We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant for our wedding! From the very beginning, Ben was so kind and approachable that it felt like we were working with a close friend. He took the time to review every detail with us, answering all our questions and ensuring we were completely comfortable. His warmth and professionalism made the ceremony truly special. Ben made the process of planning our ceremony easy and low stress. From our first call with him until the day of the wedding, he was a calming presence and offered great advice and feedback! He was very flexible, professional, and responsive in the months leading up to the wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Ben! Ben was amazing from the start, we began planning with only a 2 month window to the day. He gave us so much helpful information, we had no idea how any of this worked, and he tailored the entire thing around our backgrounds, and our personalities. Ben provided examples and lots of material to pick and choose from, and was super open to ideas from us and incorporating them into the ceremony. He kept checking in on us and helped make sure our moment was incredible. Ben anticipated every aspect of the day down to the smallest detail, so that when the actual ceremony began it ran so smoothly, it was as if we had rehearsed it several times (we had not!) And most of that is credit to him and his preparations for us and for the day. Also he was so genuinely friendly that after the ceremony he felt like part of the wedding party, I had people asking afterwards because he was so memorable.
Work with Ben and that's one less thing you need to worry about on your big day. We cannot recommend him enough!

Ben is an incredibly kind hearted individual with such a positive spirit. Having him as our officiant was one of the greatest decisions we made for our wedding day. We are an interfaith couple and Ben helped us in piecing our ceremony together to respect both of our religions as well as our personality in the way we wanted it represented. Ben spent time one-on-one with us to inspire and reassure us of how perfect our special day was going to be. As Floridians having a wedding in New York, this was critical. Benjamin was an absolute dream to work with. He worked with us to hand craft our vows and gave us a group of options to start from. Benjamin encouraged us to write up a history and "our story" which he tweaked and delivered day of. All of our guests were so in love with everything we chose to do and with Benjamin's delivery. We were initially going to have a friend officiate and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go to Benajmin. He also was very timely with getting our paperwork in so getting our marriage license was a breeze. I would hire him 100 times over! -

We loved working with Ben for our wedding. We chatted with him multiple times ahead of our wedding day. He provided us with a beautiful template for the ceremony, and allowed us to modify as much or as little was we wanted, and he provided us with many options for certain things to include. We chose to keep it pretty minimal, but he worked with our requests and needs, and really took our outlook to heart to generate a perfect ceremony that felt personalized. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone planning a wedding! Multiple guests also stated that he had the most calming voice and wanted him to get a deal recording eBooks or meditation apps! Thanks for everything, Ben! -

We hired Ben based off his amazing reviews and he did not disappoint! His cool and calm demeanor made us feel relaxed and less anxious, which is huge when you have pre-wedding jitters. From the very beginning he was so responsive and helpful. All I can say is wow! Ben was absolutely amazing. My husband and I really did not know what we wanted for a ceremony. Ben spent a huge amount of time getting to know us and our love story and put together the most beautiful ceremony! The most amazing part was incorporating our kids into a very special family piece of the ceremony! If I could give Ben 100 stars that would not be enough! -

Though we debated asking a friend or family member to officiate our wedding, I'm so glad we chose Ben in the end. My partner and I actually wrote the entire ceremony ourselves, but we couldn't have done it without Ben, who provided us with templates, examples, and invaluable guidance from the many ceremonies that he's done in the past. We also had multiple conversations with Ben before the big day where he asked us meaningful questions and helped us figure out what kind of ceremony we wanted to craft together. Additionally, he led a rehearsal the day before the wedding, which was hugely helpful. Since he's an objective third party, he could kind of tell people what to do in a way that wasn't awkward (e.g., maybe the ring bearer should walk a little slower) — plus Ben is incredibly kind, so he has a way of phrasing everything gently and positively. I felt like we could really trust Ben to pull the ceremony together and keep it together. I definitely recommend him -

Benjamin is an incredible officiator and writer - at least of wedding ceremonies if nothing else. From first contact to assistance after the wedding and every single step between he was our ideal officiator. He was helpful, kind, and passionate about his job. He even helped when we had some technical problems setting up a livestream for family and friends and assisted with staging things nicely for the ceremony. If you are looking for an officiator in the Finger Lakes, this is your guy. You will not regret it. -

Benjamin was a great officiant for our wedding! He made a point to get to know me and my husband before the wedding, even though we were so far away from where the wedding took place. He helped us personalize our ceremony, making it as beautiful, and as special as we wanted it to be! He was also such a calming presence when I was in panic mode the night of rehearsal when we were double-booked at the venue! He went right with the flow and helped me in any way he could! -

I contacted Benjamin after another officiant cancelled on us two months out. I thinks things worked out for the better! He was so patient with us and was very available to ease any of my worries. He had no problem editing the script to match us and our wants. On our wedding day he was very professional and I everyone was complimenting his calm reading style. -

Wonderful officiant!
We are so happy we chose Ben to officiate our wedding! He is kind and has a calm and confident presence. He is also a total professional we felt we could trust from the first time we spoke to him by phone.
Ben helped us personalize our ceremony, and the process of working with him flowed effortlessly. He did an amazing job officiating our recent elopment at the arboretum at Cornell. He exuded a heartfelt presence, with space for humor, and helped us make our ceremony an incredibly special experience.
We recommend Ben to anyone looking for an officiant who can guide you through the preparation of your wedding and the big day! -
