Dress shopping experience

Sydalia was so helpful and so patient while I tried on my dresses. She was funny and warm and made me feel so comfortable. Best experience I could have asked for.

Outstanding!

I walked into David's Bridal with no appt because i got snowed out of my shopping day. They were welcoming, accomodating and essentially helped me find My Dress! They made me feel so special! I can't recommend Bel enough. She was so sweet, fun, helpful and actually listened to me. David's has the best variety and best pricing! I will definitely recommend them!

Incredible experience! The person I worked with understood what I was looking for and found my dress with in the first 5 dresses. I had a lot of people tell me not to get my dress from David's because tons of other brides will wear the same dress as me, but I don't care about that. All I wanted was a dress that I love and one that my Groom would love. I found that here. In addition to the fantastic bridesmaid dresses that were so easy to order even with half of my bridesmaids are out of state.

I had such a great experience at David's Bridal! Shelby was so awesome! She did a wonderful job helping me and my bridesmaids find the perfect dresses! I was even impressed by the alterations department.

Kim was great! I was one of those difficult brides that thought I knew what I wanted but turned out not to have any idea. She was extremely patient and made it fun for me. She made my experience a success.

I visited David's after looking in 4 other bridal shops. I was so impressed with the large selection at David's and the fair and reasonable prices! They treated me like a princess when I was trying on dresses. I'm so happy with the beautiful dress that I found there. My bridesmaids also bought their dresses at David's and were all very happy with the style options.

Today was the best experience at a bridal shop I could have imagined! Megan and Heather were awesome and treated Rachel and I like princesses. We found the perfect dresses and could not be happier.

I had no intention in buying my bridal gown just yet when I went into the store, I was just looking around. My stylist, Jo right away showed me around, made my Mother, Maid of Honor, and myself feel welcome. I only tried on three dresses and had found my dress on the second one I tried. Jo knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew. I felt Jo was not pressuring me into buying a dress and understood my intention, but I am so thankful that I found my dress. She gave me the best deals, advise, and experience that every bride should have when planning their wedding. Thank you so much David's Bridal and Jo for making the beginning of my wedding planning easy and enjoyable. My family will be coming back.

I had the most wonderful experience at David's Bridal in Colorado Springs! I made my appointment like a month a head and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and helpful. They didn't have a lot if the dresses I liked online but my consultant took everything I wanted and found me the perfect dress. It was unique and beautiful. She was so kind and everyone that works there made me feel special and like a bride. My consultant even let my friends and family go with her to pick out some dresses. It was the best experience ever. Most anyone who says different is just trying to compare David's Bridal with the Say Yes to the Dress stores on TV. If you don't do that, make an appointment, and come in with a smile and an open mind, you will have a great time. The staff is amazing and some if the sweetest women I have ever met.
Thank you David's Bridal for being the best.

I'm normally not a huge fan of this place, but it is convenient for everyone because they are everywhere. I did find beautiful moss green dresses for my bridesmaids that were flattering for all sizes. But it was the ONLY dress I liked. I am the kind of person that thinks, 'I'm going to wear this dress once so I'm not going to spend a fortune.' I went to one of their sales, and found my dream dress for $250! However, my vail was $150. Their accessories look cheap and are way over priced, but overall, I'm very happy I went there because of the deal I got on my dress.

The gal that helped me did a great job. She found the perfect dress for me in my budget. Then it came in about 2 months ahead of schedule.

I had previously had a TERRIBLE experience at a David's Bridal in California several years ago when I was a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding, and I vowed never to go to another David's Bridal again... however one of my friends recommended a dress for my upcoming wedding for my bridesmaids, and I reluctantly made an appointment. I have to say that my experience at the Colorado Springs David's Bridal was BEYOND wonderful. Liz, our fitting specialist, was friendly, sweet, and very attentive to what I wanted and what my bridesmaids wanted. It was a wonderful experience, and we found the perfect dresses for my bridesmaids. I would recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a bridal gown, attendant gown, MOB gown, or fancy party dress.

I loved my wedding dress!!! The appointment was just okay - I flew home to shop with my mom and our stylist did not seem very excited, nor did she really make me feel like I was wedding dress shopping. I had to have my dress special ordered online and sent to a store closer to where I live. The people I spoke with over the phone were wonderful - and the store that received my dress where also great!

My experience at David's Bridal was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The young lady that helped was just great. She helped try on dresses, and helped me with shoes. Her name is Rebecca. I recommend David's Bridal. I was not nervous or anything like that.

David's Bridal was convenient, affordable, and easy to work with. With having my bridal party in 3 different states, it was nice to be able to have a company that was accessible for all of them to get their dresses. I loved my dress from there. My first visit to try on gowns was good, but not the best - I felt man-handled by the gal getting me in and out of the dresses, she talked a lot, and although I said on multiple occasions that I was not making a decision that day (as it was my first day of looking), she was fairly pushy in trying to get a decision made. I was able to make a decision after that appointment - and also let them know about my slight disappointment with the initial appointment. After that, all my other appointments were great - helpful, not pushy, kind... just good experiences. I never went anywhere else. It's a basic shopping experience - get fitted, try on dresses, etc. - but that's what I expected and wanted. I'd recommend it - especially for the convenience and price.

I made my appointment with no intention of buying, only to find out what silhouette I should be gearing my searches towards. I followed the instructions and picked a few potential favorites from their website that I might try on while we were there. When we arrived we signed in and were told we could browse the dresses while we waited, since we were a little early. I was on the phone with my MOH, telling her to stay home if she wasn't feeling well. By the time I was done with her it was time for my appointment and they walked us over to our dressing room area, I never did get time to browse the hangers, though that wasn't their fault. My consultant took my measurements and then brought me shape-wear that went from over the bust down through the hips and a petticoat. I had to get my mom's help to get me into the shape-wear, which was entertaining, but I felt all tucked in and shapely with it on, which boosted my confidence a ton, since I'm round in the tummy. The dressing room was tiny, with just enough room sideways to poke out both your elbows and not touch but not enough room to hold both arms out straight. It was only deep enough to walk in straight with a dress on, no room to turn around or maneuver. When I came out I was on a stage backed with mirrors to see the dress. As we went and figured out what I liked or didn't like about each dress the consultant adjusted the dresses she brought me and we tried on 8 dresses before I found one I loved. All the dresses brought fit me without any ugly clips or jerry-rigs to keep it on, so I saw how they'd fit both front and back. There was huge pressure to buy or finance but it was easy enough to brush off since we knew we weren't buying. Once our appointment was over we continued to browse bridesmaid dresses but our consultant didn't have much to do with us after the appointment ended. Overall a good experience.

I had an appointment yet waited for 45 minutes only to be paired up with another bride. Thus, I was forced to have my mother and best friend help me get into and out of dresses while the consultant tended to another bride. I bought my $900+ dress on the spot but I am sad that I didn't get the whole bridal experience since I felt more of a nuisance than a bride-to-be. However, the dress was beautiful and fit me great on my wedding day.

They had the wrong wedding date in the system and I told.them when it was ans no one ever changed it
So we ordered the dresses and they were sue late. Had to change everything.

I was expecting better service. There was nothing bad, just not special. I excepted that when I set an appointment I would be the only customer being helped by one person. I did a lot of waiting around for my girl to help 3 other customers. I was not impressed by the dresses. The only ones I would like were unreasonably priced. The women in the front to check in seemed in an unpleasant mood. They do have beautiful dresses if you want to pay the money. I wouldn't suggest going here if you are looking to be one on one, or bringing people along with you.

The dress I bought is beautiful, no doubt. But, the staff doesn't appear to be communicating with each other. I was called by the store to pick up my dress when I had already been fitted and it was in alterations. I then received another call reminding me about an alterations appointment that I never made. Again, beautiful dress but getting it home and on my body has been frustrating.

The service when I went to find my bridesmaid dresses was terrible!!!! They didn't help much. We kept grabbing our own dresses and sizes. I had gone to our consultant and asked if we had a time frame we needed to be out by and she said you had an appointment so no limit. No more that 5 min later we get attitude from a consultant or manager(hopefully not manager) that we needed to downgrade to one room for my 3 girls. At that moment we walked out
