The dress Darius Cordell did turned out Amazing!
I combined two different styles together for a custom dress. Darius Cordell Couture was able to blend the two design together beautifully. Cot was a bit more than I wanted to spend and it took a bit longer to arrive than I had expected. But I am still very pleased with the outcome. -

It needed no modifications
Back in January I ordered a custom pageant gown from Darius Cordell. My pageant was in July so I was cutting it a bit close. They still managed to pull it off. My dress came in a few weeks before the pageant. But it needed no modifications. Just a few tailoring things and it was perfect. -

It was just slightly different.
My wedding budget was really tight. I wasn’t able to spend the $10K+ on the dress I really wanted. So I found Darius Cordell Couture and they said they could do the design for under $2000. I was doubtful at first. That didn’t seem possible. But the examples of the dresses they had done in the past convinced me to try. -

I love the dress was perfect for me
I hated all of the mother of the bride dresses I was seeing and thought I would do a custom design. I found Darius Cordell online and they were able to create a dress that I love that was perfect for me. I felt beautiful on my daughters special day. It was worth it to go couture. -

So excited to wear the dress of my dreams!
The prices they quoted me were so good it made me nervous. Once their sales rep William explained it to me it was because they were on-line only and didn’t have the same overhead as a bridal shop it made more sense. So I took the leap and I am so glad I trusted the process. The dress came in sooner than I had planned for so I wasn’t ready to pay yet. But once I got my balance paid the dress came in quick and I was very happy. So excited to wear the dress of my dreams! -

I was so confused on how they were going to make me a custom dress without fittings. But I followed the process. I had my tailor take my measurements gave them to them. And I was shocked how well my dress fit on the first try. I only needed some very minor adjustments – because I am a little top heavy. But it wasn’t that major at all. Darius Cordell made my wedding gown in my measurements. I knew they were on-line only but I was able to get fittings done by my tailor here. Didn’t need many alterations at all. Just had to hem the skirt and take the sides in a bit because I had lost some weight. I had no issues at all. -

Thanks Darius Cordell for creating my dress.
They told me it would take about 6 months. It actually took more like 8. I wasn't too upset about it because I knew it was a really beaded dress. But the delivery did cut it a bit close for comfort. Order early - lol. But the dress itself was gorgeous. And the quality was really good for the price. -

Darius Cordell makes gorgeous dresses.
First things first - make sure you give them extra time. My dress came in real close to my wedding and I was on pins and needles nervous. But that aside my dress was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Luckily it fit perfectly when I tried it on because I would not have had time for lengthy fittings and alterations. I was so happy! Darius Cordell makes gorgeous dresses. Order early! -

Correy was the rep that helped me through the process. I asked a ton of questions. I am sure I frustrated him at some point. But he was patient with me. He did direct me back to the FAQ a few times. But he got my questions answered. So I decided to go with a Darius Cordell original. They sketched my ideas and brought it to life. My dress was amazing. And I am surprised how it needed very little alterations. I never thought I would buy a dress for my wedding online. But after trying on so many dresses in the store and not liking anything I realized online was the way to go for me. I am very pleased. -

I was searching around on Pinterest and found this company. Some of the dresses on their social media were not on their website. So I was a bit concerned. Then I saw the designs they had created in the past and I thought they were absolutely beautiful. I decided to mix 3 designs together to create my custom piece. And to top it off I was actually able to talk with Darius himself. He was quite helpful and rather funny. All the 5 star reviews match my experience to a tee. I am so glad I decided to use Darius Cordell for my custom dress. -

Their website says it can take about 6-9 months. And I didn’t want to pay for a rush. I don’t know why it takes so long. But my dress actually took about 11 months. They told me it was because it was more beaded than most. I hated that it took so long. But that made sense. Anyway, the dress turned out great. So that extra time must have helped! I only needed minor alterations. Overall I had a pretty good experience. So I cant really complain. I got what I wanted for the price that I needed. It just took a bit longer so I would suggest to make sure you give enough time. Thank You Darius Cordell and staff for making my dream dress come true!!!

Best Outfits
It was hard to find a mother of the bride dress during the Pandemic when everything was shut down in our state. Luckily I found the Darius Cordell website and they responded quickly. I was really surprised. There were so many lovely & unique dresses to choose from. I decided to customize one they had created before. So glad they were still open, working and able to work with me. Very Happy Bride!
I have always tried on any formal dress I have ever purchased. This was the first time I did not. I was very nervous about purchasing this way. But I was unable to find what I wanted in the bridal salons. So I decided to trust this process and I am SO glad I did. went to my local lady and had her take my measurements. I sent those along with my deposit to Darius so they could start my cutom dress. The enire process took a bit longer than I had hoped. But my dress had tons of beading so it made sense. Once my dress was just about done someone emailed me for my balance. About 3 weeks after I sent my last payment I got an email with tracking information. I was so excited. When the box arrived I could barely wait. To my surprize the dress looked incrdible. It was exactly what I wanted. To make things even better once I tried the dress on I was shocked. It fit me perfectly. I dont know how they did it. Needless to say I will always recommend Darius Cordell Designs to any bride who is looking for a real custom dress. Darius and his entire staff were incredible. I cant thank them enough. -

So happy with my dress!
Darius and his team did an AMAZING job on my dress. I am plus size and was having a hard time finding anything I liked off the rack. So i opted for a custom dress. I gave them a picture of what I wanted and they actaully made it. It looks so much like the picture. not to mention it fits like a glove. Nothing in the stores that I tried on worked on my body. My Dress is AMAZING! I made the mistake of thinking it would be delivered in 12 weeks. But they kept telling me that was an "approximate" time frame. It took a while longer than 12. But once I got over that I was good. Especially now that I see the incredible end result. I would suggest leaving extra time for them to make the dress to be safe. My experience with Darius Cordell Couture was Amazing!
They say it takes about 6 months so I made sure to give them extra time so I did NOT have to do a Rush Order. They gave me an estimate for my custom dress. The final cost was a bit higher which is no big deal. I sent in my measurements and was stunned when I got my dress that it fit so well. I can recommend Darius Cordell Couture to any one who really wants a custom dress with out the high cost. -

The bead-work was perfection.
