If you are looking for a coordinator and or florist for your special day, Dancing Iris Events is the only way to go! Adrianna truly went above and beyond to make sure that our special day was everything we had ever dreamed of. The quality of service and her professionalism didn’t just show up the day of our wedding. It started from the very first message we received back from her. Adri did everything possible to make sure that not only I, but my groom as well were as stress free as possible throughout the planning process and especially on the day of our wedding. She is a blessing! Choosing Dancing Iris Events was hands down the best decision we could have made for our wedding!! Forever grateful for this company!! -

I hired Dancing Irish events as my florist, decorator, and day of coordinator. Adrianna was the most perfect DOC, florist, and decorator that I could have asked for. The flowers were stunning, as well as the decorations. She truly made my Pinterest board dreams come to life! I could go on forever talking about how amazing she was as a day of coordinator, but to summarize, if I even had a stressful thought she had already thought ahead of me and taken care of it. I was able to truly sit back, relax, and have the most magical day. I don’t know what I would have done without her. -

I hired Adri as our day-of-coordinator, about 5 months before our wedding because I felt like I was losing my mind, and she was just what we needed.
She reached out to me immediately, and worked with me consistently up to the wedding day - a true testament to her professionalism and work ethic. My goal was to not have any of our family, our wedding party, or ourselves, lift any more of a finger than they already had up on the wedding day - so that everyone can just enjoy. (You don't realize it until you try to juggle it all yourself - how each single thing that needs to be done multiplies, that you lose sanity and manpower quickly.) Having Adri was also beneficial for us because our church ceremony and reception location were half an hour apart, so having someone manage all those tasks while we were at a completely different location worked out perfect! Adri also worked with me to create a timeline that fit our day perfectly, and everything went off without a hitch during the reception. Adri was great to communicate with, punctual, and detail and goal-oriented. She would definitely be my first recommendation of any wedding vendor! -

Adrianna and Hannah with Dancing Iris Events. These two are my wedding-day superheroes! Planning a wedding from a different state is no easy task, but they made it feel effortless. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was perfect. They managed the timeline flawlessly, handled every little hiccup without missing a beat, and made sure all the vendors were where they needed to be. Thanks to them, I got to fully enjoy my day without worrying about a thing. They truly went the extra mile, and I can’t thank them enough for making my wedding a stress-free, magical experience! -

Adrianna Baird and the Dancing Iris Events and Florals team was a dream to work with- I had no idea how much hard work went into planning a wedding until I tried to do it all myself, got 3 months out, and realized I needed help from a trained professional... Lucky for me and my now husband, Dancing Iris Events was able to save the day! Adrianna Baird worked so hard to ensure our special day ran as smooth as possible, which it did, all thanks to her skilled experience! No question or request was too silly or too big for Adrianna to take on to make our day special. I wasn't the type of bride that really knew what I wanted for any part of my wedding, and Adrianna was able to make my dreams come true with just a few questions and Pinterest pictures! Her patience and understanding was so appreciated because anything wedding related could easily make me feel very overwhelmed and could really shake my confidence. Adrianna's thoughtful organizational tools, superb attention to detail, industry connections and hard work took so much stress off of me so I could focus on taking care of myself, my family and my career leading up to the big day. Before we handed over the reins to Dancing Iris events, wedding planning was a huge stressor in my already stressful life, and once Adrianna Baird and her wonderful staff took over I was able to enjoy the process and make sweet memories that never fail to bring a smile to my face. I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing Adrianna from Dancing Iris was as our day-of wedding coordinator. From the beginning you can tell she has a number of years of experience doing this and a true passion for her work which made our wedding unforgettable. The compliments from our guests & vendors on how smoothly everything flowed and how impeccably organized it was really highlight Adrianna's extraordinary talents. When I first booked with her I was extremely overwhelmed and really had no vision on the cake, venue design or overall timeline. She went above and beyond and offered to meet with me at the venue to so she could help me do a final walk through and layout where things will need to go. I relied on a lot of photos from previous weddings at the venue to kind of see what others had done but Adrianna came in and walked me through her experience with weddings and what would invite people in and ensure the guests have a wonderful experience. I had not thought of the fact of where should people go after the bar but she pointed out maybe that would be a good time to guide them to the seating chart followed by the Charcuterie board. Setting up a venue Is like putting together a puzzle and I was missing pieces before I met Adrianna. She asked me about my vendors and even offered suggestions on some I had not had. During this I found out she is also a florist and initially I was planning on attempting to put together the cake with flowers myself (Terrible idea). Since she has so much experience with this we were able to book her for that but also to put together our tables with eucalyptus & petals. In the days leading up to the wedding, she consistently reached out to check if I needed anything else and even compiled a detailed timeline for vendors, the bridal party, and photos, ensuring everyone was on the same page.
The day of our wedding was nothing short of phenomenal. She was already at the venue setting up our cake, checking in on vendors, and placing our tables with eucalyptus and flower petals. Despite our limited decor, she worked her magic to create a more beautiful space than I had even envisioned. Throughout our entire experience she reassured us that everything would be on our time, ready to adjust as needed. So when I requested a last-minute change to our grand entrance, Adrianna made it happen. And when we decided to do the cake cutting sooner with everyone gathered she went around to be sure everyone that needed to be there was. Every other vendor at the wedding spoke highly of her, praising her as one of the best coordinators they had ever worked with.
The night flew by, and I am confident that without her we would have had to skip or rush through some moments. She is definitely a one in a million coordinator, planner, and florist. Following our wedding she sent over photos and videos she took which she thought we would want to see. What a beautiful thing she gave us that we could never repay her for!! There were moments she caught that I will treasure forever. If you're searching for an accountable, detail-oriented, talented, and positive person to be part of your day, Dancing Iris will make it happen. Thank you again for making our wedding day a dream come true! -

Amazing Experience!
Adrianna did all my bouquets, boutonnières, sweetheart table and arches and they turned out perfect! I had previously had issues with another florist and with only a short notice Adrianna completely saved my wedding with her floral!! She is the best! -

We opted for the Day Of Coordination package, and it was absolutely worth it. She was incredibly helpful with managing the timeline, coordinating the rehearsal, and overseeing both setup and cleanup. My mom and I wanted to avoid the stress of handling everything on the big day, and having a coordinator made all the difference. She ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy the day. Additionally, she worked with the photographer to capture the shots we wanted and even took some photos and videos herself, which allowed us to relive those moments while waiting for our professional media. -
