Micheal my salesman was very helpful
I never thought I would be buying a diamond ring through the internet. Between Rare Carat and Daniel Williams Diamond w/all my research and there information about them and there diamonds made me comfortable to buy sight unseen. Micheal was my salesman help me with the setting and the diamond. He told me where my diamond coming from and when it should be shipped. He was right and the ring came early and it was far better than I would imagine.My loves it on how it sparkles thank you Michael!!!! -

When I decided to propose to my girlfriend I wanted to do it pretty quickly, because why wait right? Then I panicked thinking how I was going to find a ring so fast, but after looking at this site I found the perfect customized ring for her and they shipped it overnight for free. Awesome customer service
In my experience, personalized care is hard to find when looking for a diamond; it felt like everyone was working harder to make a sale than to help me find what I really needed on other sites, so I left without purchasing anything. Buying an engagement ring on this site was a game changer. The customer service rep who helped us was awesome, and we got clear communication without any pressure to buy. Ring looked exactly we wanted
This place took the pressure and stress off of finding an engagement ring. There were a lot of diamonds, settings, etc, to choose from, and the feature that lets you make any combination that you want helped us find the exact style we wanted. When the ring arrived it looked exactly like it did online, and it is a relief to have a 100% guarantee on the ring for life. They made taking the plunge that much easier. -

This place gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I needed my ring pretty quickly and they totally delivered. They shipped my ring overnight for free and that really simplified the process for us. Several of my friends have purchased from here as well because I had such a great experience. -

Men’s Diamond Wedding Band
I purchased an Infiniti multi row diamond band for now husband. It is a bit hard to find what I was looking for. DW Diamonds had exactly what I needed. They provided excellent customer service, ensuring I ordered the right size, and getting it to me securely prior to my wedding date. My husband was speechless when he saw it, and we’ve received a ton of compliments.
We did need to send the ring back for an adjustment, which was a bit of a process on our end, because we no longer had the boxes the ring was shipped in, but they were quick to get the ring back to us once sent.
Will definitely be a lifetime customer! -

I was very impressed to learn from the customer service team that the valuation of the ring I chose was significantly higher than the purchase price that I put toward the ring. So many of these big diamond websites overprice their items far above what they are actually worth. I hated thinking I was basically paying for the name or for a company’s marketing because they’re so popular. I have looked a lot of places for the perfect ring, and I do mean a LOT. Websites that let you compare prices felt like a good idea at first but then I saw that the same diamond was cheaper from Daniel William Diamonds and more expensive elsewhere. Finding a family-owned place was so much better. Their prices are unbeatable since they import the diamonds themselves, and the designs are gorgeous. -

The wedding industry can be commercialized, so I felt good buying from a family-owned company where you can talk with real people, not a robot, and get professional, reliable help in making your purchase. I found Daniel William Diamonds using a diamond price comparison website called Diamond Hedge. Comparing the same diamond I found at Daniel William Diamonds to other websites such as James Allen and Blue Nile, Daniel William Diamonds was always significantly cheaper. They also make the shopping experience straightforward. There were no surprises in terms of cost and what to expect, even about when they would ship the ring, and help was readily available when I had a question. I got a beautiful ring for much less than I expected, so it’s definitely worth checking out. -

A lot of other diamond ring websites are super overwhelming. I checked out a few other websites and was immediately turned off because of how ‘busy’ it was. They overload you with information and it’s not clear how to navigate the website. When I looked at Daniel William Diamonds website it was so much more professional. Your options are straightforward, and they really help you out with the pricing. -

Finding the right ring was a really disheartening thing to me until I found this company and their website. A lot of websites for diamonds feel sort of tacky to me or have low-quality photos. It all kind of makes you feel like you’re not sure you can trust that you’re getting a high quality product. Very Friendly Staff
Next time I need another ring I am coming back here. The staff really know diamonds, and were more like friendly advisors than salespeople. They were knowledgeable about their inventory, and since I was looking for something really specific and special for my wife, I had a lot of questions, and they answered all of them honestly. Drop a Hint is the best feature ever. My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting engaged for several months, but I was really nervous that he was going to pick a ring I didn’t like, and he was stressed out about it too.
