Where do I even begin ?! Daisy Tarsi is the best bridal shop in south Florida. I went just about everywhere in Miami, Broward, and west palm beach and could not find a wedding gown anywhere. I tried on every type of dress and nothing hit the wow factor for me. I was beyond miserable until I went into Daisy Tarsi. I talked to Maryellen, the owner, who was beyond sweet.. I showed her some photos of what I wanted and she had me try on 1 dress and that was the one! I really wanted lace sleeves and she was able to make a custom bolero/topper that was breathtaking. My dress was even more amazing than I could have ever imagined and it’s all thanks to MaryEllen and the Daisy Tarsi team. Everyone was beyond sweet, responsive, understanding and really made the entire process so much more enjoyable. If you are a bride, mother of the bride, bridesmaid, or flower girl, I HIGHLY recommend you go to daisy tarsi. Maryellen will make sure you find a dress that will make you feel like a princess. -

I loved working with Mary Ellen and the girls at Daisy Tarsi to find my perfect dress. I had a very particular, simple style I wanted to go with, and they found the perfect dress for me. We also found our beautiful bridesmaid and flower girl dresses there. She helped me find the perfect shade for my girls. And my mom had a custom-made dress designed and created by them, and it was absolutely beautiful. -

They were great very knowledgeable. There dress variety was amazing my girls are not dress girls but you would never know they were absolutely beautiful. Maryellen help me out with my veil that just put my dress over the top more then i could of imagined. Wonderful dress shop. Thanks so much for everything -

I got all my bridesmaid dresses at this location, and they were absolutely perfect the day of the wedding. All the bridesmaid were so happy with the customer service they received during their fittings that they said they felt like the brides. I am so happy I was able to find the dresses there, and they took care of my girls. Strongly recommend this place, their customer service is superior! My mother also designed and got her dress there, and once again, INCREDIBLE! -

When I began shopping for my bridesmaids dresses I came across Maryellen at @daisytarsi . When she asked me if I was already shopping for my wedding dress I told her I wasn't. I really was not ready for the stress that trying on 20 dresses would give me. That day we began a journey that was probably one of my favorites through my wedding planning. It was an honor and pleasure designing this dress with you! You captured exactly what I always dreamt of and turned it into my perfect wedding dress. I can not express how happy I was with my whole experience with Maryellen & Daisy Tarsi. I went into her store with a certain style in mind, she helped me choose dresses and also suggested trying on a different style she thought would be fitting to my body. The dress she chose for me was BEAUTIFUL!The style I had in mind was quickly replaced by her expert advice. Her and her staff were so responsive and attentive to all my requests. Every fitting Maryellen really worked to make the dress fit perfectly to my body and my taste. The end result was perfect in addition to the perfect veil she found to go with my style. I received tons of compliments on my dress and couldn't have pictured a more beautiful dress for my wedding day. Would recommend this store to any bride :) -

I got my dress at Daisy Tarsi and it was a wonderful experience. Maryellen and her team were always very nice, professional, and really helped me with exactly what I wanted. They were spot on with their measurements and were able to make adjustments to the dress (higher neckline, shorter train, etc.) with no problem. They even suggested a champagne color liner instead of stark white and it was beautiful. I got so many compliments on my dress at the wedding. Everyone wanted to know who was the designer and they were blown away by the fit. They said it was "made for me." On top of that, the value you get at Daisy Tarsi is hard to beat. I found similar dresses at other stores for almost double the price. I would recommend going to Daisy Tarsi before you commit to a dress anywhere else. -

About 3 months ago I was helping my close friend search for the perfect bridesmaids dresses. We came across Daisy Tarsi and were taken aback by the beautiful window display which truly exemplifies her collection of dresses. Upon entering we were welcomed by the owner herself, and guided us through an extensive selection. This was the first place that provided us with many options since the dresses were all gorgeous!! We finally narrowed it down to one and can't wait to see how they come out on photo!!!. I will continue to recommend ALL friends and family to choose Daisy Tarsi!!! -

I was the mother of the bride of my first born son. The minute I came in Maryellen Fonte the owner of the store calmed my fears... It was my first wedding as a Mom and the first wedding for all our close friends. I wanted to look modern but also "motherly" not matronly. I brought in pictures Maryellen had me tried on about 6 dresses and came up with her own desigh for me... It was beautiful blue with French lace , very hip yet elegant. Everytime I would go in to try the dress on I would be flustered by the normal dramas of a wedding, Maryellen would clam me down and my dress would go over my head and immediately I would feel better. It was beautiful Wedding Thank God and everybody LOVED MY DRESS...

After looking at nearly a dozen bridal shops around the Naples/Ft Myers area where I live, I came to believe that I was going to have to settle when picking out my wedding gown. I'm getting married at the Cross Creek Ranch in Dover so I was looking for something modest, lacy, and vintage-inspired. Everywhere I looked offered only satin, strapless dresses. Store owners and managers tried to convince I found Daisy Tarsi during a spontaneous trip to Miracle Mile last November. I sat down with the store owner who helped me put together a sketch of my dream dress and in less than a year it was custom made for me. I just brought it home with me on Saturday and, honestly, it's even better than I imagined. It's as if the staff of Daisy Tarsi just crawled into my head and took a look around at my daydreams. I highly recommend that if you are getting married and still looking for a dress you stop by Daisy Tarsi! -

Finding your wedding dress is not easy, because is a moment when you see yourself in the mirror and you can picture the day off and is perfect. Well I found my wedding dress at Daisy Tarsi and it was great, the moment was there and the ladies were so nice and professional at the same time. On my wedding date everybody was amaze of my dress, let me tell you I love my dress, it so me! I enjoy it all night.

My dress was absolutely gorgeous! The staff at Daisy Tarsi was wonderful! Mary Ellen oversaw every alteration personally and made suggestions and recommendations that helped the dress (and my comfort level while wearing it). We did a lot of nips, tucks, and add-ons to the dress and by the final fitting, the dress could not have been more perfect. I still had my concerns about wearing it the day of the wedding, but the wedding came and went and the dress was wonderful!
The only issue I had was the bustle and it was because i didn't know to make sure the bustle was realllllly high. I ended up tying the bustle up a little higher with the ties from the corset. It all worked out and the dress still looked beautiful.
Daisy Tarsi has elegant, beautifully made dresses and for an engaged woman looking to feel like a bride, Daisy Tarsi is the place to go.

I traveled to South Florida for my wedding dress all the way from Alaska. I grew up in the area so I knew Miami would be the place to purchase my dress. I went to other boutiques in the area but Daisy Tarsi was the first one I visited, and the one I purchased my dream gown in. They were incredibly helpful and super super friendly.
Once my dress came in, they shipped it up to Alaska and it looked amazing. I highly recommend them! Love Daisy Tarsi! -

I had the most amazing experience at this shop! The staff was warm and kind and I found their opinions to be most valuable. I visited their shop on multiple occasions and the service was consistent each and every time. My dress was amazing and the seamstress was fantastic. I was also given a discount on my dress because several friends of mine have purchased their wedding dresses from them. I also purchased my bridesmaids dresses from them (did I mention that I LOVE this boutique) and was given a discount for my girls since I purchased my dress from them. Great dresses of ALL styles and the customer service is amazing! -

A brides dress is the most important part... Well, it was the best part for me. They made me feel like a princess and dressed me as such. I was able to pick a blank canvas and make it my own! they are very affordable. Mary Ellen is great and Ania is wonderfu!! This is the place for your dress if you are looking for great service and the ability to make your creative juices flow!!

Amazing dresses! I looked at every store on Miracle Mile, Daisy Tarsi was by far the best! In comparison, it's a small store, and they don't have a lot of wedding dresses, but the dresses they have are fantastic! Do not skip Daisy Tarsi!!! They were friendly and helpful. My dress was perfect! My mother-in-law got her dress too. -

My dress was the very first dress I tried on. I just fell in love with it. My entire process with Daisy Tarsi was great. From the initial visit to all my fittings were perfect. If you want to design your own dress, you have to go to Daisy Tarsi! I LOVED my dress, they did it by hand from the design Maryellen worked out for me. Digna and Maryellen are tradition in my family and I was so blessed to have had my wedding dress made by them. Along with my dress the helped dress my entire wedding party and flower girls. Everyone looked amazing! I couldn't have ask for a better looking and dressed wedding party. Thank you so much! Los quiero mucho! -

I purchased my wedding gown and had a custom made veil made. Both were absolutely beautiful! The bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress were also purchased at the shop. We were always treated with the upmost kindness and professionalism. The owner and all of the workers were very patient with the countless alterations and changes that were made. The week of the wedding I had to let my dress out a full inch and a half as I was unable to sit in it due to some weight gain. The owner was very responsive and was able to have it altered with time to spare. They truly took the stress and worry out of the whole process. I will continue to shop here for future special occasions! -

After going to about 5 wedding dress stores I decided to try Daisy Tarsi, where my sister in law had chosen her wedding dress. I had tried on many dresses but none that wowed me or my family. After walking in and telling Anetta what I had in mind she immediately told me she had the dress for me. She was right on the money, the dress she brought out, after I described what I was looking for, ended by being MY dress!! I was absolutely thrilled and felt like a princess the day of my wedding. I had a custom made wedding dress and veil done here when i was living in miami. I absolutely loved the staff, the dresses they carried were fantastic and throughout the whole dress making process, they gave great advice and knew what I would like. They always made time for you and there was usually only me in the store which made it feel extra special On the day of my wedding, not only did the dress fit perfectly but it made me feel beautiful, the cathedral train was fantastic and the bustle was so hidden we had to swipe the train with our hands to feel the clips. the bustle lasted the whole night and there were no pulls or rips. if i had to do it all over again, i wouldn't change a thing! -

After looking for what seemed like forever for the dress of my dreams, I finally decided to have my dress made at Daisy Tarsi. There was a specific dress that I loved that I was able to get my dress made to look like it. The seamstress, Monica, was wonderful! She took notes at each fitting and made it perfect each time I went back to try it on. The staff was professional and gave great advice. I just wish that there were other appointment times available for evenings (the only fitting appointments are during the day M-F). I had a great experience with Daisy Tarsi! -

Thank you to Maryellen & the entire Daisy Tarsi Family. I was shopping for my own wedding dress only 4 months before the big day. Everyone told me I could only get something ready made off the floor because there was not much time. I found "The Dress" which was designed by Maryellen herself at Daisy Tarsi and I was able to get the design I loved custom made for me with time to spare. The gown selection was lovely, they have both custom design dresses and designer brands. Thank you again for my beautiful dress. I would recommend your store to anyone looking for a customized dress that will be different to anything else on the market. -

I have had a wonderful experience at Daisy Tarsi thus far. My dress came in earlier than they said it would. I had my first fitting a few months ago, and it was PERFECT. I asked them to add something, and remove something else, which they are currently working on. My second fitting is in March, and I look forward to seeing the final product.
Emita (spelling?) was so very helpful. She gave me ideas, made sure I was taken care of, and was SO accommodating & cheerful! She truly made my experience there a magical one.
The downside of Daisy Tarsi is that the fittings are only held on weekdays. That is a little inconvenient. However, if you love your dress as much as I do, taking a few hours off of work to try it on is NO problem at all!
I am very satisfied with their services, and will write back after the final fitting just to be sure! -

Daisy Tarsi provided my dress, veil and shoes. They also did all the bridesmaid gowns. Everything they did was exactly what I wanted and the final product was excellent. They have a talented staff and pries are very fare. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to order and alter. Overall I would highly recommend using them. -

I found the perfect dress which looked even more amazing once tailored. The staff was really nice. Even though the selection is smaller than some other stores, they had some very unique pieces. I got a great deal on a sample sale. Also bought my veil here. The hair pieces were too expensive for my budget but absolutely stunning. -

My experience with Daisy Tarsi was 50/50. I used the boutique for my bridesmaids dresses, which I felt they had the best and nicest selections in Miami/Coral Gables. I finally came to decide on my girls dresses in late January and leave it to me to choose a designer that takes more than 12 weeks to tailor dresses! My responsible girls, got fitted immediately for their measurements, but I had 2 girls that work on their own schedule. I felt that the store should have been more attentive and called them to remind them about their measurements, but they seemed to forget and I had to bother my last 2 girls, in which they finally had it done, a month later. The store's owner Mary Ellen is a sweet heart! I never got to know her until the last two weeks before my wedding and we chatted about everything, but in February when I was in the process of ordering my girls dresses, she was less than informative/attentive and I had no idea how close I would have pushing the delivery date to my wedding date. I ended up being helped by Annetta, which is super responsive. She would call me to remind me about things and to also confirm order and delivery dates.
3 weeks before my wedding, my girls dresses were scheduled to deliver. Because of the chinese new year, they were not delivered until a week before the wedding, this caused me to get very nervous. Mary Ellen was helpful in the sense that she eased my stress by letting me know that they would work very quickly on the girls alterations, and boy they did! My cousin flew down from Virginia and got fitted for the first time 2 days before the wedding, and her dress was ready by the following day. The alterations were not 100% for her, but I didn't expect they would work tediously in one day.
The reason they do not get 5 stars is because when the dresses arrived to the boutique, they were supposed to overnight my cousin's dress to virginia, so she can work on them over at her tailor. She had to keep calling to remind them and the days kept passing, so she decided to take a chance and wait till she arrived in Miami. Also, some of my other girls were complaining about the lady who takes measurements, that she was sort of rude, but this is something I missed when I was there.
I think if you have more than enough time till your wedding date, then go ahead and check daisy tarsi out! They by far have the best designers! -

I had a good experience with Daisy Tarsi. I ended up with a beautiful custom gown. The only thing was that the price kept changing and that made me uncomfortable. But once that was finally (and properly) addressed I was able to enjoy the rest of the dress-making experience. -

I was sold a dress for 3500.00 us . I ended up at a wedding 4 weeks before mine and so done was wearing the exact dress and styles the same exact way. They helped me to alter mine to make it slightly different but I was overall disappointed that I had to experience this unco for table situation. -

The store offers many beautiful options. At the time of the sale, the representative is very sweet and informative.
I had a problem with the professionalism of the store in regards to the fitting. To begin, the first visit was scheduled for the last appointment of the day. The seamstress called my MOH before the appointment to see if we could please come earlier because she had a personal appointment and needed to leave early. I really did not expect such behavior from a store that sets such a professional air about themselves.
Everything was delivered before time, they are very reliable with exception to that experience. -

I ordered several bridesmaid dresses, 2 flower girl dresses and a mother of the groom dress. Bridesmaid dresses arrived less than a week before my wedding. Every time I would call to get an update, I got a run around. Finally, I asked for the tracking number and all the dresses miraculously were delivered within the hour. The dresses needed alterations, all of my bridesmaids felt forced to use them because they feared their dress wouldn't be ready if they took it to their own seamstress. A little sneaky in my opinion and they made about over $1,500-$2,000 on us. -

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I contracted with her to make a wedding dress. It did not look like the picture I showed the owner and in the end, I paid double (4,472.00), and still had to go to another store to buy a dress off the rack. I have nothing to show for my investment, but headache and an argument with Maryellen about asking for a partial refund. Why partial? Because I have no Daisy Tarsi goods, I thought that asking for 1/2 of my investment would cover her costs and be an ethical thing to do.
In her correspondence to my credit card company, Maryellen does not address the fact that I gave her two chances to make the dress I wanted; supplied her with pictures, details, and specifications for each, and both times she produced a product that brought tears to my eyes, and I nearly fainted when trying on the second dress.
Her responses to me can be boiled down to the customer hasn't a right to change their mind about fabric, etc. and I didn't bring shoes to my fitting! (I didn't bring the exact shoes, but I brought ones where the heels were the same height - I ordered my shoes from Helen Heart, and they hadn't come in by the date of my ill-fated final fitting.)

I understand that some people may have had positive experiences with the store, but her seamstress was sick through Thanksgiving and Christmas and that may have had something to do with my horrible experience. At some point, you would think the owner would just say, "I'm sorry we didn't make the dress you wanted after our second attempt, here's a partial refund, go and find a dress for your wedding."
I went through months of agony over the dress. Thank G-d, that another shop on Miracle Mile saved me. The end result is that I really had a sucky wedding dress experience. Please avoid this store. I would not wish this experience on any bride or groom. -

This review is for custom gowns at Daisy Tarsi. Maryellen (the owner and designer) and I agreed upon a custom dress back in April of 2014. She sketched the dress and recommended fabrics that she thought would work for what I had described. There were no swatches of fabrics given to me, no portfolio to visualize the scope of work that Maryellen is capable of, the only fabric that was shown to me were of dresses that were in the store. Maryellen was aggressive with her opinion and as a customer who knows little about how fabrics stretch and work, I listened to her opinions because she is in fact the 'expert'. The second red flag was that the deposit is half of the total dress price and due the day you agree on the sketch and the remainder/second half is due at the 1st fitting as per store policy. This means that Maryellen had all of my money before the dress is even completed. The first fitting was great however it was only the skeleton of the dress so really how bad could it have been? The second fitting is when I discover that the fabric on the dress is not fitting as tight as I wanted. I mentioned this to Maryellen and she said that was as tight as this particular fabric could go. Maryellen said she would look into a different fabric for me, however it would come at a cost- this was shocking to me given the fact that THE most important thing about this dress was that I wanted a tight-fitted dress- but I thought ok let's just see what she comes back with and be nice because she has all of your money. Well Maryellen got back to me and said it would be $700 to change the fabric! This is on top of the $2,500.00 that I have already paid. I told Maryellen how unhappy I was and that I would not feel good walking down the aisle with what she had made for me. Basically, her only option for me was to sell the dress, either on my own or in her store as it is her store policy not to issue refunds. It's been over a year and the dress is still there, unsold and I'm out $2,500. -

Purchased 3 Bridesmaids & 2 Jr. Bridesmaids Dresses.
I had my mind set on getting a metallic blue and found a lovely style from Jim Helm/Lazaro. I was considering of buying the dresses online but but wasn't comfortable buying something that might/might not be the real thing and didn't know of anyone who had. From my research only two local places in Miami carried the Lazaro & Him Helm so I went to the closest. At the store, the sales lady said that the alterations were overpriced there and recommended I go elsewhere and I ended up using my neighbor who I later found out makes wedding gowns and all sorts of alterations! With the purchase of 5 dresses I was given a 10% discount, although still pricey I ordered the dresses in late January (paid more than half the amount for the deposit) and received them at the end of May.
I called in between the waiting period to confirm arrival time and to make sure everything was going well. I received a call that the dresses were ready and picked them up promptly. When I asked about ironing the dresses as they were wrinkled the owner said to bring them the week of the wedding. So Just like my dress, I took the BM dresses for ironing but was told that they wouldn't be ready until two days later (a day before the wedding) and made the appointment. I was also informed that the fabric (silk taffeta) was very delicate and could not get wet as it would be permanently ruined. I said there should be a label or something informing the customer of this, so I asked the owner, why aren't there tags informing of the delicate nature of the fabric and she answered, "oh the Vera Wang dresses have them, but they're too big and we cut them off." WTF!
So in June when I arrived at the store carrying 5 dresses I find that the store was closed and I was getting upset. It took about five minutes for someone to arrive and open the store and then asked me if I had purchased the dresses (hello, the dresses were still in the bags provided by Daisy Tarsi that even had the name all over!) so I had to play it cool and dropped off the dresses and came back within an hour to get in writing that I had left those dresses there. I asked if I they would be ready at least by the end day and was told by the owner to call and see. I said "I'm getting married in two days and have a million things to do, can you please call me to let me know when I can pick up the dresses," the owner said to her employee to "write it down in the calendar."
Did I ever get a call from them? No. For two days I continuously called to follow-up on the status. The customer service there seriously lacks, starting with the owner who doesn't seem to care about the customer once she's got your money. However, when I picked up the dresses and inspected them, just as they did when I dropped them off I was helped by another employee to take the dresses to my car, which surprised me considering how I was treated the days before.
So basically I just want to inform you that Daisy Tarsi is overpriced and sucks when it comes to customer service!

Very disappointed in such a popular store of Coral Gables. I have heard a lot of friends that has selected this store for their wedding and this was my first encounter and hope it to be the last.
First issue- the store does not have very convenient hours and I work just down the street so I cannot imagine how troublesome this can be for anyone that does not work nearby.
Next problem- although my measurements were taken in order to ensure that the best fitting dress would be ordered I was very taken back when the dress finally arrived and it was 4 sizes to big (and trust me my size did not change from when I was measured). The icing on the cake came when I was told that I should probably order more length for the dress at the original fitting. I am a fairly tall girl, however nothing too extreme (5'7). She insisted that if I wanted to wear heels I would need the extra length. Anyways, I took the advise from someone who knows better than I do and paid the extra money for the extra length. Of course when the dress arrived and I tried it on with very high heels and it was dragging all over! The extra length I paid for has to be cut off.
The dress arrived 3 weeks before the wedding and when I was called the first thing they asked was if I was having the dress altered with them. Absolutely NOT - I have heard how much they charge just to alter the hem. No thank you but I am not interested in paying them more money to cut off what they insisted on me purchasing, I will take that business elsewhere.
Overall this experience has lead me to believe that the store purposely orders the dress bigger so that you can have it altered with them and they can take in more money, this is extremely upsetting. I will not be recommending this store to any friends and I hope this review will be helpful to future brides.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Worst experience ever! I will never ever shop with Daisy Tarsi again! My bridesmaid dresses were 2 months late. We ordered the dresses over the summer and they just came in (3weeks before te wedding). The employees are super rude and the owner is just nasty! Did not help us at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND! -

Horrible ... is the only word i can use. The worst experience!!! Worst service ever, 1 week before wedding told that would not recieve bridesmaid dress unless i pay over night shipping. I pay over night shipping and dress never arrives. I had them fix the sample dress to size to solve the issue. they made us pay full price for a sample dress all while having to endure their awful attitude and lack of customer service. Daisy Tarsi should be the one place you avoid on Miracle Mile !!!!! -
