We knew from the moment we spoke with Dani that she was the consummate professional — but wow, we were totally taken away by how she practices her art in person! Dani kept us at ease, allowing us to sink into the moment and forget that a camera was even present. She and her second shooter, Kelsey, truly felt like two of our guests. We cannot thank them enough for being so patient, so kind, and so detail-oriented as we danced through the phases of the day. We never felt rushed, which is such a blessing, because the day is now perfectly etched into our memory as the best day of our lives.
The pandemic caused us to shift our plans from a large wedding to a small, intimate elopement with just a handful of our favorite people. But Dani captured the day beautifully, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Dani was a joy to work with and captured our day even more beautifully than I could have imagined! She also went above and beyond to make me feel 100% comfortable all day! Dani is the BEST! She has taken our photos numerous times and it somehow over exceeds our expectations each and EVERY time! She is beautiful on the inside and out and somehow makes you feel the EXACT same when she is photographing you. Whether is it s single shot, couple or people are watching- her calm and pleasant demeanor makes you feel like you are the only one around. She is amazing at what she does to say the least! I can't say enough amazing things about Dani Cowan. Her film style is unmatched and she is an absolute gem to work with! Her down to earth nature seamlessly ties in with her professionalism. I have worked with Dani as a wedding planner and I knew once I was engaged that Dani was the photographer I wanted to hire. I have always loved her photography style and appreciated her work ethic at all weddings we worked together. My husband and I were so thrilled to meet Dani in Rome, Italy and take photos in front of the Colosseum! Seriously a dream come true! As a photographer myself, I was a tiny bit nervous. She instantly put us at ease with her fun and sweet personality! She even helped me pick an outfit the night before! She's more than an artist, I felt like we were immediately friends. When we got her photos, we were beyond overjoyed! Each frame is perfect. She's sooo talented with film - I love how we weren't washed out or over exposed like other film photographers tend to do. We also looove her eye for unique and cool angles and detail moments. We feel so blessed to have such timeless memories from a photographer who goes above and beyond for her clients. Best day ever, best decision ever, best photographer ever! Grazie, thank you Dani!! -

Every single picture she took was beautiful and better than I ever could have hoped for! Beyond being incredibly talented, she is a joy to work with. She's friendly, easygoing, and professional. I can't recommend Dani enough!

I recommend every one who asks me to use Dani. I’ve had two sessions with her so far and look forward to another with the season change.

Kyra Sent on 09/15/2015Dani did my engagement photos and they were fantastic. Neither myself or my now husband are very photogenic people, my husband ALWAYS has his eyes closed, but she was so patient and had so many wonderful ideas! I knew I wanted to do photos with bluebonnets but could not find a good location. Dani was able to find a FANTASTIC field of bluebonnets near the other location I wanted to do photos at. We went to two different locations total. She got the photos back to us in a very timely manner on a disc with both the edited and unedited copies.
