Great Experience!!

We had Spencer as our wonderful DJ and MC for our wedding (May 2025)! Spencer did a great job in the planning process to make the wedding feel like my day and whatever I said goes. He always had a great demeanor and everyone loved his singing + games. I truly could not have asked for a better DJ to make my dream wedding come together. I recommend DTTM for all your events! Best DJ You Can Find

DTTME is the way to go for your event entertainment. My husband and I were VERY picky when it came to hiring a DJ for our wedding, because a DJ can set the vibe for the night. We both were overjoyed by the quality of service we received. Both Jim and Spencer truly made our night wonderful. We have EVERY guest on the dance floor. They found fun ways to get everyone on the dance floor, even those who typically would stray away. We had many, many guests coming up to us, telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. A lot of the songs, you couldn't tell if it was Spencer, or the original singer performing. Spencer was talented, fun, and a great addition to our nights performance. Jim did an amazing job playing to the vibe of the songs we requested. We had a few meetings prior to our wedding, which was extremely helpful in discussing our expectations for the night. Jim and Spencer's quality of service truly made it a night to remember.

The easiest part of our wedding planning hands down!

When we were looking for our wedding DJ a good friend of ours instantly recommended Jim and his team at Dance to the Music Entertainment. When we contacted Jim he even remembered the wedding that our friend referred him from (over 10 years ago). Jim, Spencer, and Joey made our wedding unforgettable! Great DJ Services by DTTM

We had DJ Daniel who did a Famously Job on Our Wedding Day! He was able to entertain all of our guests with Classic Italian and Portuguese Music that brought them all onto the dance floor all night. Best Wedding Experience!!

I absolutely LOVED our experience with DJ Spencer and DTTM! Spencer was actually our middle school janitor and my husband and I met during a school dance with him there. He made the lead up to the wedding calm and relaxing and gave us top tier service. The day of the wedding he arrived to the venue early, checked in with us about the day of plans and made us feel special! He was by far the best DJ and even went with the flow and set up a photo op for all of our UCONN, ECSU and NHMS friends!

Absolutely amazing

If you're looking for a DJ/Wedding singer, DJ Spencer is your man! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing he was! Our dance floor was FULL all night long (we had a 5 hour reception!!). DJ Spencer was so easy to work with and made the night so special. We had spoken about a first dance with my Grandfather, then decided against it due to his mobility. At the reception, my grandfather decided he wanted to dance and asked me about our dance we were supposed to do. I asked DJ Spencer to sing the song we had picked out and he even asked all of the family to make a circle around us. Originally I thought it was in case my grandfather needed to sit quickly, there would be people around to help me hold him until we could get his wheelchair, but thinking about it now, it also ensured that my mom, sister and great-aunts had a clear view of the big guy on his feet and dancing! That moment meant more to me and my family than I can describe.
Talking to guests after the wedding, everyone was raving about how talented and amazing he is! If you're looking to keep your guests on the dance floor and having fun all night long, DJ Spencer is the DJ for you! (He also sings!!!)

Book them, you won't regret it!!!

Do yourself a favor and book Dance to the Music! They were a true pleasure to work with for our wedding and I cannot say enough great things about them. They were extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish and you can tell they've been around the block and know how to throw a party and throw it well! We wanted people engaged and dancing all night long and that is exactly what they did and people are still talking about it. They were truly so on top of everything, ensured all went according to plan, and made sure I did nothing but enjoy the day and night, and enjoy it I did!! Spencer is the MAN!

Spencer from Dance to the Music was *INCREDIBLE*!!! Nearly a month later, and every guest I see tells me how impressed they were with our DJ! We had no idea he'd be able to sing along with the classics and make the grandmas swoon! Amazing dj

Jim Nuzzo has been in the DJ business for a long time and you can tell. He works with you to determine what style(s) of music and vibe you are looking for and puts his own experienced flare on the entertainment throughout the evening. He does a great job at getting all guests (even the shy ones) up and enjoying the party. He is also able to provide insight and suggestions for wedding timeline planning since he has been doing this for so long. He was a great help in many ways and he made for an unforgettable night of celebration. Highly recommend Jim and his crew for all your parties!!!

AMAZING!! They were the best!

I cannot recommend Daniel, James, and the entirety of Dance to the Music more!!! First, they were extremely collaborative and quick to respond. They were flexible with us as we had to move our wedding from 2020 to 2021, and they LISTENED (we had a lot of specific requests, that they took in stride and made an incredible wedding). They took what we requested and wanted, and then built on that 100%. Everyone at our wedding said the music was incredible, and people danced the whole night. We had a pretty big age range at our wedding, and Daniel did an amazing job of weaving together a ton of genres that worked seamlessly and got everyone on the floor.

If you want amazing DJs that will get everyone on the floor, make your wedding fun, create the exact environment you want -- you should hire Dance to the Music. Our wedding was 100% our wedding, not just a generic playlist and we could not have done it without DTTM.

Any future event I do that includes a DJ I will look absolutely no further.

If you’re looking for a DJ and live entertainment for your wedding or next event, your search starts and ends with Dance to the Music Entertainment. Our experience with Dance to the Music Entertainment was truly amazing. We knew Jimmy was very caring, professional, and, most importantly, he treated us like family from our initial consultation. We immediately knew we wanted to book Dance to the Music Entertainment for our special day. Jimmy was extremely responsive and patient with us along the way and made the planning process much easier while trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic – we knew Jimmy had everything under control. He gave us great advice in creating a timeline for our wedding and executed it seamlessly. The best ever!

I couldn't give a better review, Spencer from Dance to the Music Entertainment was the star of the dance floor. He blew away all my guests with his singing, and all night long everyone was asking where I found this absolute gem! He was polite and courteous, and kept the hits coming. The dance floor was never empty the whole night, we had to actively tell people when it was time to leave. DTTME was also a joy to work with in general; I had to reschedule my wedding twice due to COVID-19 and they worked with me every step of the way, making sure all our bases were covered every time. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing. What an amazing experience.

So much fun!

Jim at Dance to the Music Entertainment was the DJ for our wedding, and we loved him!
My husband and I are both musicians, so we knew music was going to be a big deal at our wedding. We also knew that we wanted my husband's band to play at some point during the night. Jim helped us to find the best point in the night for the band to play, which was so successful.
At the beginning of the night, Jim played a game with our guests that got them on their feet and to the dance floor. He really knows how to get a party going and keep it going.
We highly recommend Jim and his team!

Never Left the Dance Floor!

Jim and his team were exceptional. Never before have I heard so many people say "This was the best wedding we've ever been to" nor have I ever seen so many people crammed on a dance floor. He was very attentive to me and the groom as well as our parents to make sure we all knew what was happening and when and that we were ready to go. Jim also incorporated some very fun and special moments that really got everyone up and moving. He played a variety of songs from oldies to more contemporary, there was something for everyone.

Spencer is the man!

We just got married last month. Spencer was our DJ, he is the MAN! Not only did he MC and play the music, he SANG the music. Everyone at the wedding LOVED him! He got everyone up to dance. He kept us on track so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Could not have asked for a better DJ/MC/Singer to run the wedding! In the past, when we have had DJs, they didn't seem to care about what we wanted played, or how loud we wanted it. Spencer and DTTM cared about everything! People could hear the music, but could still talk while it was playing! If we ever need a DJ again, I know who we are calling!

Hire Jim if You Like to Laugh and Have Fun

From the minute we met Jim, my husband and I knew we were going to have a great time. Jim was so reassuring, extremely organized, and open to any and all suggestions we had. Everything was perfect

DJ Jim was FANTASTIC. He was a recommendation from another friend's wedding, and he did not disappoint. He even traveled 2 hours to Upstate NY for us for our wedding. He was very on top of everything leading up to and on the day of the wedding. He was basically my wedding planner by the end of the night! He listened to what type of music we want played, and played just that. He is very entertaining, and our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ in the NY/CT area.

Amazing! Book them now!

I don't even think we can put into words how amazing Jimmy was during the entire wedding process. We are SO behind lucky that we had Dance to the Music Entertainment at our wedding. There were several times throughout the night, I had to stop and look around and realize almost every single person (we had 217 people!) were on the dance floor! That speaks volume to the kind of music Jimmy played, and it also speaks volumes to the kind of MC he is making sure everybody was up and dancing! We were lucky enough to also have Lucy! I have been to a dozen or more weddings DJed by Dance to the Music and never saw Lucy! What a treat we had. She had an amazing voice and made the night that much more special with a few songs. Amazing DJ!

Jim Nuzzo at Dance to the Music Entertainment made our wedding absolutely amazing. When we first met with him to discuss our wedding, my husband and I shared that we wanted the whole night to feel like a huge celebration, and that is exactly what we got. All of our guests raved about the music and Jim's ability to keep the dance floor filled the ENTIRE night. He also played an awesome game where team captains had to see if they could get their table to the dance floor first. In seconds, every single person was on the dance floor. He read the room and played the songs he knew people would dance to. We had a mix of guests who are 60+ and 20-30 years old and he played classics and later songs that the younger crowd could dance to. I can't say enough good things about Jim and Dance to the Music Entertainment. They made our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be!

Truly the Best!

I wish I could give Jim more than 5 stars! He made our wedding absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made the planning so easy for us especially since we were planning a wedding in CT but currently living in New Jersey. He did a great job making sure to play a variety of music and I had so many people tell me this was one of the best weddings they've been to due to the music. He had everyone on the dance floor throughout the night and we absolutely loved the glow sticks and fun light up rings too! My husband thought it was so great that Jim would check in with us throughout the night to let us know when certain things such as the parent dances, caking cutting, etc were about to happen. What we thought was truly the best way to end our wedding was Jim gave us a CD of all of the songs we used for our wedding such as our first dance, bridal entry songs, etc and any other songs we had specifically requested. The fact that he already had it made for us was truly the best way to end the wedding. I would hire Jim in a heartbeat again and highly recommend him as a DJ for your wedding!

Amazing!!!

Jim and Dance to the Music were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! He kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night, and we received SO many compliments from people of different generations about how fantastic the music was, and inquiring about where we found our DJ! He knew exactly how to keep the party going and keep everyone dancing, and as the Bride, he guided me through the night on where I needed to be at a certain time, or what was coming next so I could prepare. Jim definitely knows his stuff, and we could not be more pleased and grateful for having Jim and DTTM DJ our wedding! We also did the photobooth and monogram light through DTTM, and both were a HUGE hit! My husband and I both highly recommended Jim and Dance to the Music Entertainment for anyone looking for a DJ!!

Wedding 10/13/18

We hired Jeff as our wedding DJ on 10/13/18, and were so happy that we did! From the beginning, the Dance to the Music Entertainment group was very easy to work with. My fiance and I have very unique tastes in music, including music from the 1950's ranging through today's hits. At our first meeting, Jeff totally understood what we were aiming for, and he nailed it on the night of the wedding. The dance floor was packed the entire night! The only time that people sat down was during our parent dances and cutting the cake, etc. In addition to music, we also had uplighting in our tent venue and a personalized monogram on our dance floor- both looked amazing. We could not be more happy with our decision to use this DJ, and would recommend them to everybody! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Jimmy and The Dance to the Music Entertainment staff were absolutely amazing. When you hire them it's not just for the music it is fo the entire experience. Jimmy made sure that all my vendors were in place, on time, hotel was all set on timing and even checked on me and the groom getting ready throughout the day. Everything was beyond VIP service. The first part of our wedding reception Jimmy had every single person on the dance floor from the age of 9 to 80 years old. I have never seen anything like this. Not one person sitting or at their table. Along with the DJ service, props and announcements right on time we also were referred to his amazing photographer.

If you haven't spoken to Dance to the Music about your wedding or party needs you are truly missing out. It's not just another party with music it's an experience that you and your guests will never forget! Thank you so much!

I met Spencer at a bridal show last year and after seeing how entertaining he was, I knew he would be the perfect DJ for my wedding. I can't tell you how much all of my guests loved him. He made sure the crowd was going and the music was very upbeat for everyone to dance to. He had a unique way of giving away the centerpieces too! We were married June 22 and hired Jimmy and Spencer for our music. They were beyond amazing. They worked with us on dedications, our song list and best of all they had everyone on the dance floor. As a newly engaged bride, I was very nervous about planning -- and Jimmy made all my worries disappear. We had a big split of a young crowd as well as many guests who were in their 70s. Jimmy kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the entire time, and my husband and I literally danced the night away. He kept the party going and was fantastic at pacing the entire evening. Can not recommend him enough! DEFINITELY use him!

We hired DJ Spencer of Dance To The Music Entertainment, and I cannot say enough good things about him, and the company. Three weeks later, we are still having friends and family reminisce about the wedding, and everyone agrees the Spencer made the party, literally! We were worried about people dancing, because we had an interesting mix of people and age groups, and after our first dance Spencer invited up other guests to join us (as requested), we blinked, and the dance floor was FULL!!! In fact, it was full almost the entire night! Also, when Spencer tells people that he sings, there is no way to prepare for exactly what he means. I am still having to convince people that he was not lip syncing, and is just that talented (because until he gets up close, you really would not know the difference). As the bride, Spencer told me not to worry about anything, and I am so glad that I trusted him. My wedding night was that much more enjoyable with him at the reins, and as he promised, I never worried about a thing! 5 stars is not enough, if you are looking for a DJ for a wedding or other event, stop searching, and call Dance To The Music Entertainment! You will not be disappointed!

Dance To The Music = fantastic! Jim is awesome - very energetic, fun, and gets the wedding guests of all ages dancing and smiling! My husband and I knew we made the right choice in choosing Jim and DTTM from our first meeting. Jim was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions through email. He also was very reassuring and went through the timeline nicely before our wedding day. I loved how Jim made sure to pronounce everyone's names correctly....so professional! Jimmy knows music and knows how to keep the party moving!! My husband and I wanted an upbeat first dance song. Jimmy had the perfect suggestions and our first dance was amazing. It set the tone for the rest of the reception. Spencer has the most amazing voice and intereacted with our quests and really got them involved in the festivities. Jimmy kept the party on schedule and played all of our favorites. As the bride, I can say that I spent the entire night on the dance floor- the music was that good! Our guests have been telling us it was the most fun at a wedding they have ever had at a wedding. He matched the crowd with the music. Even the staff at our reception agreed the music was fabulous. We booked Dance to the Music Entertainment off of a recommendation from a friend, and we feel so lucky that we did! It was such a pleasure to work with Jim, and Spencer did an absolutely amazing job DJ-ing (and singing!) on the night of the wedding. We got married on New Years Eve, so there's was a little extra pressure to put on a great party. Spencer had literally everyone - even our guests who don't normally dance - out of their seats and dancing the entire night. He interacted with the crowd perfectly, and everyone had a blast. In addition, the uplighting and monogram were tasteful and looked great. We cannot thank you enough for making our wedding celebration such an amazing party!

My husband and I knew right after meeting Jim that he was going to be a blast. He knew just what to do to get everyone out on the dance floor. Jim was such a pleasure to work with; he answered emails quickly and accommodated every request I had. We were originally hesitant about doing up lighting because we didn't want it too overpowering, but he ensured us it would look great. He was totally right! Jim Nuzzo was the best dj ever! He had everyone dancing within the first 5 minutes of our wedding and the dancing truly never stopped ! He also was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We literally talked to jim 2 days before our wedding to give him our song requests and to go over the reception details and everything came together perfectly - he played all of our songs and even gave us a cd with our special songs on it...he also took special requests for songs from our guests towards the end of the night and the party never stopped! I would recommend Jim to anyone - he was very patient, kind, fun, professional and efficient. I also thought that his pricing was very fair compared to other djs in the area who charge more and offer less. We highly recommend hiring Dance to the Music for weddings and special events. DJ Jimmy Jams is one of the best in the industry! He was fun, professional and even took the time to engage with our Guests. Everyone LOVED the "Shaddap you face" song. My friends were going absolutely nuts! Jim had everyone (literally everyone) up on the dance floor having a blast from the moment the reception started until the very end. So many of our guests told us that this was the most fun wedding they have ever been to (and we planned it in 2 months on a very tight time frame!) Dance to the Music was fun to work with. As far as advice--let Jim pick the songs! Have a few that you want played on your list and leave the rest to him and you will not be disappointed! He definitely know what he is doing and it is clear that he has been a successful DJ for many years. He made our introduction fun and had everyone screaming and waving their napkins for the wedding party's entrance. He is easy going and listened to everything we said and requested. If you are on the fence about hiring Dance to the Music, take our advice and do it! :)

Jimmy was a rockstar DJ. He kept the energy high and really engaged the crowd in a great way to get and keep the party going. He's very easy-going and great to work with, and has great suggestions if you're not sure where to start, and is very flexible. Our guests all had a ball, and are still commenting about what a great DJ we had! He even helped us weave in some special touches. My mom and I came across DJ Spencer at bridal show and knew right then (after he sang to her!) that he was the DJ for us. We had been going back and forth on whether to book a live band or DJ for a while. The music was extremely important to my husband so he was very skeptical at first but after our first meeting with DJ Spencer he was so thrilled. DJ Spencer is extremely professional and an absolute delight. He had the dance floor packed all night! Our guests are still talking about him 2 weeks later! He really is the best! I was SO happy with Dance to the Music Entertainment. I was nervous because bad music can really ruin a reception in my opinion. I couldn't have been more happy, especially since I gave him a "Do Not Play List" that was longer than the actual playlist. I know sometimes he gets out on the dance floor and sings or whatnot but we requested a more toned-down DJ presence and he honored our wishes. Jimmy was extremely professional and easy to work with. He was my ONLY vendor who reached out to me a few weeks before the wedding to finalize everything before I reached out to him. There were also glow necklaces at the end which I don't remember from our package but was a great surprise. I'd definitely recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

Music can make an event, or break it. When we contracted Jimmy and his crew we knew this would be a day to remember! We had an absolute amazing time and the music and atmosphere was incredible! Our guests mobbed the dance floor from the minute the music started to the minute the music stopped. Guests phoned us for days telling us the wedding was one of the (if not THE) best they had ever been to! Jimmy and Spenser have entertained for us for many years, at various parties. A wedding is obviously one of the most important days in your life, and they duo did not disappoint. It was like having "family" in charge of the entertainment. Jim was incredible! And I just want to start off by saying that Jim went above and beyond for our wedding. My maid of honor was ecstatic that he worked with her on a special surprise for her toast. Jimmy Nuzzo was absolutely AMAZING! Like many brides, I found myself stressing out over little details throughout the wedding planning process. I contacted a few different DJ’s, spoke with some, struggled to establish contact with others but nobody really impressed me. My fiancé and I realized how important having a great DJ was! But then I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy at a bridal expo. He was friendly and polite and demonstrated a maturity and professionalism that I hadn’t seen from other DJ’s. When I contacted him via email afterwards he responded immediately! I was extremely particular about everything having to do with our wedding so I had a zillion questions for him. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He went over all of the prices and packages that Dance To The Music Entertainment offers in great detail so that we could chose the one that was best for us and our budget! We met with him once more before signing our contract and again closer to our wedding to go over details and song choices. He was fantastic! He offered phenomenal suggestions but was never pushy! When our wedding day finally arrived everything was perfect! Jimmy delivered exactly what he promised! We've been to a number of weddings where guests just didn't dance. Given the age range of our guests (teens to 70+), we knew we needed someone who could read the crowd and adjust as needed. DJ/MC Jeff Kiley managed to keep our guests dancing for the entire evening. Jeff worked with the list of songs we provided, managed to include all of them, but still fill in with other songs as needed to keep the guests entertained and dancing. Jeff was great, easy to work with and very flexible. We even had guests asking to take pictures with Jeff, as they enjoyed him so much! Jeff is a very experienced DJ, and you could tell -- he really knows how to read a crowd and adapt. Jeff was a great MC, kept the evening flowing, and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him for your wedding!

It was wonderful to work with Dance to the Music Entertainment for our wedding reception music. DJ Jim helped us to plan our reception timeline, made helpful suggestions to help us organize the night, was responsive in answering e-mails and phone calls, and truly listened to our ideas and concerns. DJ Ray who actually did the music for our reception was wonderful, lively, personable, and helped to make our evening memorable and special. He took time to meet with us and confirm all details before the ceremony, and also made backup copies of the electronic songs, which showed attention to detail and planning. We received a great deal of compliments from our parents, friends, and wedding guests about how much they loved the music and that there was something for everyone to enjoy. He truly set the mood for our cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, and worked very well with the event space coordinator/catering staff to make the evening run smoothly and stay on time. The master of ceremonies role of a DJ is what makes or breaks the smooth flow of the night, since he needs to have a good understanding of the event and dictates the timing of the special dances, tables being called up to the buffet, timing of cake cutting/service, and makes sure that the kitchen isn't backed up or the food isn't getting cold while people are waiting for dances or toasts to be over. DJ Ray did an excellent job, and we would highly recommend!

I was married this past Saturday and have been asked several times who our DJ was because he was amazing! Jim Nuzzo was a pleasure to work with. He answered emails quickly and accommodated every request I had. He even made helpful suggestions when appropriate (IE. making my cake cutting later to allow for better dance sets). Everyone was up and dancing all night! My family also has a difficult last name and he said it perfectly. Thanks Jim for an unforgettable time. We will be sending some business your way.

I absolutely loved working with Jim at Dance to the Music! He kept great dance music going and got people of all ages up from their seats and joining the party! At the wedding we got so many compliments on what a great DJ we chose! I could not have been happier with how my wedding turned out thanks to the fantastic job they did!!

Jim Nuzzo is the man you want to entertain your wedding. Not only does he get the crowd going, but he tailors to your every need along the planning process and on the wedding day. We were very pleased with Jim's services and our guests had nothing but positive and great things to say about the music and entertainment. We would highly recommend Dance To The Music Entertainment to anyone. Not only did Jim have the entire room up on the dance floor, he was professional and easy to work with. Our family has opinions on music and Jim hung in there with us and had great suggestions. You won't regret using Dance To The Music Entertainment.

My husband and I chose to work with Dance to the Music based off of their reviews on all of these websites and we were not disappointed. I cannot count the number of compliments from all of our guests! My family really doesn't dance but some how Jim was able to get every person on the dance floor. We just have him the age groups that would be at our wedding and he did such a fantastic job keeping everyone out dancing. The music and DJ are always what the guests remember, and my guests have all said they had the time of their life!

Love, love, love our DJ!!! DJ Spencer was so much fun! He was very flexible and accommodating! He also has such a wonderful voice that it such added that much extra to my wedding. Our guests ranged from kids to seniors, and it was great to see a full dance floor.

The music was one of the most important part of the wedding, and I can say that we were not disappointed.

Ray from DTTM music was fantastic - he got the crowd moving without being too much of an emcee (my husband and I did not want that). He made excellent song choices when we needed him to, and mixed our choices so well - many of our guests commented on how good our DJ was and how fun the music was. We used them for our ceremony and cocktail hour, both were outside and a bit away from each other, but you could hear the music and it was not overpowering. The best part was going home with all the music from our wedding on CDs so we could re-live our wedding over and over :)

My biggest fear was that people wouldn't dance at our wedding. Jim had EVERYONE up and out of their seats the entire night, even my mother who I haven't seen dance in 30 years! He was so easy to work with during the planning stages and was absolutely amazing the day of our wedding. He was extremely open to all our requests and was entertaining without being overly present throughout the night. He worked seamlessly with our other vendors and venue staff. People have been raving about our great DJ all week! He was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend him and Dance to the Music for all your DJ needs! Thanks Jim!!

Ray was absolutely amazing! He really listened to what we wanted for introductions and first and last songs of the night. He also was great at reading the crowd. Our crowd wanted a lot of old school hip hop and he played it. The dance flour was full all night, it was so awesome!

Amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jimmy and his team. He worked with us in creating an eclectic mix of oldies, current pop, and cultural music for our special day. He kept everyone the dance floor, had activities to give the centerpieces away, and little giveaways for kids (glow sticks, etc.). The music is a huge element of a wedding and he helped define the fun and high energy of the night!

Spencer (Our DJ), was by far the most entertaining person I have ever met and made our wedding reception the best time ever! Not only did he start the party with the awesome variety of music, he also brought his amazing singing into the mix!! My guests could not believe how amazing his voice was and how awesome it was that he sang to everyone! Spencer got right on the dance floor with us to boogie and sing. He not only made our wedding day perfect with the selection of songs and music, he made it extra special with his entertainment too! Even my great aunt got out on the dance floor to some rockin' oldies songs! Spencer did an awesome job of mixing songs that my husband and I requested to be played and songs for all ages! Everyone was dancing the entire night! Spencer did our announcements any way we wanted into the reception, to any song we wanted. Before the wedding, Jim Nuzzo was able to remix one of the longer slow songs I wanted to dance to with my husband to a perfect, shorter length. Our photo-booth was AWESOME and had both color and black/white options to choose from with TONS of props! Our guests got one copy of the photos and we got the others in an awesome album they made us! Spencer and Jim were both super prompt with phone call and email responses. I would highly recommend them for your DJ and wedding entertainment!!

Jim and Spencer are the best there is and we would recommend them to anyone for any event!!! We are beyond impressed with everything they did for us, from the music to the lights and the smoke they made our night amazing and we can't thank them enough! People keep reaching out to us asking for the playlist because they loved every song that was played and could not get over how amazing both Jim and Spencer's voices were! My husband and I met 6 years ago at a wedding that Spencer DJ'd. Spencers flare and talent were what made us book DTTM for our wedding. Prior to the wedding, the line of communication was prompt and the boys were always accommodating and flexible as we wanted several specific songs. You cannot beat the price and most importantly they achieved all expectations of customer service. For the wedding, both Spencer and Jim provided everything and more. The interaction that both Jim and Spence had with our guests was incredible. With talking to Jim he knew that the music and dancing were the two most important aspects of our wedding. They had the room busting moves all night!! We did not want to leave the dance floor.
Thank you Jim and Spencer a million times for making our wedding one to remember forever!!

Highly, highly recommend Jim Nuzzo and Dance to the Music Entertainment!
As a dancer, music was REALLY important to me... Not just any music but music that was meaningful to us,appealed to the musical tastes of all ages present, and makes people want to get up and dance! They nailed it! Working with Jim was awesome. He gave us examples of songs for each part of the reception to choose from and played all the songs we requested. He and his DJs were upbeat and got people grooving. The dance floor was packed the whole night! They also gave us much needed direction to make all the transitions smooths and seamless. We had a Greek Mythology theme for our wedding. I asked them to wear ivy wreaths and take on the essence of the Greek god, Apollo... And they worked it! So much fun! Two months after, people are still talking about how amazing the music was!

Hands down THE BEST. Spencer (our DJ) was nothing short of genius. He kept the crowd dancing when he was spinning and in awe when he was singing himself. I saw Spencer at a friend's wedding a few years back, and I didn't think it was possible, but he was even better at ours. The next morning, we couldn't count how many of our guests commented on what a great time they had and how fantastic our DJ was. Thank you Spencer for helping bring our wedding to the next level.

Mr. Nuzzo was extremely helpful and professional through the planning stages and actual event. He was very patient as I procrastinated in getting in the deposit and music selections; something I am very thankful for. On the day of the event, everything went off without a hitch and guests are still raving about the music. I was lucky enough to have Jim Nuzzo DJ my wedding, and I can't tell you how many of my guests complimented me on the quality of entertainment and energy he brought to the party. Jim had the crowd on their feet all night. He knew how to keep the tempo upbeat and get the range of audience entertained and in jovial spirits. Our guests ranged in age from 18 to 82 and all of them had a blast. I highly recommend Dance to the Music Entertainment.

Jimmy & Spencer were amazing. Our dance floor was never empty. People continually rave how good the DJ was. We also had the pyrotechnics package which was absolutely amazing and a show stopper. We highly recommend Dance to The Music for any event.

Jim was great! Not only was he flexible and accommodating during the planning process but on the day of the wedding he exceeded our expectations by getting all of our guests involved and up and moving an dancing! He also played all of the music that I picked out for everything!
