I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world
Tracy is the absolute best! I visited her shop a few times before I settled on my dress and each time she and her staff were polite, professional and incredibly helpful. Once I found the dress for me she worked so hard to alter it and created customized lace sleeves to match my dress so that it could be exactly what I envisioned. The dress was so comfortable and wearing it made me feel like I was the most beautiful woman in the world. -

Flexible and helped me find the perfect dress
When I first called around looking for a black wedding dress I wasn’t sure if I would find it but Danielle’s bridal knew that some of their dresses could be ordered in black and pulled the dresses ahead of time for me to try on. They were able to custom alter my dress to add more lace on it and did the most amazing my bustle so that it wouldn’t cover the detailing in the back of my dress. Alterations were very easy and I couldn’t be happier.-

Awesome selection and service
As a plus size woman I have a hard time finding styles I love that also fit me. Tracy worked with me and my bridesmaids to find is all the exact styles we loved. I got so many compliments on my dress and I can’t thank Danielle’s enough for the awesome service and flexibility that they provided! -

I said "YES" to the dress the first visit!
Danielle's Bridal Boutique in Saratoga Springs helped me say "YES" to the dress on my very first visit to the shop! They have a wide array of wedding dresses and styles to choose from, even being a small shop. I raided the entire selection for the perfect dress for me.. and soon I had found myself caught between two. But, the bridal shop associates were helpful and constantly reminded me that it was MY day. What dress made me feel special? I also tried on various belts and veils... and they were super patient and helpful. I found my dress easily. It was perfect for me. And, the price was AFFORDABLE. Also - their alterations were performed by their in-store seamstress, Hylee Gifford. I also highly suggest going to her for alterations. She is very knowledgeable, affordable, and flexible! -

I went to Danielle's for my prom dresses and continued the tradition for my wedding! I loved my experience there. I bought a Maggie Sottero dress and wouldn't want to buy it anywhere else. Everyone is so accommodating and understanding. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses and the groom and groomsmen tuxedos from there, I had my dress altered there and my mom ordered her Mother of the Bride dress from there. Everything was perfect and it was great to have everything ordered from one place. It was a stress free process for me and I knew I was in good hands. Tracy is amazing and I would recommend Danielle's to any bride! -

Within minutes of walking into Danielle's Bridal I knew my wedding dress was hiding in their racks! After visiting many other bridal shops Danielle's made me feel the most comfortable and welcomed. This was one of the only shops that let me look through the racks on my own and touch the dresses. I enjoyed that because you can look at thousands of pictures online but dresses can always look and feel different in person. Danielle's Bridal didn't cringe at my budget, they helped steer me in the right direction. All of their dresses were beautiful, in great condition and great quality. I got down to two dresses and they let me think on it for a week, and even extended their weekend sale for me. I ultimately picked a Justin Alexander gown that had an illusion neckline and I had the in house seamstress Hylee alter it for me into a V neck. I had 3 additional visits and everything was exactly what I wanted. Hylee was so friendly and skilled! She also hemmed my dress and added a fabric heart from my late Grandmother inside close to my heart. On my wedding day I felt like a real princess. The dress was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The sequins glistened in the sun and the lace at the bottom looked beautifully in all my pictures. Everything about my dress and my dress shopping experience at Danielle's was perfect! My only wish is that I can wear my wedding dress again and again and again! -

Danielle's was actually the second dress place I stopped at and after having a bad experience at the first it was a relief to have an amazing experience with Tracie! I told her what style I was looking for she rounded up a couple of dresses and the first one I tried was it! I can't thank Tracie enough for finding me the perfect dress and then fitting it perfectly to me with the alterations! She has such a great staff and a huge selection I'm sure she will have anything you are looking for!!!! -

Danielle's Bridal is AMAZING! The dress selection is wonderful and affordable. You can pick out a dress that looks extremely expensive, but is in fact reasonable. The staff is great, beyond helpful and not too push. I've also done my alterations here and Hylee is one of a kind. Her skill is on point and she goes out of her way. I am an out of town bride and she has made certain to work around my visits to town, reserving entire days just for me to make any fixes necessary. I cannot rave enough about Danielle's Bridal! Thank you, thank you! I CANNOT WAIT TO WEAR MY WEDDING DRESS IN 30 DAYS! :) -

After trying on 25 dresses at several bridal shops in New York, I found my dress here! Dominique was amazing. I came in one weekend just to look and she walked me around and showed me several dresses she thought I'd like. I made an appointment for the next week and said yes to a Maggie Sottero gown that I had not seen anywhere else. Dominique and the rest of the staff were so helpful and patient with me. Even though the appointment was on a busy weekend, I did not feel rushed or limited to trying only 5 dresses as I had been at other shops. After I ordered the dress, I realized the designer offered an option on it that was slightly more modest. I called the shop a few days after placing my order and they were able to contact the designer and make the change within the day! I couldn't be happier. I look forward to trying on my dress when it gets here! -

When I got engaged I went to look for dresses very shortly after. I went to little dress shops in downtown Saratoga to be sadly disappointed at price and customer service. I decided to go to Danielle's and the consultant pulled z bunch of dresses for me. I had my MOH with me and we also picked some dresses. I was really just looking for the style I liked. I ended up trying on the ones I thought I liked and didn't find anything. Then the consultant pulled a dress that I was like oh no this is not going to work. So I tried it on anyway and immediately fell in love. I knew it was the one. I left the shop without purchasing it. Brought my mother and mother in law back and they loved and and we bought it.
Danielle's stored the dress for me for a year and a half, I came in whenever I wanted to try it on. My girls ended up getting their bridesmaid dresses from their and they got a discount because I got my gown there. The dresses were absolutely beautiful.
I did get alterations through a family friend. Danielle's let me bring my dress back to steam it free of charge. I also purchased my veil there as well. I got a $120 credit when I purchased my dress and used the toward the veil.
I can't say enough about their service and having all I needed in one place. I absolutely recommend them. They have dresses for all price ranges! -

Everything about this bridal shop was great! I am from the saratoga area and have moved to NC for the last two years, basically planned the majority of our wedding from NC. Every time I called Danielle's they were insanely helpful and courteous. I got my bridal dress through them. They were able to recommend a very affordable alterations lady (who was also great). I wish I got our bridesmaids dresses through danielles also! We got them through another vendor in the latham area who was just awful compared to these folks! Highly recommend Danielle's!!! -

great place to go. we went to David's and were sorely disappointed with the service. The owner of Danielle's whose name is Tracy was wonderful.. She was totally awesome..My granddaughter was the bride and she found everything she wanted there and her girl's dresses also...tuxes were completed and the service was great.. She has sale items and special order and does not hurry or try to rush you out the door so she can move on to the next customer... DEFINATELY CHECK IT OUT!!!!! -

Tracy (the owner) was always accessible and attentive to questions and details. When we walked in, I let my mom pick two dresses, I picked two, and Tracy picked two. I ended up purchasing a dress my mom chose, but one of Tracy's dresses was a close second -- she has such great taste in recommendations! The shop can get busy around prom ordering time, but they staff was still VERY attentive and helpful to my family and bridesmaids as we finalized our trying-on and ordering of dresses. I was very impressed with how cool, calm, and collected that staff seemed even with all the commotion. Such a professional outfit with TONS of options.
This small-town experience was MUCH more enjoyable than our stroll through "David's"
I will forever use Danielle's for any formal event in my future!

I went from purchasing my prom dresses to years later purchasing my wedding dress at Danielle's. Their service is and always been consistent, friendly, and very helpful. I went to a few bridal shops before Danielle's and at each of them I was quickly stressed and frustrated thinking my dream dress didn't exist. The atmosphere at Danielle's was instantly relaxing and laid back, I was able to go through the racks without being ambushed by nagging help, but they were right there if I needed anything. I found my dream dress without having to be a size 2. The alterations were quick and efficient. I continue to recommend Danielle's to everyone for even a dress for an event. -

So sad to read all the poor reviews for Danielle's Bridal Boutique. My wedding was a few years ago, and there were a few things I would change if I did it again, but Danielles is NOT one of them. Every visit to Danielles was excellent for me. Danielle herself and all her girls was very friendly to me and my bridal party. The selection was excellent and her prices were better then others in the area. My mother-in law found a her dress at another bridal boutique, but Danielle's ordered it for her so she could get it with mine and the price was literally half of what the other bridal shop was going to charge her. I LOVE Danielles and would definitely recommend to a friend and have recommended to friends. -

Reading the negative reviews saddens me b/c I can't imagine how those things could have really happened... our experience with the girls at Danielle's was overwhelmingly positive!! We had found my daughter's dress in a shop in Latham, but we continued to look for it at other places, shopping for price and better service. We ended up at Danielle's, and while we didn't do any better on price, we enjoyed a friendlier atmosphere and much better service!
We had no issues with the seamstress' work (perhaps it's not the same seamstress?); the dress needed to be taken in almost two dress sizes due to my daughter's losing weight, and I was a bit concerned how well it would be done b/c there was extensive beading on the dress. I needn't have worried though... it was perfect!
I want to say how much I appreciated too some generous help from those girls too... I took my MOB dress, the JBM's dress and the MOH's dress to a dry cleaner in Latham, asking for a steam job so they would look fresh. Turns out, they would have pressed them with a steam iron... a major misunderstanding that I caught just in time. Turned in desperation to the ladies at Danielle's, explained the situation, and they said... "bring them in!" saying that they'd have them done for us in 2 hours. What great service!! Also, when I went in to pick up my daughter's dress the day of the wedding, I was also picking up the JBM's dress and tuxes for the groomsmen. It was POURING out!! All I had was a small umbrella and didn't know how I'd get everything in my car without getting soaked. The girl working urged me to drive up on the yard to get as close to the door as possible, then, after putting everything in plastic, she went the extra mile, and, while I held the umbrella over her, she carried my daughter's dress out to my car! I don't know how much better service anyone could ask for!!!
I highly recommend Danielle's!!

I loved working with the girls at Danielle's. The dresses came in on time, even though it was prom season! The alterations were a little off and needed to be redone on 4/5 of my bridesmaids. Tracy was wonderful and very professional. We also ordered the men's tuxes. 2 of them needed to be resides. Most places make you return them the next day, but Danielle's gives you 2-3 days. -

We stopped in on a whim and they let me try on gowns. I would like to mention that we were turned down by other places in Saratoga for a drop in- so we were very appreciative! I purchased my dress that day and the ladies were very patient and helpful. They were swamped, so was often waiting for help, but that could also be because I didn't have an appointment. Hylee was very helpful. I would also like to add that their preferred seamstress Lynn, is great and VERY affordable! -

It may not be one of the fanciiest places in Saratoga to get a wedding dress but I was pleased with my service and attention. The were so flexible and easy to work with. My only complaint was that the veil I had chosen early on was discontinued and no one called to let me know. So when I went back for a fitting, the veil was not longer avaibale to order. I was so dissapointed.
I got married in June so the place is quite busy with Prom season, which made some of my fittings a little chaotic but I looked beautiful on my wedding day and thats what matters. -

I was iffy about going to Danielle's, bc I had read a few bad reviews. But they had two specific gowns (a Maggie Sottero and Alfred Angelo) that I wanted to try on, which no other shop had. I fell in LOVE with the Alfred Angelo AND the girls at Danielle's. Tracy, Jess and the team were amazing. Always so sweet and accomodating. We had a mix up with my bridesmaid dresses (One came in the shop in the wrong color), and I didn't even panic! I trusted Jess when she told me they would get it taken care of, and they did (two days later!). When the bride purchases a gown, you get a free suit rental (which we used for my dad). The suit was awesome, too. Although they were a hike from my East Greenbush home, I highly recommend Danielle's. -

It was sometimes difficult to get someone to answer questions for you over the phone and when I had been up in the saratoga area (I live in troy) for an afternoon and stopped by to see my dress, I asked to look at the veil and it was the wrong one. It's a good thing I looked because it took quite a while to order the correct one. Luckily for me, it wasn't a big deal because I had done my dress shopping VERY early and so waiting wasn't as stressful as it could have been... -

This is a no frills kind of bridal shop, but the prices were reasonable and because of the owner having a great eye, she found the dress my daughter bought and it was a dress she may not have otherwise tried on. The dress, and headpiece were beautiful and came on time. I would recommend. -

Loved the dresses and the price. Only had problems with availability of seamstress and her capabilities with certain fabrics. -

My dress was beautiful and the streamstress did an excellent job. My only complaints were that there were many noticeable places where the beading had come undone, and not replaced, in the front of the dress. My mother had to spend alot of time fixing it herself with extra beads that came with the dress. The ladies were very very nice and accomodating, but did seem disorganized. When I first paid for the dress, they didn't notice that I had forgotten to give it to them! (I called as soon as I got home and realized it). They also told me that the bridesmaid dresses needed to be ordered 4-6 weeks before the wedding. When I called at that time, they told me that they should have been ordered a month earlier and would now not be arriving until after the wedding date, and that I would be responsible for paying for the 40 dollar a dress rush order fee!! But.. alls well that ends well- everything arrived way under the anticipated date, without having to rush the order. The dress was incredible, and the bridesmaid dresses were beautiful . I had been warned by other brides not to use Danielles because of their disorganization, and now I see why! But, again, everything in the end was perfect. -

Danielle's was in charge of my dress, my bridesmaids dresses and the guys tuxes. I've always had excellent service at Danielle's, but my in laws had a different reaction. They shipped the dresses around the country where my bridesmaids were located. They were able to accommodate my colors, my desire to have a shorter bridesmaid dress and provided all the accessories I needed.
Danielle's carries dresses of various prices ($100-$2000), and I bought my dress for a considerably lower price than I would have received elsewhere. -

I'm torn with my review. I went to Danielle's after my sister-in-law recommended them. We went to try on dresses, and I fell in love. The dress was slightly out of my price range, but the sales woman offered me the sample dress, for 25% off. The dress was brand new to the store, and only one other person tried it on. And, to make the deal even sweeter... the dress fit like a glove. We also ordered our bridesmaids dresses through them, and everything went without a hitch.
The only huge problem started with the veil. I ordered my veil in April, along with a sash. The sash came in within a few weeks, but no word on the veil. I finally called in June, and was put on hold while the sales woman checked my file. She came back on acting slightly strange, promising the veil had been ordered, but it was on back order. OK, not a problem. A few weeks went by, and still nothing. Finally I called again and told them I was driving home, and wanted to have my veil, or I would cancel the order. MAGICALLY the veil came in that day. When I went to pick it up, the veil was white, even though I had ordered ivory, and... the veil did not have a tag on it. I am wondering if they just through the sample veil into a bag and handed it to me. When I asked about the color I was told it was the darkest ivory the manufactured carried. I was prepared to get married without a veil, until I brought it to my final fitting, and the alterations woman (who is wonder BTW) promised me that the manufacture carries an ivory, and she got on the phone immediately and ordered me one. The new ivory veil came in and looks wonderful. -

I ordered both my dress and sash from Danielle's. Since I purchased my dress they have moved to a new location. I found the old location to be disorganized and not that nice looking. I did quickly visit the new location to pick up my sash and it seemed nicer. The woman working did not pay us a ton of attention at all, but that kind of worked out because we were able to pull our own dresses. The day I visited all in-stock dresses were 50% off (probably because they were about to move), so I bought my dress at a great price. I would say overall that most brides would not get a great first impression of the store, but that I had no problems or complaints when it came to the dress or sash I ordered. -

Despite the difficulty I had experienced with the staff and confusion on fitting my dress, the dress itself was a huge hit! Danielle's Bridal is the only shop in the area that sells camo dresses in store.. Mine was beautiful and a complete success. I ended up taking it somewhere else to get altered and fitted because the staff told me there was no availability. I also ordered a veil to match the dress and after 3 weeks of not getting answers, they finally told me they couldn't match the ribbon to the dress and was unable to make the veil. I did not get a veil for this reason. -

After trying on just a few gowns the owner, Tracy found a dress that was lovely for me. I still wish I gave a few more a chance but it was indeed beautiful. Seamstress although very nice screwed up my dress, accidently sewing the bustline (my dress was a halter) completely together in the chest where she said she would drape the chiffon to give it a light look but less revealing. I would have given the seamstress another shot if there wasn't another bride next to me a week away from her wedding crying about how she didn't love her dress anymore after the seamstress messed it up. The girl to my right was very unhappy with hers. Instead of trying to fix the problem to make the brides happy they were telling her all of the reasons to like her dress, basically telling her there is nothing they would do about it. Sad for any bride who is suppossed to feel so confident in her dress and absolutely love it. I had to pay Danielle's a hundred dollard to pay for a screwed up hemline and botched up bussle and bust area of my dress only to bring it to another seamstress to fix it. Not accomodating on the issue. The other seamstress (works at Fancy Schmancy) did a phenomenal job, I might add. The owner and girls although nice were as mentioned in a previous review, incredibly disorganized. I found my sisters flower girl dress which had been paid on, thrown out for other people to try on and they could not find it when I went to look at it. My bridesmaid dresses were a popular color and style that year, very beautiful and I was told that they would get them 10% off for the bridal party and that sample dresses were 10% off. My sister bought a dress last minute for the bridal party and they told her she would only get one discount, so she paid as much for what the other girls were for a new dress for a used one which had signs of wear and tear. They refused to be accomodating on the issue and were quite rude. I actually found that the dress was less expensive at Jocelynn's and another dress shop which I forgot the name unfortunately. So if you get a dress at Danielle's, take the dress and run to another seamstress and search around other shops for it first. If I were to do it over I would not bring the business there.
As for the tuxes it's not a matter of what went wrong but what went right...not much. Shoe sizes were "guessed" by the girls that worked there instead of calling the guys because they forgot to ask the sizes. In one case they wanted to give a size 11 shoe man a size 9, thankfully my husband and I had the smarts to check through on everything and had to tell them how to order it. The employees also were ordering tie shirts for tuxes with bowties (two different collars around the ties) Different pieces of the mens tuxes were sent to California, pieces were missing and it turns out the 10% bridal party doesn't count for the men in the bridal party so they were more expensive than a specialized tux rental place. Never get a tux from here. I only heard horror storries about them when I mentioned where we got ours, apparantly it is a well known fact that they screw up this area...
Danielle's has a nice enough selection of dresses to try some on and if you are lucky to find what you want when you are there then great. As far as ordering anything or customer service I wouldn't expect too much. -

Wedding dress arrived and we had to take to a seamtress to adjust. We had to spend more to get the dress fitted properly. The seamstress recommended was extremely busy, and her business was run out of her house which was dirty and smelled of dogs. She was nice and provided good work, but we were afraid for the dress in the envirnment.
The bridal shop provided tux rentals, and when the rentals were picked up one of the suits was missing the bow tie. Check all the suits for completeness prior to leaving.
The shop was not answering the phone on many occasions when called and took up to 2 days to answer messages when left.
Keep a close eye on any transactions with them to ensure completely that you are getting what you asked for. The experienced personnel working there are very good at what they do, but the younger people did not have any idea of what was going on at any point and had difficulty with helping us with questions and problems along the way.

WHen we first went there they were great. The manager was very helpful, all the girls, but one were very pleasent and very helpful. My dress was very plain when I got it but there was a "bead lady" that worked there that would put the right amount of sparkle on my dress. All up until about the month before the wedding did I start seeing problems with them. The day of my bridal shower I had to go there by myself and deal with the seamstress (which had HORRIBLE hours) because my dress was wrong after her "alterations". she was supposed to let it out and lengthen it, instead it felt like she took it in and the dress curved in at a weird place and looked horrible. i also found a stain on it! they assured me it would all be fixed. i also kept telling them, and everyone that i DID NOT want to wear a bra and would be better if they could sew in bra cups. so i ended up searching all over town to find bra cups (because supposedly the seamstress didnt have any that would work for me). so i ended up finding some (not the right size but they worked) at walmart for $5 and she sewed them in for me, but while i was there showing her what i have they pulled out what they had and told me to use them! i was so annoyed. and then the day before the wedding i went to pick up my dress, it was the only time i could. well i wanted to try my dress on b/c of all the recent changes (wanted to double check everything was ok) and at the last minute we added straps, so i also wanted to make sure they were right. well its a good thing i checked. on the straps, right in front were hooks so the lady that was there couldnt do anything about it (very snotty) had to call the manager in on her day off to fix it. (oh well its your business, why would you do that) then we went to pay for everything and it was all messed up. you could only pay cash to one lady, and then cash or check to another lady, then cash check or credit card to the store, it was a nightmare...the day before the wedding! well not everyone has hundreds of dollars cash, my mom would have if she knew ahead of time, but no one told us the one person could only be cash. (well now we know why she only takes cash because she probably doesnt claim it on taxes and then charges a fortune to do the work. my dress doubled in price by the time we were done!) all in all i would never go back there. i thought they were great in the beginning but not after the whole thing at the end. -

Absolutely do not recommend! They were one of the only stores in the area that carried my dress...and the bridesmaids... problem after problem! Problems getting in touch with them... took 7 months for bridesmaid dresses to come in!! they also do not know how to fit for tuxes... problems with that as well and last minute issues had to go through tux manuf b/c apparently the store closed early despite guarantees someone would be there to answer phones... only positive to the experience is the seamstress who works out of the store is fabulous! she did a wonderful job with my gown since i was only able to have 1 fitting!!!! My gown still turned out perfect! -
