  10 stars!!! Joel is an amazing, amazing photographer with breathtaking work. My fiance had Joel for our proposal, and I couldn't be happier. Joel also photographed our Indian engagement ceremony and both sides were very very happy with the pictures. EVERY SHOT was amazing, not just one or two. Great guy, fun to work with, and an eye for detail. I'm super super picky, and I couldn't have picked someone better myself. Unlike other photographers, Joel provided us with all different types of shots, portraits: artististic details, documentary style. I RECOMMEND JOEL WITHOUT HESISTATION, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!   10 stars!!! Joel is an amazing, amazing photographer with breathtaking work. My fiance had Joel for our proposal, and I couldn't be happier.   Joel is everything you could want in a photographer! He has a great eye for capturing amazing shots. His style is so unique from all the other wedding photographers out there, and his photos are jaw-dropping beautiful - I love every shot he took! Not only is he talented, though, his calm demeanor always helped to put me at rest. I was not an easy client to deal with, but he always reassured me and calmed me down. I was able to enjoy my wedding knowing that Joel was there to capture all the special moments! HIGHLY recommend!

  We couldn't have imagined a better photographer for our wedding day. Alicia and my intention was to keep our wedding as simple and down-to-earth as possible. Our budget was tight and our wedding party was relatively small. However, the one thing we knew for certain was that we wanted the very best photographer for this special day. It is the record; it is a large part of the memory. I had reviewed so many wedding photographers' shoots and while they were beautiful, they didn't seem to suit our needs. I wanted someone who could tell a story, who could capture the moment; someone bold and artistic. What a tall order! When I was first recommended to Joel, I reviewed his website and immediately knew he could deliver what we desired. He is not only kind and humble, but an incredible storyteller and overall talented artist. Professional, innovative, kind, everyone at our wedding fell in love with him. Thank you, Joel Danto, over and over and over again! You make us fall in love with our wedding day each time we look through these pictures.

  My fiance and I just did my engagement shoot with the one and only Joel and I cant begin to describe how amazing he is! He is sooo creative and puts so much effort to make sure he has the picture shots! We had the funnest engagement session with him. He made it a great experience and one to remember! He doesnt just take pictures, he captures moments to the point that all my friends and family said how much love they can feel in my pictures. When my fiance and I received our pictures, we were blown away! We kept thinking to ourselves that if our engagement photos are going to be this amazing, what are our wedding photos going to be like? They are just too perfect!!I think I have looked at my pictures 1000 times since he has sent them. You are getting top quality pictures and working with an amazing photographer for an affordable price. I think my shoot with Joel made me 10x more excited for the wedding. I highly would recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding photography for there engagement and wedding. You will not be disappointed!

  Joel was great! Our pictures turned out fabulously, and we couldn't have been happy. He has an eye for bringing in all of the colors in the environment, bringing out your best features. He made us feel comfortable, guiding us through the process, but also allowing us to be ourselves and bring in our silly sides as well. We could not be happier with how wonderful our pictures have turned out. We highly recommend him to help capture your special memories.

  My experience with photographer Joel Danto was wonderful! I have worked with many photographers - he is by far my favorite and the first I would recommend to anyone in search of a talented and creative photographer for any event. Joel is extremely skilled and professional, and at the same time relaxed, fun and personable. He helped me feel totally comfortable in front of the camera and contributed many helpful suggestions for experimenting with different settings, angles, lighting and poses. Joel really has an eye for composing exceptionally beautiful and artistic photos. While there is a strong sense of vision to his work, he also has a collaborative spirit and I truly felt like we were working together to create the photos rather than merely being the subject. Working with Joel was so much fun and yielded more amazing photos than I could have hoped. I would recommend Danto Photography to anyone and have no doubt that they would be more than pleased with his beautiful photography.

  I would highly recommend Joel for any photography needs. Joel photographed our wedding and being a same sex couple who have been together 28 years, I wasn't interested in the typical "wedding package" and the associated costs. I shared this sentiment with several photographers who just came back with their typical wedding package. Joel heard what I wanted and offered a terrific solution that didn't cost thousands. The pictures look great, exactly what I was hoping for. Everyone commented on how great they thought Joel just ‘fit in’ to the event. He caught some great candid shots that we can share with our family. We were looking at all the pictures last night and my husband thought Joel provided us with some great Christmas presents that we can give this year :-).

  Joel takes beautiful, high quality pictures. He takes great candid pictures and also sets up great table pictures along with small groups and couples. I highly recommend him to use for events to capture the spirit of the event from start to finish.

  Working with Joel is the opposite of WORK! He is always down to play, create, and he photographs with his heart as well as his eyes. He is truly an artist in every sense of the word, gentle to work with, and has a natural ability to put clients at ease. I've been lucky enough to shoot with him more than once and every time they've come out looking like something a higher priced photographer would create...PLUS the images that he took are the ones I use for all my default social media profiles. He is truly a genius and a really, really cool dude!

  I was very pleased with the photography Joel did for my son's circumcision (bris) ceremony. He was not only responsive at the last minute, but he was so professional at the event and captured the event so beautifully. He put together a gallery in a short amount of time and sent us the photos to keep in a very easy way. I would definitely recommend Joel to my family and friends.   He were referred to Joel and I could not be any happier. We used his services for our sons Brit Milah and I can't tell you how patient, wonderful and super friendly he was, everyone loved him. The pictures are amazing, but it was Joel's professional ways that made them even more perfect. I wished I knew him before as I would have loved for him to do our wedding.   We are so happy that we chose Joel for our wedding and engagement photography. He’s super-creative, and the shots that came out of his crazy ideas are some of our favorites. Our family and friends are obsessed with the pictures we posted on Facebook, and we get compliments on them from total strangers. Of all of the vendors we worked with for our wedding, Joel was the most responsive and most flexible, arrived early to scout locations, and overall it was a pleasure to work with him. His packages are affordable, and ours included free engagement photos and a second photographer at the wedding (who was also excellent). I would recommend Joel to anyone.
