Dalia saves the day!!!
Buckle up, folks, this is a wild one with a happy ending because of Dalia.
To start, this is the only shop I went to that DIDN'T charge you for an appointment, which is wild. The places that do feel SO transactional, but here was lovely, professional, clean, and so very personable. I have a lot of women in my family, so booking the appointment I had about 10 ladies coming with me. When we arrived, they had the back room all set up for us with enough seats for everyone. The vibe was very fun, our consultant didn't rush or pressure us AT ALL. And she let me try on the same dresses as many times as I wanted to decide between them.
So, I finally pick one, confetti poppers, the whole shabang. They measure me, put all the details in the order form to send to the manufacturer, and say they'll call me when it comes in. I confirmed that the order form was correct, and yet, the manufacturer made and sent the wrong dress. As soon as this happened, Dalia called me and informed me what happened and had me come in with just my mom. She spent an hour throwing dresses at me off the rack (it was too late at this point to order another one) until I found one I liked enough with a few alterations. Dalia felt so bad about the manufacturer doing this (she said it was their third time doing this to them) that she refunded us the difference between the new dress and the original dress, let me pick out a veil for free, ordered me a new trundle to make my dress poofier, gave me one of everything at the front desk in a gift baggie (including chocolate and a gift card for the restaurant next door), AND she paid for my alterations. What started off as a stressful mishap really turned out for the better. I love Dalia and can't thank her and her crew enough

Amazing! I picked my dream dress !
I walked into dalias bridal not knowing if I was going to find my dress there or not, but my stylist knew right away what I was looking for I tried on 7 dresses and kept going back to my dress I made the decision to purchase my dress I just knew it was the one. I was getting compliments all night at my wedding how beautiful my dress was! They made my experience perfect and I’ll never forget it!

Dalia's Bridal was 1 of 3 bridal shops I went dress shopping at in fall 2022 with my mom & sisters. Dalia's stood out to me the most in terms of their friendliness and willingness to go above & beyond to find me my dream dress. I said yes to the dress, and they let me come back a week later to say yes to it AGAIN as I wanted to make sure before purchasing it. They were so patient and helpful on such a special occasion when having my family that lives out of the country in town. Thanks Dalia's!

Absolutely spectacular!
Dalia’s made me feel like an absolute princess. I have never looked at myself and felt that pretty before and I had never even felt comfortable trying clothes on in front of people, but Giovanna at Dalia’s made it so fun! I had a blast and she was completely honest but also the ultimate hype man!!! I found my dress on my first appointment even though I said there’s no way that would happen! Thank you so much Dalia’s and Giovanna for such an incredible experience!!! 🥰🥰🥰 1000% recommend!!!

Highly Recommend!
Dalia's absolutely blew me away with their dress selection! I went to two other bridal salons and none of the dresses from those locations could compare to the quality and service at Dalia's. Karen, the seamstress, was absolutely fantastic. She added a bottom layer of lace to my dress entirely by hand and you could absolutely tell the love she has for her job. I received SO MANY compliments on the dress the day of the wedding. Thank you Dalia's!!!!!

In the midst of a pandemic, couldn't ask for more!
I'm so late writing this review! Last year was so crazy with the opening and closing of so many establishments. The women at Dalia's were so amazing and accommodating and patient! I didn't anticipate finding my dress so quickly but once some accessories were added to a dress I was on the fence about....boom! Tears central!! All of my fittings went well, and it was such a pleasure meeting and working with the seamstress, Karen!! Everything was just so perfect...I couldn't have asked for anything more! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Amazing Customer service
I had been to 4 bridals prior to walking into Dalias. We decided to stop in to look and see what they had. Dalia herself picked out 3 dresses- as I walked out of the dressing room I knew I had found THE ONE. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. I also had my alterations done there and they turned out perfect.

Classic, Simple and Romantic...
I had tried on countless of dresses and was rushed out of numerous dress shops because I had gone over their "alloted" time. When I went to Dalia's it was a completely different experience! I was not rushed and tried on as many dresses as I felt that I needed to until I was able to find the one! What made the day even better was finding out the dress I picked wasn't outrageously priced. I highly recommend going to Dalia's!

I didn't feel like a "Bride" until I came to Dalia's
Dalia's Bridal was my sanctuary! I had a really bad experience at another shop so I was really hesitant to get back into a fitting room. I worked with Emma at Dalia's and I cannot say enough good things about her and the shop! Emma took great care of me. She took her time, made suggestions and helped me find The Dress. I felt so special and beautiful. It was the first time during my wedding planning that I felt like a bride.

Found My Dream Dress!
Dalia's was the third store I went to, and Emma helped me find my dream dress! I showed her pictures of things I had tried on and liked and she was a great listener and asked great questions. I ultimately ended up with a stunning Maggie Sottero lace backless sheath with crystals, which is something I might never have pulled myself, so it just shows that Emma really was an expert at her job and she was also so kind and helpful. Also, the alterations department did an incredible job making my dress fit perfectly. Great team, great dresses, and great prices!

Amazing Experience
After going the route of David's bridal I felt so defeated that I would never find a dress. On a whim, not even thinking they were open with covid I requested an appointment online for the next day. I had the appointment and from the moment I stepped in I knew I made the right choice. Even with having a lower budget of $500 I was able to find my dream dress. Dalia was very nice and the woman who found the dress and dressed me was beyond amazing. The service was stellar!!!! I HIGHLY recommend going here first. Don't waste your time at places like David's.

My experience at Dalia's was nothing less than perfect. From the very beginning Paula made me feel very comfortable starting the whole wedding dress process. I was very particular about the style of dress I was looking for. I visited 4 other stores with moderate luck. Dalia was able to pick out some great options for me to try. She was fun to work with and was welcoming to my parents who came along with me. I found the perfect dress for myself and the price was great compared to the other boutiques I visited. I highly recommend Dalia's to any future bride.

Made my dream dress come true
When finding the dress the consultant took her time with me and helped me find the style dress that fit perfectly for my body type. The seamster had such an eye for details it was amazing. My dress was very low cut in the front and back, but she kept pinning lace to help me feel more comfortable. She created a custom made dress just for me! She was also extremely flexible as I live on Long Island and was only in Buffalo a hand full of times before the wedding. ABSOLUTELY made a very stressful part of the wedding process extremely relaxed and easy.

I live in Virginia and was looking for a place to try on dresses in Buffalo so that I could bring my grandma along as a surprise. I never thought I would actually find a dress in Buffalo This was my first shopping experience. I just wanted to try on a few with my grandma there, but low and behold I found my perfect dress on only the 3rd dress! Dalia was amazing! She really tries to get a sense of your style and pulls a perfect variety of dresses. We had the whole shop to ourselves, and she really took her time with us. I love that everything is samples, you get a great deal on designer dresses I never could have afforded otherwise, and you take the dress home that day! Absolutely wonderful!

A Romantic Find!
I said "yes" to my dress this past Saturday with the help of Pamela from Dalia's Bridal and my mom, sisters and future mother-in-law. I went in having an idea on the look I was hoping for and my budget. Pamela was very knowledgeable on their inventory and had zero issues pulling several dresses that I loved. I was an out of town bride and originally bought my dress in my parent's hometown. I was looking for a veil and was so surprised that so many of the bridal shops in the area either turned me away because I didn't get my dress at their salon, were too expensive, or couldn't order me in a veil in a timely manner. Dalia welcomed me into her salon and helped me every step of the way. I was able to bring my dress in, try on veils, and Dalia was able to custom order me the veil of my dreams. I really wanted a long veil that was "chapel" length, not cathedral length and I wanted lace and sparkle! Dalia worked with my budget and was able to get my veil in within just a couple weeks! I am so happy with my experience and thankful for her service!

I highly recommend Dalia's Bridal to any WNY Bride! They have a wonderful selection of designer gowns and Kate helped me to find my perfect dress. The staff were always kind and provided great customer service. I also had my alterations done through them and Karen did a fantastic job! The dress was not in my size and had to be taken in quite a bit and we also added straps and Karen recommended hanging extra in the back which ended up being one of my favorite things about my dress! So glad I went to Dalia's!

After going to several other shops to find my perfect Lillian West gown I was referred by another shop to try Dalia's. I thought I was already in love with one gown I tried on at a different shop out of town and was told to see if they had it here for me to try on. I went in on a whim with no appointment and they were BEYOND accommodating. When I began to look at dresses they had not only the one that I thought was going to be my dress but another that I couldn't find anywhere to try on. When another one of the employees saw the style we were going for she pulled a third gown for me to try. Not only did these women show me the gowns I was looking for but they made sure I could try them on (even with no appointment on a Saturday)! The girl who assisted me, Lauren was amazing!! She was multi-tasking her other duties as well as helping me get in the dresses and take photos for my family. When I realized the one their other employee had pulled for me was "the one" I felt it! I was able to come back before closing to seal the deal on my dress and these women made me feel incredible!! I got the perfect mix of everything I was looking for in a dress and I stayed within my budget!! Thank you so much to the AMAZING women of Dalia's!! I had such a great experience and wish I had started by journey of dresses here but was even happier I got to end it with the perfect dress and the perfect experience!

I didn't think it was possible to find a dress on the first try. Dalia has a gift. I wasn't sure what I wanted in a wedding gown, but she knew what design would fit my body type. She made what I thought would be a stressful decision fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Dalia. Dresses are close to size and got to take home dress and veil that day.

Dalia was wonderful to work with, you can obtain your dress right away, and her prices are very affordable - her shop was a HUGE help with meeting our timeline and budget for our destination wedding!

What a great experience dress shopping! We bought my dress almost a year prior to the wedding and what a wonderful experience to try on dresses YOUR SIZE!
I only went to one bridal shop before Dalia's and they want you to try on dresses 2-; sizes too small and have you spend $5000 or more on something that comes in 5-6 months later that MAY fit...
No way!!

This was the first shop I started my wedding dress hunt at and I had many I had planned to visit as well. I am SO picky and have an expensive taste but didn't want to spend a fortune. Dalia took one look at me, took into consideration my price range and style I was looking for, and picked out about 10 dresses for me to start with. I was hooked as an appointment which I loved because my mom and I had Dalia's undivided attention. Every dress I was trying on fit perfectly and there wasn't one that I didn't like. The fifth dress I tried on (FIFTH!) was the one. It fit like a glove and had everything I was looking for to wear on my wedding day. I had my wedding dress within an hour when I thought it would take me weeks to find a dress. I didn't want something that anyone else could or did wear and I was trying to stay away from the big retailers like David's Bridal. Dalia made the experience more than I could have imagined and I can't wait for my future husband to see me walk down the aisle on our wedding day!

I went to Dalia's to get my dress because I went there with my best friend for her dress and was just amazed at the professionalism and expertise that Dalia had. I went with a dress idea in mind. Dalia helped us pull dresses and we were able to pull dresses as well. I found a dress with a bottom I liked and another dress with a top I liked. Dalia was able to go find a dress that had the top and bottom that I liked. I put on the dress and fell in love. She made finding my dress so easy and enjoyable! I got so many comments on how beautiful my dress was at my wedding, it was perfect! I would recommend Dalia's to anyone who is looking to find their perfect dress!

Dalia's Bridal saved my sanity TWO WEEKS before my wedding. I had ordered another dress at another shop that I was told could be altered to fit me, and that was just not the case. The dress was a mess and nothing else could be done. I called Dalia in a panic and she told me to come in right then without an appointment and she could help me. Within an hour I had found a dress that was absolutely perfect for me AND for 1/4 the price of the other dress I had purchased at another store! I took my dress with me that day and the dress only needed a bustle. Dalia's seamstress was also AMAZING. My dress was absolutely perfect for my wedding. I received nothing but compliments on my dress. I could not recommend Dalia's enough! THANK YOU DALIA!!!!!! :-)

Dalia's Bridal is an amazing shop and Dalia herself is wonderful!! She took good care of me and listened to what I was looking for but also added a few dresses that she thought would look good on my body type. Of course the dress she picked out was the winner, and only the 5th one I tried on! The best part is I knew exactly how the dress fit in MY size and was able to walk out with the dress in hand!! I highly recommend this local bridal shop over any of the larger chains!! Thank you Dalia for helping me pick out the perfect dress for our wonderful day!!

Dalia's was one of the first bridal shops that I went to and I found the perfect dress for me....only it did't fit! Dalia was wonderful selecting dresses for me. After purchasing a dress at another shop I went back 3 weeks before my wedding and the dress was still there AND it fit!!!! Dalai remembered me and was so excited for me! I left with the best feeling! I would highly recommend this bridal shop. Very affordable and one of a kind dresses!

Absolutely amazing service and dresses! Every time I tried on a dress, they asked me what I liked and what I disliked about it to get a clearer picture of what I was looking for. The selection was unbelievable and I did not have any trouble finding the perfect dress! The staff was amazing. 10/10 service and selection. I couldn't believe the price on the dress I picked either! I was in shock and how great of a deal I was getting without sacrificing quality or what I truly wanted.

I went to Dalia's shop on my mom's insistence. When she told me about Dalia's, I was a little nervous about buying a dress off the rack because the other shops I visited had beat up "floor models" at discounted prices. The dresses at Dalia's are discounted but not beat up! All the dresses I tried on were in excellent condition! I ended up buying my dress here and it was a great price. I called on a weekday afternoon with short notice and was able to get in right away. Dalia was very sweet, personable, and not pushy at all. When trying on dresses, she lets you decide whether you like it or not. After I decided on my dress, my mom looked around the store and found her dress as well! We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend checking out this shop!

Great little shop with a cozy atmosphere. I didn't want to spend hours in a chain store trying on stock dresses. Dalia listened to what I felt comfortable in, and made sure we kept looking until I was happy with a selection. I love that it's a unique dress that I haven't seen anywhere else, not even another one in her shop.

Dalia's is the Best! My sister had called that morning to see if she had any openings and luckily had one spot for me that afternoon!
Dalia made me feel very comfortable and welcomed--More like a friend! She listened to what I was looking for and took into account what I definitely didn't want :) She was very patient and wasn't trying to "just make a sale". That was important!
I ended up finding my dress and took it home that day! Staying way below my budget as well!
My Mom is no longer with us, so it was even more emotional for me to find a dress. Dalia is warm, caring and very personable, which helped out with the "mood" I was in.
Dalia's is the place to go for your dress and accessories!!

Dalia was wonderful to work with. My sister dropped in on a Thursday. She took about two hours with my sister and I, as we were both in the market for wedding dresses. She was incredibly accommodating. We made an appointment for the following Saturday, an hour apart from one another, and we both found our dream dresses for incredibly reasonably prices!

I loved my experience at Dalia's Bridal! It was clean and beautiful in the shop and made my first dress trying experience so special. I felt like I was on an episode of "Say Yes to the Dress!" It was nice and private with a great space for my entourage to sit. We were the only one's there so all of Dalia's attention was on helping me find a dress I loved.
Then to top it all off I got not one but 2 thank you cards in the mail! That just the special touch that made me feel very good about my decision. And at the end of the day I got a beautiful, high quality dress for a very reasonable price. Thank you Dalia!

I'm writing this with the greatest amount of gratitude in my heart. I called Dalia's YESTERDAY, in tears, about how much I hated the wedding dress I had just picked up from another bridal shoppe. She calmed my nerves and assured me that I could get a dress, and have it altered, in time for my wedding 3 weeks from now. I tried on over 45 dresses at another bridal shoppe, and it only took 8 at Dalia's for me to find the one that I loved. She listens, has an eye for picking dresses to go with your body type, and is SO helpful. Pricing was extremely reasonable and as promised, I have an alteration appointment tomorrow! I went to Dalia's after trying on dresses at some of the big box bridal stores. It was nice going into a boutique store where the owner is there and helps you out personally. You are the only person there and get amazing one on one service. I had a couple general ideas of what I wanted in a wedding dress. I printed out some pictures and showed them Dalia. Based on the pictures, she was able to get a general idea of what I was looking for. Every dress that she brought out was something that I could envision myself in.
She listened to my feedback, and was able to help me narrow down designs and silhouettes until I found the perfect dress. It had everything that I was looking for!
Also, you purchase the dress and walk out the door with it. No waiting 4-6 months for the dress to be ordered and delivered. If alterations are needed, she has a seamstress that you can use, or you can take it somewhere else if you want. In addition, she buys designer dresses so you get a one of a kind dress that cannot be found anywhere else. Lastly, the prices are incredibly reasonable. My dress looks like it cost more than it did!
Go to Dalia's before you go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress from Dalia. From the first phone call to set an appointment, Dalia was understanding and flexible for this out-of-town bride and my limited time in Buffalo. At my appointment, I felt so comfortable and welcomed in the salon. Dalia listened to my vision for my dress and pulled dresses that fit my romantic, whimsical, and unique look I wanted. As I looked through the racks with her, I found the *perfect* dress. It was everything I was looking for in a wedding dress, but it was a few sizes too small, which just figured. Dalia came up to me and said "that was the first dress I thought of when you told me what you were looking for." Clearly, she really knew what she was doing. I asked if I could try it anyway, on the off chance it somehow magically fit like those jeans in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and she said of course. Unfortunately, I was not that lucky, the dress was way too small, but I loved it anyway. Dalia called around, trying to find the dress in a larger size, but was unable to, so we brainstormed how to make this dress work. Dalia knew her seamstress could let the dress out and add a corset back to make this dress fit. So I bought my perfect dress.
A few months later, though, I started to panic. Could the seamstress actually make it work? I called Dalia, asking for an appointment with the seamstress, even though the wedding was still a year away. I needed to know I didn't make a huge mistake buying a dress that didn't fit me. Dalia was so understanding and put a panicked bride and her mom at ease. We met with the seamstress and my mom and I were blown away by her level of expertise, her patience, and how affordable she was considering all the work the dress needed. My first fitting is still a few months away, but I feel so confident in her abilities that I know this dress will be everything I could hope for. I can't recommend Dalia enough. Seriously, call her.

I went to Dalia's after a few unsuccessful visits to other salons. From the moment I walked in Dalia was so kind and warm as well as her staff. The boutique was beautiful and her dress selection was unbelievable. I was amazed when she said take a look through the dresses. This was the first salon that actually let me look through the racks. I was worried that finding a wedding dress would be a huge pain but I literally found the perfect wedding dress at this store and it couldn't have been easier. Dahlia was really lovely and very nice to work with. She really keeps an amazing inventory at the store and is super helpful. I used the seamstress at the store for my alterations and she really did a wonderful job on my dress. I honestly can't believe that I found such a beautiful dress at such a great price! I highly recommend going here as your first stop if you want a beautiful dress but don't feel the need to spend a fortune on one.

I never knew I would find my dress at the very first shop I went to, nor did I think I would end up getting the very first dress I tried on! I am so happy that my mom, sister, and I decided to go to Dalia's first because we were able to support a small business rather than your typical chain. Dalia was so sweet and professional. She was very knowledgeable about body shapes, and was able to pull dresses that would fit my petite figure. I was torn between two dresses so Dalia allowed me to make a future appointment so I could come back with my future mother-in-law and grandmother to make the final decision. Of course, I ended up going with the first dress! Dalia's shop is very clean and beautiful, she even used mood lighting for me to picture what I would look like at my reception. The one thing I loved was that Dalia did not pressure us into making a sale. The prices were very affordable for great quality. We were so happy with our experience that my mom even went back to purchase her mother-of-the-bride dress. I would definitely recommend going to Dalia's shop first before going to any bigger bridal shop. She made my experience very personal and I am thrilled with the unique wedding gown I chose. I did not expect to have a fun experience as I dislike shopping very much and also did not expect to find anything in my budget that was flattering on me. I bought the third dress I tried on! Dalia was warm and really heard what I wanted in my gown. She spent almost two hours with me and was extremely patient and didn't pressure me at all while I tried to decide if I really should buy just the third dress I tried on. Dalia certainly has a talent at picking out the perfect dress and the prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend to stop here while dress shopping.

The whole experience with Dalia was fantastic! I emailed her to set up an appointment a couple weeks in advance, and she was able to accommodate me for a day and time of my choosing. She emailed me the day before to confirm the appointment as well. I brought my mother, and my two future sisters-in-law to my appointment at Dalia's Bridal. Dalia was incredibly warm and welcoming. She asked me about my budget, and what kind of dresses I was interested in. She and her assistant pulled five dresses for me to try on. I told her up front that I am not someone who normally feels comfortable trying things on and showing others, but she was able to make me feel comfortable and put me at ease. The fifth dress I tried on was my dress! It is an absolutely stunning Theia lace gown. Since she had it in the store for a while, she discounted even more on top of the already discounted price. I took the dress home with me that day. She also offers accessories, as well as an in-house seamstress/tailor you can work with for alterations. I was nervous going into this experience, but Dalia exceeded my expectations! I would recommend any bride to start their wedding dress shopping here, you would truly be delighted with what you find!

Dahlia was so helpful and was amazing! I'd recommend her to anyone, she has a great selection and I saved 50% on what the original price of the dress I bought would of been! Just amazing, she was also my first bridal shop I went to and I couldn't be happier with my dress.

Dalia's bridal shop is the only one I would ever recommend to family and friends. The staff is warm and inviting, the space was homey and I never felt pressured to choose a dress. The selection is fantastic and I don't think there is anywhere else in Buffalo where you can find fantastic designer dresses for a great price. My gown would have been out of my budget had I found it in a traditional shop. i can't say enough great things about this bridal shop and I'm so thankful I was able to find my dress for less at Dalia's bridal!

It was my first and only dress shopping experience and it was a great one. Dalia made me feel very comfortable in the dress I chose. She took it out of the window for me to try on when I saw the dress while driving by, with 30 minutes of closing time. She was very patient when I decided not to buy it that day and gave me great advice as far as knowing whether or not it was "The" dress.
I would recommend anyone to stop in Dalia's when shopping for wedding dresses :)

Dalia's was awesome - I had such a great experience finding my wedding dress there! They were respectful of my budget and I felt like there were several different styles/types of dresses in my size and budget to choose from. The consultant, Yomara, was phenomenal - she made me feel comfortable and was extremely helpful. I absolutely love my dress. It was also great being able to leave with my dress the day of! I'm so thankful that I went to Dalia's!

Dalia was really just a pleasure to work with. I did not want to go into a stuffy shop that 'knew better' than I did, which I had heard from other brides (and experienced as a bridesmaid) was the case for most other Buffalo bridal stores. She was recommended by 2 other women I know who had great experiences.
Dalia's was the only studio I needed to go to. The first dress she had me try on was the one I ultimately chose (can you believe it?!). I literally didn't need to go anywhere else.
She was flexible with rescheduling, accommodating and friendly to my family, and her taste and recommendations were spot on and personalized.

Limited selection, but beautiful dresses
I purchased my wedding dress from Dalia’s in the summer of 2018. I found the pricing to be similar to other boutiques and the selection a bit more limited as they don’t have multiple sizes of each dress. However, the service was great. We worked with Paula, and she’s the one who pulled out the dress that was the winner! I had my alterations done by a friend since my dress was about 6 sizes too large, but they do have a reputable seamstress in-house if needed. It’s definitely worth checking out!

The perfect dress
I had tried several Buffalo shops for dresses prior to my Dalia's appointment and after trying on THE dress, I knew it was perfect. Dalia truly listened to my likes and dislikes and stuck with my price point better than the other shops had. She was efficient friendly, and could see right away what I liked about a particular dress. You have to to be more flexible since not all dresses will be in every size but the prices are unbeatable. We had a lot of compliments on our day, but top of the list was that this dress was MY perfect dress. I would highly recommend Dalia's to all brides!

Beautiful dreams dress
Dalia and her team made dress shopping fun! I actually enjoyed trying dresses on. Dalia has a method to her madness, and had a multitude of silhouettes, lengths, material, necklines, and a plethora of bridal accessories. I knew the moment I put my wedding dress on that I made the perfect choice.
