It is always a delight to have Michele plan our family vacations.
She is very detailed oriented and does a great job communicating all the necessary details for traveling.
She also has great insight and a broad experience with several popular destinations and provides valuable suggestions on places to go and things to do while on vacations.
I am very highly satisfied with the level of service and will continue to have her plan our trips.

Helped create our dream honeymoon!!

Custom travel helped make our honeymoon an absolute dream. We planned an extensive 2 week European honeymoon pre Covid and Kyle created an incredible itinerary including hotels, rides, activities, and helping with flights. When we had to postpone, he was there every step of the way. When we were ready to replan, Kyle again wowed us by pivoting and helped us plan an amazing Costa Rican honeymoon. All of our hotels, activities, and transportations were ready for us. Kyle also provided us with a pamphlet that included Covid restrictions and what we needed for testing. The whole team made traveling an amazing and relaxing experience.

Great communication and very helpful

I worked with Kate to book my honeymoon - she is knowledgeable about what different places have to offer and helped me narrow down the island and resort we wanted to go to. I’m a bit of a travel control freak so the only thing she ended up actually booking for us was our resort stay, but she was ready to book every little thing for us if I wanted her to! She kept in touch and followed up with me when our payment was due, to send us invoices and travel documents, and even wished us well the day we left and followed up when we got back! She even helped my friend secretly coordinate a special dinner for us while we were there.

Luckily we didn’t have any problems with our booking or during our stay, but I am confident that Kate would have been happy to help us out if we had. I would definitely recommend her to others and would use her for my future travels!

St Lucia Honeymoon

We just returned from our St Lucia honeymoon last evening. My husband and I had never worked with a travel agency before and had no idea what to expect. From day one Kyle was outstanding to work with. We spent almost 2 hours on the phone with him during our initial meeting where he reviewed every room on the resort in detail so we knew exactly what we wanted. He also maintained consistent contact along the way to update us on our honeymoon registry and just to ask if there was anything we needed. Everything we needed for our trip was extremely organized and easy to understand. He also was so great with us- as we changed our room 3 times to get better deals! We are looking forward to working with Kyle and Custom travel again very soon!

Five Stars!

I would highly recommend using Custom Travel when planning any trip! My husband and I met with Brianna to plan our Hawaiian Honeymoon. She was extremely knowledgeable about Hawaii and new which companies were the best for our excursions. Everything was all set for us when we arrived on the island! We had the best time!

Honeymoon Registry & Bookknb

My husband & I used Custom Travel’s honeymoon registry for my shower & so many guests commented on how convenient it was to get a gift certificate & we made out so great! Veronica was so helpful in planning an unforgettable Hawaiian honeymoon! We recently came back from our trip & it was simply amazing thanks to all of her recommendations! I have been recommending Custom Travel & the Honeymoon Registry to anyone I talk to! We did not encounter any issues with any of our flights, hotels or car rental bookings, it was so stress free! We received the honeymoon amenities at each place which was awesome & the hotels were spectacular! We will definitely be back to Custom Travel when we plan our next adventure. My husband and I just got back from the most amazing 5 week Europe trip of a lifetime thanks to Kate! We gave her a list of cities we wanted to visit and she made our itinerary and booked our hotels and transportation (hotels were all in great locations). Kate made everything so easy from the beginning. She sent us our travel plans which were organized by city and every hotel voucher/transportation ticket was included with details to make it as simple as possible. There is no way our trip would have been as enjoyable or easy to navigate if we had tried to plan it on our own. We would absolutely recommend using Kate and Custom Travel to help plan your next trip!

I worked with Kyle throughout the planning of our honeymoon. Having returned from our Mediterranean cruise a week ago, I can attest to the ease that he made us feel in every step of the process. He prompted us in advance for upcoming next steps with bookings and gave us plenty of time and options to choose from. I worked with Custom Travel solely online and still had the peace of mind in knowing that our vacation would be spectacular--which it was. I can't wait to book my next getaways with them.

Veronica and her team were excellent to work with! From the very beginning of deciding where and when was best to have our destination wedding and through out the entire process they were attentive, quick in response and made the process run very smooth. We booked our honeymoon to Hawaii with Custom Travel. Veronica did an awesome job of getting us everything we wanted, booking our flights, and even saved us some money! They booked all our excursions and sent us or travel itinerary for the entire trip.. one less thing we had to worry about during the hectic time of wedding planning. We will definitley be using Custom Travel again in the future.

We have done two trips with Veronica and Custom Travel and both trips have been outstanding to Ocho Rios and White House in Jamaica. For Ocho Rios, it was our honeymoon and she took care of everything so we didn't have to worry about anything. For our second trip last year, she took care of us and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of even coming in on a Saturday to help us out and find answers for us. When questions arose, Veronica and Custom Travel were up front and honest with us and helped research a solution to the question. I would never use anyone for my travel plans besides Veronica. She is the best at her job and has taken care of all our concerns and questions that arose. I would highly Custom Travel and Veronica to all friends and family.

My husband, Scott, and I worked with Veronica at Custom Travel to book our honeymoon after being referred to her by friends of our. From the very first meeting, she listened closely to what we wanted and provided us with several different options that would meet our needs. We ultimately opted to travel to Sandals Emerald Bay in Exuma, Bahamas and the trip did not disappoint! Prior to our departure, Veronica was always available to answer questions we had pertaining to the resort and travel (e.g. passport, tipping policies, scheduling excursions, custom travel bridal registry). We were sent a packet of everything we would need while traveling and the entire trip went off without a hitch! The car to the airport (which Veronica helped book for us), flights, and resort stay all was exactly as we expected and hoped it would be. We had a fantastic time on our honeymoon and are SO HAPPY Veronica recommended Exuma! It was a dream. Thank you Veronica! We will absolutely be utilizing Custom Travels services on our next trip!

Veronica is amazing! She helped us narrow down where to look for our honeymoon. Then once we settled on St. Lucia she helped us choose two different resorts so we could split our time on two parts of the island. I HIGHLY recommend Custom Travel for any of your vacation planning, especially honeymoon, needs! Veronica was a dream to work with. She was quick to respond and helped pick a destination that was perfect for our wants and needs. She does not just book your trip and walk away either. She is a part of the entire process, up until you come home, making sure everything was exactly how you wanted it. She is also gave us a great recommendation for transportation to and from the airport as well as a party bus for our wedding.

I would def recommend Custom Travel. Got us a better deal on our honeymoon that I could by booking directly through Sandals, plus a few extras. They also arranged travel to and from the airport. There is no reason not to use Custom Travel when booking a vacation. I will def use again. They were also very responsive, knowledgable and organized.

When we first decided we wanted to have a destination wedding we went to a regular travel agent who was no help at all, then we found Veronica at custom travel and she is absolutely amazing! They specialize in destination weddings and made planning such a breeze. From helping decide where we wanted to stay to arranging travel information for us and all of our guests they are absolutely amazing! If you are having a destination wedding I definitely recommend going here to plan everything!

We worked with Veronica to set-up every aspect of our honeymoon in Antigua. She was excellent to work with, incredibly knowledgeable about the resort and responsive to all of our needs. In addition to the room reservations she assisted with travel, spa additions, private airport transfer set-up and digging up as much information as she could on island excursions. Veronica and her team were well organized and delivered a package of travel documents prior to the honeymoon so we had no work to do on our own! She is so highly regarded at Sandals Grande Antigua that our butler commented on how much they love our travel agent when we produced our organized documents on arrival and saw who we had worked with! We will definitely go to Veronica for future vacations!

We hadn't used a travel agent for our vacations up until this point. Custom Travel came highly recommended from another couple we knew who had used them for their honeymoon. Our expereience was excellent. Veronica helped us pick an islad destination based on our interests and the activities we were looking for. She kept us out of the hurricane belt which came in handy due to hurricane joaquin. She handled everything including our car service to the airport. She provided travel documents and feedback all throughout the process and was there for us every step. We'll call Veronica for our next trip!

My husband planned a trip to Italy with the help of Veronica Kastukevich from Custom Travel in Wallingford, CT. It was an 8 day trip that included many side excursions as well. We did more in 8 days than many other trips would have. Italy was beautiful and we learned of so much of the history of this country. Our travel director Danilo was just wonderful. He put a personal touch on everything we did. We made memories that will last a lifetime-thanks to Veronica. She handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and a smile on her face. I would not hesitate to use Custom Travel again for any trip that we book. Thank-you Veronica.

We worked with Kate as Custom Travel and we could not be happier! During all of the wedding planning stress, commotion, excitement, etc., Kate made booking our honeymoon one of the easiest steps! When we received the booklet with all of our information, we loved it; we didn't have to do anything at all other than bring the packet with us to the airport. We also came back to a nicely written card, hoping we had a great time. We knew we wanted Sandals, but there are so many choices. Kate provided various reasons why we would want to go to each, explaining each resort's similarities and differences very well. In the end, we made the choice for what Kate said was a more secluded, romantic resort - Emerald Bay in Great Exuma. She described it PERFECTLY - at times we felt like we had the resort to ourselves which we loved, and there was still the night life where we could meet other couples. Swimming with the pigs was awesome. I enjoyed the honeymoon fund Kate setup - my coworkers and a few friends opted to contribute to that rather than buy off the registry. They all stated the process was extremely easy. There were several times my husband and I were so in awe and in love with our resort that we actually made a cheers to Kate. Everyone I talked to over the phone was awesome, too - one woman told me she had been to Great Exuma before and she informed me of the things to do and told me to call back and chat if I wanted. It was a very personable and professional service. We will definitely be using Custom Travel again - for small and large travels.

I never used a travel agent before and decided for our honeymoon we would use one this time around. kate was nothing but helpful, flexible, and knowledgable. I don't know how we never used a travel agent before. Our honeymoon was made extra special because of her. We received complimentary upgrades everywhere we went. I would never consider traveling without going through kate first. Further more we never had to worry about a thing while booking or traveling. I can never put into words how great she is! Highly recommended!

Veronica made planning our honeymoon stress free and easy! Our trip to Sandals Grande Antigua was beyond our expectations. From the champagne upon arrival, to the fabulous service, to the food and cocktails we could not have asked for more. Veronica took care of everything for us...from plane travel to accommodations. It was the easiest trip we have every planned! She is a Sandals expert and I would not book a trip to Sandals without her!

Sandi is awesome! I realized, After booking and just 4 days before we left, that my passport was still my maiden name. I thought I was going to have to go to Stamford and spend an entire day gettin an emergency name change... BUT Sandi was able to switch all documents and I didn't have to do a thing!!!! She is GREAT! So glad I booked this trip with her, it made everything easy. And her rates were better than online! :) Thank you Custom Travel!!!!!

Veronica and Sandy were great to work with when planning my daughter's destination wedding Jamaica. They were extremely professional and flexible working with a group of 50 guests. I would highly recommend working with them for your travel needs!

We used Veronica at Custom Travel for our honeymoon to Sandals Emerald Bay in Exuma. We knew we wanted to go to a Sandals resort but were unsure which one to pick and there were a lot to choose from. Veronica spent a great deal of time explaining the different properties to us and finding the perfect fit for us. It was so nice to speak with someone who had actually visited the properties and had real pictures to show us - not just website pictures. We found Custom Travel to be knowledgable, honest and easy to reach. We also used their free bridal registry - what a great idea!! We were able to ask our family and friends for 2 excursions and a candlelight dinner on the beach and Custom Travel took care of it all for us.

Veronica and her team at Custom Travel were amazing. Veronica took all the worry out of planning our destination wedding. She was available to us every step of the way, including relocating guests that hadn't even originally booked with her. Veronica went above and beyond to make sure all went perfect for our trip and wedding.

6 years later everyone in attendance still talks about our wedding. It was a success for sure!

Veronica, along with the rest of the staff at CT Travel, made planning a wedding 2000 miles away as seamless for 90 guest and ourselves as you could ever imagine. Everything from searching for flights, to rates for different durations of stay, to helping set up events like the bon fire on the beach and our wedding itself. CT Travel's attention to detail and service allowed my wife and myself to spend our time leading up to the trip to focus on all the little things. (gift/welcome bags, flowers, music, etc.) It certainly cut back on a lot of unneeded stress. I know our stay and wedding day would not have been as nice with out the assistance of CT Travel.

When booking our honeymoon custom travel is the place to go! Fantastic travel agency. I have used them many times and now have moved to NC and still use them. They did a trip for my sister and brother in law who live in Australia. They were such a help to me when traveling from NC to Morocco via New York City and one flight was late which caused me to miss my connection. Veronica and the team at Custom Travel are wonderful!

I recently planned a destination wedding (cruise) through Custom Travel. I first met Veronica, the owner of Custom Travel, at a Bridal expo in Hartford where she took a substantial amount of time to explain to us what kind of destination wedding services Custom Travel offers, and she immediately found time to meet with us at her office. She is approachable, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. She handled the reservations of our 24 guests, freeing up our time to plan our wedding. When the cruise line made changes to their prices, Veronica was able to secure us a price reduction twice. She followed both of these changes with letters to each of our guests, detailing the price change and clearly listed the dates by which payments had to be made to the cruise line, even though this created a significant amount of additional work for her and her staff.

One of our own guests was particularly difficult, and while Veronica would have been right in responding offensively in return, she handled the situation with professionalism and grace, for which I am extremely grateful to her.

Veronica and Custom Travel come highly recommended and I would certainly book vacations or group events through her again.

I will never book another trip without consulting with Veronica first!
She had the best suggestions for Hawaii and we loved every minute of our trip! She organized everything to the T and put our minds at ease! We had a travel book the company made for us and it gave us our day to day itinerary as well as vouchers for all of our rental cars and excursions.
She responds to emails very quickly, even after hours!
I can't wait to see her again soon when we save for our trip to Europe!

For our honeymoon we wanted something simple and on the beach but also in our price range. Brianna went above and beyond to make sure that happened. She hooked us up at a beautiful resort in Antigua, she also helped us pick out some excursions. We were in Antigua when a hurricane was about to hit and she made sure to contact us and get us out beforehand. I would definitely go through Custom Travel and use Brianna again to book a vacation. You couldn't ask for nicer service as well as professionalism. Brianna knows her stuff!!

A big thanks to Veronica at Custom travel for planning our Recent trip to Hawaii! Veronica completely took care of everything so it was easy and convenient for us and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Veronica was wonderful to work with. She took all of our preferences into consideration when choosing a resort in Jamaica for our honeymoon. We wanted something quiet and romantic yet upbeat with nightlife all at the same time. Seems impossible but that is exactly what we got at Sandals OCHI in Ocho Rios Jamaica. She worked within our price range and room preference to find a perfect spot that was quiet with beautiful pool and ocean views yet close enough to the bars and restaurants. I felt very secure knowing that if anything went wrong or if i had any questions while I was away I could give Custom Travel a call.

They booked our honeymoon for us and we were very happy with their help! I believe we worked with Sandy. She was great! Very nice & pretty responsive. She recommended a location in Mexico for our location so we went with it. It was absolutly beautiful! The only complaint we had about the resort was that although it had 9 restaurants available for dinner....the only one that was actually really good was the steak house....other than that, we weren't impressed with dinners.

Aside from being very nice and accommodating, Veronica was very helpful. I appreciate everything she did for us. We had a very nice Honeymoon! I was a little disappointed in the resort we stayed at. I don't think it was all it was hyped up to be. But it was fun and relaxing. In no way is that Custom Travels fault it was really the outside vendors that the resort had hired that made it a little disappointing. But, I would definitely use Custom Travels in the future (granted I'm lucky enough to travel again :) ).

Sandi was a pleasure to deal with, she had answers to all of my questions and great recommendations while on our trip. Unfortunately when I went to get my package with all my trip info I dealt with someone else at that time who couldnt answer all my questions and failed to go over some things leaving some surprises for me on my trip... My only complaint was the use of a 3rd party service to process credit card payments which led to my split payment being processed incorrectly. Thankfully, the charges were corrected within two or three days.
