Perfect wedding! A dream come true.

We got married at Cypress Falls on Sept. 19 2020, and it was an absolute dream come true. From decor, to day-of coordination, to on-site accommodations, this is the smartest decision anyone could ever make when choosing their wedding venue. There is so much attention to detail by the staff and they truly embrace you in a way that feels like family. The property itself is incredible and makes for such a fun wedding weekend (or wedding week if you want to extend the party like we did). Our family and friends had a blast at the swimming hole, hanging out in the Tavern, and staying at the Lodge. There is so much Texas charm everywhere you look. The ceremony site is gorgeous and serene. The indoor/outdoor reception area is a perfect setup and the decor turned out stunning. Even when it comes to unconventional details, the staff is there for you in a way that is above and beyond. Many of our family members could not attend the wedding due to travel restrictions with COVID-19. We were able to live-stream the ceremony and reception to them all the way in Australia which is something we will all cherish forever. Special thanks to the staff who made it all possible... Lynnsey - You're a gem. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our guests, even the ones abroad. We are so appreciative of everything you did to ensure the success of our beautiful wedding. Casey - You were a pleasure to work with and you're amazing at what you do. Thank you for being the go-to person for so many things and handling it like a champ. Stew, Lisa and Sherry - Y'all are rockstars. Thank you for assisting us with ever-changing room assignments and being there for us at any hour of the day. We genuinely love you all at Cypress Falls! If you want a wedding weekend no one will forget, this is your place

We had tons of events in the 3 days we were here, and whatever we wanted to do was made possible thanks to Sherry and everyone at Cypress Falls! Some highlights: setting up an outdoor movie, moving karaoke night to a different day to accommodate us, handing out check-in gifts, and making sure things ran smoothly when it stormed in the middle of the wedding. I am truly grateful for everything they did.

Our guests felt at home, and we felt like we could just lean in and experience the wedding instead of worrying about things or keeping track of time. It truly felt like a summer camp style resort for just our friends and family. We had so much fun that we are trying to come up with another excuse to host an event here in a few years!

Kudos to other amazing vendors: Hand Drawn Photo Booth, Ryan Rose Photography, Duchess Garden Floral, Blush and Bangs, Slab BBQ, Pie Jacked, Pie Bar, Cody Tinnin music.

Best wedding venue we could have ever asked for!

My husband and I got married here 5/3/25 and could not have imagined choosing a different venue. The minute we left the venue after our tour, we knew this was the one for us. From the activities at the creek, the creekside bar, the tavern, pool, hotel and townhomes there truly wasn't anything else we could have asked for. Not to mention the charm and character of the venue and the town of Wimberley! Every guest at our wedding had to travel to attend our wedding and everyone RAVED about the venue. It was super important for us to have lodging on site for our guests, and the townhomes were perfect for our families and bridal party! The newly updated bridal suite is also GORGEOUS. The coordinators, Ashlea and Sherry were SO extremely helpful and I truly could not have kept my sanity during the planning process without them. We had our rehearsal dinner at the creekside bar (we had hibachi catered-SOOO much fun) and it could not have been more perfect. If you want a wedding venue where you can truly relax all weekend long with your friends and family and have unwavering support from 2 amazing wedding coordinators, look no further! We could not have had a more perfect day, thank you again to Ashlea and Sherry for bringing my dreams to life.

Amazing!!!

Nothing but amazing things to say about Cypress Falls. The venue itself, the hotel, the planning staff, the bartenders, everything was absolutely perfect. Ally, Sherri, Lisa, Dee Dee, and Robbie all worked so hard to ensure we had the most relaxing and flawless weekend. The planning process leading up was a breeze- we were planning from out of state, so we couldn’t be onsite for most of it. Ally took charge of all the details, from decor to vendor wrangling. During the wedding weekend itself, the whole team worked so hard to make sure I got to relax and not stress over the silly details. Robbie and Dee Dee absolutely killed it with the rehearsal dinner and after party, and Ms. Lisa was so helpful with all of our guests.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and perfectly fit the vintage western vibe we wanted for our wedding. The creekside area is perfect for your guests to hang out and relax, and the bar onsite was great for everyone to hang out at night. Having everyone stay onsite in the hotel was truly just amazing. We actually got to spend quality time with our friends and family, not just a few minutes at the reception (plus we didn’t have to worry about anyone driving home after the party).

It’s so special that we’ll be able to come back and stay at Cypress Falls for years to come and relive all the wedding magic. The entire staff are delightful people that I will cherish for years to come, and I know my family will too. Wouldn’t have had our wedding anywhere else!

the Venue of my dreams!

This was the perfect wedding venue for me and my husband. Then on top of that, they offer the best service! They worked with me while planning a wedding during a pandemic and were such a joy to work with. They go above and beyond for their customers and really care! they went above and beyond. blew us away.

the team at Cypress Falls was a DREAM to work with. they brought my vision to life, and it was the PERFECT most romantic day we could’ve ever hoped for. the communication between the team was unbelievable. they made me feel like i was their only bride, their only priority, and made my fiancé and i feel so taken care of. like VIPs.

this venue is the most gorgeous, bohemian, outdoorsy/wanderlusty place i’ve ever seen!! we decided to book this place the same day we toured it - we didn’t even bother checking out any other venue. all our guests loved the scenery and the chance to escape their busy lives in houston. if i could literally get married every year, i would. and i would DEFINITELY have it at cypress falls each time.

thank you guys for giving us such a beautiful place to create memories with our family and friends. brides - you NEED cypress falls in your life!! i don’t give a damn what your excuse is. book them NOW and get ready to have the most magical, loving, supportive, and beautiful wedding of your dreams.

Love Cypress Falls

I have not had my wedding yet, but I love this venue. The people who work there are so nice and our tours of the venue were extremely well-informed and also fun. This was my favorite tour and of course favorite venue I saw. It has such a homey, nice feeling and that is a combination of the staff and the venue. I am so excited for my wedding here. I have been in contact with the venue every day, and they always respond quickly with helpful answers!!

The Absolute BEST Staff & Magical Location!

First off, you cannot get better than the Cypress Falls event staff - their team was on it from day one, answering all my crazy questions and emails, and having everything handled on our big day - which was HUGE for my partner and me. We wanted to make sure that none of our guests had to be put to work on our wedding day and that we could fully enjoy ourselves without having to coordinate any of the stressful details. We felt so reassured by Lindsay and her team every step of the way. That staff and the magical feeling that the creek and beautiful nature create there are the reasons we went with Cypress Falls. There's something special about that place, and we look forward to visiting it again in the future to commemorate such a memorable and lovingly warm weekend! We recommend staying at the lodge with your friends and family - that was also what made the weekend so lovely... that and the fact that you're within walking distance of their Tavern (the best bar)! I want to do it all over again, and again! Honestly, such an amazing place with extremely lovely and professional people. Thanks for making it so special for us!

Stunning venue, impeccable staff

We are over the moon about the experience we had with Cypress Falls as our wedding venue. It's the idyllic hill country backdrop every Texas bride dreams of. The location is stunning in a simple, natural way. The flow and layout of the space was ideal, and there were a lot of options to make it our own. The water of the creek is beautiful, even in the heat of early September when our wedding was. Throughout the entire process, the Cypress Falls ladies have been attentive to our needs and wishes, quick to respond enthusiastically and helpfully, and genuinely worked hard to make this the perfect day for us. There are a lot of moving parts to a wedding, and they have the puzzle mastered. In the beginning stages of planning, they are great at giving recommendations for reliable vendors in the area. The week and day of, we handed over the reins and felt at ease knowing they had the final coordination dialed. They are truly masters at weddings, and do their job impeccably. Highly recommend hosting your big day at Cypress Falls, you'll be in the best hands!

Cypress Falls Event Center is Incredible!

As the Mother of the Bride, I would like to Thank Cypress Falls Event Center for ALL THAT THEY DID! When our daughter Morgan, announced that her and Owen were getting married, we knew that the venue was one of the most important parts of this day. As a mom of 4 children and this one being our last wedding, I thought I was pretty good at planning these. With that being said, I cannot express how much this venue did for the entire occasion. Everything we needed was immediately handled with a respond. The place has a beautiful setting for a couple to start their life with each other, but it is also the caring hearts of All of the Staff at Cypress Falls that made this experience fantastic!

Best Weekend Ever!

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for the team at Cypress Falls! Our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more! We got married on 2-16-19 and although the weather can be unpredictable, knowing we had a rain plan (and not having to use it!) eased my worries! The all-inclusive package really is all-inclusive, I didn't worry about a single thing. Having helped coordinate and decorate for a few friends weddings, I knew I didn't want to do it for my own and the team eased any fear I had about letting them take the reigns and make it happen! They were always there when I needed them, answering every question I had, and making sure everything went smoothly! They even adjusted the aisle so that my grandfather could be wheeled down the aisle next to me on the grass! I am telling you, Cypress Falls is the BEST! Our guests loved the venue, enjoyed staying on the property, and felt like they never had to leave, which was exactly what we wanted! If you are looking for a "family reunion" or "camp" vibe, this is it!

Completely Perfect

CFEC really did a fantastic, fantastic job for our wedding.

The ceremony site is beautiful. The falls we're in full swing, so we got married to the tune of chirping birds and the soft sound of falling water.

On the day of, there was literally not a single issue that I or my (now) wife had to make a decision about. It started raining half way through dinner, so the coordinators and the event staff moved the dancefloor indoors before I even noticed that the weather had changed.

Having the Lodge adjacent to the venue was enormously convenient. The rooms were great for what we needed, which was to house 75 or so really drunk guests. They have a very cute retro hill country vibe. Very comfortable.

The Tavern was superb and superbly popular among our guests. The party moved there directly after the reception and kept on kickin'.

All in all, we would get married here annually if we thought we could take the pressure of planning a wedding more than once. Stop your search now, this is the place.

The most perfect wedding venue

Words cannot do justice to the quality of the venue and the staff here. Kelsey and Lynnsey are absolute angels. Their work leading up to our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. They understood and exceeded our dream wedding and always went above and beyond to ensure that everything was absolutely the way we wanted things done. They coordinated beautifully with our vendors and our guests cannot stop talking about how incredible our wedding and our venue was. Everyone felt right at home in the heart of the hill country. I would not change a thing. Not a single thing. THANK YOU!!!!!

Just had our wedding here on September 22, 2018. It was easily affordable, but everything you get makes it a bargain! It was an absolute dream! Everything was perfect in every way! I have no clue what it's like to be stressed out on your wedding day, thanks to this incredible team! Every single detail was perfect and i didn't have to lift a finger to do any of it. Every member we met through the entire process was completely professional and as sweet as can be. They all make you feel like your wedding is the most important thing to them, and they are all driven to make it more than everything you've ever hoped for. Whatever i wanted and needed at any point whether i was there or at home, 6 hours away, it was done! They were quick to answer e-mails and phone calls and were there to answer any questions and solve any issue. I HIGHLY recommend (and already have to a friend about to propose!) the Cypress Falls team to everyone! The night of the wedding we were already talking about coming back for anniversaries and weekends to get away! I can't say enough about this incredible place, but we absolutely LOVE IT!

Cypress Falls Event Center makes getting married a dream. They are very personble, open minded, flexible, kind, accommodating, & helpful; really my list could go on. They truly made our wedding day very smooth, easy, efficient, but most of all memorable. Every little detail was taken care of, and having the full package was very helpful and made the wedding day extremely easy and less stressful. Of course the venue is already beautiful with amazing scenery, but the staff makes it even more decadent with their beautiful accessories to fit your wedding vision. I truly recommend to use them for your special day or any special event as it will be a dream come true!

There is not enough space here to say how AWESOME Cypress Falls Event Center is! We had family from all over the country stay at the Lodge and everyone loved their stay. The rooms, pool, swimming hole and facilities were great. Numerous times the staff went above and beyond to help our guests with their needs. The Lodge is second to none in their customer service, clean facilities, and overall hospitality!
But big kudos must go to Lynnsey and her staff! They thought of every little detail and couldn't have met our needs any better. She was present the whole day and took care of so many things for us, like coordinating the vendors, arranging the ceremony site, and much more. The outdoor ceremony setting is better than advertised. The Bridal Suite was the perfect place to get ready too. The combination of the indoor and outdoor setting made for a memorable night. We had games for the kids, a bar for the adults and a cozy atmosphere for everyone. The staff put us at ease so we could enjoy the night. Some folks in our family needed special transportation so the staff provided a golf cart. Plus they made sure to save a six pack of our favorite beer and put it in our fridge for after the reception. It's little things like that which separate Cypress Falls apart from the rest.
Lynnsey stressed that "we would get the wedding of our dreams". She was right!!!!
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

We had such a magical and carefree wedding thanks to the CFEC staff. The grounds were gorgeous, even though it had been raining all week! We went with the All Inclusive Package and it was 100% worth the money. Lynnsey and Dana helped pick the perfect décor from their inventory and we wouldn't have changed a thing!

Not only was this venue a dream : ceremony on the river and reception under the stars but the Cypress Falls Event Staff made our wedding SO INCREDIBLY EASY. I cannot say enough about the staff AND the venue. Its like an all in one weekend deal for those of us couples that simply want our big day to be stretched out! We arrived in town on Wednesday and floated the river and afterwards (since the venue only had our event that Saturday) Lynnsey allowed for us to drop off any decor and shenanigans we brought from DFW. AND THAT WAS IT. Lynnsey and her crew took over and set up everything for us. My priority was to leave it up to my vendors to do their THANG, and oh boy did this team rock it out! The day of, we got ready at a river house nearby and arrived at the venue an hour or so before the ceremony. There were things I never explained to them (as far as decor) and they handled everything BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot say enough great things about this venue. Our family and friends booked at The Lodge (for their lodging needs) which is connected to the venue and we started our afterparty at The Tavern (coolest bar in the center of the venue) and ended in their Texas room where we finished off our bar from the reception. My groom and I booked their "honeymoon bungalow" at the back end of The Lodge and it was perfect! We stumbled back to it after our night of celebrating. To say that our guests had a good time would be an understatement. You have got to check this place out. Go! Now!

CFEC was amazing! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Working with the CFEC team made planning our wedding so easy. They handled setting up all the decorations. It looked breathtaking and better than I imagined it. The day of they kept everyone on track, basically we didn't have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. I can't recommend them highly enough!

If you are looking for classic Texas hill country beauty, this is the spot for you. You really couldn't ask for a lovelier location. It's right there on the water but with a great indoor space for colder weather. We also had a blast at our after party in their bar inside the venue. Everyone loved the 1950's country club vide and the awesome rock walls. We felt like we were in the last scene of Dirty Dancing!

What a wonderful experience our weekend was! My husband and I selected Cypress Falls Event Center and Lodge for our 10 year vow renewal ceremony. The event was treated as a wedding and the staff at Cypress Falls was very accommodating from start to finish. We selected this venue to accommodate friends and family for more of a weekend stay. Some stayed 2 nights, others stayed 3. The lodge is very comfortable and made our weekend feel more inclusive. They have a in-house Tavern and the creek with creek side restaurant is right on the property!
Our guests had a magical time and it made it more surreal to spend the extra time socializing over the coarse of a few days instead of just the event evening.
The staff is so friendly and very top notch. They love what they do and it really reflects in their positive can do attitude. I had some challening decor ideas and they jumped right on it. Leading up to the event communication was great. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the meeting process was such a breeze. Love this bunch!
Now I wish I could have a event there every couple of years! So fun. Thanks Cypress Falls!!!!

We ended up doing the all inclusive package. If you can swing it I highly recommend it. Everything was magical and perfect. The coordinating team were incredible, out of this world, engaged and attentive. My husband and I sent dozens of emails and Cypress Falls was there every step of the way! The only snag was that we had left over catering that was not refrigerated but that was it! Can you believe it? That was literally the only thing that went wrong. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff is on their A game. I can't wait for the next time we book this venue! (We're already planning a family reunion there haha!)

The facilities, attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall coordination of the day of from the staff at Cypress Falls was better than we could have ever hoped for. Without a doubt I would recommend anyone book their wedding here. The venue is beautiful and truly caters to focusing on bringing the families together for a weekend experience where memories can be made that will last a lifetime.

If you are looking for a venue that will work with you on what YOU want and not what they think you should do, you really must consider this place. We are a simple family and try hard to stay grounded and not get caught up in the latest trends. If you are looking for the storybook wedding from the royal palace, this is not your place. If you are looking for a place to make a fantastic memory that belongs to YOU and not others, consider this venue. If you are prone to bridezilla mode and how many packages come from Neiman's and not Target, keep looking. EVERYONE at the wedding had an extremely grand and sincere time. The advice I would give to a couple seeking a venue would be to think about the big picture. This venue is not only beautiful, but the coordinators truly love what they do. Not once did I feel misunderstood, ignored, or made to feel like my questions were not important. Leading up to our wedding, every question, idea, email, and phone call was welcomed enthusiastically and kindly. On the day of, everything went exactly according to plan. Even if/when it didn't, I never knew so I was 100% stress free and in the moment the whole day. Did I mention how AMAZING the coordinators are, both as staff and as people? I will never forget any of these girls, they made that big of an impression on me. We absolutely loved our experience. Hands down better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true!

Cypress Falls Event Center is a beautiful vintage type setting. The staff is so amazing, professional, talented and just a surprise addition to this place. We loved everything about this venue. Starting with the ceremony creekside area, the lighted outdoor patio for dancing, the stone walled reception/dining area and after party room which was flanked by two fireplaces and a wooden vintage bar. We received compliments from our guests throughout the wedding. Kelsey and her staff were so sweet and made the entire wedding flow without a hitch. They even amazed our Hollywood Producer guests. Their words were, "Wow, this place is Set Ready". We loved every minute of it!!

I wish there were more stars that I could give Cypress Falls and their staff. The only downside to Cypress Falls is that once your wedding is over, you will miss working with everyone and how wonderful the staff and venue are! There are literally not enough words to describe how wonderful our wedding was, and it was in no small part thanks to Kelsey and Lynnsey. Kelsey went well above and beyond the call of duty and the entire staff made you feel as though your friends were planning your wedding. They never once made us feel anything except that they were genuinely invested and deeply cared that our event was everything we wanted. I can honestly say, it was considerably MORE than we could have ever imagined.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning and provides the most beautiful backdrop for a wedding with seemingly endless photo opportunities. The real gem of the venue though is hands down their staff. If I could give any couple one piece of advice, it would be that if you are looking at this venue - STOP SEARCHING! They made every step easy and stress free and I couldn't imagine better service or better anything to be honest. If I could I would drone on forever about how fantastic Cypress Falls is!!

I was the happiest bride on my wedding day. The day was stress free and easy. The entire staff treated us like family. From the very first meeting they worked with my vision and they pulled it off. CFEC gave me my dream wedding!!! I would do it all over again in a heart beat!

The all-inclusive plan is the way to go. My wedding wasn't a day, it was a wedding weekend! One that our friends and family can't stop talking about!

I could not be more pleased with our wedding at Cypress Falls Event Center! When I began planning, I wanted it to be as easy and stress free as possible. I have Lupus and wanted to be able to enjoy my wedding day, rather than feeling sick from stress. CFEC made that dream a reality! The setting is breathtaking! Their romantic ceremony site by Cypress Creek is gorgeous and pleasantly shaded. The natural beauty of Eagle Rock, coupled with the rustic southern charm of the lodge makes an inviting atmosphere for all. With an attached hotel, planning for out of town guests was simplified!
We decided to purchase their upgraded package which included a rehearsal dinner space creek side catered by Chef Jay for 25 people, use of all their decor and linens, and their honeymoon cabin for the wedding night. This made planning even easier and less stressful. They set up, decorated, and cleaned up for the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Kelsey and Lynnesy met me with me multiple times leading up to our wedding and were on top of every detail the day of. I didn't have to do more than ask if something needed to be taken care of on the day of. They were well organized and well staffed and knew how to get things done.
We also purchased their after hours room for guests to continue partying after the reception. We didn't stay around to enjoy it personally, but our guests were very pleased. They brought the leftover alcohol from our wedding package and the rest of the wedding cake. It was a comfort to know guest would only have to walk back to their room at the end of the evening and no driving would need to be done. The next day, all our items we left at the event center, the leftover food, and any decor we had given them were organized and easy for my family to deliver to me. My experience was 100% stress free and my wedding couldn't have been more perfect. I would highly recommend Cypress Falls Event Center to anyone looking for a beautiful Texas Hill Country wedding venue.

WOW! I don't even know how to begin. Everything about my wedding experience from start to finish was perfect, all thanks to the incredible staff at Cypress Falls. I mainly worked with Lynnsey and Vanessa, but all of the staff was friendly, knowledge and helpful. These wonderful ladies were available for everything that I needed. I did the all-inclusive wedding package and it was more than worth it. They went above and beyond to make me feel special, and to make my wedding perfect. I didn't have to buy anything or even decorate anything. They took care of everything, and I couldn't be happier.
The venue is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a natural theme, this is the place to go. I loved having the venue for the entire weekend with my family and friends. The swimming hole is awesome as well as all of the other amenities at the lodge.
I could go on and on about about how great it is, but really you should just go see for yourself. I guarantee you will fall in love just like we did!

My wife and I were looking for a place where our guests could stay for the duration of the weekend and we wouldn't have to change venues from the rehearsal all the way to checkout after the wedding. We decided to go with Cypress Falls Event Center because of Lynnsey Hastie. Lynnsey was beyond incredible from start to finish of our wedding planning and event. She took understood our unique theme and was incredibly flexible to work with us on making our vision come true. She handled all of the things that we couldn't and supported every piece that we wanted to own. She and her team (Vanessa and Kelsey especially) were an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Lynnsey or Cypress Falls Event Center enough.

Our wedding would not have been the same without the fantastic, caring, and genuine people at the Cypress Fall Event Center. They made our wedding experience fun and stress free from the beginning to the end. Even when we had accommodation issues at a nearby cottage, they called all the local management companies, figured out the issue and found us a new place to stay. They are sweet and spunky people that create an fun atmosphere. Also the grounds are incredible and one of the reasons were choice this venue. Dancing under the trees to our first dance was a dream of ours. After a storm in the area, they were quick to maintain the property, which always looks wonderful. We can't say enough to all the people that Cypress Falls Event Center, they made our wedding day prefect! We enjoyed our interactions so much with the staff that we are actually sad that we won't be as close to them in the future and plan to visit whenever we're in the area.

Great venue for the perfect vintage outdoor wedding!!! You cannot get the outdoor lighting look anywhere else!

The venue's onsite Coordinators, Lindsey and Vanessa, were beyond amazing! Not only is the venue PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL, but the staff that is included MAKES THE VENUE AND YOUR WEDDING PERFECTION! They are hands on, assist with the planning, decoration, deal with any issues, can make Plan B plans for rain, etc., and are on their A Game during your entire event. For someone as type A as me, I couldn't find better Coordinators or Venue to celebrate my special day! I am forever grateful for the work, passion and love they put into making my day FOREVER SPECIAL! If you are interested in a family focused, spectacular, Pinterest Perfect wedding, good luck with any other venue because no one can top this team! LOVE CYPRESS FALLS! They will truly always be remembered as SuperStars in my fairy tale ending!

Wedding planning can be very stressful especially if you and your partner are not the "planning type". I never had dreams of how my big day would be as small girl but as we apporoached our wedding weekend I began having visions of what the "dream day" would be like and Vanessa and Lynssey with their staff of interns made our dream come true. WE LOVED THIS PLACE! Right from the get-go, we knew that we chose the right venue for us. The grounds are beautiful - somewhat secluded, but easy to get to. A place for guests to stay on-site was a huge plus for a large number of guests flying in from literally all over the world. The thing that really told us we made the right choice? Lynnsey! She was absolutely phenomenal! We can not even begin to express what a huge help she was for our wedding. We did not have a planner, but with Lynnsey as our day-of coordinator, we didn't need one! She made sure that we had all of our ducks in a row during the planning process and made sure that everything ran smoothly on our big day despite a literal 100 year flood. From our very first meeting with her, she made it obvious that the day was about us. She walked us through decorations, suggested vendors, local accommodations, everything. Every single staff member from the hotel to the event staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure that our day was perfect. It really was our dream wedding, and it couldn't have happened without Lynnsey, her team, and a gorgeous hill country venue.

Such a beautiful and amazing place! Everyone there was wonderful and did everything possible to make our wedding day amazing. Everything from our first arrival to set up to us leaving was perfect. Me and my husband live out of state and we actually didn't see the venue till the day before the wedding (I know crazy) but everyone there answered all our questions and made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. I'm so glad this is were we got married it's so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

They are a wonderful, flexible, and helpful venue. I had to do very little prep! They even put together some of my crafts for me the day before, gave me a needed drink before walking down the isle, and did all the clean up! I love the people and the gorgeous venue!!!! It was an entire weekend experience with the Lodge there too!

The staff at Cypress Falls were beyond accomodating and laid back the entire weekend me and my guests were there. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed the entire time. Besides a few suggestions, I left all the decor up to Vanessa and Lynnsey and they did a stellar job, even down to the floral arrangements and bouquets they put together for me. We had the most perfect, fun weekend and it is all thanks to Cypress Falls and the entire staff that worked together to make our wedding weekend perfect! Thanks to Vanessa, Lynnsey, Hunter, Ryan, Matt and Jay. All awesome people who we considered friends upon leaving!

Y'all were amazing and we could not be happier. I was blown away by all that goes in to the cost of the venue. It is beyond worth the value to have the help of your team! Every single one of my guests had something to say about how awesome Lynnsey and Vanessa were. The venue itself is truly unique and was perfect for our wedding. With the stress of everything else, and the weather, I was totally put at ease by the staff. They made sure, even though we had to make last minute changes, that everything went so smoothly. Absolutely love this place! I fell in love with Cypress Falls Event Center when I found them online and had to see it in person! Once there Vanessa wooed us and started making my dream a reality! Everything they say is true. Cypress Falls Event Center is on point! They have an amazing team, and by that I mean an amazing family! There was never a time the entire weekend we did not feel completely welcome and at home, thank you Hunter.
Lynnsey and Vanessa were able to create my dream wedding with very little help from me. I brought them ideas of fantasy and those fairies brought the magic to life. (I am not ashamed to admit I cried when they showed me what they had done.) They produced a celebration that my community has talked about for weeks now. My husband and I were both flattered they would go to such lengths to make us happy.
If at any point you have a doubt rest assured they know what they are doing. I will forever hold Cypress Falls close to my heart. Thanks Again Everyone!

Book this place now! So, so, so worth every penny! I can't even describe how amazing the team at Cypress Falls is at what they do. I can say without a doubt, as a "DIY bride" without the extra space in the budget for a wedding planner, I would not have been able to survive the day without them! Everything was on point and on time and so organized! Vanessa was just awesome the day of! These guys are pros - they helped with the flowers and set up all of my crazy homemade decorations perfectly with very little direction from me (sorry about that guys!!) They have EVERYTHING you need right there, either included or to rent at very reasonable prices, which means less vendors to coordinate and communicate with. AND you have access to the venue practically the whole week of the wedding! The attached hotel rooms were such an added bonus - those tipsy wedding guests could simply stumble to their rooms at the end of the night. The biggest hit of the night though?! The AFTER PARTY ROOM! My guests are still raving about it! I'm pretty sure I don't even know half of the extra things the CFEC team did to make my day special and perfect. But we sure do love them for it and you will too!

Our wedding was fabulous. The venue is great-married creek side, dancing outside, dinner in the quarry room. Lynnsey and her staff were wonderful. Utmost attention was paid to every detail. We could thoroughly enjoy our wedding and not worry about a thing. This was a perfect choice.

Cypress Falls Event Center was AWESOME!!!! They made our weekend so much less stressful and were so helpful!! We did a ton of hand crafted decor and they were great at jumping in to help set it up to perfection!! They were also super friendly and we felt like they truly cared about us other than making us feel like just another bride and groom. It was also great that we had access to the property all week, were allowed to have our dogs in the wedding and our friends had the ability to book rooms on-sight!! We are extremely grateful that we choose them and thank them all so much for helping make our day a great success!

Vanessa, Lynnsey, Roxy and their team did an amazing job on our wedding! They were extremely responsive thoughout the entire process from the moment we decided Cypress Falls Event Center was the venue for us. Vanessa did a fantastic job as day of coordinator. I did not have to worry about a thing! Seriously Vanessa worked some serious magic! The decor, flowers and everything were absolutely gorgeous! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a day to remember and that it was! Our wedding was a spectacular bohemian rhapsody and perfect in every way! Everyone is still talking about it two weeks later! The venue was perfect for our family and friends as everything was in one location. We had quite the crowd and we sort of took over the place from Thursday through Sunday and the staff were helpful and wonderful the entire time! We were even able to complete many of our last minute preperations in the Texan Room prior to the wedding which was wonderful! I would absolutely recommend the venue and this staff 100%! They get a million stars in my book!

We sprung for the super deluxe all inclusive package, and am so glad we did. Vanessa and Lindsay were so incredibly helpful that I didn't have to lift a finger the entire wedding weekend.

All of our decorations were included and set up for us, the venue is absolutely stunning, they provided us with a catered rehearsal dinner with food that was to die for. I could go on and on!

Perfect speakeasy looking bar with tin ceiling tiles, wood pub-style bar, and incredible stone fireplaces. You get the whole place for the weekend, so you and your guests can have a great time without feeling rushed.

The outdoor bar has glass lanterns in the trees, and twinkle lights everywhere. You can get married right on the river with great views. Oh, and did I mention the fire pit?

We got so many compliments on how fun and refreshing our wedding was. And they made it so easy! I wouldn't change a thing.

It would be foolish to book anywhere else.

Our wedding was just at magical! The property is breathtakingly beautiful. The accomadations were very country cozy. The staff was amazing and bent over backwards to make our day so special. They surprised us with special personal touches for our big day! Our friends and family were blown away!

From stepping foot on this magical, quaint venue, my (now) husband and I felt an instant connection and love for Cypress Falls! The more we came to visit (organize details, drop off decor/dress etc) we fell more in love with it. The staff, Lynssey, Vanessa and Ryan as well as the other team members that helped truly be came part of our family. The flexibly and accommodating nature of the team made all of our family and friends feel welcomed and comfortable and was much appreciated by all of our guests! I felt truly cared for and not one thing went wrong on our special day! I had the rehearsal dinner there, which was absolutely delicious (barely had left overs!!!) and the ceremony was set up by the creek and as beautiful as we had imagined it. All the details were noticed and appreciated and it was all because of this wonderful, caring, talented team! Let me start off by saying that Lynnsey and the rest of the staff at Cypress Falls go above and beyond just offering you a venue to host a wedding. Upon my arrival I found out that my cabin that I booked 6 months in advance (no affiliation to the Event Center) had been double booked! Not only did Lynnsey and her team find me another place to stay last minute, they did it without me even having to ask. The venue itself has the most serene backdrop for a wedding, our dogs even enjoyed a romp in the creek. I did all my planning on my own and with Lynnsey there to help out, everything went perfectly. She was there to help me every step of the way, from questions about catering to ideas about decor. They are helpful, creative, professional and best of all... fun to be around. I couldn't of asked for a better location or staff for my wedding. Everyone had a blast and everyone stayed on site, so the party went late into the night. Love the Event Center can't say enough good things about them!

We couldn't have been happier with our venue choice. Cypress Falls provided us with everything we could have possibly imagined and more in a beautiful atmosphere! Lynnsey and her team are amazing! We had a casual outdoor wedding and this area along the Cypress Creek with the falls in the background and under the large oak trees was the perfect location. The reception was also outdoors in the area between the ceremony site and the covered pavilion. Vanessa and Linnsey were very helpful and handled every thing that we asked for.
The Lodge is also on the property and some of our guests stayed there and had the convenience of walking to the wedding.

I had a wonderful wedding and experience here! The staff is so friendly and Lynnsey and her mom make you feel like family! Easy to work with, around my schedule and any questions or concerns she was on top of things! They truly took my vision and made it a reality! I had so much going on I did everything myself so the week of it was a blessing knowing I was in good hands! A night we will always remember! Everyone else loved it as well! They are still staying it was the best wedding ever! They loved everything was right there, including their rooms! Every room had a different vibe! For your money and time best all around!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Without a doubt, Cypress Falls gets 5 stars across the board. Lynnsey and the Cypress Falls staff were incredibly helpful. All the potential problems we almost had before and during the wedding were avoided because Lynnsey and her team were always there with the perfect solution to help. For example, some of our decorations that we had shipped to Cypress Falls never made it. Lynnsey went out the first day of wedding prep to shop and find us replacements.

Lynnsey and her staff did an amazing job taking our decorations and setting them up. They saved us a ton of time so that my fiancé, our bridal party and I could spend it doing other things. Lynnsey just asked for a list of everything we needed help with and they got every single task done before the wedding. Seriously, we didn't have to worry about anything. Lynnsey and the Cypress Falls crew took care of it all.

Cypress Falls was definitely the most affordable venue, of all the places we visited. I think this may be due to the fact that they do not provide catering, which we preferred so that we could pick out the caterer ourselves. Since we had our wedding in October, we also saved some money by having our wedding during their off-peak time.

Cypress Falls provided the space for both the ceremony - creekside under a gorgeous, old tree - and the venue, which can be indoor or outdoor or both depending on the weather and your preferences. The flexibility in the space worked out so well for us because the weather ended out becoming really cold for our wedding, so we were able to have the ceremony outdoors during the day and the reception indoors for dinner.

Lastly, we loved that Cypress Falls also provided on-site accommodations because this allowed us to turn our wedding into a weekend-long party with our closest friends and family. The lodge really made the wedding weekend feel home-y and comfortable and just really us.

This venue was absolutely great! You can decorate as much or as little as you desire and you have an entire week to do so! We loved CFEC from the first time we arrived and took a tour. Lynnsey was a fantastic day-of coordinator and was so helpful from start to finish! The staff is friendly and flexible and all of our guests felt so special! I can't imagine our wedding day (or weekend) being anywhere else!

I fell in love with the Event Center the first time I visited. Roxie gave us a tour and it was completely us. The venue was presented with no decorations but we were able to fill any area with our decorations and have the flexibility and wedding we dreamed of. The ceremony site was breath taking and we left the beauty of it bare and natural. We had smores as our favors on site and people loved the way we were able to use all of the property and Lynnsey was so laid back but on top of everything. I couldnt have asked for a better venue and better coordinator. AMAZING :)

Chi Omega Sorority at Texas State University was delighted to spend their evening of April 16, 2011 at Cypress Falls Event Center in Wimberly, TX. Our annual semi-formal is an elegant event during the spring where each member brings a date to enjoy dinner, dancing, and loads of fun. This was our first time to have an event at Cypress Falls Event Center and will definitely not be our last! Our event coordinator, Lynnsey Hastie, was so helpful by organizing the event and accommodating our every need such as; providing all table linens and decorations to fit our themed evening. She also supplied food heaters to match the few we were able to bring that kept the formal essance. The whole staff was friendly to each and every guests. This venue is perfcect for any occassion! The property is surrounded by huge trees that cover all aspects of the outside deck where our whole evening took place. Each tree twinkled with white christmas lights all through the branches that made for an enchanted evening.

We had our Rehearsal Dinner at Cypress Falls Event Center and it was just perfect - they have a gorgeous outdoor space that's perfect for a party. There's even an outdoor stage area where a band can play. There's also plenty of space for a large number of people to stay. All of the groomsmen in our wedding and their significant others stayed there plus guests of the wedding.

Lynnsey Jones was incredible... always available, always answered her phone, always went above and beyond for us. She is the BEST!

We truly love everything about Cypress Falls Event Center - you have to see this place in person to see the beauty. Perfect for anything from a wedding, rehearsal dinner, girls weekend, family reunion, etc.

Lyndsey and Roxy were wonderful to work with! This facility is absolutely beautiful and can accomodate just about any scenario. The water/boat house was a wonderful backdrop for the ceremony and cocktail hour and the main area turned out to be breathtaking. I would encourage anyone to hold their wedding here....if kind, friendly service, amazing attention to detail, hands on attention are what you're looking for- this is your venue!!!

Words can not describe our experience with Cypress Falls Events Center. We held our wedding and reception there on May 7th and were overjoyed with the staff, facillities and overall experience.

Lynnsey, Roxy, Georgia, and Hunter were there every step of the way with anything we needed. Thier service could not be exceeded. Their assistance made our setup as easy as possible.

The Cypress Falls offers so many unique and beatiful settings. We were able to take advantage of all of them and our guests have provided overwhelmingly fantastic responses. If you choose to hold your event at their facility, I am sure your expectations will be surpassed as ours have been.

I loooooooooooooooooooved having my wedding at Cypress Falls Event Center!!! It was the best combination of class and the outdoors that i could find in all of texas...My dogs were a part of every detail, the scenery was amazing, the weather was perfect, and lynnsey, roxie and georgia were my WONDER WOMEN!!!They say Wimberley is "where Heaven and the hills hold hands..." and i firmly agree. It could not have been more perfect. If you are considering a wedding in beautiful Wimberley, look no further than this venue. There is a 22 room lodge on the property for your guests, a beautiful swimming pool and natural spring fed swimming hole, a perfect indoor/outdoor reception hall, a beautiful bridal suite and so many perfect spots on their 22 acre property for your picture perfect ceremony + the best help in all the land!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lodge at Cypress Falls was the most beautiful venue for our wedding and reception. Our wedding was originally planned for Galveston, Texas and when the hurricane devestated the city we had one month to plan the entire wedding. The owners of the Lodge at Cypress Falls accomodated us without hesistation at a more than fair price. We were able to have all our guests stay on the property and enjoy the beautiful Hill Country on their own time schedule. We had a our wedding down by the creek and took pictures with the natural beauty for our background. We walked a few hundred feet to our reception which was perfect in the Fall weather. The Lynnsey Hastie, Hunter Jones, and their staff were there for every guest and provided everything we needed. EVERY SINGLE wedding guest said they had the most wonderful experience and it was the best wedding they had ever been to-from adults to children. We were married in 2008 and people still talk about our wedding and the memories they made that weekend.

The best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process was choosing Cypress Falls as our venue! Lynnsey and her staff are simply INCREDIBLE. The event staff at Cypress Falls was fantastic! Extremely helpful and the best part was having them set everything up for the wedding day! It took a lot of stress off of us and made the day run smoothly! The staff helped keep the day going and on time through the evening and were very friendly! We planned the wedding in about 2 months and the staff was a huge part of that! I would recommend CFEC to anyone!

I cannot say enough about our venue!! Lynnsey and the rest of the staff at CFEC were AMAZING!! We had a 3 day wedding weekend that I don't think anyone will forget. Everything was relaxed and just nonstop gorgeous. The grounds were beautiful and many of our guests as well as the groom and I stayed on site. The Lodge is a great example of true Hill Country hospitality.

When you show up you're treated like a treasured family member instead of just someone to be shuffled through like cattle. So many of the venues that we saw were more like drive thru ceremony and reception sites. They may be fine for some, but I wanted us and our beloved guests to be able to truly soak up the whole experience. If you take away nothing else from my review, take that with you. YOUR WEDDING the focus and at CFEC you will feel that way the whole way through. Lynnsey was as excited about our plans as we were and you just don't find that everywhere. We had so many guests come up to us and tell us that it was hands down the best wedding they ever attended and I think that has to be attributed to the atmosphere at Cypress Falls.

We had a creekside ceremony that was just breathtakingly gorgeous with the creek and the falls running behind us. The enormous trees dripping with Spanish moss and twinkling lights just set it off perfectly. They have everything ready for your DJ or musicians to bring their equipment down and plug in. Set up and break down was a breeze because we had so much time and so much help from the staff. Dinner was in the Quarry Room and there was such wonderful flow and so much room for everyone. There were great outdoor spaces where everyone gathered and played lawn games and danced the night away on their outdoor dance floor. So many different areas at one venue so that no one feels crowded.

I wish everyone could have a wedding as fabulous as ours so I highly recommend you give Lynnsey a call and set up your tour today!

Cypress Falls Event Center was the most amazing place we could have ever chosen for our wedding! It is run by a very easy-going, kind and talented family. They did not have rules about what vendors we could use, and when we did use a vendor they knew, they helped us get discounts on certain items. They allowed me and my girls to be creative with decorations and let us come to decorate the entire week before the wedding! The Bridal room is gorgeous, the reception area is very classy and the best part is the outdoor property. Live oaks and a river were the perfect combination as a backdrop for our ceremony. Lynnsey is the wedding coordinator and is super helpful and is there for you even when you didn't know you needed help. We rented the venue for the whole weekend and had our rehearsal dinner there as well, which was fun and convenient for guests. We had an Unforgettable experience and would suggest it to anyone!

Working with Lynnsey and her mom Roxie was fantastic! My husband and I chose the venue sight unseen and couldn't been happier! We planned the whole event from AZ AND lynnsey was more than fantastic... She sent us pictures of the layout to help us better plan our big day. when we gor to the venue she and her mom where waiting and at our beckon call... How can we help, it made everything soo much easier on us. There was nothing traditional about our big day and they made if flow effortlessly as though they had done it a million times before! Cypress Falls was a no-brainer. It was the third venue we looked at, and we loved that they had lots of on-site lodging for our many out-of-town guests, a beautiful waterfront, lots of performance spaces (we're musicians, as were many of our guests) and the price for the venue INCLUDED TWO day of coordinators, plus two interns that helped everything flow seamlessly

So amazing

Cypress Falls was everything we dreamed our wedding venue would be. We knew we wanted a place that offered lodging because we had so many guests coming from out of town. We also wanted a place where we could hang out with our wedding party for a few days before hand and have lots of activities on site or nearby so people wouldn't necessarily need cars to get around. There was also a lot of stage area, which was great bc we are musicians and have lots of musician friends that we wanted to jam with.

Also, the cost of the venue rental comes with not one, but TWO coordinators who helped us plan from day 1, as well as TWO MORE interns who helped out during rehearsal dinner and our actual wedding day. They provide so much VALUE, and were so flexible with all of our unique visions for our wedding day

LOVE LOVE LOVE this venue and everyone that works there. They are friendly and fabulous and quirky

Everyone at Cypress Falls is TOP NOTCH! We wanted a wedding venue that would allow for our guests to relax and feel at ease. The staff at Cypress Falls set up everything, coordinated everything, and they teared down too. They were amazing at responding to my emails and questions. I tended to be a last minute bride with lots of last minute changes. They were CHAMPS and so flexible. My family and I were so thankful for the ability to relax. The whole site is complete with a swimming creek, food truck, and lots of space for your guests to relax. If you book with Cypress Falls, you won't have to worry about anything. Plus, the venue site is incredibly beautiful and gorgeous. It made us marvel in God's creation. Perfect wedding venue! The only issue was the beds seemed small to some guests at the Lodge at Cypress Falls.

Lynnsey and her team at Cypress Falls did an amazing job organizing, managing and putting on our November wedding! They met with us multiple times to discuss the vision of the day, go over logistics, coordinate with our various vendors and helped make sure everything went smoothly. We weren't aware of any "hiccups" the day of because her team made sure to handle all discussions and kept things moving along. We had a fantastic time and our guests raved about the venue. And the after party room was so much fun and such a great addition to the night.

Having our wedding at CFEC was a fantastic choice! It had absolutely everything we were looking for in our venue: outdoor country-style wedding, beautiful, taste of the Texas Hill Country (for all of our out-of-state guests), on-site accommodations, reception in the same area, access and options for an after-party, great in-house catering, relaxed and fun atmosphere, and a wonderful staff. Lynnsesy and her team were great to work with, even though we definitely had to change our initial plans due to unfortunate torrential downpours (outdoor wedding in Texas = a risk!). Regardless, the CFEC team's adaptability created a wonderful and unique experience for us and our guests.

My now husband went to go look at the venue and took pictures and videos since I couldn't go when we had an appointment. At first I wasn't too convinced with the pictures but he insisted that I had to go look at the venue in person. When I went on our second appointment to look at the venue I immediately loved the place. We decided that we were going to book the venue that same day.

I also decided to get the all-inclusive package since I am not a creative person and I had no idea how I wanted my reception to be decorated. All I knew was that I liked some vintage and rustic decorations. Lynnsey and her staff were so awesome and helpful! They sat down with my fiancé and I to get ideas of what I might like or not like. They brought different little decorations that they had and the different table cloths that could go with what they were thinking. They were very patient in trying to find what I liked and what would make me happy. I left that day feeling comfortable and happy.

The wedding day came and I couldn't believe my eyes. The reception was decorated better than I had ever imagined! I was so in love. I loved every little detail of it ..in which were many of them. I don't have the words to describe how happy I was to see that they really made my dream wedding a reality. My guests were wowed at all the decorations as well and how organized everything was. I am very happy with Lynnsey and all of her staff, throughout the wedding they were there to assist us with whatever we needed or had questions about. I am definitely recommending them to family and friends.

From a couple that just loves the outdoors and wanted to celebrate this special event with family and friends. Cypress Falls event center was more than we ever could have hoped for. The staff there is wonderful and knowledgeable and caring. They really honestly desire for everything to go perfect for you. I would recommend Cypress Falls to anyone for any occasion.

Cypress falls was a beautiful venue, by the creek, with a restaurant and hotel attached. It was excellent for guests coming from out of town. The staff were super friendly and helpful in person. Most hiccups were in email and phone communication. I would highly recommend this venue for weddings or other events!

We used the event center for the rehearsal dinner. The event staff was attentive and flexible in making any changes that were needed as we went along in the process of planning and setup. It is a very beautiful facility with both indoor and outdoor sections. We were able to take advantage of all. The food was execellent but needed a bit more wait staff to make sure that everything was presented on a timely basis.

Cypress Falls did an amazing job and were very helpful with planning and bringing our sorority event to life! My only complaint was with the catering service. We received our rate if we used Cypress Falls' in house caterer and chose the buffet option. There was not enough food and there was not enough staff present. Everything else went fabulous. If we use Cypress Falls Event Center again, we will definitely opt to pay for more waitstaff.
