We booked Dance Floor Hero’s for our Wedding reception. They did an AMAZING job! Their portal was easy to use to select song requests/ do not play list/ dance list. Any questions they answered in a timely manner! We met with them the week of the wedding to go over the flow of the wedding. They keep everything on schedule, from speeches to the last dance! They rolled with some of the songs we liked and played songs based on the crowd! We had so many compliments about our DJ and how he kept everyone on the dance floor! Would highly recommend them for your needs! -

Michael and Jessica were the absolute best! We had a full dance floor all night and nobody wanted the party to end thanks to them. We received so many compliments as they really played off the crowd’s energy. As a couple who had no wedding planner or day-of coordinator, we felt a huge weight off our shoulders once they were able to take over the timeline of the day and we knew we were in great hands. They were so communicative and responsive from day one, and eased any stress we had. We 1000% recommend them for your big day!! -

We hired Dance Floor Heros as our wedding DJ, and I can’t recommend them enough. They handled every aspect of the sound—from the pre-ceremony music and the vows to dinner and a packed dance floor—and made the whole day feel effortless.
What stood out most was how seamlessly they worked with our other vendors to keep everything flowing. They were proactive in offering pointers and suggestions that helped us plan, and they genuinely took the time to understand what we wanted, including weaving in Bosnian music for my family, which meant so much to us.
Throughout the night, the energy never dropped. The dance floor was full until the very end. Their lighting and mic setup was top-notch, and they made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for as a bride and groom.

Hiring Michael and Jessica from Dance Floor Heroes was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! They kept everything running smoothly and stayed perfectly in sync with our coordinator, making sure the timeline was on track. But what really set them apart was how they kept the vibes high all night long!
Not to mention, despite never having done it before, they rolled with our idea of playing “Thunderstruck” with our guests. Michael learned the game, taught everyone, and they made it happen—such a fun and unforgettable moment!
Michael’s emcee skills were on point, while Jessica kept the tunes flowing, reading the room and tailoring the music to our guests. The dance floor was packed from start to finish! They’re an amazing team, and having both of them was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend Michael and Jessica enough—if you want a fun, seamless, and unforgettable celebration, they’re your go-to DJs! -

We had our wedding at The Fields Reserve, and this lovely couple was part of their recommended vendor list. It makes sense why they were recommended! Both of them were so sweet and personable to work with before the wedding, and their DJ skills were talked about and complimented by so many of our guests. They care much about keeping people on the dance floor and have good music judgment. They will listen to you with what you want, but don't hesitate to listen to their advice! -

Michael and Jess were fantastic at our wedding. Michael went above and beyond as an MC and kept us on track and organized. He definitely lessened our anxiety about logistics. We are so thankful for their professionalism and fun demeanor. They put a lot of time and forethought nailing down details with us before the event - some of which they only knew because they are so experienced running weddings! They are both really talented DJs and kept the dance floor going strong through the entire event. They played a good mix of songs we requested and ones they knew would be a good hit with the crowd. We had so much fun, and it really seemed like they did too. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone that wants to ensure a flawless night of fun and dancing at their wedding. -

Michael and Jessica did an amazing job at our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ! Michael was so easy to work with during the planning stages. He had everything so nicely organized and is easy to talk to. He really listened and understood my vision. They did our ceremony, MC'd, and our reception. Michael did an awesome job MCing during the beginning of the reception and really kept the evening rolling. Him and Jess kept the dance floor full throughout the night. They played songs geared towards all generations (which was really important to me). Even asked guests what they could play next to get them back on the dance floor. I really wanted my reception to be a big party where everyone was having fun and dancing (or enjoying the music if they aren't dancers). Dance Floor Heroes helped me accomplish that vision! I would highly recommend them for any wedding! They are both so professional, fresh, fun, easy to talk to, and overall aided in the perfect day!! We also got a handful of compliments from our guests on how the flow of the day was one of the best they have had. DFH is definitely to thank for this!! I really felt in good hands and didn't worry about the timeline of the day once we got to cocktail hour. Which means I was able to fully live in the moment and enjoy it all! Thank you so much!!! 10/10 recommend!!! -

We were drawn to Dance Floor Heroes from their website and helpful information they offered on it in terms of what to look for in a wedding DJ. It really put into perspective for me the percentage of people who wish they would've put more time and consideration into their wedding entertainment. Even after reading through DFH's website, I could feel their good vibes and could tell that they really love what they do, which was so important to me when hiring wedding vendors. During the planning phase, Michael was incredibly helpful, professional, and fun to work with. Our conversations about how the day would go made me feel VERY at ease, as it was clear he was very experienced and confident about making sure everything ran smoothly and taking the stress off of us. Michael was very considerate about maintaining the vibes and flow of the evening in our planning, using his experience to explain when would likely be best for the shoe game, bouquet toss, and garter toss. He also happily requested our desire to play NO country music, lol.
On the day of our wedding, there were absolutely NO hiccups. Everything ran so smoothly, and the day was truly something out of a dream I didn't want to wake up from. This was HUGELY thanks to the natural flow DFH had throughout the night. Michael made sure everything stayed on track and was a charismatic emcee. He prepped the wedding party and parents who would be giving toasts so that they would know exactly what was happening when it was their time to speak. He thought of every fine detail that I wouldn't have even considered.
Now, the dance. Oh, my, god. The vibes the whole night were IMMACULATE. Being on the dance floor was pure ecstasy. We had people ripping up the dance floor until the very end, including great aunts and my mother-in-law, in heels. I will forever remember the feeling of being out on the dance floor that night; my heart is glowing now, reminiscing on it. Our reception was everything I had fantasized about and more. We had SOOO many people come up to us during, and now, months after, to tell us that this was the best wedding reception they had ever been to and that the DJs were phenomenal.
This is the longest review I have left for a vendor, and that is not a coincidence. I recommend them 100000%. -

Michael and Jessica were so great to work with. Michael was great through the planning stage, and on the day-of, he was an awesome emcee and made the day flow super smoothly. Both of them made our dance floor SO fun; we got tons of compliments throughout the night! They did a great job catering to all ages and music tastes and made sure our dance floor kept going all night. We absolutely recommend them for your wedding or other DJ needs!! -

We could not have asked for a better DJ team to work with for our wedding! They were professional, kind, fun, and enthusiastic - you can tell they are passionate/enjoy being DJs. They had an amazing selection of music, and it was so easy to work with them. In addition to a client portal with many options to help you explore songs, they provided helpful suggestions - and were very accommodating of our special requests. On the day of, they did an amazing job of facilitating and working with vendors so we stayed on track, as well as reading our guests. They played songs that kept guests on the dance floor all night and we got many compliments on our DJs. Our day was beautiful and so much fun - in large part because Michael and Jessica helped make it so engaging. Thank you Dance Floor Heroes!! -

Michael and Jessica are the best! They managed the timeline/MC'ing duties throughout the night and were well prepared. They also worked great with our other vendors and we appreciated that they managed the timeline so well as we weren't being pulled aside throughout the night for questions. The music was great and everybody repeatedly told us how awesome our DJs were! Guests were always out on the dance floor and there was never a lull in the dancing or activities. We also loved the ability to add songs from Spotify, which basically allowed us to have any song we wanted. 10/10 would recommend Dance Floor Heroes! -

My husband and I hired Michael and Jessica, Dance Floor Heroes, for our wedding at Fields Reserve in February of 2023. Dance Floor Heroes made our night a party to remember! Jessica and Michael are able to read a crowd with finesse. They provided exactly what song was needed to keep everyone on the dance floor all night long. Their mixing was top tier; no song was cut short and their beat-matching was done effortlessly and many times unnoticeably, undoubtedly a sign of a great mix. Their sound quality is awesome and they provide an enormous library of music. I highly recommend Dance Floor Heroes to DJ your event if you’re looking for a night for you and your guests to remember! -

I booked Dance Floor Heroes based off the suggestion of my planner and I couldn't be happier with how it went. They took my song suggestions, played great songs to get people on the dance floor I didn't think of myself, blended the music together so it felt like a cohesive set, did a great job moving the reception along and hyping everyone up, and overall did such a perfect job. We got so many compliments about the DJ!! -

We first engaged with DanceFloorHeroes (DFH) back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding...and then COVD happened. Mike at DFH reached out to us proactively to work out a plan, and even offered to refund us in full. DFH was flexible with us with two subsequent reschedulings until we finally had our reception in June 2022. They were timely, communicative, and so easy to work with in the weeks leading up to our reception and the reception itself. Not only were they excellent with the music, they were fantastic emcees helping to keep the party moving through dinner, speeches, and dancing. Could not have picked a better vendor, they were true professionals and our reception would absolutely not have been as awesome as it was without them. Would pick them again in a heartbeat. -

My wedding was last weekend and we hired Dance Floor Heroes for our DJ/emcee, and they were fantastic. After we booked them, we received access to their online portal where we could list our "must play" songs, suggested songs, and "do not play" songs which was great. Leading up to the wedding we had a call to discuss the entire timeline and finalize all details. Mike and Jessica were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. For the ceremony and reception, they kept things organized and running smoothly, and did a great job introducing speeches and keeping things on track. Having a good DJ who would keep the dance floor packed was a MUST for us, and they were perfect - everyone was dancing all night long, and they knew what music to play to keep the group energized. I had some engaged friends at the wedding who have already told us they hope to hire Mike and Jessica for their wedding next year. I would highly, highly recommend these two - they are a great team! -

Nothing but great things to say about these two! We had our 1st meeting with Mike about a year before our wedding. After that first meeting of him going in detail about how him and Jess go about their business we knew we wanted to book with them. Once our event got closer and we started working on our wedding portal, they were very responsive with any questions we had. We also had a couple odd requests like song shout outs for the night and a personalized song/mix for the garter toss; which they were on point with come the night of the party! We also had them DJ the ceremony portion of our wedding which flowed perfectly. They kept our event on schedule, our guests engaged/dancing, & frequently checked in with Ted and to see if we were ready for the next dance/special moment. We moved a few things back throughout the night, which they were very accommodating with. Mike also went out of his way to help find us markers at our venue when the ones we brought weren't working on our guest log- which really showed how much they care about their couples! We were all having so much fun we asked them to stay an extra half hour and they were more then happy to keep the party going for us! If you are looking for a memorable night filled with laughter, singing and dancing the night away, look no further! Michael and Jessica made our special day one to remember! They helped bring ease to our souls by keeping us calm and on time throughout all our festivities on our one-year anniversary/vow renewal celebration, "We do, take two". Each transition was so smooth from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception to dancing the night away, they presented and spoke with such grace and professionalism that kept our guests tuned in and excited. They put on the best dance party by playing songs that engaged our guests all the way to the end! I've never had so much fun dancing and singing out on the dance floor. They truly are our dance floor heroes! -

Dance Floor Heroes did not disappoint! When searching for a DJ to provide ceremony sound and reception entertainment, we wanted a vendor who was high-energy, personable, and professional. Mike and Jessica exceeded our expectations in every way. They were very accommodating when we were setting up meetings. Their online portal was easy to use when planning out song selections and our timeline. Our guests had so much fun at our wedding and we know it was in large part thanks to Dance Floor Heroes. Highly recommend these two! Mike and Jess were down to earth and great to work with. I was at a friend's wedding in 2019 and loved everything they were playing and knew when our time came I wanted them to be our DJs. Dance Floor Heros made our wedding SO much fun. They do a great job listening at what you want to listen to, while also reading the vibe of the room to see what people want to dance to. We had SO many compliments from our guests about how fun they were (the lights were a big hit too). They were also so flexible when we had some last minute changes the day of the wedding.
Thank you Dance Floor Heros for the BEST night ever - our family and friends and a ball dancing and it's a night we will soon not forget. -

After attending a string of weddings with terrible DJs, I finally went to one with an awesome DJ. Instead of letting a 9 minute remix of sexyback play for the entire 9 minutes and not realizing everyone left the dance floor about a minute in (a real life experience), I noticed these DJs were taking cues from the crowd about what worked and what didn't. When I got engaged, the first thing I did was reach out to my friend and ask who he used for their entertainment, to which he replied Dance Floor Heroes! I quickly reached out to them and crossed my fingers they weren't already booked for our date. Lucky for me, they were free!! Mike and Jessica were truly the best. They had never been to our venue before, but they worked tirelessly to make sure everything was the set up the way we had envisioned, and even made extra accommodations for us when we wanted to give our welcome speech in a fairly inconvenient place for them. They played the most amazing mix of old and new favorites, and we had many older family members comment on how they hadn't spent that much time on the dance floor in a long time! DFH was truly a hit. We had the absolute best time on the dance floor at our wedding and it was because Mike & Jessica did such a fantastic job. TL;DR They are the BEST and you should book them!! -

We couldn't be happier with Dance Floor Hero's! They were one of our most accommodating vendors both Jessica and Michael! Michael, was so quick to reply for booking and questions, was so kind and patient with us as well! I can't say enough good things about them as a DJ and overall people. They were funny and attentive from the beginning and made us feel so relaxed. They even came up to us and asked if anyone from the head table needed a drink during dinner. How thoughtful! I can’t recommend Dance Floor Heroes enough! We had SO much fun with them. Our wedding was pretty low-key and originally we were thinking of just making a playlist and using the venue's sound system, but I am SO glad we made the decision to hire Mike & Jess to emcee and DJ the event. They took so much stress away by just doing a flawless job the entire night, announcing everything right on time, keeping everything on schedule, etc. Their website is so fun and easy to use and add all the songs we wanted for each part of the wedding. We had a phone meeting with Mike a few days before the wedding to go over everything, and it was executed PERFECTLY! We don’t like “cheese” and they did an amazing job of keeping the music going all night. I just can’t say enough good things! They made sure everything ran smoothly; we had a change of plans where dinner was served earlier than expected since our ceremony was a little shorter than anticipated, and they flawlessly moved up the toasts without any issue. They did everything just how we asked and covered evrything else in the perfect way. They were professional in every way but still so much fun.
