I recently had the pleasure of using Daily Chew Catering for my wedding in San Marcos, CA, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their professionalism was outstanding, from the initial consultation to the big day. Communication was seamless, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. The quality of service surpassed my expectations, with a team that not only delivered delicious food but also went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience. Daily Chew Catering provides exceptional value for the level of service and culinary expertise they bring to the table. Highly recommended for any special occasion! The food was a huge highlight at our wedding and we got lots of compliments from our guests!! -

I have experienced Carly’s food and services two times. Ones for a bachelorette dinner and another at my uncles Retirement party. Her efficiency is above par. She came in to our private dinner early to set up. She served us with a smile, The food was hot and delicious, Her turtle cheesecake was amazing. She cleaned all of the plates and silverware at the end of the night. Her service was above par. I was fortunate to have her catering services at a retirement party along with her staff and they were amazing. They served a shrimp alfredo with a drag salad and stuffed chicken and it was 5 star quality. The guests could not stop raving about how good the food was. I would recommend Carly and her team to all of my friends and family. -

Carly was our Chef for our private dinner during our friends Bachelorette party and we loved everything from start to finish. Very professional and cleaned after every dish that was made. Great customer service and even better food. The menu was top tier. She did so well that our friend used her services for her Father's retirement and they did not disappoint. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a private chef or catering service. -

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Daily Chew Catering and their incredible owner and head chef, Carly, for my recent event, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, everything about the experience was flawless.
Carly’s communication was exceptional—she was responsive, attentive to every detail, and genuinely invested in making my vision come to life. She took the time to understand the specific needs of my event and offered creative, thoughtful suggestions that made the menu even more exciting and personalized.

I used Daily Chew Catering for my Dad's funeral reception at our home and cannot say enough good things about Carly and her team!! Carly responded quickly every time I reached out, came to my home for consultation, and helped me create a fabulous menu. On the day of the event, she and her servers were amazing - making sure all the guest were well-taken care of and well-fed. The food was fantastic!! Everyone was raving about it, especially the Short Ribs, Chicken Piccata and Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Salsa. It was really important to be able to spend time with my family, and I greatly appreciated being able to trust Carly with all the details. -

Carly and the team were incredible. We had a backyard wedding with plenty of variables to figure out on wedding day, and they made adjustments immediately and easily. Everyone on the team was cool and capable, and they all worked hard the whole night.
The food was also AMAZING! Plenty of people there said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We got the bowtie chicken pesto pasta, garlic lemon butter salmon, and chicken piccata as entrees, and they were all equal hits. The bacon wrapped dates were awesome as appetizers, and the strawberry goat cheese salad was also a major hit.
Overall, I can't imagine a catering staff out-performing this one. This is an all-star squad who enjoy working together, and they didn't even cost that much. Super happy with this decision. -

We had an AWESOME experience with Carly and her team. This was the first event we had in our new home so I was nervous and starting from scratch.
Carly was an excellent communicator, thought outside of the box for the meal to ensure everyone could partake, accomodating a variety of dietary restrictions. She came early, stayed late, and helped us set up and really brought my vision to life.
The food was amazing - from the charcuterie board to the handmade ravioli and all of my friends and family are still raving about it!
In addition, she has a rental business so it was super convenient to rent all of the items directly from her. -

Small intimate wedding
We were extremely blessed to have the professionalism, work ethic, communicative, and selfless teamwork of daily chew. They were attentive, talented, and showed that it isn’t just about food or making money but truly about supporting the clients day through their actions. Words can’t express how complete our day was with daily chew catering. The focal point of our ceremony was a Christ-Centered wedding and they added to that piece. Again, you can’t go wrong with daily chew catering. -
