    I couldnot have picked a better woman for the job.

    Debbie did our wedding May 7th at Rustic Ties. She went above and beyond being a "day of" coordinator. She got everything done & I didn't have to worry. The photographer said I was the most relaxed bride and I replied " Debbie has got it." Could not have asked for a better person to do my wedding. Thanks Debbie!!

    Great Service

    It was a pleasure working with Debbie, she is so professional and soo organized. She helped me with every aspect of the wedding. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help with there wedding and she is affordable.

    Debbie was our day of coordinator for my daughters wedding on May 6, 2018. She also helped me with timeline, management of vendors and anything else I had questions about. She was on top of details from day one. She made suggestions in the timeline that made our wedding run smoothly. She was always early and decorated church and venue exactly as we had discussed with her helper Jessica. Debbie loves what she does and always goes the extra mile or two! Debbie encouraged us and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy my daughters special day. Thanks so much Debbie!

    I am so glad I found Debbie, she was an absolute gem and helped me with anything I needed as well as creating a lovely wedding in just a few hours the morning of. She was attentive to my wants, any pictures or documents I sent her and set everything up exactly how I wanted. I definitely recommend her to any bride out there, she is the helpful coordinator you need to enjoy a stress free planning experience! Thank you so much Debbie!!!

    Currently, since we have not had the wedding yet. I still give her 5/5 because she is very dedicated and interested in making your theme perfect for you, even with the smallest detail. Extremely sweet and caring. I have enjoyed having her as my hands in my wedding.

    This lady, Debbie, is simply AMAZING!!!!

    Ms. Debbie is one of the most knowledgeable and organized Event Planners COUNTRYWIDE!!!

    She is also very sincere and kind. All amazing qualities to possess!!!

    When working with her, all she needed was details and away she went and started planning.

    If you are trying to decide whether to allow Debbie to be your wedding planner, look no more. I could not believe how enthusiastic and willing she was to get started with planning. The first time I spoke with Debbie I sensed her genuine responsiveness, she was seriously speedy. She is willing to work with you and is very accommodating. Debbie has great ideas, but she does not put them before yours. We are so excited to have Debbie as our wedding planner. Thank you Debbie. Our wedding is next year, and I will share how great it was.

    I had the worst time trying to find someone to help and be honest with me, until I met Debbie. She is the best ever! When I tought I couldn't do it she boosted me up and made sure I had it and gave me backup plans. If you want someone honest and fantastic hire Debbie! There is none like her!

    Day of wedding coordinator

    Debbie did a wonderful job coordinating my wedding reception. She is very responsive, prompt, and organized. We meshed well together when it came to planning everything, up until the very last minute. Although my wedding guest count may have intimidated her at first, she still managed to make everything flow smoothly. Thank you for all your help Debbie. We enjoyed having you!

    Debbie was very energetic and tried to corrall our crazy group. Setting time limits and staying on a timeline is not our thing and she did her best to keep us in line and on time.

    Debbie was an integral part of our special day, without her, we wouldn't have been able to pull off the reception! We didn't have access to the reception venue until 5pm - which is when the ceremony started! Debbie got to work right away, managed the vendors, set up decor, set up the food and did it all with a smile on her face. She worked her tail off until the end of the night when she helped clean everything up.

    Great value

    I hired Debbie less than two months before my wedding date because I needed to make sure my sister (MOH, only attendant) had some help with the execution of the day. Debbie was pleasant to work with and flexible - I was a bit stressed out, so I wasn't always clear in my wishes, but we found common ground and my pandemic wedding was a perfect day and everything I hoped it would be. I would say her best strengths were vendor coordination/communication and making sure we stuck to the timeline.

    Terrible Service

    I wish I could be a satisfied client but I’m far from it. I should’ve know it was going to be a disaster from the moment she didn’t even know who the groom was during the rehearsal and they’ve met before! She asked him “And who are you?”. I’m very disappointed in Debbie’s services. I laid everything out for her with every detail written out, we met and spoke several times about the wedding and she extremely underperformed. The whole point of the rehearsal is to know the order of the wedding party and she still messed that up at the wedding. She had my mom and brother lined up at the end of the line instead of in the front, my nephew didn’t have a chance to walk down the aisle because she wasn’t telling people when to go when they had to and I was already down the stairs. She missed so many obvious details like lighting up the candles for us to light the unity candle (they were off during the ceremony). She started removing the ceremony decor when I emphasized several times that we wanted to take photos in the ceremony space for 15 minutes. Our guests noticed that she was running around and looked flustered and it was embarrassing knowing that our guests noticed as well. The lady she brought as her “helper” told my sister “I have no idea what I’m doing, I’ve never helped with a wedding before”. The real day of coordinators were my bridesmaids, they helped decorating the ceremony space AND flipped the space Into the reception and took care of the details when they should have been enjoying cocktail hour. There are so many things that went wrong that I can literally write an entire list of items and am gladly able to share with anyone who wants an honest review. This review is not to bash Debbie as a person because she’s a nice lady but I would not recommend her to anyone as a day-of-coordinator and if I can deter a couple from having the same horrible experience that my husband and I experienced then this review is worth it. The worst part is that I expressed how disappointed I was and she didn’t respond or bother to say she was sorry.

    Thank you Rob for your review. I would like to address a few things that were stated about the wedding. Reviews are done after the wedding is finished. As for unity candles, they usually are lighted by the groom's parents before the ceremony starts or you can both do it during ceremony. I was pulled away by a vendor who needed information before ceremony started. I am sorry your nephew wasn't able to walk in the processional at ceremony, but he did walk down for the exit of ceremony. My assistant just wanted a picture of sweet heart table so she could set up the way you wished. As for ceremony breakdown, the DJ needed bridal party information, which pulled me away from the breakdown of ceremony. You were able to take some beautiful background ceremony pictures before the flip.
