Danielle was incredible! I had the best experience working with her and felt so beautiful on my special day — I also felt like myself which was super important to me. She did an amazing job of enhancing my look while also making sure I still felt an elevated & bridal version of myself. Dannielle is incredibly talented with a perfect mix of professionalism, creative vision, and kindness. I had the pleasure of working with her for my September wedding, and I highly recommend to anyone who is reading this to book her! It was a positive experience from the start - communication was prompt, clear, and a timeline was created on how the day would go, easing any nerves I had. Meeting her in person was like having an old friend doing my hair & makeup - she was a calming presence and made sure I was 100% happy with the final look. My makeup and hair lasted the entire outdoor elopement. You will not be disappointed - she is truly wonderful and produced amazing results!! -

Wedding Hair and Makeup
Dannielle was amazing from our very first phone call. As someone with little experience with hair and makeup, I was nervous, but she made me feel comfortable. She answered all my anxious questions with patience and professionalism and brought a calm, positive energy to the wedding day — exactly what I needed. She was reliable, talented, and fun to be around. I felt beautiful, and all my bridesmaids had great things to say about both Dannielle and her partner, Anna. I’m so grateful she was part of my day and can’t recommend her enough!

What initially drew me to Dannielle was her beautiful and thorough website and what stuck out to me the most was her diversity in clientele. I ended up not doing a trial but she assured me that it is okay and common for elopement brides. Dannielle was extremely professional, thorough, kind, and responsive through this whole process. She made my vague vision come to life from Pinterest screen shots, she made me feel at ease through the whole time getting ready and let me know we can always change something if I didn't like it (because I didn't know what I wanted), and she was just the most wonderful person to get to know. She made me feel so beautiful for my big day and my makeup and hair lasted the entire night! I would recommend her to any bride to be! -

Dannielle and Heather were both amazing to work with - they were incredibly professional and very responsive. I had my makeup trial with Heather a few months before my wedding and she was so kind and made me feel very comfortable offering my opinion or tweaking things as we figured out what I liked. This was incredibly helpful as someone who doesn't normally wear a ton of makeup!
Heather was so amazing day of as well - she has such a calming presence which was much appreciated on a hectic day. All of my bridesmaids looked gorgeous and loved their makeup. My mom and mother-in-law both don't wear much makeup and were a bit nervous about having their makeup professionally done, but were so happy with the end results and looked amazing! I also loved my makeup and was so happy with how it looked in photos. I was impressed that even on a 90+ degree day it didn't budge and lasted all through the night with multiple hours of dancing! All in all, I would highly recommend Dannielle and Heather :)

I had two experiences with Dannielle and both were amazing. The first one was my bridal preview which was so much fun! I should also note she moved her schedule around to accommodate my preview so I could have my hair and makeup done for my bridal shower. She was very professional, joyful and fun to be around. The work she did was great and I will be completely honest and say that after the bridal preview we ended up chatting and changing a lot of the work she did at the preview because it didn’t make me feel confident/was not what I was I envisioning for my wedding day, it just took me seeing it on myself to realize that. She listened extremely well to my wants and dislikes about anything from the preview and I absolutely loved what my wedding day hair and makeup looked like. All of my girls looked and felt so beautiful as well which was super important to me. Her work both times was impeccable, but I think what makes Dannielle a true professional is the ability she has to take a clients concern/dislikes and adjust her work accordingly. I 100% recommend booking Dannielle for hair and makeup! -

Highly Recommend!
Dannielle is fantastic! She did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and my wedding. My makeup lasted all day both times. She listened to what I wanted— which when it comes to hair and makeup, I am not always the best at articulating– and gave me a look that was similar to how I normally do my hair and makeup, just a little more glammed up. She is quick, efficient and personable. She did hair for my bridesmaids as well– who represent a variety of hair type and textures. She also did the hair and makeup for my mom which turned out gorgeous! -

Cannot recommend Dannielle enough! She was so cool and fun and open to playing with unique ideas. I wanted to go with a bit of a wild look with my hair and we were able to come up with such a fun hairdo without it being too over the top for a wedding. I also wanted to add a touch of ‘spice’ to my makeup and we ended up doing a touch of electric blue eyeliner in the water line that I am still obsessed with. She came to my location for the wedding day to get me ready and was completely fine with my very chaotic household haha. Dannielle also was so kind as to gift me the blue eyeliner on the wedding day because she knew how much I loved it. She is amazing and I highly highly recommend her! -

I'm so glad I found Dannielle for hair and makeup for my wedding! I evaluated countless other MUAs and found myself repeatedly frustrated by lack of responsiveness and unprofessional communication. From day one, Dannielle was responsive, friendly, and professional. She was flexible and accommodating around my slightly unconventional wedding party, did detailed work, and took lots of notes and pictures on our trial run to ensure we recreated exactly what I wanted for the actual wedding. On the big day, she was a calm, friendly, and fun presence in the getting-ready suite. I loved how everything turned out, and it held up perfectly through the ceremony, photos, reception, and the after-party that went late into the night :)
I couldn't recommend her services more highly, definitely one of my favorite vendors that we worked with for our wedding! -

As good as it gets!
Not only is Dannielle incredibly talented (as is her team!) but she is one of the nicest people I've ever met. From our first phone call to my wedding day, she made me feel so at ease and taken care of.
And no matter how prepared you are, your wedding day will be stressful, and having someone like Dannielle on your team will make a world of difference.
On top of her being incredibly lovely, I felt like an actual supermodel at my wedding. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup and can hardly believe how good I look in the photos haha.
Not to mention how amazing all of my bridesmaids look! It's really common for someone in the bridal party to be disappointed with their hair/makeup and all 8 of my bridesmaids absolutely loved how theirs turned out.
Oh and to seal the deal, she and her team were on time and prepared for everything — including having to trim my hair to make it perfect! -

Dannielle and her team made us feel/look incredible!
Dannielle and her team were incredible to work with. Dannielle was actually recommended to me by our photographer, who said she was a joy to work with at another wedding. I reached out and was immediately greeted with a warm, kind, and thoughtful response. She answered all my questions and was upfront about pricing and services.
For my actual trial and wedding day, I worked with one of Dannielle’s artists – Kayla VanderZiel. Kayla was incredible. I had never really had my makeup or hair professionally done, and I didn’t really know what to expect or how to guide other than showing my Pinterest board of ideas. Kayla was so kind and immediately put me at ease. We tried an updo at my trial, which I loved, but I ended up wanting something down on my wedding. Kayla was easy to talk to and helped me figure out what I wanted in a kind and collaborative way. I felt incredible all day and night and beyond. Additionally, I treated my bridesmaids and mom to their hair and makeup on the wedding day. The two artists (Kayla VanderZiel and Heather Gastineau) who did my bridesmaids and mom were true gems! Everyone felt and looked incredible, including my 77-year-old mom who couldn’t get over how good she looked in her false eyelashes!
Dannielle and her team made everything a breeze. From the payment process to the timelines to all communication, they were professional, kind, and genuine delights to spend such a special day with. I can’t recommend Dannielle and her team enough. Truly loved working with them, and they made all of us feel incredible. My heart is still so full.

She was so organized and took care of some unanticipated “extra requests” that happened in the big day. It felt like we had another girlfriend in the room.

I worked with Dannielle for my wedding hair and makeup and had such an amazing experience! For me, this was one of the vendors I was most nervous to book as I am not used to wearing a lot of make-up or being able to accurately describe the looks I was aiming for. Dannielle made the whole process so easy and stress-free for me. She was very communicative with me from when I first reached out up until the big day. She really listened when I described what I did and didn't want and did such a wonderful job making it into a reality. She was open to tweaking the final look to be exactly what I felt comfortable with. I felt so heard throughout the whole process and so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to her! -

Dannielle's hair and makeup work was wonderful, but the real value-add was her relaxed, warm, easygoing energy. A hair and makeup artist is someone you spend a lot of time with on your wedding day, and her presence was really lovely: no bad vibes or forced politeness. She is easy to talk to, kind, focused, and efficient. I also appreciated the way she collaborated with me to make decisions about different details (like hair accessories, eyelashes, etc), getting a feel for what I wanted and then making an expert recommendation. Really can't say enough. The trial is also worth it; it helped me hone in on the right style (with her help) and, she made adjustments on the wedding day no problem. I felt so beautiful. What to say... Well, first and foremost thank you for making my ladies and I look amazing the day of my wedding.
Dannielle was phenomenal. We found each other after multiple others as we were on a budget and pushed off finding some of our vendors until we were certain our wedding was actually happening after the state had shut down. I would say her prices are very fair.
She also has an outstanding Instagram showing off some really amazing work that she has done as well. If you haven't, go check it out.
The day of the wedding she was the first of the beauty team to arrive. Danielle was so professional and listened to everything we wanted. I loved watching each of my ladies take a seat and be transformed by her make-up artistry. I whole heartily recommend. -

Dannielle is one of a kind! She’s been my hairdresser for a couple years and when I got engaged I KNEW I had to secure her for my big day! Dannielle was very professional and her work was amazing. She truly cares about achieving your vision, and meeting your expectations.
With how unpredictable LA traffic is, I was worried that she’d get caught between driving from San Diego to LA. The morning of my wedding however, she went above and beyond by driving down to LA the night before and staying in the city to make sure she wouldn’t be late for my 7am start time.
She was also very flexible during my hair trial. I flew out from Las Vegas to San Diego, and only had one day to do my trial. It was after typical salon hours, and she worked to meet my schedule. She took her time to make sure I was happy with my result (w/o rushing through it) and made me feel comfortable by letting me know if I decided to change my mind down the road, that it wouldn’t be a problem.
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect glam squad. My girls loved her, and everything was executed beautifully. There was definitely zero stress, and 100% satisfaction when working with Dannielle.
My hair stayed perfect throughout the entire day/night/morning 7am-2am!!! -

Dannielle is doing my hair for my wedding coming up in about 6 months. I reached out to her very last minute before my engagement photo shoot and asked if she could style my hair. She was very flexible and able to accommodate me even though I didn’t give her much of a heads up in advance. I told her I just wanted some beach waves/loose curls and her work was perfect and just what I envisioned. My hair also held up many hours after my shoot and that was after a windy beach day! I loved my hair and she was very professional, friendly, easy to chat to and does great work! I am sure I will be back with another 5 star review when my wedding day comes along! -

Best Wedding Hair Ever!!
I cannot day enough about how amazing of a person and hair stylist Danielle is. She went above and beyond to make every aspect of my wedding perfect. She did my hair for my rehearsal dinner (As my mother-in-law) and my wedding including ALL 11 of my bridesmaids. Right away Danielle understood what I was looking for and executed it beautifully. I had bought clip in extensions to wear on my wedding day, she incorporated them into my natural hair in a way that you could not even tell I had extensions on. If you are looking for an amazing hair stylist for your big day Danielle is your girl! Her and her team are amazing!! -

I had to book Dannielle without doing a trial, as I lived a few states away from where my wedding was. I was nervous, because I’m pretty picky, but her Instagram really sold me, because she featured brides of all race, size, style, etc., which I think is severely lacking in the bridal industry.
We booked my trial for the afternoon of my rehearsal dinner. Within minutes of her styling my hair, I felt like I had made a friend! The conversation flowed, and we laughed easily - something I knew I would want in a stylist on my wedding day when nerves might be hitting.
Not only is Dannielle sweet, funny, and kind, she is ULTRA TALENTED. Both my rehearsal and wedding day hair were exactly what I wanted, and absolutely beautiful. She understood my vision, and translated it perfectly into a hairstyle.
We booked her for all of the bridesmaids, and the moms, and everyone had nothing but incredible things to say about her and their hairstyles. How she powered through that many people I have no idea!
100% would recommend that you book Dannielle, and that you book her ASAP!!!! -

Dannielle was absolutely great to work with! Three months before my planned wedding day, I found out I was pregnant and we needed to push the date up by a whole month. I had originally booked with a different artist who wasn’t available. I frantically searched for another hair and makeup artist that would be available for a bridal look 8 weeks out. Mind you... brides book their artists MONTHS in advance so I was praying for ANYONE to be available! Dannielle was super responsive to my inquiry request and schedule a trial that weekend. The trial went great! She’s so sweet and genuine and listened to what I wanted. She made sure I was happy with everything as we went along and made any changes I asked for. She was also great at making recommendations when I was unsure. My hair and makeup the day of my elopement was perfect and lasted all day. :) -

I got married in April 2019. I had the pleasure of having Dannielle do my hair, as well as my 3 bridesmaids and mother's. I had a lot of hair at the time - very long to be specific but I wanted a low messy, bun up-do. I wasn't sure where all of my hair was going to go but she made it happen. She nailed the look I wanted to a T. She was so gentle yet very quick. My hair stayed put the entire day/night. And the best part? I had a needy, 2 year old mama's boy attached to me and she was so understanding of that situation. She does amazing work and I am so glad she and I crossed paths. -

Flexible, sweet & perfect!
From my bridal trial with Dannielle I felt like family which made wedding prep so much better! Dannielle is the girl I’d choose on my team if I could do it all over again (: She made all my girls unique yet cohesive and they all loved her work too, even my MOH didn’t want to wash her hair the next day because it just looked so perfect still. Even though Wedding morning got crazy with the MU schedule running behind, Dannielle adjusted and had me ready perfectly on time, the whole time she remained professional al as ever and always offered her sweet smile which went a long ways... trust me, Dannielle is worth the investment to have on your team on tour wedding day -
