Ben made the process of planning our ceremony easy and low stress. From our first call with him until the day of the wedding, he was a calming presence and offered great advice and feedback! He was very flexible, professional, and responsive in the months leading up to the wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Ben! Would highly recommend him to anyone! -

Ben is a wonderful officiant and made our wedding ceremony perfect. My husband & I are both anxious and shy people, and Ben made sure to make our ceremony short & sweet so we were comfortable. Ben went out of his way to help us with everything & we really couldn't have done it without him. Thank you so much Ben, you're the best! -

Ben was wonderful!!
We highly recommend Benjamin Marlin to anyone looking for an officiant. He's very kind, easy to talk with, listens to you and helps guide you through the process if like us, it's your first time :)
The ceremony he created for us was perfect. Short and very sweet! He helped us incorporate our families and friends into the I Do's and we were so touched by what he had written, we used it as a keepsake that we'll cherish forever. Thank you Ben!! -

Ben was amazing from the start, we began planning with only a 2 month window to the day. He gave us so much helpful information, we had no idea how any of this worked, and he tailored the entire thing around our backgrounds, and our personalities. Ben provided examples and lots of material to pick and choose from, and was super open to ideas from us and incorporating them into the ceremony. He kept checking in on us and helped make sure our moment was incredible. Ben anticipated every aspect of the day down to the smallest detail, so that when the actual ceremony began it ran so smoothly, it was as if we had rehearsed it several times (we had not!) And most of that is credit to him and his preparations for us and for the day. Also he was so genuinely friendly that after the ceremony he felt like part of the wedding party, I had people asking afterwards because he was so memorable.
Work with Ben and that's one less thing you need to worry about on your big day. We cannot recommend him enough!

Can’t say enough good about Ben.
I’m not sure where to start with this review for Ben. He was everything we wanted but didn’t know we needed. His calm and down to earth personality, mixed with his calming voice got us through the most anxiety ridden 30 minutes I’ve experienced. The most memorable thing I can say about Ben, is when I first walked down the isle waiting for my now wife to walk down, he could tell how nervous I was and fighting to hold back tears already. I approached the arbor and as I stood there, Ben looked at me and told me to take some deep breaths, he led me through what felt like a mini-meditation exercise with him guiding it. Ben then told me, “feel this, live in this moment.”
He couldn’t have been more correct to stay present in that moment, that felt like it flew by. The ceremony itself couldn’t have gone any smoother with Ben leading. He is one of the most genuine and down to earth people we’ve ever met. He was genuinely interested in learning about our story, our relationship and our love, so he could encapsulate that in to the ceremony. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else up there with us, leading our ceremony.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything Ben! We can’t thank you enough. -

"The most naturally beautiful wedding I've ever been to"
The ceremony can often be a forgettable or boring part of a wedding, but Ben helped us to create something that was memorable and beautiful. We were looking to have a ceremony that had a somewhat traditional structure, and was personal, meaningful, and not too religious. Ben met with us several times before the ceremony to help with planning, he responded to our needs and even made his own requests that made the ceremony better. In particular, he suggested adding a flower ceremony and a beer ceremony, which went extremely well. He even helped us write our vows, sent a ceremony outline, and was extremely open to the idea of swapping out traditional bible readings with poems and song lyrics.
Our wedding was truly unforgettable thanks to Ben. We were told that our ceremony was one of the "most naturally beautiful ceremonies" our guests have ever seen. I highly recommend Ben to help you plan your wedding. -

Ben is an incredibly kind hearted individual with such a positive spirit. Having him as our officiant was one of the greatest decisions we made for our wedding day. We are an interfaith couple and Ben helped us in piecing our ceremony together to respect both of our religions as well as our personality in the way we wanted it represented. We highly recommend Dear Ceremony to any couple regardless of being an interfaith couple. You will not regret the decision! -

Perfection
From the first call we had with Ben we knew we wanted him to marry us. We were also able to meet in person and we had such a great conversation. We felt he “got us” and made us laugh which was just what we needed. Highly recommend!!!! -

Ben was beyond amazing. He is so calming and so eloquent with his words and delivery and he had so many great recommendations that I would have never thought of. He far surpassed all of my expectations and I cannot thank him enough for making our ceremony so special. I would highly recommend Ben over and over as a wedding officiant. -

Exceptional
From the moment we first talked to Ben he made us feel like we had known him forever. He was so genuine throughout the entire process and his calming attitude was exactly what we needed on the day of the ceremony. Ben was professional, helpful, and exceptional during the whole thing! I have nothing but wonderful words to say about him and his service! -
