I got married at Cypress Woods and my experience was nothing but incredible. Overall, the venue was great. The venue itself was beautiful, the interior dining room was newly renovated and looks amazing! It served as an excellent space for the reception. The exterior spaces were beautiful as well. They do their own catering, and the food was phenomenal. My guests raved about it for days! The venue also provided the dance floor, linens, chargers/plates/glasses/etc, and Geo ordered me specialty blush pink napkins, free of charge. They also provided me with a newly constructed arch for my ceremony, also free of charge! The entire clubhouse was spacious, and had plenty of room for eating, dancing, drinking, and my photobooth.

Now onto the people. Geovani and his team was a WONDERFUL group to work with! Geo, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive, answering every single question in a timely manner. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process, and even surprised us with champagne and beer on the morning of the wedding. His team was also equally kind and efficient, helping with setup and breakdown, and offering great service during dinner. We even had a slight crisis, and Geo and his team completely turned it around. At the exact moment my ceremony was supposed to begin, it began to rain out of nowhere. My ceremony was originally planned to take place outside in the back, facing the lake (which was a beautiful view and I'm sad I didn't get to use it, but you can’t control rain!). We decided to pivot and instead hold the ceremony in the front of the venue and Geo and his team RUSHED to move everything to the front. My wedding planner said that most of my decorations wouldn’t be able to be moved since they were all soaked, and imagine how emotional I got when I looked outside my window and saw Geo and his team carrying my floral arch out in the rain and to its new location. They also managed to move the flower petals and candles that were outlining the original aisle, to the new makeshift aisle in the front. They completely turned over the new ceremony space in a matter of minutes, and managed to make it feel just as special and beautiful. After my ceremony and photos, my husband and I rushed inside to have a few minutes to ourselves, and Geo was kind enough to fix together a small plate of h’ordeuvres and drinks for us. This is yet again just another testament to how thoughtful and kind Geo was. Cypress Woods was the absolute best choice for my wedding, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier.

The venue was perfect, and Geo and his team were truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. My wedding day was absolutely perfect, and my only regret is that it’s over!

Cypress Woods CC took care of everything for our sons wedding! We had the ceremony there, plus they did the social, dinner, bar, dance floor, and they even provided the arch for the outdoor ceremony! If you want one stop shopping, this is the place! Bring your flowers and photographer and you are set. The food is amazing and the manager is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

From the first time we met with them to discuss prices and options to our wedding day, we were always confident that we had picked the best place to hold our wedding reception. We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us from our first meeting.
From the start, our questions were answered promptly and courteously and we were always treated like top customers (even during times when I was a little Bridezilla).
Because of this treatment, we never once worried about how our reception would turn out with regards to food, staff and coordination.
You all played significant roles in helping us set up such a flawless reception. Our guests all raved about the great food, service and location of the club.

Barb at Cypress Woods Country Club is a pro. She not only made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night and planning process. If you're lost in where to start for planning the wedding of your dreams Barb knows a vendor to help you with all your wedding needs. The food prepared by the club was delicious and I plan to return to have their Sunday brunch some day in the future! Thank you Barb for making my wedding the greatest day ever!

I had an absolutely blissful wedding experience working with Barb and her team. My wedding day went left, and I mean FAR left, and they were an absolutely dream to work with. I was supposed to be married on the beach at 2PM, but it ended up being a windy/rainy day outside so we had to go to plan B which was to have both the ceremony and reception here. They coordinated with my ceremony team and switched gears from reception only to ceremony/reception so smoothly. I was pretty non-picky because THEY are the professionals. I let them handle everything day of and it couldn't have turned out more perfect. The grounds are perfect and make an amazing backdrop for all your photos, and the level of professionalism but genuine care they show about your special day made everything 10/10. We had a plated dinner with rolls, salad, and a choice of chicken or steak with an open bar. The food was amazing (seriously everyone commented how delicious the food was) and they even added the peanut butter to the ice cream bar like I requested. Overall - I loved my day and even the few hiccups couldn't get me down.

Bill Sargeant and the staff at Cypress Woods Country Club did an outstanding job for our wedding. From the very beginning we realized that aside from having some amazing grounds for photos, we were also going to need someone to guide us through all the decisions necessary for our wedding to go perfect and Bill was that person. From working with our budget to our ever-changing decisions, he was always willing to listen and suggest his ideas with a bright smile. Once again, thank you so much to everyone for making our wedding such a wonderful and memorable experience. Everything about our experience was a total pleasure. Bill took the weight right off my shoulders and made everything roll smoothly! No request was too much, and extra details were added to make the day beyond special, even without having to say a word! I would recommend this venue for anyone who wants an elegant venue that holds plenty of guests, offers indoor and outdoor ceremony options and delicious food with a staff that goes above and beyond!

We were married at noon, on the patio overlooking the beautiful golf course. Chairs were provided for our guests and following the ceremony we sipped delicious mimosas. Inside the room was decorated in a fall theme in keeping with the time of year. Everything was beautifully decorated, and by far exceeded my expectations, Our guests raved about the food, service and thought it was one of the nicest weddings they had attended. Needless to say, we were very happy and proud of their response. Thank you Eric and Bill for all you did to make our day so special and memorable.

Bill and Eric at Cypress Woods were such a pleasure to work with. Our daughter was married at Covenant Church in Naples and held her reception at Cypress Woods. The staff was fantastic. The food, set up and service were just outstanding. I would highly recommend Cypress Woods to anyone looking for a quality venue for a wedding or reception.

Wow. From the moment I first talked to Bill all went well. He really knew what he was doing.
This was the first reception hall we saw and it was absolutely beautiful. We instantly fell in love with the place.
We had no worries. All was set up nicely for our arrival and everything went off better than we could have imagined.
All our guests were happy.
The food, the service, the price all exceeded our expectations.

We had a destination wedding at Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club on October 29, 2011. I can't say enough about it. It was fantastic from start to finish. The wedding and the reception both took place in the club. Clint Crosley is the manager and was our point of contact. He was fantastic. He listened to everything we wanted and went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. The staff was amazingly nice and friendly, the food was delicious and the club was beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend Cypress Woods to anyone.
