues I asked around at and it ADDS UP! You will save a lot on decor because you honestly don’t need much in the way of florals, it’s so lush! I had around 80 people and it never felt crowded. Max is 125. -

We fell in love with Del Favero from the moment we toured the venue. Aaren was friendly, communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, answering our questions and providing a layout of the venue. The outdoor setting provided beautiful nature-filled photo opportunities. Our wedding was in November, so the weather was comfortable, bugs weren’t a big issue and the trees provided shade. Although the small trails and lawn were somewhat difficult for one of our guests with a walker, they were able to navigate the dance floor and dining space well enough. Because my veil and train were long, they did drag slightly along the trails, but this ended up creating some sweet photo moments of my husband holding up my gown and once it was bustled after the ceremony and photos, it was no longer an issue. We loved being surrounded by nature on our wedding day. The venue was perfect for our needs and turned out exactly what we wanted for our special day: intimate, magical and peaceful.Del Favero Oasis's reply:

Del Favero Oasis was such a beautiful and thoughtful venue for our couple’s wedding. Their team was incredibly thorough with the floor plan, vendor needs, and expectations, making sure every detail was addressed ahead of time and that all vendors were well supported the day of. The space itself is stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration. With 45–50 guests, it felt intimate yet spacious, and we loved what we were able to create in such a charming setting. I’d highly recommend Del Favero Oasis to any couple looking for a venue that combines beauty, organization, and care.Del Favero Oasis's reply:

Garden of Eden
This amazing, all in one location set the stage for a picturesque natural oasis wedding. Elegance and natural beauty, we added very little decor, and our pictures came out stunning! For our 100 guests, it was intimate, comfortable, and fun! Aeryn was great to work with. I cannot recommend this venue enough!Del Favero Oasis's reply:

Hidden Gem
This venue is absolutely stunning! Feels like the movie the secret garden! Definitely a hidden gem of Tampa, tucked away in little sleepy citrus park. From the lush greenery to the beautiful wood working the owner crafted . The attention to detail they have done is amazing!
Even though it rained on our wedding day all day, they managed to make our day extra special under the reception area. It was gorgeous! Their hard work to transition the ceremony immediately into reception mode was quick and efficient!
Aaren did such a great job communicating back and forth when needed and was clear on what to expect.
They even provide heaters for rent which was great!

Words can’t fully capture how incredible our wedding experience was at this venue. Aaren was an absolute pleasure to work with, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Even after the hurricane, the team worked tirelessly to restore the venue, making it look better than before. Our guests were amazed by the beauty of the space, which was perfectly sized for 100 guests.
We had our wedding on Nov 24th and it was a perfect 70 degrees then got chilly in the evening. We added four heaters and the bonfire pit to keep everyone warm, which were a huge hit. The dance floor had plenty of room, and the 10 cocktail tables we rented for the grass area worked perfectly, creating a great flow. Guests loved exploring the garden and taking photos—it truly felt magical. The day was unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for more.Del Favero Oasis's reply:

Del Favero Oasis made all our wedding dreams come true! It is the most gorgeous venue in the area, such a hidden gem. I looked at every possible venue with trees or a garden within an hour of St Pete and they all either fall short on the aesthetic or are outrageously expensive. Del Favero is very reasonably priced and so, so beautiful for a wedding. If you're looking for a quiet, tranquil, nature soaked bliss of a fairy-tale wedding then look no further! Aaren handled us so kindly and professionally, and responds promptly when the bride has lots of questions!
Our wedding date was 8 days after Hurricane Milton totally wrecked the county, the venue sustained some damage and had huge trees blocking their access road. Aaren and her team had all hands on deck doing their absolute best to not have to postpone our date. I realize how lucky we are, not everyone had the timing work out so well in their favor. Regardless, we are so grateful to Del Favero for providing the most magical setting for our most special day! -

We were absolutely in love with Del Favero Oasis when we first toured it, and it surpassed all our expectations for a wedding venue. Aaren was a joy to work with, flexible and accommodating when we wanted to visit the venue prior to our rehearsal.
We were looking for a venue we would have to do minimal decorating for, and Del Favero is so beautiful on its own, it didn't need anything extra from us. The entire space is an Old Florida dream, the perfect mix of thoughtful garden additions and wild Florida green spaces. It was the serene, beautiful place we were looking for. Between the gorgeous set up and the top notch customer service from Aaren and her team, I recommend Del Favero Oasis to anyone looking for a unique venue in the heart of Tampa. -

Del Favero Oasis was the first and only venue we toured. We fell in love with it right away! It is set up beautifully and you can tell there is a lot of care and attention put into every corner of the place. We know this will become one of the most popular spots in the Tampa area. We can’t recommend this place enough. We wish a lot more people get to see all their hard work and dedication, and enjoy this beautiful venue as much as we did.
The owner, Aaren was extremely kind and helpful since day one, making the process so smooth and stress free. She was quick to respond and always flexible to make things work for us. I was searching for an outdoor garden Tampa wedding venue and right when I saw this I knew instantly that this was what I'd been looking for! I reached out to Aaren, owner and manager of Del Favero Oasis right away to book my 2/3/24 wedding, and it was so easy to read and sign the contracts and pay all online!!
This venue is like something out of a fairytale story! The large oak tree with Spanish moss, ferns, vines, bamboo and tropical flora in general were breathtaking! All of our guests were also telling us how absolutely stunning this venue was! Some even said it was the most fun and beautiful wedding they've ever attended! What an honor! The Spanish hacienda inspired pavilion was gorgeous and well lit when it got dark, also with great ceiling fans!
I LOVED the air conditioned bridal suite and how it was tucked away in privacy. We chose to include the live orchards as our centerpieces and then we added rose petals and votive candles to line the center of the tables. Simple elegance and charm.
OH and we had 2 food Trucks from Tampa Bay Food Trucks, which was a TOTAL HIT!! Wow!
Aaren was so easy to communicate with, very sweet and friendly and she kept us in the loop the entire time we planned our wedding all the way from Colorado (where I live). Everything was smooth and seamless, not one bit of stress! Like I said in the title, it was an absolute dream come true and it truly turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We will cherish the memories and the photos (thanks to Regina The Photographer) we got for years to come. This venue is a no brainer for a smaller scaled wedding (we had around 60ish people) and it was justttt right! ;)Del Favero Oasis's reply:

When we were looking for a venue for our wedding we focused on a location that was intimate, flexible, naturally beautiful, and a place that would be well remembered. Del Favero was just that and much more!
We were both astonished by the intimate nature of the venue and fell in love with the beautiful oak tree and ferns. When we first toured the venue we both experienced a wow moment and from that moment on we had decided to have our wedding at Del Favero Oasis. Now after the dust has settled we can honestly say we LOVE this venue and would make the same choice if we could do it all over again.
Now, for the "and more" part of the review title. Aaren (the point of contact for the venue) was so gracious, kind, and responsive. Aaren truly made the planning and execution portion of the wedding an enjoyable experience. Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart but with someone like Aaren in your corner it seems a little less daunting. There were many times where we would text and call with questions and Aaren always made us feel important.
Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. Trust this review and just book a tour! You will, just like us, not any furtherDel Favero Oasis's reply:

The most incredible, romantic and beautiful venue!
We had the most incredible wedding at Del Favero Oasis!!! Our guests were all obsessed with the venue and how gorgeous the trees, flowers, and decorations were. We felt so blessed to work with Aaron, because she was so responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the whole planning process and the entire day. One of our guests favorite part of the venue was how open and green everything was. This made us feel like we were in a romantic enchanted forest in another country! Del Favero has one of the most amazing feelings and my husband and I knew right away that this venue was the one for us. Look no further and have full trust in Aaron because it was a truly unforgettable experience for us! A hidden gem - absolutely amazing!
If I could give more than 5 stars for this venue I would!! I had toured so many venues before Del Favero and I immediately knew this was the place when we got there. There are not adequate words to say how amazing the venue coordinator, Aaren, was. She was available from the day we toured the venue to helping the entire wedding day. She was so friendly and professional and took care of any of our requests. She was amazing with all of our other vendors. As a bride, there was nothing more comforting than to have her there on the day of to ensure everything went smoothly. She made sure every single detail was perfect and I didn't have to worry for one second. She was amazing with my family and it seriously would not have been possible without her. And the venue itself - WOW, just WOOWW!! It was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures seriously do not do it justice. The second you drive up to the venue it is like you are in a fantasy. The team at Del Favero has worked tirelessly to make sure that every detail has been accounted for. As it is very new, everything they promised that would be finished was and far beyond any of our expectations. It is also conveniently located not far from the airport which worked so well as many of our guests were out of towners. This place is an absolute hidden gem and I can't recommend it enough. For anyone touring venues this place is a must and it is impossible not to love. If I could redo our big day again I would choose this venue a thousand times over. Every one of our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful this place was. Aaren and her team were a complete godsend. We were so lucky to have found this place and I would tell any bride to have their wedding here and they WILL NOT be let down. -

Wedding for the Quinns
The value was absolutely worth it. It’s a beautiful put of this world venue. We loved this placed it was stunning. I did DIY ALL of my florals and the professional on this was ok, I did receive some eeriness or hesitation to me diy’ing my florals which were amazing. Other than the hesitation to me doing my own florals and decorations they are great to work with! -

This was a beautiful venue.
As far as the bridal suite: We showed up and it happened to be cold that day. It was very cold. We were told that nothing could be done but I do feel like they may have turned the heater on. Three mirrors with lights. But only two of the mirrors with the lights worked. Only two outlets worked for hair tools. No hooks for dresses.
The bathrooms were dirty and smelled badly. They were never cleaned before the wedding. If I knew it would be like this I would have totally brought special sprays and cleaner to make sure our guests were not uncomfortable. Never saw or met the owner. This was not ADA compliant and my mother had to leave her walker and try to manage to get to the restroom with a cane. It would be very difficult to push someone around the property in a wheelchair. The cute bathtub photo was not an option, as the bathtub was too dirty to get into. Everything was completely disorganized. For such a beautiful venue I feel like this could have been so much better.

Hi Ronda thank you for the honest feedback and we apologize that our bridal suite and restrooms were not maintained to our usual standards and we have addressed these issues. We have also now clearly marked the handicap ramp that leads to the restrooms. Due to the size of our bridal suite we do not use portable electric heaters because of the close proximity to flammable materials like hairspray bottles, however the suite does naturally warm up on those rare cold days. We're so happy to hear the vendors you brought in were amazing, it's one of the reasons we are so flexible with letting you create the day you really want.
